I found this restaurant right next to a business I work at. I saw the sign out front it read have you had everyones favorite breakfast burrito. I thought lets try it! I ordered the breakfast burrito. I asked what was on it and the guy showed me the menu. It says bacon, eggs, tots, cheese, avocado crema. When I got my burrito the cheese was on the outside. Nice touch! I took a bite only to find pico de Gallo and black beans inside. I thought I had the wrong burrito. I came to the pick up window to recheck the menu and my order. The lady explained that no you got the right burrito we just dont write the other ingredients on the menu. I thought why not its just two more ingredients. I told her my situation and how I dont eat pico de Gallo in the morning because of heart burn what not. She told me that she would make another one for me without the salsa. I was happy and got my burrito and left. She was very understanding and helpful. When I come back Ill have to remember those mods. Or simply get something else. Or ask more questions. I just think its best to write pico de Gallo and black beans on the menu so people like me wont have to think twice about what were getting and or not. Thanks for the food. Also they have a clean restaurant and the bathrooms were fully stocked and clean as well. The restaurant does offer a wide variety of pastries, drinks, canned juices, fresh juices and candy. Give it a try if your in the area Parking: Theres a few spots out front and they have a parking lot in the back

It took 15 minutes after ordering to get drip coffee and a pastry. Apparently, they were out of coffee and brewed a new batch, however the coffee was not hot and only slightly warm. It wasnt strong either. The pastry (lemon brioche donut) was tasty but raw in several spots. Im being generous with 4 stars.

Ive been coming here for a very long time. Lately, I notice a decline in their service. Example, I asked my crossiant to be warmed up. When my name was called, it was COLD. Second try, it was only warm on the outside but cold inside. I was there around 10am, which made me wonder if they put their freshly made pastries in refrigeration?

This has been a happening spot for years, and it continues to deliver. I ve mainly come for breakfast, but even a quick coffee and pastry stop is always lovely. The last time I came was for an espresso and delicious alfajor (Argentinian pastry). The vibe is always buzzing, with a colorful and well-lit space. The service staff is pretty much always chill. Finally, they have a pantry section with everything from coffee beans to kombucha, freshly made OJ and butter, and a lot more. Parking: Free parking lot is available, but keep in mind that they share it with Pitfire pizza, so be mindful of the signs. There is some street parking out front as well.

I come here every week after therapy and it s a go-to ritual that always makes me happy. I love the Spanish latte, cheesy toast, umami salad bowl , but after particularly tearful sessions I treat myself to their vegan chocolate chip cookie and at this point, I m almost worried it s reinforcing my emotional issues like a Pavlovian response. It s SO good.

Stopped here because Im sick of Starbucks and wanted a change. Came around 9am and the line was long. They only had one cashier. I ordered a matcha (with water) and a veggie sausage biscuit. The matcha is small (1 size). The veggie biscuit was dry. It was more like a scone than a biscuit. Definitely not worth $10!!!!! On the plus side, service was good. They were friendly and attentive. The pastries looked divine but I didnt try. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options not sure about vegan options

Superba is an excellent breakfast/Lunch spot. You cant go wrong with anything on their menu and their baked goods are some of the most delicious around. Their madeleines and cookies are my two recommendations, especially fresh. My go to is their egg breakfast sandwich, but the breakfast burrito is also a must try. I recommend superba for a quick bite or a nice meal with friends, but not very many plugs for the internet cafe goers.

This place is my home away from home, and my desk away from school. The perfect spot for breakfast, lunch, or a quick coffee and snack. Their breakfast burrito is delicious, but be careful- it can be a dangerous habit. Their cheesy egg toast is simple and delicious, and you cant go wrong with any of their bakery items. The chocolate chunk walnut cookie is oh so good, and they have the best kouign amann youll find outside an actual French patisserie. Their cold brew, and iced latte is the reason I keep coming back. The employees are so sweet and are always in a good mood, the music is great here, and the vibe especially on a nice sunny day with the open doors is perfect.

