Went in ordered two bagels “WITH CREAM CHEESE” and a bacon sandwich with a sriracha packet and noticed they were missing so I headed inside the store and just asked for the sriracha and cream cheese from the manager that greeted me when I entered and immediately I was accused of not have order cream cheese with my bagel and then 1 min of checking their computer before he turns to an employee and tells them to “just give him some cream cheese anyway..” and then he proceeded to tell me he got “a bunch of bagel orders but no cream cheese, I stopped responding because I was done with this conversation and after he hands me the cream cheese and I walk away before he goes “you’re welcome!” And no I wasn’t going to thank him because he was absolutely not helpful and he was rude and gave terrible customer service. After I got to the car my sister who had her receipt went in and after a good few minutes of this 50 year old twink laughing with his 20 year old employees he turned and was shown a receipt with the items we ordered and his employee had to clean up the mess that was his sagging face.

Really busy place for such a small location. Not much parking outside. There is a driver thru so there's a lot of coffee going on and out of that place. Place was nice and clean, stay was friendly and quick. What more can you ask for. It's closer to my work so I'll be by a lot. Will update if the snacks are any good.

I just want to say their manager Ray is the most professional and kind human being! Every time he makes my coffee it’s perfect! He always has the biggest smile and treats all his customers with respect. Seeing him in the morning makes my day! The store is clean and I never have to wait a long time to get my coffee! Thank you Ray for being such an amazing manager, we customers appreciate you!

This is a really convenient Starbucks. Super easy to hop off the 80 and then jump right back on the freeway to get to work. They always make my drink exactly how I like it, no matter who's working behind the counter. My only complaint about this location is that they move really slow. Even during non rush hour times, it can take 10-15 minutes to get my drink.

Drive thru service is lacking. They left out my Sriracha sauce, and no napkins. Then when I asked for it, she acted as asking bothered her and didn't put my wrap in a bag. Cold food, bad service.

Poor place and even there is no seats at all. It looks like it is definitely an improper location to run STARBUCKS. This store really spoiled my experience of Starbucks. Never come again!

I have to give a huge shout out to the current morning crew. They are short staffed but handling their difficult customers with uttermost respect and continously thanking every customer for being patient and understanding. Not all are understanding but this team is so professional and polite. Great work!

I just have to say that the drive thru crew went above and beyond. This particular day the wind was really blowing and when I was handed my change a $1 bill flew off into the wind. I was ready to chalk it up to "that must be meant for the person who finds it", but 🚫! The sweetest young lady went outside and picked up the $1.

I said it was not necessary but they went the extra mile for my $1 😊
Well at that point it actually became her $1 for all the work she put in...and she also gained a regular customer 😉

Went to the drive thru. Ordered a venti blonde vanilla latte. She quoted price that didn't include it, I pointed it out, so it was added in to price but drink did not have the vanilla. I could tell they were not focused on work and I'm frustrated trying to find a location that makes them right the first time! I've given up on one location completely. (Not this one) just pay attention to what you're doing PLEASE!!!!

As of this review, this location is grab and Go. There are no tables, chairs, or restroom access. I unfortunately found out the hard way after walking there with my dog in 85 degrees weather to wait while my car got serviced nearby.

Just came to the drive thru. Barista who took order provided worse customer service and clearly didn't hear our order. The 2nd barista clearly heard our order and made all our drinks already (considering the fact that we received the 3rd drink right away when the barista messed up). Worse customer service as they never apologize for messing up our order and demanded us to pay. Obviously, we would pay for our 3rd drink because they messed up. I don't understand why the barista has no sense of accountability for her actions of taking our order wrong.

The service was awesome. But the location was off. I didn't feel like a Starbucks. No place to sit because no tables and chairs. No restroom for the public. They did put a sign on the door which I honestly didn't see. It is not my favorite location. Drive through next time.

I did not order after noticing there were no tables and chairs in this location customer lobby area. I wanted to enjoy a coffee and do some paperwork . I would avoid this location all together, just not the welcoming atmosphere Starbucks is known for.

DOS 7/24/22 @2:22 Receipt #731452 & #731441. Drive thru Barista with an X in her name and first letter is M on her apron was kinda rude when I told her I wanted my drink blended. Her response was “well you didn’t say blended” when that was the very first thing that came out of my mouth when I placed the order AND then she charged me an additional 50 cents for blending. Which was shocking to me that SB charges a blender fee?? Which is dumb! Never in my life have ever seen a charge for blended & my first encounter with a rude barista at SB. Management you need to get her attitude adjusted

What a wonderful way to start my day off today I woke up and and took my pups to star bucks .the line moved super fast and when I pull up the girl in the window hands me a" pup cup", it's a small cup with wipe cream. She noticed i had a dog . And I thought that was so thoughtful because my pups love whip cream such a treat for them . I'm Always greated with a smile and good service .and I go to this star bucks almost daily . Keep it up . Everyone goes the extra mile to give great guest experience. Thank you for that .

I have to give Starbucks five stars for their compassion and helpfulness to the homeless community.

I've sat in this Starbucks for a couple of hours in the morning, drinking venti decaf pourovers, and watched homeless men and women walk in. Some buy drinks and food, some ask for a glass of water.

The staff welcome them and give them service with a smile, just like any other customer, whether they're spending money or not.

This Starbucks has a lot of drive-thru business, and the staff are very busy indeed. But they're never too busy for a smile, the service is good, and products are all excellent.

Very fast and excellent coffee made to order!
I was at a sb earlier and decided not to wait due to the slow moving LONG LINE. Then happened upon this location and although there were a few cars ahead...It was fast and I was on the road! Thank you for your excellent service!
