Not bad, the Tri Tip lacked a little flavor but wasn't bad at all, great portions. The beans were smokey, great flavor and the corn was perfectly cooked. If you can, try coming here during the week, weekends get pretty busy. Cool and friendly staff.

Great spot to stop in for some favorable food,great atmosphere and friendly hospitality. Usually I will make it a stop on the way up to Big Bear, this time was specific to eat the pulled port sandwich (btw, they have on the menu all the time now). The restaurant and bathrooms are clean, plenty to look at between the signage and random fun hanging up. I did play 2 games of pool on their outside patio under a tarp. There was no live entertainment this visit but they do have live music occasionally.

We have driven past this place many times and finally had a chance to stop in for some food and drinks..: it’s was a Sunday afternoon, weather was perfect , they had a live band the atmosphere was terrific. We enjoyed a tuna Melt and a burger….
The decor is super interesting and you could spend hours looking at all the stuff… plenty of car parking available too

This was a fun little spot while driving from Palm Springs to Visalia, CA. This restaurant is a little hidden gem with a local music artist and a pop-up biker apparel shop out front. If you love stickers, you will find one for every occasion. There was LiVE music playing from a local band and plenty of people enjoying lunch and drinks.

We stopped in for a quick bite to eat. My buddy said the burgers were hearty and heavy. Awesome little spot. They were not serving ice cream today even though it was 100 degrees outside, but we understood. We got some cold root bars and ice water with our food.

We got hamburgers, mozzarella sticks, BLT, and a kids burger and fries.

We checked out the pop-up shop in the front and found a patch that we wanted for one of the veterans in the group. There is plenty of parking in the back and minimal in the front. Bikers park on side. Cool spot and would come back for sure. There is also some artwork from Dunkee in Vencie Beach that I have as well.

Went on a Sunday afternoon. My wife and I ordered a full rack of ribs for $34. Came with corn and beans. It was so good and way too much for us to finish. Their funnel fries are awesome too! Live band was fantastic. Fun atmosphere. Will definitely return!

We passed this place on our way from Joshua Tree to Sequoia NP. We were taking some desert backroads. We didn t stop that day, but it was interesting looking enough that we came back the same way just to eat there. Great choice!!! Staff were very friendly, it was clean, and the burgers were fantastic. I had the Ortega burger and my husband had a regular cheeseburger. Burgers were huge, juicy, and the bun was even great. We saw others getting bbq that looked delicious, too. We loved the atmosphere. If ever in the Mojave again, we d definitely return.

Alright new timers tried this place today. Not impressed. The cafe itself is cool place for pictures if thats what your into. Live band, lots of people I dont understand the hype surrounding it. I will tell you that the person who mans the BBQ station does not know what the heck they are doing. We got the sampler bbq tray and when we got it, it was cold! The only thing that was warm was the beans on the tray. The kielbasa didnt have any char marks on it and might as well just came from the fridge. The appeal this place gives off is hungry bikers on the road for a long time they will eat anything (even cold meat). For as bad as the food was the place was busy with business which just tells me people are settling for this junk. We payed close to $100 for cold meat and the stuff that was hot came from the kitchen so overall no real consistency outside as in. Pro tip you can go miles down the road to horsemens center ranch and find a dead lizard lying on the rocks and it will be 10 times hotter in temperature when it gets to you then what we got with BBQ at this place. Also if you find someone with better BBQ skills this place would do so much better and you would probably make more money with returing customers that actually want to eat your food. The wait for drink refills is ridiculous! Centered in the desert put a soda machine out for your customers! The ginger haired girl wearing crocks who was helping us was very sweet and informative that was a plus (she needs a raise) She offered us a sample of the meats that they had for the day but even the sample was cold (funny part i was thinking ok ..the food that we ordered will be much hotter then this.... it wasnt) All in all id say a let down for my family! My mother took me out for late mothers day and left very unsatisfied but thats what reviews are for! If you are looking for something tasty China House is right before this place and has always been a staple for our family! I WOULDNT WASTE ANOTHER PENNY EATING HERE THIS IS YOUR WARNING PEOPLE!

I passed their sign that stated, best hamburgers on the planet and thought to myself, that s a pretty bold statement . But also, gotta try it . So I walked inside and gahd! The variety of foods to choose from and the quality of food they have was on par. They met the expectation of mouth watering and savory dishes. Highly recommended and if I m ever back this way - I will be stopping by again! I had the cheese curds and jalapeño bacon ranch burger. Very delicious!

Some van life friends and I were camped nearJoshua Tree National Park and set out on a recent morning looking for a place to get a good breakfast burrito. We were headed to another place in Apple Valley, California, but while heading west on Hwy 247 (Old Woman Springs Rd) we saw Cafe 247 billboards that proclaimed Breakfast burritos served all day. That spoke clearly to us and we stopped in. We got to meet long-time Cafe 247 public relations representative, Cody the Road Runner, a real cool bird! Their World Famous All-Meat Breakfast Burrito was delicious and the place itself was interesting and welcoming. I will go back next chance I get!

Hidden gem that we found driving to Big Bear. It was a Saturday afternoon and this place was jumping. Live music and delicious BBQ, nice people and great atmosphere. My go to place when in Lucerne Valley. Service is outstanding, all the crew always smiling. Burgers are some of the best in SoCal. Atmosphere is cool, the Cafe 247 swag is some of the best, unless youre a fan of Mr. Newsom Parking: Building is surrounded by parking, some of it is paved, mostly gravel type of parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Everything is flat and easily accessible.

Great place to eat. Awsome atmosphere with live bands on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The staff are friendly and willing to help out with menu choices. If you are lucky to run into the owner. You are in for a really great experience. Kathy is one of a kind. The whole experience is great if you decide to stop in. I suggest if you come through Lucerne Valley. Stop at Cafe 247.. Best roadside stop on the highway. People, place, and food...all good Definitely worth the stop! Come hungry, leave happy Love the decor and words of wisdom found on the walls and furniture. Decor is like no other...think of Animal House with the best of junk yard treasures. Live music on the weekends makes for a wonderful time.

The funniest place in the world, really in the middle of nowhere, full of crafty chairs, tables and so much other stuff. We spent one hour taking pictures and loughing all around. The staff is very nice and friendly. Food : 5/5
