This location never ever ever has enough cashiers/check out lanes available. It doesn't matter what day or time you go, you will encounter very long lines. This has been going on for at least a decade or more since I've lived in the area. You know it's an ongoing problem so why do you not have more cashiers open on a daily basis. It's ridiculous. I stopped shopping here. Now I drive much further to go to Ralph's (which I don't even like as much as Vons however I can't deal with the long line BS that they refuse to correct).

I'm not sure how I didn't know this Vons was so close to me but it's great. It's a little smaller but they have tuna of my favorite gluten free breads, their deli section has a wonderful selection of pre-made food, and somehow everything I got was extra good. Even the grapes were somehow tastier than I've been finding lately.

Came to buy some things while I’m in town and stopped here and I had to use the restroom while inside and was told there is no key in the building. I find it odd that a public grocery store with numerous women working inside have nowhere to go all day. I left and didn’t buy a thing because obviously I couldn’t focus on shopping.

I've been pleasantly surprised by the selection at this Vons and love the convenience of its location. Not the store I shop for everything at, but great for grabbing last minute needs for recipes, or some deli snacks. I've had their sushi a few times, and it's always been fresh! The sushi prices are good too, in my opinion.

Online customers should be treated the same as in-store shoppers. Clearly getting the cold shoulder from employes for pick up orders at this location. App says to pick up upfront, and ive been told to go down the doors on isle 8. I advise changes, for a smoother pick up experience. I also recommend better communication from vons workers so we at least know our order is being worked on. I was standing by doors, not greeted once. And when I ask about order they said to wait someones coming out, no one comes out. Our time matters also, customer service matters.

I usually like shopping here because I like the fresh fruit and veggie selection but today my experience was weird. I returned 2 out of 32 items and the cashier tried to keep my receipt. I spent $238 today, I had about $170 on my EBT card and the other $68 I put on my debit card. When I got home I realized I paid $15 each on two frozen meals that were supposed to be on sale. I don't know if I didn't buy enough of them but I only bought them because of the sale price so I went back to the store to return them. The cashier lady, Kaileh, told me even though I used debit and EBT she could only return it to my EBT card. I thought it was stupid, but I told her I still didn't want the items so okay. After she returns the $30 to my EBT she says she needs to keep my receipt. I'm like why do you need to keep my receipt? She says it's because I returned $30 and I don't need to return anything else. I literally bought the stuff 20 minutes ago so I don't know if I need to return anything else, but I used to work at a grocery store for 5 years and I never kept anyone's receipt. She marked off the stuff on the receipt I returned so I don't understand. I told her she could reprint one for her records but she wanted me to take a picture so she could keep the original. The customers behind me got agitated waiting, so she gave me my receipt back. The store is expensive and I've been shopping at this one for 5 years but if they are going to act weird because I recently got an EBT card then I need to drive further away to shop at Ralph's. In all of my seven years of shopping at Von's this is my first ever return so I'm not sure why I was treated that way.

This is by far the most ghetto Vons Ive ever seen in my life. The staff is clueless and they lack exceptional customer service and common sense. In addition if you report the staffs rude behavior and complain about the staff overall to management they do nothing about and all they do is say they will take care of it and its all B.S . Talk is cheap. In addition they have security following you everywhere in the store while your grocery shopping basically harassing you. Its unethical very uncomfortable which is why I advised everyone to stop shopping here immediately.

Everything in order, with the app you find where the product you are looking for is because it shows you the aisle and the shelf number... You can also grab digital coupons to pay less, since it is more expensive compared to other supermarkets. but there is good quality and the cashiers are always very nice

I was wrongly over charged by Priscila, who mentioned she s worked at this place for 30 years. Earlier while checking out we had a back and fourth over me paying for my moms groceries because there was a case of beer in our transaction, mom is a senior and I m 30. Showed her my ID on my phone because my wallet was in the car and we were already holding up the line trying to use a coupon she had to overwrite and a manager was hard to find but she was extremely rude when she didn t accept it. I was trying to be courteous and not hold up the line further as the lady behind me stated she was running late. I would understand the whole beer situation but there s a way to talk to people. We had an embarrassing dispute then finally left after paying and she even waived goodbye to me angrily. I noticed 3 minutes into my drive home she double charged me for many items so i went back and she asked if the items are in the car which i said yes I ll go get them. She had me wait and stated that someone has to follow me to my car. Sounded weird to me but I said ok I ll wait. Manager then came up to me and said she needs the items I told her I would gladly go get them and she said I know you want someone to follow you but no one is available right now . That s when I started to suspect that this whole following me to the car thing is not an actual policy because why would she think I requested someone to follow me? The cashier Priscila must ve thought I was lying or would manipulate the items in my bags. Doesn t make sense either way, so an employee has to follow me to my car because they don t trust me when in reality it was their own employee who made the mistake? What if I went in there with the bags already in hand? How would that policy imply? What s worse is that they said I needed to get my money back on a gift card because I paid with Apple Pay. Why would I want credit to a store that overcharged me then thought I was lying? Manager was kind enough to give me cash but the experience still didn t sit right with me. I called Vons to check this is actually a policy at their stores and they stated it isn t and they will file a complaint and look into this stores policies promptly to make sure they reflect Vons correctly. I really hope they did. I came here with my mom who s nearly 70 and asked me to go with her because she felt the employees were rude to her last time she went by herself. The fact that a senior doesn t feel comfortable enough to come here one her own should speak for itself.

