Bob's Big Boy

Feels like a nice home country place. Very welcoming. The food was good and the service was really good. They have a small little store where you can get big boy memorabilia. I love the local big boy that has the cowboy hat on. I had a BLT in my friend had the double decker hamburger. Both were really good.

The food is pretty good. A lot of dishes I did not expect to see, like spaghetti and meatloaf. The atmosphere is and the service are what really sell it. The staff were great, very attentive and polite. The atmosphere was very charming and down-home. It adds a lot to the dining experience.

I haven't been here since I was a kid, and the food was very disappointing I got a strawberry shake and seem to lack flavor just tasted plain, the buger had no seasoning even with all the condiments still was bland, fries were hot but no flavor. The service was quick but no friendliness. I was very disappointed. I was so excited to come and try it out after such a long time, but it ended up being an epic fail. Definitely won't be returning.

What a step back in time! Loved BBB when I was a kid and now I got to share it with my daughter! We are visiting up from San Diego for a lacrosse tournament and the delicious food and friendly staff made it a wonderful relief from the hundred degree heat! Had to get a mug too!

Came here twice when we’re in the area. Once with our water polo team another when we came up for a family event. Has everything you need but they need to open their salad bar/buffet portion again. Prob won’t bc of COVID and staff shortage but it would be awesome.

Memorabilia is waste of money in the gift shop. I can’t believe they are selling a magnet for 11.99.

This is a great place to eat a breakfast buffet. Its always refreshing to walk into a restaurant and find a grade A from the health department in the front window. Great job people! My favorite place in Norco to eat even though Im only here once every 5 months! Ownership has changed. New California law on minimum wage has hurt this business I am afraid. Everything in CA. has skyrocketed. It is a shame.

Good food and service. All of our food was good except for my biscuit, which was kinda tough and chewy. The bacon was tasty but could be more crispy & the sausage had a good flavor but seemed oily. The chicken fried steak was better than average. The eggs & hash browns good. The gravy was surprisingly good despite how lightly colored it is.

The food here just isnt the same as it was when I was a kid and the quality isnt worth the higher-than-usual prices. Our server was a young man who was very nice and attentive. My salad came with tomatoes after I requested no tomatoes, but that wasnt his fault. He noticed and remembered my order and brought a new one right away. The new salad had 2 and a half croutons. No, Im not exaggerating. It also had a wavy, long, light-colored hair in it that appeared to belong to the gray-haired woman near the counter. They were apologetic and offered some free items and we got some fries and I got a scoop of ice cream. I was charged for the ice cream, but didnt bother saying anything. We just wont go back. The food was Meh

Always love this place,I have since I was a kid, and it always takes me back to that time. Im SO glad there are still Bobs Big Boy restaurants still and i hope they last forever! The Big Boy Combo plus a salad is my go-to EVERY time!! Great service from a new gentleman who was in training on this day, he will get great tips if he continues with his courteous demeanor! I Also LOVE the merchandise they offer and Id like to get it all! Maybe a little something every visit. My girlfriend and I will be back for sure! My first time at Bobs period not my wife s. I have no clue why I ve never been here maybe lack of locations but it s been a staple I been wanting to try!.. From beginning to end from Rene greeting/sitting us down her beautiful spirit & personality/humor sets the tone for our amazing waitress Tracy! Hopefully I spelled there names correctly if not sorry ladies!.. We had the Double Burger not sure the name sorry Bob..lol.. It s similar to the Big Mac! We added the chipotle sauce & bacon got the half & half onion rings/fries! Burger was neat & sloppy delish at the same time..lol.. Best onion rings or some of the best easily! Better than the hat & a handful of restaurants! Overall a wonderful firsts experience for us at Bobs & we will be back especially for the service that was provided! Please make sure & tip these lovely ladies every time because they deserve it! They treat you like family you can see it naturally!! Keep it up Bobs!! Thank you & God Bless!!

Excellent onion rings! My hubby and I came here on a weekday after the DMV. I knew there was a Bobs Big boy close by, and I remember how delicious it was when I was younger. It wasnt super busy at all. We werent that hungry at all either. I was just craving onion rings and a bite of a burger. So we decided to share a burger with fries and onion rings. The waitress was so awesome. She didnt have to ask us if we were sharing, she automatically knew. She brought us a split plate which consisted of half a burger with fries. Separately was a basket of onion rings. Maybe because it wasnt so busy, but she came around a few times to check up on us. Because of the service, and of course, yummy food, we will be returning.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. And you have no idea how long Ive been waiting to eat at a Bobs and get my favorites. About 6 years. At least. So this hurts me to write this. -first, we waited to be greeted to be seated for over 10 mins -once we were seated the server took over 30 mins to even acknowledge we were there, despite going to the tables on either side of us. No greeting. Nothing. Nit even a, Hi, sorry about the wait. The kitchen is really backed up. I see someone brought you drinks. Ill be back to take your order as soon as I can.. Nothing. Not even that. - when she did come to take our order, she wasnt that friendly and seemed annoyed. -oh! Did I mention they didnt have any kids menus? We had to look it up online.

My father used to take us to Big Bob boys when we were kids. I placed the fish and chip the fish was terrible and fries did not taste well no flavor. I was a bit sad about the quality of the food. My partner felt the same on his dish.

