Great location! The Fuji apple salad and the barbecue chicken sandwich were very good. My only complaint is that I had four orders, each with an apple as the side, and two of them came with chips instead.

Enjoy the salad a lot, always fresh. Tried the cheese steak sandwich this time. Pretty good. Will try again.
You can use your app to customize your order even suit for health concern customers.
However the free bread is very tough to chew. Get an apple or small bag of chips instead.
Ideal place to hangout with friends or quite time for your own.

The manager is very rude and unprofessional. He said it’s already a deal so we can’t take more off. I don’t know what he was talking about. We did an online order and requested no mayonnaise because we are allergic. When we went to pick up the sandwiches the manager told us that it was already a deal. But highly recommend not visiting this location. They are extremely rude condescending and not willing to work with the customers. Would rather drive to Pasadena where there are nice and accommodating and professional. 10 out of 10 do not recommend. Do not visit this location do not do online orders.
Went back to try again to avoid the drive and wasting gas. Got an orange scone that was moist, flavorful and delicious. The kitchen sink cookie was full of chocolate some toffee salted yummyness. The new spinach bacon soufflé was ok but not as good as the old spinach artichoke one. The pecan twist if full of glaze and pecans. The experience was much better this time. They have plenty of indoor seating, parking and a public restroom.

This location is very nice and clean. The food is pretty good. The parking space can be limited during busy hours. Staffs are friendly but often short on cashier, as a result, the wait can be long sometime. There are self serving stations but no one like to use them. The drinks are self serving and they have a good selection of it including various tea and soda. This place also have free wifi and it makes a great place to relax, study or even casual dining.

Haven’t been here for a while! My favorite is the Mac and cheese sandwich! The chicken soup was a bit saltier than before but still good! You can pick if you’d like bread or chips in the meal as well! Their tomato soup is a bit too thick and sweet for me but it’s just my preference. The portions are pretty good. Parking won’t be a problem since it is in a plaza!

This was my go-to spot to study and eat, but I just went 2 days ago, and they have covered all the outlets. The food and drinks is a bit pricey, but it was worth it to be able to study for a few hours. Now I will have to find another place to study or try other panera bread locations and hope they didnt cover the outlets If you are going to eat, then its a pretty good place. The restrooms are always clean and the staff is nice.

I like to charge my phone while on my lunch breaks, but this particular panera bread only has a few power outlets and gets very busy around lunch. Ended up having to wait a while just to plug my phone in. Ill probably try the one down the street from now on.

visited many Paneras but our first time here. Good food so far - they really warm up the soup, the hazelnut coffee I got was strong and not diluted, friendly service, a little crowded on a Thurs late afternoon. Only ding is that the internet is super slow (3.3mbps) and unreliable - you cant work here. It kept disconnecting me. Compare that to Panera in Studio City and LaCanada Flintridge with 100mbps.

I go there at least once a week with my drink subscription. The food taste is generally good but they often misplace the order. Tea bags dont have flavour or aroma. If coffee is available at the station I am surprised. Most of time the dispenser is empty, also half and half. Today in my coffe cup, I drank the coffee ground at the end of the cup, terrible!

Coffee and milk counter(containers/coffee pots) has empty containers always especially during 7am to 10am. This place has this problem for a longtime and has not mitigated the problem even though the manager had been notified of the problem many times in the past. Employees can be rude when alerted of the problem .

Very busy location. Lately the staff moves so slow you d think they re apathetic to a line of customers waiting for food to be made. Perhaps due to a lack of management but it s really disheartening to see such a lack of urgency at an otherwise lovely place to eat.

Cashier told us all the soups come in a bag, in a box, frozen. Also this is the grayest meat Ive ever been served in my life. The steak is dry, gray, and flavorless. I would feel ashamed to serve this to anyone! I expected at least a little more than bread, cheese, meat, and a few slimy onions on this steak sandwich, considering the price... Save yourself the trouble. Theres a Jersey Mikes just east of Panera, or Ikes love and sandwiches right next door, to the West of Panera. How disappointing! Vegetarian options: Few to no vegan/vegetarian options my boyfriend is vegan, and he ordered the veggie sandwich, and it doesnt say anywhere in the menu board that it has a bunch of feta cheese on it. None of the current shops are vegan, either.

I got the duet meal deal not be confused with the pick 2 meal deal that i kept getting paying more than I wanted because I thought I was getting the cheaper one with the almost same name. Panera you need to change one of the so people are confused and feel like they are getting ripped off. The kind cashier helped out this time because I caught it but, everytime in the past ripped off for the same meal.

