Though the parking is not that great, the food totally makes up for it. I had both brunch and dinner there. Food might look like something other places can cook, but definitely the subtle quality and taste differences definitely puts a love to visit on the map. The service is great. The atmosphere is great. I hope they have more draft beer options but don't think this restaurant is going for breweries. Overall, a great visit.

Been twice and honestly both times have been amazing. Dinner was great in their outdoor area since it was only a little warm and they have big fans to keep the air moving and the followup brunch was killer with their bacon old fashioned and the salmon avocado toast.

I've been here several times now and my experience remains the same: nice, attentive service but average food, bland presention and awful coffee.

I love Eggs Benedict but they consistently overcook the eggs. So we're left with calling our server over and having them redo the eggs. Eggs Benedict are made with poached eggs, meaning they're supposed to be really runny when you cut into them. However, when you order them at foothill, they're almost hard boiled, so the whites are hard and yolks are half-solid. Not even a drop of yolk came out when I cut into it.

Both times when we told the servers about the eggs, they got all flustered about it and they tried to take the whole plate. We had to explain that all we needed were new eggs that weren't overcooked. It wasn't necessary to make a brand new dish.

Unfortunately, I do not recommend this place.

We came here with friends for brunch on a Saturday. When you walk in, you discover a modern and clean decor. The host staff was warm and greeted us. We sat down and it may have been that our friend was already waiting, but we had to ask for menus. Once we established who our server was, the service was good from then on.

The food was tasty. You can tell there is care and creativity going into the preparation. The best thing we had was the short rib hash. Our next favorite was the mushroom omelette. We we're surprised that it had some goat cheese, but it went perfectly with the mushrooms. We also had the Chilequiles. While good it was our least favorite. Lastly, we tried the French toast. That was really good with some orange zest and walnut pieces.

We plan on coming back for the regular lunch and dinner. This is a really good restaurant.

We had brunch here, while the service and atmosphere was great, the food is very basic, which would’ve been fine, but for the price I expected so much more. $24 quesadilla was just a normal quesadilla, didn’t come with anything else, and there is even a 3% kitchen surcharge on top of that.

I recently celebrated my birthday at Foothill Restaurant, drawn by its charming location and promising menu. While the food lived up to expectations with delicious and well-prepared dishes, my overall experience was marred by an unexpected and excessive charge for cake storage.

We brought our own cake for the celebration, and the restaurant charged us $25 plus an additional $16.97 just to store the cake in their fridge. What made this even more frustrating was that they did not provide any cake-cutting service. They merely stored the cake and provided plates, leaving us to handle the rest.

While I understand there might be a fee for bringing in outside desserts, the amount charged felt exaggerated and unjustified, especially given the lack of additional service. This significantly impacted our overall experience and left us feeling disappointed.

In summary, while the food at Foothill Restaurant is commendable, potential diners should be aware of the excessive fees for cake storage. This policy certainly detracted from what could have been a perfect celebration.

Crab cakes didn’t taste fresh. (Frozen packs). Pancakes and Burger were delish. Front of the house service was average, but back of the house service good. Had to remind server of a missing entree 30+ minutes. Live DJ livened things up .

The 1-Star review is due to the restaurant's sketchy charging habits. On three separate occasions, my credit card was charged for amounts higher than what I signed/approved. The difference is always an even $2-to-$4. I will call the credit card company tomorrow as this looks like a pattern. Has anyone else experience this?

Although popular with the young crowd, the food is prepared with low quality ingredients. My friend was disappointed in her fish and chips, my streak was thin, fatty and over cooked. Fries awful. Looking for a good dining experience, go elsewhere.

Nice eatery. Great for lunch food and with a great drink menu.

Went here after seeing a picture of a delicious bloody mary but disappointed to have a very mediocre one in a tall gas for a lot of $. $2 extra gets you a loaded one which is basically a slab of bacon (delicious). Just not worth all that money.

Would come back for brunch though. Outdoor and indoor seating. Very small parking lot so good luck finding parking, but there is street parking on a parallel street

My partner and I have gone here multiple times, brunch and dinner, tried different dishes, and never been disappointed. Tbh this is one of those places that's so good I kinda want to gatekeep it because i don't want it to be crazy busy but it 100% deserves to be. It has a great atmosphere, the service has been lovely, and the food is to die for. Great place for a date or a cute brunch but also not so fancy you can't come casual. I'm currently moving and very sad I will be much farther away. I would definitely recommend and I hope you enjoy!

Since Covid they opened up the outside parking lot area and converted into a big patio seating. Very beautiful place to eat outside. We Sat inside this time cuz it was pretty cold this day. We ordered the tacos plate. You can choose shrimp or fish, fried or grilled. My friend ordered a omelette it comes with a side salad. Our server came multiple times to check on us and refills our drinks. Awesome service!

Very good, prompt service. Hubs had the grilled cheese and tomato soup. I had a fish taco, a short rib taco and a wedge salad, all from the happy hour menu. Everything was very good. Owner came by and checked on us. All the staff was friendly and professional. Final bill was under $50. Would definitely return.

Second time here right before Christmas. First time we had brunch but wanted to try dinner menu items so here we are.

We got portobello fries, beef stroganoff and prime rib. Portobello fries is a must! The outside is so crispy with a very meaty texture inside. Perfectly seasoned too so good! Prime rib is a bit on the rare side but good bang for the buck and I packed leftover to enjoy steak and eggs the next day as recommended by our server John! Husband's stroganoff was missing beef so we flagged to John just so he's aware but we were good with it. John was so kind that he offered to make us some beef on the side. A few minutes later, the runner came with a brand new order!! We were so surprised but said we were getting full. John offered to pack it up for us. We gladly said yes and thank you. Then John was like we feel bad so we wanted to offer you a dessert on the house as well! Wowwww the surprise just kept coming so we got a key lime tart to share as well. It was so creamy and delicious I couldn't stop eating!