I had cake ordered 3weeks ago . If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I went in to get flowers on Friday, 9/8/2023 at 11 am. There was a young girl working at the flower counter who was super rude from the start. She tried to charge me an additional $60 on $118 worth of flowers for service which she didn t provide. She said I could put the flowers together myself after I paid for them - then had the audacity to yell at me for stepping behind the counter. Apparently, homegirl meant that I could put the flowers together on the floor, outside . I have never experienced such an awful experience. I ended up arranging flowers on the hood of my car at the funeral. If I had time yesterday, I would have escalated this issue since it s absolutely preposterous.

Worst deli ever. Payed for an order for 50 PCs of fried chicken @ 1 pm about 1 week ago. Walked into Vons at 12:50 to the deli department, older lady was also complaining to the manager about her order. Had to quickly get back to help my sister to finish decorating my nieces party, turns out my order wasnt even been fried yet. So irritating. They wanted to give me 50pcs of chicken that was sitting for 3 hours under a lamp. No thanks. No apology no nothing. Had to wait 30 minutes for my order.

I went to pick up an order at the Deli and no one acknowledged me, even when a female employee passed by me and I said good morning. She just walked passed me and ignored me! I stood there for a few minutes until a male employee asked if I needed help. My order was not done even though I had specified a time. The cashier that helped me seemed upset about being there. I didn t get her name, but maybe the staff there all around should be provided with customer service training. I m giving it two stars instead of none because the male working at the deli was being helpful but I would really give this store an unsatisfactory and no stars if he hadn t helped.

Because I am disabled I get groceries delivered. I have been a customer for many years. But lately every order needs to be substituted. The certain butter that I want and which they offer for sale, they never have unsalted but always salted. Aren t they able to get this Vermont butter unsalted in their store within months? Bunch of Karens on this store. Last april 14, a latina lady with long hair, wearing black jacket manning the the self checkout was super rude to me but I let it go. I thought maybe she was tired standing there looking at people. Then today, april 20, there was another Karen at the self check out, an older white lady, she looks at me like im doing a crime using my coupons. She goes, i see what your doing, i know what your doing. Well Im trying to save money, i dont know if thats a crime. Well its all in the app promotions. She was super rude to me after she was just super rude to an older lady. It was around 5pm, she was wearing red shirt. Employees there are working only to get their salaries at the end of the day. Theres no way they are there to give customer service. The only person I remembered being nice to everyone was a guy at the cashier named Armando. He always has positive attitude anytime I go there. I was never treated like that to a higher scale store like trader joes and whole foods.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had recently gotten a cake from there for my younger sister s birthday and she wanted a Hello Kitty type cake. However, the supposed cake decorator there did a horrible job when my mom went to go pick it up. My mom had shown the decorator a picture of what exactly my younger sister wanted and nothing looked right when it was finished. It looked like it was rushed and made within five minutes. The cake was dry and the taste could ve been better. Nothing about the cake was proportionate either. On top of that, when my mom had requested for the cake to be made, the lady she was talking to was rude and had an attitude. We usually love shopping at Vons, but I don t think we re gonna be ordering custom-made cakes from their bakery again.

Did not get my sales price. Even after I brought it to there attention. They only did one item.but paid 3 items at full cost. Did not notice till I got home. This had happen to me twice. I went to get some groceries late at night, and the manager and a security guard felt they had due cause to follow me throughout the entire store, would not give me a reason as to why, and were rude on top of it. I am a good paying customer and have been for a long time, and I was very displeased with their uncalled for actions that night. I left my cart and groceries and went somewhere else to do my shopping. I would not recommend this store or its staff to anyone and I will not shop with them anymore. Theyve lost a loyal customer. Shame on them!

Two employees at this store declined to take return items I purchased less than 7 days. First she said I had to go to cashier, then after I stood there waiting she said I could not return the items. I was in a rush so I left. The items are not food . The employee at self checkout is a liar. She said she couldnt do refund. I knew they could.it was easy thing to do, just scan the items and scan the receipt.

Its a clean store, its a bit expensive, Only one or two cashiers working, usually have to bag your own groceries.