I have the sip club membership and genuinely canceled it because of this location. The guy manager and some of the employees do not care about their customers. I never got my *self serve* coffee cup from online and stood there for 15 mins without being acknowledged. I asked the guy working there if he knew what s up w the cup since the app told me it was ready. I said it so nicely and I would ve been understanding of the situation, whatever it was but, instead i got ignored and he walked away. I waited another 10 mins and just left and got coffee and food from Mcdonald s across the street. I then, told the Panera support on the app what happened and they gave me a credit. I go in to use the said credit and the second they notice me, the manager and the blonde woman employee started to talk badly about me infront of me. I heard exactly what they said because, I was within an earshot. I canceled my subscription to Sip Club while I waited on my food. When my food was ready, the woman didn t even call out my name and then just looked at me. i approached and she asked me for my name. I told her and she just slams my food on the counter and just starts to help the next customer. No your welcome to my thank you or anything. Yeah safe to say this cafe doesn t care about you. I ve seen some of the other reviews that state the same thing too. I have a terrible taste in my mouth because of those 3 employees. The first one that ignored me could get a pass as maybe he didn t hear me. I m not sure.

There was no one at the counter to take our order so we used the kiosk. Ordered 4 hot chocolates one with skim milk. The skim milk was rancid. We were expecting our hot chocolate in mugs they were served in to go cups. There was no whipped cream no caramel sauce. Just disappointing

As usual, in my opinion, the food is very good and the menu selection is amazing. The pumpkin squash soup special was as good as Ive ever had anywhere in the best of restaurants. And I love the toasted bagel with chicken salad. Unfortunately the place was busy and the kitchen staff must have been overworked because we waited 30 minutes for our order. The atmosphere is fine, nothing fancy, but certainly comfortable and more attractive than just rows of tables. Panera is one of my favorite places.

Great place to go for soup and sandwiches, love their baguette but not so much for their onion soup. Customer service is okay at this location, perhaps due to the short of staff nowadays, plenty of parking and there are lots of stores in that plaza to walk around after eating.

Have the sip club, plain iced tea is usually my beverage of choice but here it tastes slightly tropical, not sure if its lazy cleaning procedure or if someone decided to be special and do their own thing. Pretty disappointing and gross, if they want to offer flavored iced tea thats fine just label it as such. And the coffee is too weak to be enjoyable.

This is the best Panera I have been to since I started going to Panera. This store is always fully stocked and the employees are all fully attentive and somewhat courteous. They re too busy to know you on a first name basis at this location, but that s a good thing because that means you ll get fresh food. Thanks for keeping this store fully stocked all the time, Panera.

I would say, if youre only here to catch some AC and study, this is a good place to be, as they were less busy than Starbucks. The food though was somewhat hit or miss. The soup was somewhat saltier than expected and the chicken sandwhich was, really sad looking. The taste itself was also somewhat of a letdown.

Its Panera, what more do you expect? The food is the best food youll find around. The food is well presented and tastes great with fresh ingredients. The service is good, not great. There may be a line so I highly recommend ordering online. Not much more to say. The place is clean. Has a nice environment for eating. Ordering online is simple and pickup is super easy. I highly recommend joining the sip club as well. Parking: Plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking is available. Save those spaces for those that need it.

This particular location has all of its windows face north or east creating a slightly darker atmosphere compared to the Alhambra location. Its an older shop showing some age on the carpet. Standard food service. Somehow I end up here often in the afternoon and the catch here is power receptacles. School kids hog all the tables with one and camp out most of the afternoon studying YouTubes and the like. But that takes one to know one... 6 tables have access to power and the two chairs got one off the floor. Outdoor seating is nice on the north side. But its LA suburbs close to the freeway so heavy dust is inevitable. Discovered this value duet on the menu, its pretty good value indeed. I tried the chicken noodle soup and Caesar salad. It was good. Well managed amount of dressing. Soup is salty as expected but that is perfect with the chunk of bread. Verizon 4G is just 1 bar here so you might have to go with the shop wifi here. No 5G. I was hungry so I ate the stuff.. no pix. Sorry. Parkings are narrow. Consider taking a few steps and park a bit further.

It is a cafeteria whose specialty is sandwiches with organic ingredients, freshly baked bread, the best meat and excellent quality coffee and tea, therefore the price is a little high than average. I took away one star because of the limited parking, the rest is very good.

Not friendly staff -and didnt bring my order out to my vehicle as I requested online. I got notice it was ready and I tried to call [as I am disabled] and they would never answer their phone. I could see two employees at the front ordering counter -and no customers, so Im not sure why they couldnt answer the phone. So I had to painfully go inside to retrieve my order that I had already paid for and was snubbed by them again....finally asked for a manager and he was very polite and offered to take my bag out to my truck for me, but I already was there inside. I usually have excellent service from all Panera Bread restaurants

These days we all need to be very careful how we shop. With this unusual inflation and the deliveries in the supply chain off due to covid we need to go 3 to 5 different stores planning out our weekly shopping to basically focus on the Lost leader items that are at the best possible prices in this terrible inflationary. Of time. This is the only way to stay ahead of inflation and to buy quality food and it sprouts they have bulk spices with your very reasonably priced and their meat is superb their vegetables and fruit are also superb and when they are on sale they are on sale this is not the place I would go to buy milk or other Dairy eggs or Delicatessen because the quality may be high but so were the prices unless you see something on sale that you like and feel you will use but overall Sprouts is a wonderful place to shop and you will enjoy yourself there and the people give great customer service.
