Neveria Y Fruteria Albertico’s Ice Cream

Very friendly service and was very patient with me and my fiancé being it was our first time there and it was so much to choose from and was VERY hard to make a choice which means we'll be going back to try other items on that delicious menu... what we ordered is a tradition for us when we're out and it was definitely 5 star and will be added to one of my favorites when I go back... I recommend anybody giving this place a try... you won't regret it I promise.

I have never been before. They were giving away free ice cream today so I went with my niece.

The staff was so friendly. They were so inviting.

I ordered the strawberry ice and my niece ordered mango...

They start by putting chamoy on the bottom. It is like chili flavored liquid...the fresh strawberries. They then put strawberry ice...then fresh strawberries...then more of the spice.

It was surprisingly good. I have never tried anything like this before...so it was a pleasant surprise. God willing I will be back to try some of the other menu items.

This snack place has a website where they state they prefer consumers to order appose through the DoorDash app. I used their direct ordering site to place my order for pick up. I prepaid as promoted on the site. Upon arriving to the restaurant for pick up the lady working there told me she had no orders and that they no longer receive orders through their website. She could not give me any information on how to get my money back. Not to mention she was rude. A few mins later she comes back to tell me in a rude way that she is going to do my order and give it to me. I took the order because obviously I wasn’t going to lose $30.00 but at this point I was extremely bothered by the ZERO star customer service and the fact they have a cheap website that apparently does not work.

Cashier was very rude to me and there were flies all around where they serve ice cream and food. Prices are a bit too much for the very little amount we received. Didn't feel to comfortable due to being stared at while I was trying to enjoy what I purchased.

I’m not trying to be mean but the cashier was very rude, the prices in the receipt is different then on the menu. I ordered Crepe ( Nutella, banana and strawberry ) with ice cream on the menu 8$ but on the receipt 10.60$ I asked her how? She side because do you want to buy it or what ? In rude way. When I got the order it was only crepe with strawberry literally it was without Nutella

Very good customer service. Even had options for vegetarian when there were meat options in the product. Yes I said meat options at a nice cream shop. I came in with a party of 8. When we came in the cashier's where on the phone and when we called their attention they made us wait. After 30 min of waiting for our order I followed up and they said they had already gave it to us. I decided to give them a second opportunity bc the food was good. It is now 12:20 and they still haven't opened the shop.

Commuted to this place due to a couple of pregnancy cravings. received corn in a cup with mold in the cheese!! Couldn’t even find myself to finish the rest of the items. Very disappointed.

Ordered with the preferred method on their website. Went to pick up and the ONLY employee in there didn't speak any English. She pretty much just told me no and shrugged her shoulders. I will not go back here again.

Second update, went in during the day and the cashier was very sweet and kind to me. Ordered a mangoneada and it was wonderful. So glad I tried this place again!

My half and half was good, but the shaved ice was 90% ice and the rest was flavoring. The cashier was rude, and was on the phone through most of it on speaker. $15 for some ground up ice and a small cup of icecream.

I love the ice cream here. Very light and not overly sweet. I typically get the banana split with extra fruit. Always a good choice if you want ice cream.

This place is amazing!!! I come here often as this is right by where I work, this is one of the few places in the area that sell Taro ice cream. This is a small business that is ran by the business owner who is always so kind and willing to explain her menu to any of my coworkers that sometime join. The place is clean and you can see she really puts her heart in her business. Definitely recommend to try it out if you are in the area!

Was skeptical about coming here at first, but I stopped here on a recommendation from a coworker and have to say I wasn't disappointed. The strawberries and cream were delicious, and so was the fruit cup that I got with watermelon, mango, and jicama with tajin and valentina. Fruit tasted good. Friendly staff too. It's not pricey. Definitely will be stopping by on days I get off early from work or whenever I'm craving some sweets.

I LOVE this place from the owner to the workers ! Very sweet humble and genuine people ! I have been going here since I moved to Sacramento area back in 2018 and I wouldn’t change it not even for “La Michoacán” very reasonable prices amazing portions and a very clean place! They have salsa and lime on the side for you to help yourself and prep your churros and snacks to your taste as other places limit these things. It’s a 20/10 for me but since it’s just 5 stars it’s a full 5 for me ! 🖐🏻🫶🏻

Best place around north highlands unless your off Freeport and can go to that other place . But this place is just as good and the prices are comparable to the other place in the south. My family and I live this one in north highlands as we live out here so now we don’t have to go on a mission to get this anymore. Thank you guys for serving the best treats ever & being close to home

My first time here I got a large fruit cup. Upon walking in it is very clean and comforting. The cashier was so nice and informative (wish I got her name). Can’t wait to come here often! Love the wide array on the menu. This business is very professional. From the inside to the online menu, very detailed! I only write reviews when I’m either highly disappointed or very pleased and I’m so incredibly happy I found this gem.

Yo fui alberticos y ordene un gancito split y Había jete atras de mi y a ella le entrejaron sus ordenes mas rapido que a mi la verdad eso no es gusto se tienen que atender como va llegando las ordenes no que ellas se vasan y van aciendo la orden mas fasil yo les pedi mi dinero para tras y les dije que no era gusto lo que hacian y una de sus empliadas digo si la verdad si te mire esperando mucho y si no es gusto me dieron mi dinero y me fui muy enojada por que uno decide ir ahi para que no te atiendan bien, que mal servicio

This is by far the BEST place to come if you want good food and good sweets! I'm a truck driver and come here every chance I get when I'm in town. They have the friendliest staff there who always gives big, hearty hugs when I come in. They make you feel like family. I love these guys and I love their food!

I love this place the deserts are amazing. If i could get one of each everyday i would be so happy. The only thing is the lady in the back. My husband and i went in and and the young lady that made our stuff was really nice but when the lady in the back came to give me my abuelita shake she was so rude. She kept giving us dirty looks and just had an ugly attitude about everything. Im assuming shes the owner so she should know asi no se debe de portar con la gente. Es su travajo tratar ala gente bien. No la conosco para que me mire asi. But other than that everything else was perfect. Hopefully next time we go she has a different attitude and ill be able to put a better review.

The mangionada was delicious with plenty of fresh mango chunks. The kids liked the cherry flavored raspados. The churros were not fresh and were quite stale. That was the only item that disappointed.