Honestly John was the highlight of our dinner. He treated us and other customers with genuine care and warmest hospitality. He was so kind and so funny just simply a wonderful guy. We loved our conversations and hearing his stories!

Will definitely be back to try other items and hopefully to see John again!

Terrible food. Overpriced entrees. Hostess is stout and rude. Who the hell sells a plate of short rib pasta for $30 bucks and serves it with old beef. At least trim the fat properly ffs. The overall vibe was obnoxious as well. Bright lighting and a loud eating area.

Edit: just recalled the horrid portobello fries. For the prices charged, your chefs should know that mildly dehydrating them before frying makes them not turn in to waterballoon fries.

Had dinner on a Friday and the whole process was an exercise in patience. From the 5-10 minutes with no host at the front, to the 15 minutes to get drink orders, to separate waiters finally asking us if we had ordered yet (answer: no, b/c after the drinks arrived, no one checked in with us again). The restaurant wasn't full, and there was a lot of staff milling around. Just poor organization, apparently.

Went for the first time. Decorations were already up for Xmas. It looked nice and cozy. The hostess looked unhappy didn't greet us and it didn't look as if she wanted to be there. The 3 of us sat at the bar ordered some drinks. We Looked at the menu and Ordered the surf and turf scampi. My friend and I shared it. We asked for a med rare steak and got it well done. The balsamic reduction tasted off and it was thicker like gravy, also it really shouldn't be on a steak. It also came with asparagus, mashed potatoes and shrimp in a red sauce with onions and bell peppers. No noodles for the shrimp scampi, the shrimp wasn't seasoned at all. When they brought the noodles they just tasted as if they had no butter or salt. The potatoes were heavy and thick whch isn't a bad thing but I love mashed potatoes that are fluffy and great in taste. The asparagus were good.
The beet hummus was pretty tasty. But definitely needed salt and those hot peppers on top should be on the side in case someone can't handle.

This place is so charming! I had the fish of the day (halibut), and my date had the steak. We both cleaned our plates and finished with creme brulee for dessert. Lovely atmosphere (we sat on the patio) and excellent service. We let our server know we had theatre tickets, and he was very mindful of getting us out on time. I would definitely go back!

Strong choice.

The food here is consistently good. Not over seasoned, proper portions to fill you up, without gouging you at checkout

They have music playing, nice touch to lounge to. They have a cool setup. A nice bar, well lit, and comfortable seating (half booth & half chairs.

They do have an outdoor covered patio seating if you like to dine al fresco.

Wife and I have been here twice, once for breakfast and once for dinner. Dinner was a lot of fun, their menu is actually decent. On our second visit last weekend, we came in for breakfast.

My wife's steak & eggs were cooked perfectly. Me, I had a very nice breakfast entree with all the trimmings! Delicious.

Great place for casual dining I recommend to friends and family.

The only downside is poor parking options. You're on your own between parking in the rear entrance or street parking.

I went here for the first time recently and because it is walking distance to our home I thought it would be a place we’d return to frequently, until I got the bill. They added an extra $4 service charge for the kitchen staff, which I am totally against. Of course I think their staff should be paid good wages, but I think the owners should pay for that. I’m tired of this whole tipping and service charge nonsense getting out of control. It’s just price gauging the customers and under-valuing the employees. I will not be returning.

I ordered the herb roasted chicken and it was kind of dry and chewy. The side of roasted potatoes and broccoli though was good.

Understaffed and overpriced when I went. The food was nothing memorable, I split chilaquiles and the hash with my girlfriend. We also got mimosas.
Although the staff was incredibly nice, it took a while to get help and our check. I understand they had many tables which is why I don't blame the server, but the establishment for being understaffed.
The food on average is 25-30 dollars per person, if you plan on having drinks it's about 15 dollars per drink.

I went with 3 other people, none of us were crazy about our dishes. As far as service, I got the feeling that there was some tension between the hostess and our server, so we waited a while before a server came to our table. We had to talk to the hostess after 15-20 minutes of waiting. Once the server came, she was really nice to us - did not take it out on us at all.

Came here for brunch with my brother, his wife and my husband , we LOVED it! I had the Chilaquiles and they were delicious. D had Chicken & Waffles plate, very good. Fluffy waffles, chicken crispy and moist - perfect. Everyone was very pleased with their meal. Owners both came to greet at table, made sure all well. Very pleasant experience. The Olive oil from their family olive trees in Greece is DELICIOUS. I would purchase this if they'd sell it. I'll definitely return and I highly recommend. Nice, open air patio, indoor dining avail. Casual, Pleasant atmosphere, soft music, busy yet not noisy, plenty of space yet small intimate indoor space. Can't wait to return.

Perfect spot for brunch! Their waffles are to die for, with the strawberries, whip cream, chocolate syrup, maple syrup, and butter. It was so fluffy and filling!

The patio is also so cute with the pretty plants and the sun awning, along with the string lights!

Went on a Sunday. Didn't realize they only offer the brunch menu. Unfortunately several entrees on the already limited menu were not available. And they couldn't make any of the espresso drinks. We had the mushroom omelette and BLT sandwich, neither had any flavor. Would never go back for brunch.

Super bummed. We wanted to eat dinner here, but came by at 8:10pm on Super Bowl Sunday and it was completely closed down for the night…even tho on Google it said they closed at 9PM and their website says they are open until 10pm…I guess we will try again some other time.
