Not from around here but this is a super fun place! Aubrie was such a breath of fresh air server and so helpful with recommendations! Lots of fun decorations and the food options are overwhelming! (In a good way though! ) Drink options are just as good! Super friendly staff as well!

This place is a scam, apart from being old and forgotten, we wanted to see the game and they moved us from all the chairs because we were only 2 people. I tell them I will pay for the rest if that is your problem and they kicked us out. Don't waste your time in this place. Pasadena has better places...

If you are a fan of college football or trying to watch an Game on Saturdays and optionally a Notre Dame football fan, this is a great place to watch ND football games on the East side of Los Angeles. Barney s staff have been awesome and willing to set up a separate section upstairs of the bar to watch ND games on a set of TVs with game commentary audio. Overall great food and great service for a sports bar. Parking: Parking is available on the street or in the garages around the corner.

Not sure what s going on in here today. Literally had the worst service in life from a server with two ponytails and glasses never got her name. Beyond ridiculous. Acted as if she did not want to be there and focused her attention on busing tables. She dropped drinks and never acknowledged our table after a point. I guess she was close to the end of her shift because she disappeared. We had to leave our table and go to the bar to request a waitress to put in our order. II would rate the service a zero if that were an option. The food is NOT that good so ownership better do something to improve this issue. Bad food and bad service will simply not last in this town. I m a resident who will not be returning. There are better places to watch games. You can count on those visiting the city however, they too will not return.

Our large group had an amazing time here this week. My cheese-stuffed burger was awesome. The beer selection is great. Britney, our sever, took amazing care of us, despite there being a bunch of us. She really helped to make the night great and really appreciate her help and work!

The 3 Bean Chili was just average, but the ambiance, variety of drinks, and available sources of entertainment (TVs, pool table, shuffleboard, etc) make it a great place to hang out for a variety of activities. I look forward to returning.

I love Barney s at Burbank. I thought I d give this place a try. I walked in and they told us to sit anywhere. We did, 20 mins later a waitress told us if we want anything we might as well order at the bar because they are making her go home and then just walked away and left us hanging. Place smelled and energy was terrible. I wanted it to be great. I ve never complained. But this was such a let down.

We went for halloweekend! It was a solid bar, had karaoke downstairs and good music upstairs. We thought they had a $5 cover charge because that was what was on the outside of their front door. But as soon as you walk in they charge you $10 per person because of a different sign inside. Was definitely false advertising .

Very welcoming people! The atmosphere is very clean and is organized and tidy. The ambiance is wonderful, and I havent had any complaints at all, and I love spending my nights here to decompress by myself or with friends to eat and talk. All the servers are very alert when you sit down and fast reacting. Kid-friendliness: They are very kid friendly. I appreciate this very highly as I come in, too, just order food and love to communicate with the people inside to have a nice conversation. Food is very taste and I love to play pool here with my older friends I have. If you act very polite and mature, you should be fine and get treated with the same respect as anyone else present. (A teenager standpoint)

I planned a 12 person dinner here and it was disappointing. Our tables were dirty and sticky. Water was never served and they never checked on us after appetizers. We had to go find our server to get our water and then find him again for our check. They just ruined our bridal dinner party and cant handle big groups I think.

With friends yesterday, Friday night, looking for a good spot in Old Town for karaoke and hit up Barneys Tiki Room in the basement. Theres no doubt its a fun time with a good crowd, people who are supportive and enjoy being there. The bartenders are attentive to those who are at the bar as well. The person who runs the karaoke this past Friday night, however, was quite possibly the worst example of a karaoke DJ I have ever encountered. We got there around 9pm and immediately put in our songs. He said itd be about an hour wait. No problem we tipped him a buck as this is our usual gesture to the DJ to let them know I appreciate their time and attention in advance. After listening to multiple people get up and sing 2 or 3 times, we inquired again after an hour an a half. The karaoke DJ then very bluntly informed us that if we wanted to sing like the others we would have to tip to skip. Now, I understand tipping to get someone up there on a special occasion to make sure its a special time. But the guy who ran this karaoke was just taking money from the same people to essentially have them have their own karaoke party. The other karaoke nights around town are run by pretty conscientious karaoke DJs - they accept tips, sure, but they make sure that the people who havent had a chance to sing yet in an evening get priority. Thats because karaoke is about everyone having a good time. Its about inclusivity, regardless of who you are, how you sing, what music you like, or how much money you have in your pocket. This person who runs the karaoke at Barneys was inconsiderate and non-inclusive towards most of the customers last night who wanted to sing, but didnt tip him $20 or more. This Barneys has a nice vibe, but they need to reconsider who they get to run their karaoke.

