This McDonald’s location is mainly drive thru, but they have a few tables for dine in too. The food was well prepared and tastes addicting, McDonald’s fries truly cannot be beat. But the fact that my meal was 1280 calories is criminal. The only reason I got it was for the Genshin Impact promo, I would never come to McDonald’s normally. Service is good and the place is clean, but if you can try to make healthier choices!

This is really the worst McDonald's I've been to so far.. Arrived there to mobile pickup my food when clearly the option to pick up in store was still available BUT the store was closed. Doors locked and was told only drive thru only. The drive thru line was not long, only about 4 cars but took 30+ minutes. I believe they changed their buns recently for their filet-o-fish???? because recently I've been receiving my filet-o- fishes with my bottom bun super flat like a sheet of bun???? I'm so confused and it does not taste good at all.

I admit that I’m a committed fan of McDonald’s coffee. And this location happens to have great staff who always get my order right. It doesn't hurt that the drive through never takes more than a few minutes from start to finish. Yep Colorado Ave in Pasadena California.

Horrible service inside and in drive through today. The drive thru was terribly backed up and I had to give them my receipt to get my order because they didn't know what I ordered and even then, had to tell them again.

Then I had to go inside and wait 10 minutes to grab sauce that was forgotten in the drive. The "manager"(must have been her costume )ignored everyone, even her own employe struggling to clock in who also ignored everyone inside . Guess what next? I get home and my happy meal has no toy, absolute garbage McDonald's.

We went to get a meal with my husband in the drive through. I ordered a Regular Chicken McCrispy Meal and my husband ordered a double ole o fish sandwich meal and both hamburgers were horrible. The buns were stail, my chicken sandwich did not have any mayonnaise nor mustard nor ketchup. Only the fried chicken fillet and pickles. My Husband’s sandwich was half cooked and horrible. It seems that they don’t care about Quality of food in that McDonalds’s. So dissatisfied and angry.

Nothing wrong with the service, however the way they store food and liquids may be questionable.

I ordered an unsweetened iced tea from them, it tasted really sour. Unfortunately, I didn't want to let my paid drink go to waste. I ended up drinking it.

Now I've had 6 trips to the restroom in 6 hours. All diarrhea. It happened after drinking this iced tea.

I've never had this happen at any other McDonald's and I get their iced tea alot.

This has to be the worst McD to go to if you are getting lunch. Service should be zero stars - slow incorrect orders, kiosks not working, and a very unorganized feeling. The drive-thru might be the better option. You do not need to deal with the unorganized feeling inside, get to stay in the car, and may get your order in less than 15 minutes. If you go inside, be prepared to wait forever. There are many online orders, kiosk orders, and walk-ins with little room to stand around. Having gone inside to order from this location multiple times, you will need to celebrate if you get your lunch order in less than 15 minutes. Having waited over 30 minutes on multiple occasions, seen customers receive the wrong orders and the poor experience they go through to either get food remade or a refund. If you want to get food for lunch, go some place else if you are going inside the establishment. August 2024, definitely my last time coming here. Parking: While the parking lot extends into the rear of the property, it gets a bit crowded when the drive-thru is backed up and customers have online orders they are waiting on.

The absolute TRASHIEST mcds weve ever had the displeasure of going too. Not very attentive to in store customers. Either wait FOREVER to even get noticed, to order normally, or, use 1 of 2 broken kiosk (half the screens are dead), to do the order YOURSELF (why are these things still around?) other 2 remaining kiosk, didnt work at all. And they also dont give you your receipt/proof of purchase. Discovered later they do NOT give refills on sodas (first ever for a mcds not giving refills), they also dont have the $1.50 any size soda, like every other mcds has. Ordered a caramel ice coffee, with additional chocolate syrup added. Not only did they not add chocolate like my order stated, it had no caramel either. Wanting $20 an hour, to do bare minimum. And they all act like youre asking too much of them, to either fix an issue, or get a bag for remaining items you just lost the appetite to even eat since the restaurant itself is so disgusting. My guess is its private owned, and it shows. No care for ANYTHING that needs maintaining, lazy workers, and not even keeping up with other mcds in regards to deals. And seriously, what mcds in the entire history, never gave refills? Absolutely disgusting, apparently thats why the drive through is so busy, cuz the inside of the restaurant is gross, and not very functional.

