I got a chai latte, which was pretty good, like $6.5? Main issue is that the kitchen is kinda out in the cafe area (divided/partitioned off of course) but the oil smell permeates and clings to you. Walked out of there smelling like I just had kbbq at the grill or sum. Would rec for getting food or drinks but not studying or sitting inside for too long. Unless u like oil smell

We ordered the salmon omelet to share, and it easily satisfied both of us. The cortado coffee was robust, and the steamed milk was perfectly prepared. The delicious arugula salad served as a delightful side dish. All in all, it was a reasonably priced breakfast for two, totaling $30 inclusive of everything.

The Ministry of Coffee is at UCLA. So you will need to find parking. Other than that it is great. From the service to the food you will be happy and you will get addicted to their coffee. Their coffee is a mix of Turkish and Australian coffee and it is just great. They have quite few types and you will love them all. I love strong coffee so this is the place for me. They also have some great food. I had a salmon bagel and was in heaven. The service is so nice and fast. The place is clean and cute. They have tables that are shared for those on their laptops and separate places for the rest of us. You will love this place. We do.

Such a lovely coffee shops with good food options. It is located at Westwood by UCLA. After a certain time finding a table becomes a challenge. Parking in the area is also difficult. There is a close by parking garage. The coffee, ambiance and food selections are all good. Update: the food and service continue to be really good. We tried different breakfast items this time. Ok this cafe has been here for a while. A lot of students come here. A very small space traps heavy kitchen smell. A guaranteed smell to stuck with you for the rest of your day after dinning here Service was pretty good though. We tried matcha latte and drip coffee. The matcha latte was fair, a bit watery. The drip coffee was frankly vapid- overpriced and bad quality(literally reminded me of university dinning hall) I don t mind that if the rate was matching. However, it costs $4 for a small size. Space is very small- elbow to elbow. Again, it s designed for students I think. If you want to have a more comfortable setting with decent pour over, please skip this place.

We came literally today for food after getting good news, just to encounter the most rude blonde Karen Barista (who cant make coffee to save her life) and a horrible attitude cashier that you will ever meet. We came at 10:56 but had to wait till 11:00 on the dot to have the lunch menu . I ordered a coffee it had no sweetener and apparently its taboo to ask for sweetener because they dont have the time to service their customers, and slamming your coffee with anger is their motto (silly me to think Ill get service where I spend my money). Well too bad, I thought with all the good reviews we might enjoy a good bite, not going back there. O and the plate of food had dirty white hairs on it. But the burger was yummy in my tummy

5 stars honestly isn t enough. I had the bacon and egg roll 2 days in a row and could probably have it every day. It comes with a delightful saffron mayo that I could eat on everything. The cappuccino was honestly insanely good. Wonderfully smooth espresso and a good amount of foam. The foam held up to adding sugar as well which is always a good sign! The lemon poppyseed muffin will be haunting me for months to come. Definitely the best I ve ever had and I don t know that it s even close. My only regret is not getting an extra to bring home! I took advantage of their outside seating which was very spacious and comfortable. Good option for those of us still avoiding indoor dining.

This coffee shop is great if you need a place that s open late! I come here on days I need to edit photos for long periods of time. It s pretty busy so finding a spot can be challenging sometimes. Street parking is hard to get and the parking garages are very expensive, which is a downside. Their food is pretty good and I usually order a matcha latte. It s pretty comfy and a good atmosphere for focusing and/or catching up with a friend. Biggest plus is they allow dogs inside!

Highlight of the place is the coffee and food, it s good, probably the only good coffee place in the vicinity. Too bad that the service is so poorly organised. From a place that is calls itself ministry of coffee, you would expect it to at least provide a swift pickup of good coffee while on your way to wherever. However, the small understaffed counter with just one coffee station usually (my experience of a few weeks) causes long waiting times (from standing in line till order pickup around 20/30mins), and the fact that food is ordered at the same counter makes that even worse - for coffee customers of lunch guests both. For the high prices you could at least make sure the service runs quick and smoothly. Personally, it s just too much of an effort for just a cappuccino, too bad because there are not many quality alternatives in the area (considering you dont prefer american style coffee). Hope they read my advise and consider re-organising the service. Cheers.

