Go Get Em Tiger
About the Company

This is the second coffee shop we opened and the first one we named Go Get Em Tiger. Larchmont is a vibrant neighborhood that we've had the joy of serving since 2013. Much as changed since then, but we still embrace bar-style service, brewing beautiful coffees, and serving delicious breakfast and lunch.

One of the greats - in decline. With every menu change over the years their product gets worse and worse, often removing their best menu items only to be replaced with a lesser version, if at all. First it was the pie, now long gone, then the biscuits, then the English muffin breakfast sandwich bursting with flavor replaced with a sad bland version, which didn t last long, big surprise, then it was the infamous strawberry muffin. Now some third party ghost kitchen makes their pastries. Tried the scone, it was raw in the middle. The breakfast burrito is the most recent victim of this practice, becoming a cheapened facsimile of its original form. When they switched to Ghost Town oat milk it turned the oat latte into a sugar bomb that tastes like marshmallows so I just stick to their house-made almond macadamia milk which remains decent. Overall I m pretty disappointed in gget. It s a pattern I ve seen play out before; create a great product, build a loyal customer base, then slowly chip away at the quality to save money while continuing to expand. I guess that s what makes investors happy. Whether or not it pushes customers away is tbd but gget is banking that it won t. I m done ordering breakfast here. The coffee is still good but everything else is trash.

Lukewarm coffee, unfriendly staff. However unfriendly the staff still deserves to be unionized and does not deserve Go Get Em Tigers union busting tactics. I sincerely do not understand why people like their coffee.

Staff is super helpful and it s quick counter service / we did grab and go and sat outside one day the coffee is delicious we had a latte and a cold brew. The milk was frothed perfectly and not burnt and the coffee was smooth and flavorful. We enjoyed a few pastries and I had the sunflower seed over night oats one day - all were very good and highly recommend!

A trendy coffee chain, you order coffee here as if ordering drinks from a bar by going up to the bar and a barista will come take your order then make it in front of you. Liked the concept. They make a almond-macadamia milk in house I believe, it s rich and creamy in a very nice way, but if you get it with coffee, for example cappuccino, it hugely changes the taste of the coffee, a bit overpowering, so might be better suited for a matcha latte type of drink. Liked the matcha chocolate bar with buckwheat soba soba crunch they sell in store.

First off, the coffee is great. Their house made almond macadamia nut milk is so good. BUT the system of service is TERRIBLE. It s chaotic for no reason. They serve coffee like drinks in a bar. When it s busy, this poor system leads to not knowing who has been waiting, who has paid, and even the details of your order. And unnecessarily long waits. With SO MANY decent quality coffee shops within a block, it s hard to understand why GGT would choose such chaos. Service is VERY important. And GGT gets it wrong in busy times.

it was a delightful breakfast experience. The menu offered a fantastic variety of breakfast options, and I couldnt resist trying their breakfast burritos, granola, and eggs on toast. Let me tell you, each dish was a culinary masterpiece. The breakfast burritos were packed with flavor and filled to perfection. The combination of ingredients created a delightful blend of savory goodness that left me craving more. The granola was a delightful surprise, with a delightful crunch and a mix of textures that was simply irresistible. Accompanied by fresh fruit and yogurt, it made for a wholesome and satisfying breakfast choice. The eggs on toast were a true delight. The eggs were cooked to perfection, with a golden yolk that oozed deliciousness when I cut into it. The toast was perfectly toasted, providing a satisfying crunch with every bite. It was a simple yet wonderfully executed dish. Overall, my experience at Go Get Em Tiger was exceptional. The quality of the food, the friendly staff, all contributed to a memorable breakfast outing. I cant wait to return and explore more of their mouthwatering menu. If youre looking for a fantastic breakfast spot, I highly recommend giving Go Get Em Tiger a visit.

But the shop assistants are very kind and friendly Ordered their protein breakfast protein brekkie There are scrambled eggs , avocado , bacon and salad The only drawback is that the price is a bit expensive But the bacon is really worth it! Just be aware that even with paid parking, parking is super hard to find If you are looking for a good breakfast and a great cafe Want to gossip about right and wrong with friends Go Get Em Tiger is definitely a very good choice OMG, Go Get Em Tiger is lit! Located in the heart of LA, its always packed but the baristas are so friendly You can tell theyre passionate about their coffee because every sip is an experience! Plus, their protein brekkie is so good! I ordered scrambled eggs , avocado , bacon , and salad and it was so delicious! The only downside is that its kind of expensive But honestly, the bacon is worth it! Just be warned that parking is a struggle, even with the meters Overall, if youre looking for a lit coffee shop with amazing brekkie, Go Get Em Tiger is the vibe!

