I don’t live in the area, but was on my way to somewhere and stopped here along the way. Really adorable local spot that I would definitely come back to you if I was in the area.
I tried the peach cinnamon roll and split that with another person. I had an iced coffee and they had a blended coffee and everything was awesome. You can tell they love coffee here because it’s a real craft instead of just coffee and the young ladies were all nice and helpful. They made sure to ask every question for customization as well which I appreciated they did not wait for me to ensure what I wanted. Thank you!

The cinnamon rolls are reason enough to run here as fast as you can. These peach cobbler rolls are truly a divine experience. The coffee can be a bit on the sweet side - so if that’s not your thing just specify! The staff is very polite and accommodating.

Couldn't begin to tell you how delicious this was and you get to see the whole process while you wait. The staff is really friendly and patient if you're new like i was. The owner is very hands on and treats every one like family. We had some yummy desserts. Can't wait to try all things on their menu.

As a student and lover of small businesses, Deep Barrel is as great as they come! I spent my time studying and the ambiance of the place was perfect for my tasks. I had a matcha latte, classic cowboy fried ice cream, a café cubano espresso, and two scoops of ice cream (ube and coconut gelato). I love this place and the workers were so kind and friendly! J.R. was so passionate about his customers and I could tell how much he loves what he does. I will definitely be back again soon! Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian and vegan options on their menu. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, very spacious!

I ve tried a hand full of coffees there my favorite is the cafecito cubano con leche but it is incredibly small. I atleast need 3 to feel satisfied. The honey latte i wasn t much of a fan of but they have amazing pastries and sandwiches aswell.

Cute little place but the staff is young and inattentive. They re nice people and treat you well but they keep busy on their phones and personal conversations. No greetings when you walk in the door or leave the coffee shop. A little disappointing to be treated so vaguely. I get better customer service at Starbucks. I want to keep it local but can t when staff is more worried about instagram.

The Sevice is wonderful, they really enjoy what they do. They roast their own beans and are very knowledgeable about espresso and how to bring out the best of each bean. Their Cubano is amazing. Those working their are friendly and will answer any questions and give recommendations. The ice cream is top tier.

Coffee was solid but not perfect to my tastes. Good prices. Be warned that the small is pretty tiny it was the perfect size for me, but I just wasn t expecting jt. I usually get a mocha on a first visit since it gives me an idea of the coffee and the additives. I asked and found out that they use a milk chocolate syrup for the mocha. I got it with less pumps, but it was still too sweet for me. Pastries looked good and I tried one of the chocolate filled ones. Decent.

Everyone there was extremely nice and helpful! We had just bought a Breville so we came here looking for freshly roasted coffee beans, and the experience was perfect. The owner brewed us fresh shots of espresso and taught us everything we needed to know about making delicious coffee. (I forgot to take pictures, but we will regularly come back here in the future and add some to this review!) Definitely come here if you want authentic, fresh, and perfected coffee!

Went in excited to try the coffee and not sure if the barista needs better training or what happened, but the coffee had no flavor. Ordered a cold brew and also a blended coffee, and it tasted like watered-down coffee. The coffee cake was very dry. The place itself is Beautiful, love the decor. Really wanted to love it!!!

It was my first time here this morning because I wanted to support a local coffee shop instead of the bigger chains. Wanted a matcha latte but they were out, no big deal, settled for a chai. Saw the people who were in front of me get their drinks, then the person who was behind me get their drink. Thought they might need more time to make my drink so used the restroom in the meantime. Come out, still nothing. I see the people who were in line as I went to the restroom get served their drinks. That s when I had enough and told them I still haven t gotten my drink. They apologized and got it to me a few minutes later. The chai latte I ordered is great, the service for my first time, was not.

Our whole family enjoyed this business! The cinnamon rolls are amazing. The chocolate banana caramel ice cream is delicious. The white chocolate raspberry fried ice cream dipped in fruity pebbles is something that my kids will never forget.

I love exploring cafes in my city, and this one came highly recommended. I absolutely loved the Chai latte and the delightful pastries. Im eager to try different coffee brewing methods they offer. I highly recommend it, although I struggle a bit while ordering due to my limited English, I manage to get my message across. Id like to order my pastry warm next time, but unfortunately, I havent succeeded yet. Its a bit challenging to convey my preferences.