We ate our eggs minus the cement and left. Won t be back. Also, to the management. Train your staff on basics e.g. offer water to your guests as a start and teach your barista to be more friendly. They offer a nice selection of coffee and bites. There is plenty of seating inside with additional outdoor seating as well. The day I went, it was raining, so hubby and I decided to grab a seat inside and enjoy the hustle and bustle of the cafe. We both got an iced vanilla latte and toast. I got the avocado toast and he got the lox. Everything hit the spot and our tummies were very satisfied. If Im in the area, and I can find an easy parking spot, Ill most definitely return. I know if I was a student at UCLA, this would be my go-to spot for coffee and to study.

Big indoor and outdoor space doing a lot of food options as well as frothy drinks. Oz influence is clear. Flat white and cappuccino both a bit overheated and too milky. Didn t try the food - it looked decent though. Definitely worth a try; the coffee could probably be fine tuned.

The name is catchy, the Australian coffee shop facade is nice. But those things will only set you up for a world of disappointment. Let me start it off with this: they charge 4.50 to add avocado to your sandwich. I m sorry, but even for LA this is completely mental. It doesn t even cost 4.50 to buy a whole large organic hass avocado from Whole Foods. So how can they possibly justify this? The coffee is meh. I had a flat white and was expecting it to be top quality since it is supposedly an Australian influenced place and generally just looks like they would at least get the coffee right. Tbh it was about the same quality as Peet s. They will charge an additional .75 for oat milk (which to be fair is standard for many coffee shops in LA so can t really knock them too much for that part). The egg sandwich I ordered was possibly one of the worst breakfast sandwiches I have ever had in my life and it is ..14 .dollars. I didn t even realize it would be 14 dollars until I got to the register (right after the avocado realization) and at that point I just went along with the order since I was so hungry. You would think since I was hungry it would taste delicious so the fact that it still didn t says a lot. To specify, it was extremely bland (not even salt) and for some reason they think it s a good idea to add salad greens which will quickly become soggy and gross. They put saffron mayo in it but you can t really tell the difference. The bread was the only good part about it. It s such a bummer because this place looks so cute and like a cool study spot so I guess it s probably fine if you just want an americano or something while you work but otherwise I wouldn t waste your money. This is probably the most misleading coffee shop I ve been to.

They buy from the Trade Joe which is 5 feets from coffee shop. 12 harsh browns cost them $2.49 they sells for $2.50. But. tastes is really bad. Extremely rude. 15 minutes to close, lights out, chairs up, and all I wanted was a cup of black coffee. I ve not been to this coffee shop before and I ll definitely never be back.

Used to be my perfect breakfast spot, now their service got much worse with some mean staff. I called them in advance asking for a seat, they said there was no problem and I can order ahead and get a seat. I confirmed this multiple times before I took my uber to get my favorite breakfast. However, when I got there there was no seat and the staff was quite impatient with my request and ignored me completely.

Great little coffee shop. I frequent here often. Large salad portions and good coffee. Highly recommend the dill tuna salad. It s really good. Can be dry some days, so ask when ordering. Coffees are good and it has a great outdoor area. The lamb salad is very hearty and filling. Can get it with chicken instead of lamb.

I came for coffee, but changed my mind and ended up having cold-pressed juice. Apples, pears, lemons, and spinach. Sweet and sour and delicious But its over $10 including tip...cold press is expensive to begin with, so I cant help it lol Outdoor dining only for now. There are a few passing cars. There are about 8 tables and Wi-Fi is available so you can work. The limited cold-pressed menu also looked delicious. Also, there was a delicious smell from the taco shop next door lol

Pretty good coffee overall, but didnt think the drinks I got were particularly special. They do NOT serve drip coffee, which is what I generally get, so had to settle for an Americano the first time. The second time got iced coffee which was decent too. Place has outdoor seating where I have seen a bunch of people chilling.

We decided to try MOC based on all the good reviews. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. We got coffee latte and green tea as well as mushroom madness for breakfast. The coffee was mediocre and the tea was ok. The food was very bland. The poached eggs were more like hard boiled eggs and the toast tasted stale. The food definitely needs some sort of sauce cuz it was very dry and tasteless. For the price I would definitely expect better quality food and drinks.

The Stars are for the good coffee. However, the management here needs to provide staff with masks when they are working which is now the law in LA. Also, $5.50 for a large coffee is pretty expensive. I hope to be coming back once I see the employees provided with masks by the management.
