Dropped by on a Saturday morning and it was packed, despite that, our group (6+) was able to secure a table and got our orders & food in a timely manner. Food was good, the pancakes were fluffy and the omelets were huge, just enough for the price you paid. The mugs were cute and you can purchase them if interested.

Large eatery, focusing on breakfast items. Friendly staff. Pricing does match the large portions. Thick bacon was perfect - crisp yet soft in the middle, perfection! Very large menu! The omelette had so much cheese, almost too much for me personally. But I’m sure others would love it. The only odd thing, is for upcharge of specialty pancakes - they don’t say on menu, nor tell you in person. $6.50 for strawberry pancake upgrade, but they just added 3 strawberries and spritz of whip cream of standard pancakes I would have received anyways. 🫠🫠

This was our first time coming here, we enjoyed the food but the service was terrible. I was a waitress for many years so I am completely understanding of getting in the weeds....this was totally unacceptable. It took 15 min for our server to even come to the table, total 20 min from sitting down to get coffee. There was a wait for food which was understandable given how busy they were but once we were done eating a busser came and took our plates and brought us a box. We then sat there for another 15 minutes for someone to approach our table. A manager walked by and we asked for the check, I did not complain (even though we def had grounds for it) but I'm sure my impatience was showing. We then saw our server argue with the manager and get really mad. Never approached our table again; she sent another server to drop the check and made sure to pick it up from the table rather than us paying at the front which is what seemed to be the normal approach (we took this to insinuate we would walk out on our check). Such a lack of professionalism, I can honestly say I've never had such bad service. Turning her back to us and purposefully not regarding our table was just kind of unbelievable, especially when we had remained polite through the meal.

My son told me about this place Actually he took me to breakfast. You know how I keep it real It's how I always say I love the places that are more old school. This was the best pancake Restaurant have ever been to. Greet you as you come into the door. The weight wasn't long The best thing was everything is cooked fresh. The manager came to the table to ask how your food was Also the owner asked. I had the Coconut pancakes with a special sauce syrup. Also I had 4 pieces of Really big pieces of bacon that was delicious. So if you and your family are out for breakfast take my word for it you would really enjoy this place. It was a lot of food I had to take mine home And they was nice enough to give me extra serve. It was a pleasant experience glad I went. And my son had the strawberry pancakes. I also had eggs Bacon Coconut pancakes With The special sauce syrup. I Mention that again because the 2 plates at the bottom are mind. It's In Norco California

Food was delicious! The yogurt parfait is sufficient enough on its own. It is fresh, as well as refreshing. The gluten free pancakes are also tasty as well; they are not gritty like others I have had. The Norco Special is yummy; this one was made without the mushrooms. I highly recommend trying it out. I shall return.

This place hasn't disappointed me yet! Was busy when I went, but the wait wasn't too bad. In fact would mind waiting I'm general.
The food here is really tasty! I had one of their five egg omelets. It was massive! It also came with three pancakes.
Yes I did finish all of it. Helps out when you go after a hike. I worked up and appetite beforehand so that's why I was able to eat all of it.
One of the best breakfast/lunch restaurants that I've visited in a while.

The food here is amazing. The chicken and bacon waffle is the best chicken and waffle combo i have ever had. Dietary restrictions: You have so many options that youre bound to find something delicious that you can eat. There are gluten-free waffles and pancakes, but not crepes. They are not prepared on dedicated surfaces. Parking: Shared with a bowling alley. Loads of parking. Kid-friendliness: Nothing adult about the place. No kids menu. Wheelchair accessibility: Totally wheelchair accessible. You may need someone to get the door though.

We went on a Sunday to try those breakfast. Very busy day with a long wait time. Server kept on forgetting items we asked for. Payed extra for blueberry syrup and got regular syrup with dried blueberries in it. It wasnt a great experience.

Used to be great food, service, overall experience. Most recently Ive been there twice, both times, food quality had declined substantially. The most recent experience included freezer burned sausage patties that smelled spoiled and dry scrambled eggs. It was a very disappointing experience, I wont be returning anytime soon.

Very poor service. We went at 2:00pm after the rush and were ignored before asking the manager for a waitress. We had to ask for refills on our drinks and waited another 5 minutes for our bill. We used to go every weekend, but not going back.

New menu is very hard to read and format is confusing. The prices have gotten ridiculously high. The new mugs are harder to hold and drink from. Food was still good. Used to be a favorite place to go, but this may be our last visit. Waitress got our water order wrong. They werent very busy so no excuse for that.

My complaint is about the host. We were originally told it would be 20-25 minutes. It ended up being 1 hour. We checked in with the host 2x. On the third time she said she had called out our name but we were standing outside. She then said we texted but when she we showed her our phone and she just rolled her eyes. It took another 15 minutes to get a table. If you say you will text please text and if you are just going to call out names then say that. By the way this is the second time this happens to us. I guarantee it will not happen a third time. IHOP here we come.

