I stopped by this Target to get some lip ointment for my fiancée. I checked their app and it said that this location had the one she wanted. Finding parking was easy since it's in a big lot. I wore my mask inside but I don't think they check anymore. I wasn't able to find the item so I asked an employee for help. She looked up the item number and said it should be at the location the app said it should be but if it's not there then it's likely sold out. I appreciate her taking the time to help me and walk me to where it should be at. This Target is very small compared to the other locations and they only have 4 self checkout machine.

Right around the corner from the house 🏠 this place is great for a quick stop if you need to pick something up.
Clean and has the basics for everything, food, electronics, clothes etc. Notice I stated that if your looking for something more specific this store will most likely not have it. No men's department for bathroom items either.
There is also a Vons across the street, as well as Rite Aid, if you need something more specific.
Be forewarned THIS IS NOT A FULL SIZE TARGET. Would call it a Target mini.

Drive up feature at Target has been a game changer for getting home shopping done bith for groceries and household items needed. It is fast for them to get an order together, the prices are good especially if you take advantage of the Target circle offers, there is a major convenience to getting the order brought to your car especially when you are sick and don’t have energy to walk through store and want to be thoughtful to not get anyone else sick. Target employee members are helpful and nice. You can even get Starbucks with your order brought to your car. Thank you to all the Target employees that work so hard to get these orders packages up accurately!

The Starbucks employees always seem to be bothered by guests. It’s a small location so it does get packed but you have 4 employees running plays and that seems manageable. And still down, just let fix target……. I got the licenses you’ll need to get me on the roof………..chances are that cooler can be fixed and if it’s just the evaporator it’s better then buy everything new. Ooo and they want 448A now for refrigerants. So that’s gonna be a debacle in its self.

These idiots cancelled my parking lot pick up order AFTER I pushed Im here button and I was already parked and waiting for them to deliver my groceries to my car. I was sitting in my car in the first parking spot next to the door and these idiots didnt even come out and deliver my order . I waited for 25 mins in my car before I went inside to speak with the manager about where my order was and it was cancelled AFTER I ALRRADY PUSHED IM HERE BUTTON .SO RIDICULOUS

My issue however is with customer service, I ordered for pick up and when I went to pick it up, the two women at the register were dismissive talking about their personal issues while I waited for some help, when they got my item they began making rude remarks about my purchase in front of me. Clean store but a bit smaller than most Target stores, still has plenty of everyday stuff. Lots of public parking. A Starbucks. Clothes tend to be thrown around do it can be a bit tricky finding something specific. Also, they dont really pick up the phone so its better to just ask your question in person rather than bothering with their customer support. Since they dont have any.

To anyone shopping in this store, please be of the treatment we received while visiting this location. As you may have seen there are motorized carts for handicapped individuals, I walked in and asked for one. I brought it to my family member in the car. The car was parked right in front of the store. The guard SAW US! We go in the store & start shopping. We came in for a heating blanked as the store in Thousand Oaks was out of them. We get in line, we pay. Our cashier was polite & kind. As we approach the door, we see the guard again & we say Goodbye & thank you . All is well until we hear the a loud voice yelling at us HEY YOU CANT TAKE THE CAR OUTSIDE! It s CHRISTINA running past me to try to stop the CART my handicapped family member goes into shock! CHRISTINA DEMANDED HER TO GET OFF THE CART! What?? I asked Christina to allow her to get in the car & she screamed again YOU CANT THE CAR OUT OF THE STORE! So I screamed back SHE CANT WALK ! At this point she is now harassing us & standing over my aunt. Obstructing her to the vehicle. I m lost for words in regards to this incident. This individual jar to manners to deal with the public. CHRISTINA is supposed to set a standard of service to her co workers & Target employees. We will never return to this location & aunt is appalled about this experience. We will contact the corporate office regarding this incident. That is no SIGN OR COMMUNICATION ABOUT NOT BRINGING THE CARS OUTSIDE! How do you get in the store if you are handicapped & can t walk? It doesn t make sense. It was embarrassing & traumatic to say the least. Shame on you Christina! Your trauma made you over react with the wrong people.