Two words: Macadamia milk I love trying alternative milks and not a lot of places offer macadamia milk - it s a unique taste and experience. Try their Macademia Latte. I went for the espresso tonic this time - it s not for everyone but I like the way they make it here. Definitely a treat-yo-self coffee spot - venue is small with a few tables and chairs. Coffee is made to order so service can be slow. Get ready to wait in line. Parking is always a battle at Larchmont.

Came here twice and don t see why this place has such high ratings. Coffee tasted like water both times, I couldn t finish it and threw it out. The food the first time was bland and dry, threw it it out. The second time I ordered a quiche and it tasted worse than a microwaveable. Also the salad was grainy - it was not salt / pepper but tasted like there was still soil in it or something . Absolutely don t recommend this place.

Breakfast food was good, but the fritatta I ordered came with no utensils. Good thing I dont mind eating with my hands! But when my cousin went to simply check on my orange juice order, the person who took our order gave him an unnecessary side of attitude and we dont know why. That is why I am not giving this place 5 stars. I work customer service and know I cant always have a good moment we every customer but I do try to have the mindset that every person I meet has a story. And in this case, as the first, and maybe the only, contact the customer may have with this establishment, remember that repeat business or word-of-mouth reviewfrom that person depends on their experience with whomever took their order.

I tried almond macadamia latte and a latte with oat milk added a sweetness. Actually, macadamia latte was not my type of drink butttt the ice latte was good! A bit detail to describe about the almond macadamia, it has a bitter taste. I prefer coffee as a creamy and soft taste so macadamia latte is not my type though. I think it depends on what do you like. I recommend macadamia latte for ppl who like coffee taste a little acidic. By the way, Customer service is perfect and the area looks super fine <3

My husband and I were worried about stopping in because the cafe looked very busy. However, we were taken care of swiftly with all of our food and drink arriving around ten minutes or less after ordering. Definitely not a bad wait time for how busy they seemed to be. I got an almond macadamia milk cappuccino. I had to get decaf for health reasons, and the espresso tasted like it could have been tightened up a little bit, but decaf espresso can be hit or miss. The milk was excellent and the food was delicious. Waffle was light yet crispy and my breakfast sandwich was very flavorful. All of the employees we interacted with were so friendly and personable. Overall, we had a really great experience.

Very friendly staff, inventive food menu, and good coffee. The space is very pretty, hipster and high tech. The counter service model is... interesting...but probably a nightmare when the place is slammed. Theres no clear queue for ordering or waiting and seating is limited. Theyve got a slew of unique teas and creative espresso creations - I drink black iced coffee, so cant vouch for the bespoke shaken beverages or various fancy teapots and glassware I spotted - and the food all looked/tasted great. Normal Hollywood/West LA prices, so $1-2 more than seems most things should cost, but hopefully theyre using that extra cash to provide a living wage to employees. Its unclear if theyre explicitly dog-friendly or just dont care to enforce any anti-dog rules, but I spotted several sweet pups lounging near tables or bopping in and out for to-go orders.

This coffee shop is run by Charles Babinski, who is famous in Korea, and is famous for its macadamia latte. It tastes like a mild latte. Americano has a sour taste, perhaps because the beans are fresh, but it has a balanced taste. Its not bad as there are a lot of places to park nearby.

I always like to try local coffee shops and avoid the chains so going to Go Get Em Tiger was an obvious choice! Have to say from the very beginning, the aesthetics and vibe is unique! It looks almost a bar but serves delicious coffee and food!Onto to the main topic which is the coffee! I honestly can say that his is the best coffee Ive ever tasted! Theres a sort of zesty and acidity to it that most coffee shops dont have because they add to much water! Go Get Em Tigers coffee was both delicious and delicate. I go for black iced coffee at every coffee shop I go to and this was by far the tastiest and most different coffee Ive had. You get what you pay for; etc etc. This place is certainly an exercise in kindness, common sense, and human decency. So if youre impatient or self-important, this is not the place for you because it will test your boundaries.Great beans for sale, cute accessories too!