I go there for their great coffee, but somehow also leave with iced cream. The coffee is really great. You buy whole beans, but they will grind them for you if you ask. I always get course grounds for a percolator. Man, it is really good. I actually threw away some other coffees I had because I just couldnt go back. The iced cream is really good also. They dont have the normal flavors (rocky road, chocolate chip, etc), but what they do have is really good. My wife and I tried the deep fried iced cream. Damn. You just gotta get it. The staff is really friendly. They always offer discounts for first responders. The indoor dinning area is clean, but small and crowded. There are outdoor tables as well. If you see me there, say hi!

We love coffee shops. I want to go back!! Kids and hubby had the fried ice cream. I enjoyed their coffee during that cold winter night. It was superb. I only wished it was closer to me. Located around the corner of Fillippi Italian. Was pleasantly surprised at this coffee spot. Decent selection of baked goods and ice cream. Would recommend the chocolate and Tiramisu ice cream. There are a few points about this place that for me made this a great place and experience. The first is the coffee choice they roast on site and choose their beans by origin and quality. The next thing is the have GLUTEN FREE pastry options. It appears they change from day to day but I got a banana chocolate chip muffin that was gluten free. Lastly every person there was genuine and seemed happy to be there and made being a customer a great experience

Stopped by on our way through town after hearing about the ice cream. We have tried many ice cream spots from Laguna Beach to Santa Barbara. It was yummy and some of the best! My partner had the espresso ice cream and it was the strongest I ve ever tasted! Makes sense as they roast and sell coffee beans as well. Bought some Guatemala espresso to take home that they ground for us and it is our current favorite coffee!

i was really happy for this coffee shop to be in this community and we were surprised it hadnt populated for us on other google searches but we finally were able to visit. we ordered a 16oz iced latte with 3 shots of espresso, 1.5 pumps of vanilla bean and 1.5 pumps of lavender and oat milk and it tasted so good as if they made it specific for us. they were a bit busy with other customers in the store, serving pour overs etc but you could tell everyone behind the counter was invested in their work and very nice. we are looking forward to our next visit and hopefully trying some of that ice cream or other coffee!

This cafe goes from quiet to busy and bustling quickly. The owner opened the cafe almost a year ago and it grew to being such a nice addition to the area. They offer non-blended specialty coffee and artisan ice cream. Instead of other coffee shops with single source or blended coffee beans, they have rotating sources and only use one at a time. They make their fraps by mixing espresso directly in. They have brewing tools for you to use and they crush the coffee beans in-house. The owner built the coffee shop by himself, the piping, electricity, drywall... after buying the storefront from a dry cleaner. Very impressive and very humble beginning when he started out from scratch and no knowledge. The thing is, I think he needs better advertisement and to educate people on coffee. Most people around here dont know much about different kinds of coffee and dont try. This would be the kind of place in a city with a dedicated crowd.

Deep Barrel is a must-visit if youre passing through Norco. Ive lived in the next town over for YEARS and Im just now finding Deep Barrel -- I wish Id found it from the start! The most delicious, carefully crafted house-brewed coffee, incredible pastries, and the best ice cream around with unique flavors. This is my new go-to coffee spot forever! The owner JR is extremely kind and considerate of all his customers. He and his staff create a comfortable atmosphere that feels like an escape from the outside world. Love it here!

A cute little coffee shop in the heart of Norco that caters to all coffee lovers from the casual drinker to the connoisseur. They roast their own beans and have a variety of brew methods. The owner is also happy teach customers the differences. Overall a great experience, this has become our Saturday go to spot!

I finally got to go! I took my granddaughter for ice cream after playing at the park. The place is super clean and welcoming. There are games and toys for customers to use while enjoying their coffee or frozen treat. My husband and I both had double scoops and 1 for my granddaughter, which totaled $11. We thought the price for the ice cream was reasonable. The Barrel offered a variety of flavors, and the scoops were generous enough. The chocolate marshmallow swirl was delicious. We enjoyed some orange cranberry and banana bread muffins, which were tasty is generously sized. We are going back for the fried ice cream after reading all the reviews!! Fun place and a great local business to support!!

