After having an absolute horrible experience at the clinton keith location I decided to come here. Although not as big and not as large as a selection as clinton keith, this one is worth it for the service alone. My cashier was very friendly and bagged my groceries very mindfully. The self checkout lady was also very sweet to my one year old son. Thank you ladies for being kind..I wish every store's employees were like you. This will be my target from now on.

Once covid started these basically we're out of production but I believe was one of the best meals at Target ever produced So delicious with the naan and the green beans 🤤. I always get screwed over in the line here by someone signing up for a Target CC. Then you just get stuck standing behind them for forever! Maybe it always happens to me when Im on a schedule? They should have people sign up for the CC in the customer service area.

Returning a Bissel dual surface shampooer that didnt work that I bought just for tile floors, the brushes didnt even reach the floor...Anyways that wasnt the reason for the 1 star, it is the staff that earned it! So Jasmine unpacks the item and tells me the serial numbers dont match and they wont except it for return! I wasnt upset or worried because thats the item I bought from target and told her to get a manager. By the time Kevin came she had figured out which was the correct serial number...NO APOLOGIES for just ACCUSING me of trying to do a bunk/scam return! I brought it up to she & Mgr for her to explain and show me HER confusion but not APOLOGIZE! Im not sure why she was showing me where the right serial # was...I dont work there BUT she does and needs to know better before making such accusations on honest paying customers! I continued to shop and also getting more upset about the accusation so I see Kevin and ask for her name & the MANAGER told me he couldnt tell me her name, that I would have to ask her/them! That sounds very unprofessional and a straight up LIE being told by a mgr! They said their name was Jasmine, but no way to confirm it because she wasnt wearing a name tag. I just hope she wasnt feeling justified accusing me cause Im black...cause thats how she made me feel!

Well let me start off by saying, this target despite of its location is clean and well organized. Employees were hard work and very nice. I did not feel rushed, and I was able to go isle to isle with out any difficulties, such as clothing everywhere and item on the floor. My experience here was genuinely awesome. AS far as the Starbucks inside cut them some slack theyre only two employess from what I saw they still worked hard and kept a smile the entire time.

I love target its more accommodating and more convenient than Walmart. The lines arent excessive, staff are nicer, cleaner environment. I love the garden selections mainly, my daughter loves their make up selections. Their target app is a must have especially if youre trying to save a few bucks and or earn rewards. I also love the color Red and their logo dog Spot which is irrelevant. Anyways one other thing that definitely stuck out to me is their disney collection and section... its literally like walking to a disney store, my fave! They also offer tap pay, which walmart does not support.

I thought was really weird is the cashier refused to allow me to keep the one hanger for the kids PJ set I was buying as a gift. After I reiterated my request, like three times, she said no no and no. We reuse the hangers every night and we need them . I have never in my life been told no I can t keep the hanger off the clothes that I am paying for. Its one hanger!! and the pj set hangers are different so I cant just use one of my own. Typically cashiers will ask me if I would like to keep the hanger, but not here, here I couldnt have 1 even after asking various times. And it seems like no big deal but as I m here now wrapping the present, I am so annoyed that I don t have the hanger. Not good customer service!

I never write reviews but I was searching for some gloves for my Halloween outfit and I asked the first employee I saw which was an incredible woman named Nilda and she was such a huge help. I m literally stopped in the middle of the store writing this because I didn t want to forgot to write a good review about her. She gave me every possible option for trying to find or even make the gloves I needed. She showed me where everything that I needed was and she was so kind and helpful. An absolutely lovely employee thank you Nilda!

i spend a lot of money in target i m also handicap where i need a charged electric wheel chair un fortunately when i go in the majority of the time the electric chairs i never fully charged i m sure i m not the best not handicap person that shops her there is no priority in making sure they are fully changed and i m sure customers can help by returning the electric wheel chair for someone else to use also my other issue that steams me especially if i have to walk in pain throughout target that i i asked three people where a item was needles to say 2 was wrong common courtesy and also hood customer service is to walk an individual where the item is not telling it s along the wall if i could give you guys a lower review score i would get it together

Buy a lamp online while Im at the store. Have the lamp in hand and they tell you that you have to come back in two hours to pick up the same lamp you literally have in your hand. The definition of stupid. Complete waste of my time, gas and money. I will shop else where in the future.

I just came to spend what little money I had... not having a card for my cash app or a way to pay for my stuff rather then online, well the manager Debbie saw that I was struggling and was so kind...she paid for my back pack, tooth brush and deodorant and told me God bless you! A clean store with well spaced aisles and that simple, familiar feeling in which you just know where to find exactly what you re looking for. The employees are often helpful and seem like they re having a good time which is always a nice sign. The curbside pickup option is wonderful as well, and as long as you use it properly (telling them when you re coming helps a lot) you are usually in and out very quickly.

I shopped at this Target today, I was impressed. I have been a Target shopper for many years. This Target is well maintained, clean, aisles not cluttered and well laid out. Normally I shop at Target on Rancho California Road, it does not compare to the Murrieta location. The Temecula store is not stocked well and the layout is confusing. I probably will shop at Murrieta store even though it is a longer drive.

The curbside pickup department is failing, and evidently nothing is being done to rectify this. Some families depend on this service, and it seems like this department at my local store is only finding more ways to slack at doing their job efficiently, when they even do it at all. Ive had several poor experiences now with their order online pick up in store option, and have had to cancel many orders and just purchase elsewhere because its no longer convenient (and at times outright frustrating) buying from a store that pays kids for a job they obviously dont care about doing. I didnt mind paying extra for some items out of store loyalty, but between things being cheaper at other stores and now their service lacking on top of it, its just not worth it anymore. Im pretty disappointed; I used to love Target.

Most stores are clean, this one was. Prices are affordable. It has a good selection of name brands and non name brands. Walmart has more outdoors stuff and mechanical stuff than Target but if you dont want a battery, target is a good place to shop.

The wrong items were pulled so I had to go into the store to try to exchange them for the correct items at which time I was told they were out of stock for the items that I ordered. Someone in the store needs to be sure to pull the correct items and if it is out of stock we should be given a notification before we drive down to pick up our order. If I could give zero Stars I would. This was the second time that the wrong items were pulled for a drive up delivery out of my three experiences.

The cashier, Rhonda, was EXTREMELY helpful in helping me find some products and even walked me to them. Once I finished my shopping, we were fortunate enough to get Rhonda again as our cashier. She was extremely friendly, we shared stories about our dogs(because I purchased some dog food also). She also talked my wife and I into getting the target red card, which we use every time now. Target really should take notice of this employee because I feel she has great customer service, great communication skills, and strong leadership skills.

Poor Customer Service! Paid for an item online and when I went to pick it up, I was told that it wasnt there and may have been returned to stock. Other local stores were contacted, but no luck. They did say that the Menifee store may have some in stock. So, now Im supposed to drive way out of the way to Menifee on a Friday at 3pm? I dont think so! Burlington Coat Factory dissed me and my wife 25 years ago, and we havent shopped there since! As a 29 yr firefighter, I know and understand Customer Service! What I got today at Target Murrieta was far from it! And just like Burlington Coat Factory, theyll be banished from my shopping needs! Hello Walmart!

Target is full of cute pop up displays that are so colorful and eye-catching, but unfortunately the prices seem to be going up higher and higher! I m a 45 minute drive from this location so I called to make sure they had the fonton mattress I was looking for. She said they have one for 54 dollars.I got there and couldn t find it. The operator was looking at the covers, not the mattress itself. complete waste of time. whoever is on the operator phone should have basic common sense and read the entire item before telling somebody they have it.