I m 18 myself so I sympathize with the teen workers at this location but something s gotta give. They re usually rude and don t even greet you but I decided to no longer go to this location due to my last visit. I had a return to make and the guy at the register didn t acknowledge me after I told him I d like to make a return. I waited for a few moments thinking he didn t hear me but then after about 10 seconds he came up to me and just scanned my things. No hi no bye all I got was a really weird look up and down. I straight up questioned if I was doing something wrong. I really like the people who monitor the self check out and the IT workers. They re pretty nice and will greet you and help you out

Always a problem when I come into this target, just went it cause of a gift I recently received, some studio buds in black but wanted them in red, box wasn t opened and product box was in great condition I accidentally washed my gift receipt in the washer which I understand is my mistake, but I ve always been able to exchange items with my ID of course in every target except this one. Girl at the front did not even attempt to ask anyone to override the system, she said basically I should go back and ask my friend for a gift receipt, it is what it is, of course once I called the target at west hills over the phone the nice man Eddie spoke to his manager and I m on my way to exchange them now, this store has always had horrible customer service.

It has an excellent location but it needs a lot of merchandise, they have almost no variety of products. For a Target, I am very disappointed, since it is difficult to find what you need or if you do find it, it is a limited product, it is damaged and there are no more. Please provide more variety of products. The staff is extremely friendly and the store is always kept clean. Inside this store you can find a Starbucks.

A very basic Target. Their limited product does NOT include a variety of home goods, plus size clothing or electronics. If you are used to diversity of product this is not the locale. Also no one was on a register. Everyone was forced to do self checkout with some being more skilled at it than others. Not cool when on yr way to work. #Fail

This was supposed to be a drive up order, do that I could avoid from going into the store for pick up. Rather, after complaining to the manager, he said that there was nothing he could do, and I would to come in. Ridiculous. I will never shop at Target again!! Because of his decision, Target lost a customer.

To whom it may concern Hi my name is Alex I would like to make a comment about one of your employees, Alecia. I went to target in Mission hills this after noon with my family. we were self checking out when we realized that one of the items we wanted to purchase had a different price from the one in the shelf. This item was a toy for my little niece, we were surprise that this item had higher price. we quickly got assistance from a target associate. she was so helpful, she confirmed the price of this item. We explained her the situation. however the actual price was way higher so we did not purchase the item, this of course made my little niece really sad but I told her that it was too expensive. we remained at the store for a couple minutes because we were also picking up an online order. While we were doing that Alecia quickly went to the shelf (where we originally got the toy from) and verify the actual price. we were almost done with our transaction when we realized that she was looking for us. She informed us that the actual price was lower and it was some sort of policy from target that the price in the shelf was the price that the customer should pay for, to honor the price as they said. Alecia was out of breath from running through the aisles to let us know that this item had a different price. I was so surprise that she did this, one would think that another associate had explained that given item was more expensive but she took the time and energy to double check. We ended up buying the toy, my little niece was so happy. We appreciate this! Target needs more employees like her; workers that care about customers and provide the best shopping experience. I will totally recommend this specific location to everyone. Alecia has the potential to be a manager hopefully you guys can see that. She handled the situation and made costumers happy.

During my visit as my husband I checked out we noticed we couldnt find lysol . Justine our Cashier then suggested calling in the mornings and inform the reason for it cause is when restock or shipment happens. Karina from the pharmacy is the most unhelpful, unprofessional, rude employee ever. She hung up the phone on me while I was asking her for help. store allows people to walk in with their dogs- do not like this cause the store carries food. aaked staff why and they said it could be a service dog. well service dogs usually wear that label on them. if the dog is pulling from the owner, sniffing items as he or she enters the store and then goes up and down aisles. it is a good sign that it is not a service dog. target should require real proof . i do not like my store bought items sniffed on by a dog first, especially with the virus going around

I am disappointed in this Target and the staff. I went in to buy my baby The Once Upon A Time Baby food pouches and discovered that the majority of them were all over 2 mos expired. Its completely unacceptable for your organization to sell expired baby food!! Babies are a vulnerable population and a food borne illness has the potential of some serious health problems if not death. Youre manager was not appalled and instead blamed the distributor for stocking expired food. Isnt that your stores responsibility to make sure you are not selling items that are expired?