I love coming here! The employees are always upbeat, the vibe is fun and cool. Its the kinda place you would happen upon in the artsy part of a big city. Actually reminds me of some trendy Italian cafe. The music is varied and interesting. Seems like Im always pulling out my phone to Shazam songs. There is a steady stream of people coming for something to take with them. But theres also a group hanging out enjoying the sunny patio or lounging in the main area with its distressed concrete bank of seats with purple seat cushions. Cute European style round marble tables and metal/wooden chairs round out the rest of the space. But you are probably coming for coffee, bakery items and food I would assume? Best cappuccinos around. Everything is measured so the quality stays consistent. For food, you can choose from an open face cheesy egg toast (my favorite) to a tuna niçoise sandwich with much more in between. Try the cheddar chive biscuits, peanut butter rice crispy treat cookies or the kouign amann. Oh, I forgot about the mushroom asparagus danish. Can you tell I really like this place? It just might become a habit. Parking: Around 16 spaces with street parking as well.

Good for a quick meal/coffee break, probably not for an extended work session. Friendly staff and quick service. Always liked Superba and been to their Venice & Hollywood locations so I was excited to try their Pasadena location as well. I saw that the Pasadena menu was mainly brunch foods which I like so I reserved it for my Sunday brunch spot. After eating here, I had so many regrets and it was even worse bc I wasted my fav lunch day on a bad meal Ordered: 1. Vegetarian sausage biscuit sandwich 2. Chicken salad sandwich 3. Almond croissant As you can tell from the photos, everything was super lackluster and dry af for a place that s KNOWN for their bread, I was shocked at how bad the bread quality was each sandwich was stale and it was quite obvious that they used week old bread The sausage sandwich s cheese was cold and completely unmelted as you can tell from the photo. The sandwich was horrible and the bread was so dry I couldn t even eat more than 1 bite.. I left feeling nauseous which is a really bad sign & it confirmed my suspicion that they didn t use high quality ingredients. The almond croissant was also burnt on the outside and had a really artificial almond flavor all in all this experience left a rly bad taste in my mouth (literally) and I won t be coming again.. Price: $30/meal

We got the breakfast sandwich and the egg salad sandwich and both were pretty excellent. I thought the breakfast sandwich was a little bit on the small side for the price but overall predictable and good breakfast sandwich. The egg salad was a little more interesting. It didnt have a lot of mayonnaise and the boiled eggs were more whole, which I thought was different, not overly mayonnaise-y, and balanced. I know Im giving this spot four stars only but I would like to maybe try another couple of items before reading it higher. Only downside is Pasadena parking but there is some in back if its not too busy.

Fast and friendly service. Their point of service registers more nice because they flipped around so you can enter your card yourself and sign electronically and then choose to have a receipt sent electronically or not at all. I got the iced tea which is unsweetened which is always nice because then you can use an alternative sugar. And tater tots. The tater tots were well cooked but in my opinion they had too much salt on them. Their seating area was very well ventilated open to the air so it was fresh. There was a bottle of cleaning products sitting out so you could clean your table yourself if you wanted. And they had a person coming around busing the tables who was also very friendly and fast. There was ample parking but my friend and I had walked there. It was slightly noisy because the open environment allowed the noise from the road to come in more than usual. I would definitely go back. Im not sure what the open environment will be like when the triple digit heat starts in Southern California.

A little expensive for the size. Not bad tasting for an iced mocha latte. Ive been to quite a few coffee shops that have just as good of a latte, if not better, and give twice the amount for the same price. The $6 price for a 12 oz makes no sense when you have coffee shops in the surrounding area that serve more for less and the taste is about the same.

Awesome place to grab some food as coffee. Really appreciate the open layout and huge windows and airflow during covid times. I did think their breakfast burritos were a bit overrated, but cant wait to try other things on the menu