Portions are smaller, it didnt quite the same as before. The server was trying, but they appeared to be running short staff. Parking: The lot is shared with a drive thru coffee store. I went to Bobs Big Boy since I was a kid, and they dont have any left in arizona. This one was right by the hotel I was staying while I was in california, and one of the few that are left. The food is always was excellent. But Im also a huge fan of the Bobs Big Boy burger. Especially sauce. I even brought a jar home with me. Im hoping someday theyll open more in Arizona so I can go to the more often. But while I was there, it was everything I wanted. The crew that was there was great everybody was friendly, everybody was efficient, and the food tasted as I always remembered it. Thank you all for a great time.

Way to expensive for what it is. We spent $45 on two burgers and a sundae. For that price, Id expect restaurant quality food. This was mediocre fast food quality, at best. The employees were very friendly, really the only reason we didnt rate this a 1 star. You can hit Heroes down the street for the same price and get a much better meal.

This is the place I used to go when I was a child. I was able to visit the area a week ago and I was pleasantly surprised, the Bobs Big boy was still the same and the fish sandwich and onion rings were the same as I remember 40 years ago. What a treat. Dont forget the hot fudge cake AMAZING

I was really excited to come here when we had to visit near Norco. Boy were we disappointed . Ordered the Big Boy with fries and Im sorry to say the fries were the best thing on my plate. The burger itself had absolutely no flavor, and the bun fell apart like it might be stale. I asked for extra red relish to help it, but just made a bigger mess. Everything in their lobby was outrageously priced for the nostalgia. I used to go as a kid and loved it. I guess it will remain a fond memory, because this wasnt it . Honorable mention: our waitress was very good.

I come here to get my favorite chili cheese spaghetti. It is the closest Bobs Big boy near me. Which is about 45 minutes away. The chili cheese spaghetti is good the waitress its nice but the food portions are a lot smaller than the other by Bobs Big boy which is pretty depressing. Because I feel like Im being cheated.

So I ve never been to a big boy in my life, but today I wanted to try something new and let me be honest with you, I will never visit this location again I felt like the vibe was off when the old white lady sat the people who came in back of us first then we wait 8 minutes just to be seated in a empty restaurant then the old white lady sat my whole family in the back of the restaurant then me and the family just got our food and not even 13 minutes they already handed us the check to get out and the we noticed that the old white lady was sitting all the white folks in the front of the restaurant and then we know she sat down another color race in the back of the restaurant Felt like I was in one of those restaurants no colors allowed allowed

Took my mother there after a funeral we attended wasnt given the best. This was our first time going here in four or five years. We were in the mood for our favorite food, Chili Spaghetti, We were VERY DISAPPOINTED because the person who seats people was rude(asked how many people, told him 3), he grabbed the menus and started walking, didnt say anything (right this way, follow me,..nothing) Then the guy asked what we wanted to drink~ my mom told him a water with Lemon, a Coke and a Sweet Tea.. he brought back a Water (NO LEMON~had to ask him 4 times for Lemon) , He brought a PEPSI (Not coke.. Mind you he didnt say they only had Pepsi ) and Tea. So when the waiter finally decided to come ask if we were ready to order, I explained that we were very unhappy with the service wed gotten so far and we decided to leave without ordering (We didnt touch anything.. Drinks stayed just as the guy put them). We might not be coming back for a very long time! BONUS: My mom was a waitress for Bobs Big Boy years ago in Corona. Parking: Easy to find a parking spot.

At $16 burger. I expected much better burger and service. I am in this area at times and took lunch with family but seems I picked the wrong place. First time at this location and my last time. Over $73 for 4 to eat lunch and all 4 left food behind. For this price it must be better food and service it this location wants to stay around.

Unforeseen circumstances had us having to order takeout for dinner on Valentines day, so we chose an old family favorite, and boy did bobs disappoint. We absolutely got ripped off, first off, two burger combos and two side salads was 52 dollars, of which we didnt know the full total until we got there, we thought they would do their usual generous portions, nope, they skimped on everything they possibly could. Our salads could fit into the palm of your hand for 8 dollars each... They barely put fries in there, and they said we had to pay extra if we wanted a drink with that. Im sorry for 18 DOLLARS for a burger and fries at an average American diner it should definitely come with a fountain soda. Burgers were soggy and ingredients were not even close to being fresh. We had to reheat the fries in the air fryer because they were so stale and ice cold. They are part of the highway robbery thats all too common in the food service industry. I and well as my family will never come here again, Its just not worth it.

Wasnt for a late lunch. Not many people so got a booth in no time. Was going to order breakfast but changed it to a patty melt which was one of the best that I have had in years. Also, the waitress was very good, checking on us and making sure that we were taking care of to the 10s. My cousin got a piece of banana cream with whip cream. Service was Ok the atomospbere well its a Nice Dinner nice place to go with friwnds or family . Bit the Food was .Meh i went with friends and got 4 burgers ,all Were pretty Bland Tasted cheap, i wouldve thought maybe they specialized in burgers so itd be real good .but no if you want a Good tastey burger look else where i dont recommend it

I obviously saw this in a movie and work really close. Never stopped here and this time I did for lunch. Their burgers are delicious and most importantly, their blue cheese.

Went to the burbank Bobs and the food was amazing, and all the ingredients were fresh. So when I came to this Bobs big boy, I was disappointed with the lower quality taste and ingredients. Will not be coming back to this location.

The chocolate and strawberry shakes were great! We also had a great chili with a hamburger patty dinner over spaghetti noodles. It was awesome! Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped is near the front door