Great portions, good service. A little pricey. The place is packed on the weekend, so be prepared for a delay. It took about 15 minutes to get our food despite the dining room being completely full. Everyone in my family loves this place and raves about the food. To me, the omelet was good; it just didnt have that much flavor. The pancakes had a good texture. The sweet stuff looked great - cinnamon rolls, crepes, French toast, waffles, and a huge selection of pancake dishes - so I will have to try them in the future.

The food is amazing! I love the taste (pictures cant express the flavor), but I love the taste of their pancakes and eggs. If you are like me, you will ask for melted butter and warm syrup will have you going back!! The only reason we came to this pancake house is because we had just gotten back for Sioux falls south Dakota where they have a extremely popular Original Pancake House with extremely good food. So we thought we would stop by the one close to home, but to our dismay it was not comparable at all. The menu is very basic. Nothing on the menu make it stand out from any other IHOP or Dennys with more expensive options and not very many plates with all the fixings to choose from. Our plats came out to about 20 a plate that with getting water. The service I had not complants about and sitting space was good as well but again I wouldnt be coming back for anything that basic with nothing to make it stand out.

Everything tasted great. However I have had great tasting food at half the cost of this place. For around $20, I ordered 2 eggs, 4 pieces of bacon and 4 silver dollar banana pancakes. These prices might fly if it was room service at a hotel but not at a local breakfast diner.

Was upset because I tried to phone in a takeout order and was left on hold for about 8 minutes so I tried calling back and it kept going declining the call, then I drive over and walk in to see the phone left out presumably so it wouldnt ring. This happened on Saturday 10.21.23 around 840-9am Girl up front must have been overwhelmed because she was standing right next to the phone and could see that it wasnt going to ring if disconnected.

The atmosphere is very mom and pop. I went here on a co-workers recommendation. I got the Mexican Omelette with a side of potatoes. Be prepared. The omelettes are HUGE. I think theyre made with 4 or 5 eggs so its definitely a hearty meal. I only made it through half the omelette and half the potatoes but made for a fire lunch the next day!

Almost exclusively focused on breakfast food. And they do it perfectly. Always a 20-30 minute wait on weekends/holidays if you arrive after 8, so skip the snooze on the alarm and get there a little early. Menu suggestion: Dutch Baby! Coffee is ok, a little bitter. If they ironed that out, this place would easily stand alone as the best breakfast place in Norco. Had breakfast here on a Saturday. Its Very crowded but it moves quickly. The food was very bland. I ordered potato pancakes, and we were set on them being served in a manner we were used to. Oh the disappointment. No cheese, onions, bell peppers or seasoning. Just plain dry potatoes with applesauce on the side. I cook and im a foodie, so im a bit of a tough crowd. What made the visit great however was the phenomenal Service. From the hostess to the servers, attention was top drawer and that is rare these days

We both got omlettes and they were almost fully inedible... they were from carton eggs, which is relatively fine, but this had a weird taste a smell on top of the poor egg-like taste. For being called Pancake house, very underwhelming pancakes. Our server was sweet, and the manager checked in on us (before the food came). I will say, the cinnamon roll was pleasant! But, Ill never come back. There are way too many other breakfast options all throughout norco.

Went there this morning and will not go back. Walked in the door and did not get addressed by the woman at the front. She was working on the computer there and did not even look up as we walked in. Stood at the desk for about 5 minutes and as more people came in behind us she finally came off the computer and grab us two menus and walked us to a table, still has not said a single word to us. She put he menus on the table and walked backed to the front, still without a word being said. It takes minimal effort to just let the customer know you will be with them in a moment. We then sat there for about another 15 to 20 minutes and never even had a waiter or waitress come up and get a drink order. Watched tables who had been sat after us get waited on, We left and will not be returning.

Line due to short on staff, hot iron skillet breakfast was removed from menu which kept my food hot longer. Cooks skills are marginal? Megan I was told by one of your workers that the skills was removed from the menu. Perhaps you may want to consider it in the future. Eggs are meant to be eaten hot not cold. I challenge you order a large breakfast item and see if you can eat it all before it goes cold. Also the cooks needs additional knife skills training on how to dice and sauté Bell peppers and Onions to ensure your customer do not choke on large pieces...

We really liked this place until our last visit there. My wife found a nasty short hair on her plate under her bacon, Then my son found hair under his pancakes as we were waiting for them To replace the pancakes we heard the table next to us say they found hair in their pancakes! At that point we decided to just leave. They did comp our breakfast but I wont be going back anymore. Strange that the hair was under the food on 3 different plates almost seemed intentional smh. How do you not see hair on a clean white plate while your serving food on it. If you dont mind hair in your food this place is for you.