Great place to have a coffee and make sure you try the cinnamon rolls. We like to hike pumpkin rock and then have a coffee here! The owner is always so nice and will teach you all about the coffee that they serve.

Ive had the drip several times now, its really good and has a nice foam. A nice change of pace from my normal 7eleven coffee runs on 6th My son had the macaron and loved it! The owner seems like a good dude as well

Came in there and I didnt feel welcome, first time and last time there for some ice cream and I waited patiently to be assisted at the ice cream but the cashier did not help me until I came up to the register. No greeting and no acknowledgement whatsoever. The ice-cream extremely small and not worth it.

Stopped by today for some coffee. Had a chance to meet the owner who showed tremendous pride in his business. Very clean, tidy, well kept with a variety of coffees, pastries and ice cream. Plain cold brew coffee is very good if youre looking for a pick-me-up cup. Worth the visit! Will be back. Parking: Easy parking in the shared lot. Kid-friendliness: Small games available to enjoy while you wait.

I don t always write reviews of places. When I do, I usually like to come a few times, get a feel for a place and then write. This place has truly captured my heart and my taste buds. This place is simply amazing. I walked over my first day after hours, and they opened the door for me, allowed me to order, and were patient with all my questions. I can back again that week twice and haven t stopped. The simplest way to describe coming to Deep Barrel is it s like coming home. This place is a community. The owners are on-site, engage with their customers, and help you find what you want. The other baristas here are friendly, knowledgeable and will work with you to get not just a good cup of coffee or ice cream, but make sure you have a good experience. They have everything here from Chemex, siphon, frappes, to simple drip coffee. (My favorite is the siphon coffee) On the ice cream side you can get a scoop, a cup, and my favorite, the deep fried ice-cream. I recommend the deep barrel signature. They also have pastries! So stop by, get a quick cup, or sit down and enjoy your experience with Deep Barrel. Say hi, and tell them Dev sent you.

You can tell the owner is a total lover of the art of coffee. I always get the Lavenilla Honey Drizzled Latte and pair it with either baklava or the cowboy cookie. So bomb. I usually order a shot of espresso too.

I went in to Deep Barrel for the first time as a recommendation from my in laws. Every time I have been in there, I have seen JR (the owner) and every time in some way he has blessed me. The service, the coffee and the experience has been phenomenal. Today, I had coffee made with real intention for the first time ever and it was incredible. Columbian Medium roast brewed through the siphon was so good. JR and Colin took time to explain it and it was delicious. The love that is put into the coffee is evident, Everyone that walks in is welcome and they make an effort to know everyone that enters.

The only fried ice cream I know around town! One order is enough for 2 people. Shop owner roasts their own coffee and has a visible roasting machine inside. He entertains the customers himself, came and introduced himself to us. They use compostable plates and cutlery! Definitely not your commercial Starbucks kind of coffee. Hopefully they find a bigger space to accommodate more people. Will definitely come back

Came here with my mother yesterday morning 3/25/2023 to try the coffee. We tried the Lavanilla Latte and my mom had a Caramel Latte. I then noticed they sold roasted beans and I asked if they had light roasted beans. I was then educated a bit by a very nice man about coffee beans/ coffee in general. Little did I know it was the owner sharing his knowledge and passion about coffee. He then went as far as giving us a sample of medium coffee (black) and it was brewed to perfection. Amazing coffee, amazing people. A true gem.

Hands down the best cup of coffee and cinnamon roll Ive ever had. We loved it so much, we bought a bag of Guatemalan coffee beans to go. Great atmosphere and friendly service. I highly recommend Deep Barrel Roasters!

Best coffee in town. Going back with my grandkids to try the fried ice cream. Open 12 hours a day. Who can t find time to coffee-up? Young owners very pleasant to be around. The store ambiance is industrial with counter or tables for you to sit and enjoy. I ve been a long time Starbucks patron but this is a refreshing change. Quite frankly, this place is hands-down better. Walk in only but you ll be glad you did. GIVE THEM A TRY !

This local coffee shop and ice cream parlor is a must stop if you are in the area! The owner is super warm and friendly and supports law enforcement, firefighters, first responders, and military which is so encouraging as a small business giving back. They roast their coffee in house! I got an almond milk latte and a bag of Columbia dark roasted beans to take home!