The restaurant has an interesting atmosphere as one will see walking in youll find several motorcycles on display and that kind of sets the tone for this is not your typical place. I didnt get a chance to look into the significance of the bikes but theres probably a good story there. The service was normal good but I give a five-star rating for places that do a good job with my asking about food allergies. I point that out because you may or may not be surprised by how many places dont have any idea whats in their food. The food portions were large so while the California pricing seemed a little bit higher than my normal I got more food than I wanted to eat. They arent stingy. We had a nice window seat which had a good view of the street so you could eat and people watch inside and outside. I recommend this place.

Unique deco, poor food. This bar and restaurant, is located off Colorado Boulevard. Parking is easy if you can park around the coner of the main street. The atmosphere and decorating inside of this restaurant, it is very unique and fun! It makes you feel like that you went back of the time to 1930 to 1980s. It also looks like a movie museum with thousands of movie stars pictures every where on the wall and tables. However, the food was poor, with low quality of meat, average flavor, and high price. For example, we ordered a combination of plate with Barbecue chicken and beef Asada, baked potato and salad. It was very disappointing! It was charged for 36 dollars with a few Barbecue chicken and beef Asade. The vegetables in the salad looked so dry and old, so I had to ask for a fresh salad. The beef Asada, was chopped up into small pieces with a lot of low grade beef, so I was not able to tell if it was real beef Asada or ground beef. As a summary, this famous, unique designed restaurant, it is good for party and drinks. It is really not good for quality of food, and it is over priced for food.

Great food, very poor service. On Sunday mornings only one waitress is professionally trained to tend tables, the rest are just cocktail maids. Last Sunday, we were unlucky. Dirty table with dust, dried food and dried ketchup, hostess half cleaned the table as if she was doing us a favor. No personnel on the floor, everyone in the kitchen or on their phones, way in the back somewhere. It seemed as if they were in a staff meeting, maybe? Water glass was dirty, it had Sea Monkeys swimming in it, I had to go to the bar myself to get a new water. The order was taken by one person, food was brought by another, Breakfast toasts came with yet another person with the check after we were done, and no one even cared to noticed dirty table, empty glasses, or the lack of utensils. I Had to get up and get my own utensils from their station on the way to bathrooms. No soda or water refills. No decaf coffee. I left a $2 tip, but I dont think theyll get the clue. Please, train your staff and most importantly, train your management. We had a total of 4 staff members having contact with us that morning, and still had bad service. No bueno.

Ashley the manager is Rude to customers and waitress. First time here and had the worst experience. We never got our drinks and when we asked for our drinks she gave us attitude. I was surprised that she was a manager, with that attitude, not sure how they allow someone with that type of customer service to work here.

This is a weekly dinner favorite of mine. I enjoy coming for breakfast. Cappuccino is great as well here. About 9pm Friday and Saturdays, it gets a bit too loud for my level of comfort, so Im usually here earlier so I can hear myself think. They do have Kareoke nights along with comedy night, and if youre in the mood for a little Q-ball, its upstairs. I have had the pleasure of being served by Riley, Liz (Hispanic one), Haley, and most recently by Noah...any one of these servers are a great choice! Liz and Riley know what I like to drink and put it in for me as I sit down. There are TVs everywhere so you will be sure to catch something great!