I was so excited to get a target here, but this store is lacking. Is small, which is fine, but they have 2 (maybe 4) human ram registers, but theres only 1 or NO employees ever working them. I get it, you want everyone to self check out, but not everyone wants to Tonight, Im in this little line they set up for checking out (which barely fits a cart) and there is only 1 employee doing check out, but there are 2 women standing there, I guess directing traffic?? How about you hop on a register instead. You can say next guest from behind a register. And, once they got snarky with me (Ill even give them the benefit of the doubt and say they thought I was trying to jump the line) but it was snark. Then, a lady who didnt speak English (and Im guessing thats a lot of clientele) didnt understand them and they both got snarky with her. This store may become less convenient for me

Challenging at times to say the least. Sundays may be a very challenging day at this Mission Hills location. While shopping at this location on this date we notice that the checkout line is somewhat confusing as they have two of them to which one is for returns and the other single line is for self-Checkout or the one single cashier. They should make a separate line for just the cashier and the returns line should be split with the self checkout line since self checkout is closer to that section. On a second observation we went to the Starbucks line and notice once again a single individual (target employee) handling the order, payments and preparations of the drinks etc. To top this visit off, the individual employee was quite sick with sneezing, coughing and sniffling while having no energy to work (understandably) which each order took five minutes average. We chose not to order the other two drinks because of the employees sickness. We went home to call the store to inform management of the sick employee yet to close this review with a negative, no one answered the phone after multiple attempts. Management is way behind at this location and I wonder if this is the norm based on the other reviews placed with Google.

First there was one line, then 2 so I had to go to the other one, then I needed to have an employee help me at checkout, no one came to me for 10 min straight, guaranteed was in a rush so I got annoyed to have to wait again for another line. So I pretty sure she purposely just left and didnt help all because I huffed and puffed. I come here all the time cause its right next to my work, but not anymore. You guys have horrible customer service

In reality, this is a target express, which is supposed to be something similar to a drug store, rather than your ordinary target. They should have named it after the concept, because here i am getting mad i cant find anything i need. If youve never been, dont waste your time. If youve been, you know whats up already.

Who is your Starbucks TL and your Starbucks DTL? Why do they let that girl with the nose piercing AND NO HAT work behind the register? She was taking people s orders AND playing with her nose ring? That s like total violation of compliance (Target Food dress code!) and his plain gross? If if she didn t care about her job just the perception and common decency to other people? Bruh...

My receipt is badly printed. The printer needs to be adjusted, possibly refilled with ink. I would like it if the equipment were properly maintained. I had to try several guesses as to what the USER ID number was, and I had to do a Google search to find this website, because it was so badly printed on my Target receipt. I called this Mission Hills Target, and they could not inform me as to what the website was for this survey. Thank you.

The way the the cash registers are set up really sucks and spaces are tight through there. Maybe change the location that way it doesnt create too much traffic

It s an okay target, just as long as you don t need anything too extravagant. This Target has most of the necessities and provides everything I need - but, there are some problems. I feel hostility from some of the younger employees and there usually aren t many of them around to help you. Sometimes, they hold big meetings in the middle of the store and it s hard to get around them.... which is frustrating sometimes. Also, they could make it easier and split up the self check out and cashier line - or at least have someone working at the cash registers because I ve never seen a worker there. Also, they leave boxes EVERYWHERE sometimes blocking a whole isle..

i wanted avocados which were in your ad this week for .79 cents. at the mission hills store they were .99 cents. none of the employees knew of the sale and there was no sale ad in the store. there should definitely be a sale ad in the store and your employees should definitely be informed.

This has got to be the smallest Target ever built. I love how they figured out a way to fit so much into the store. The bathrooms are a bummer with the locks though.

I don t usually give bad reviews, but we stopped after 2 1/2 hours stuck in traffic with no end in sight, for a coffee and bathroom stop. 1 functioning bathroom and it was a mess. Had to wait 20 min. You can do better Target. I thought I could count on you.

This place deserves negative stars for the customer service and incompetence of the workers. I was there today with my 5 month old when a criminally deranged man came into the store screaming at the top of his lungs. The team leader comes over to customer service desk and addresses only the employees instructing them to just stay behind the counter...as I stood on the opposite side with my child, with this man pacing around us and as one of the employee s obvliviously continued to not return my items even though I provided a receipt. The man continued around the store yelling, as a security guard stood by idly with a soda and his cellphone. I told them to put my items back in the bag, and that I was leaving out of the emergency exit. Crazy enough, I go out of the emergency exit that says Alarm will Sound? It didn t. . I push my stroller out and around the building only to see an elderly woman on the ground with blood on her head and a crowd around her on their phones. I couldn t get out of that parking lot fast enough as a fire truck pulled in. Save yourself some time and stress and go to literally any other Target but this one. They aren t trained to handle returns let alone any kind of emergency. The worst. I will warn everyone I know against shopping at this ghetto hole in the wall, it s a disgrace to the franchise.