I like this place, it is my favorite to go to eat with the family. I recommend grabbing sausage egg and cheese macmuffin with very good xtra cheese and if you want something quiet, some burritos with a good Mexican salad. A coffee that if you order it fresh in about 3 minutes you will have it, very good and delicious. Excellent customer service.

Place an order on the app, and get in the drive through line. Never have I been to any McDonald s drive through that takes about 30 minutes before I drove out. They keep making more orders for people who order in the store, and take very long to get to people that s in line of drive through. On top of that, never have I encountered any McDonald s that charge extra for the sauce. It s ridiculous. Since it took so long to get my order, I forgot about my Vanilla cone, and thought about it after a few minutes, the thing is that the employee gave me my order and turn around doing something else without tellling me that my ice cream cone is coming. So I called and ask them to refund the points I have redeemed for it, and their attitude are so bad. They refused to refund and kind of balm me on not waiting longer without knowing they haven t prepared my soft serve! DON T GO TO THIS MCDONALD S!!!!!!

This was a pretty awful experience . McDonalds isnt a must have but when you crave it you listen :) I waited in line for a LONG time before anyone even acknowledged my presence standing there looking like a long lost customer . Once ordered , my food was cold and nasty (unlike Micky Dees ) . I did complain to human resources and they said they would deliver some sort of food discount which was a let down alone . I wanted a refund . Anyways . Stay away from this location if youre smart .

Just spent half an hour in line, spent $40 on dinner and the food was horrible. I ordered two cheeseburgers PLAIN. Nope again they came fully loaded. Probably one of the worse McDonald s I ve been to. I don t blame them too much. There s a lot of homeless and students at this location so it can be a lot to bear with. However, the franchise owner I get the sense is really stingy. Again this can be due to the high foot traffic of homeless and students. So extra price for condiments. Napkins hidden behind the counter. Management and staff just looks at you standing in line and walk away pretending to do something else. They don t want to take your order. I get it, trying to encourage ppl to use the app. Coffee refills are 50¢ but get this . You ready? It s 50¢ - BEFORE TAX. So they tax you on the refill. Do they also tax you on the ketchup packets? I m sure seeing already how stingy the franchise owner is. Unbelievable. You ve heard of inflation, shrinkflation, etc. This is a whole new level of gauging/making you bend over while Ronald McDonald just rams it up there.

Every time I go they never have certain items on the menu. They never have muffins, cinnamon rolls, Juice, ice cream, Dont they know how to order so that they dont run out of the items, or Dont know how to take inventory correctly. This location substituted an item I had purchased with another food item of lower monetary value for my curbside order. When I called the store the manager Jessie (if thats her real name)was rude. I was nice and wanted to voice my problem and the lady was very combative right off the bat. Disappointing that as a leader she didnt care about service and was rude befor I could address my concern. This is the 2nd time a food item has been substituted versus the item being canceled instead. What if I had some kind of food allergy?

While contactless ordering is preferred, but the order machine does print order receipt. Asking the service persons about our order, it seems no that no one knows what is going on and we got completely ignored. At the end, we were told that we are not welcome to order on site. Parking: The young guy at the register messed up when he was putting my order in. He acted as if it was his first time on the register. He told his coworker how tired he was and his work ethic proved it. Employees were in the back doing nothing but talking when they could have been cleaning that dirty floor. As you can see in the picture it says that dining room times are open from 5:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. and its 6:00 in the morning and the manager refuses to open the door. If I could give this place zero stars I would. So Im giving it a one star would. Technically. I wish it was a zero for service. Dont ever come to this McDonalds early in the morning cuz you wont be getting in. Dont make you wait the 500 car line. Maybe they should change the hours of service for the dining room then and have it not say five in the morning. The staff was friendly, but the manager was pretty rude. When one of their associates was trying to help us, the manager disciplined them right in front of us. The manager handed us our food very hurriedly but also forgot an item in our order.
