It's such a fun and high-energy place. The service was wonderful. The amazing adult cocktails.amd draft beer selections were fantastic! The food was also good! It is a perfect spot for family and friends. It gets very busy, so I highly recommend making reservations!

I came on a Friday for happy hour around 4:30 pm, they were pretty busy due to a graduation near by. We still got seated in time for happy hour which ends at 6pm. All the food we ordered was delicious: the poke nachos, crispy brussel sprouts and the chicken sandwich. Also recommend the guava cider.

I love Yard House and normally eat at the Oxnard one. We stopped in to have lunch in between jobs. I got the “vampire” tacos. You can get an order or 2 or 3 and you can get them with a side of rice and beans or ala carte. You got 2 tacos with rice and beans and it was PLENTY. The tacos are fairly big and stuffed with meat and guacamole. The meat had a little kick to it but was delicious. The tortillas are also fried with a cheese crust. My dad got the BBQ chicken salad which was also a very healthy portion and he enjoyed it!

We went for lunch at the Yard House in Pasadena. The place is clean. Our server was amazing, super friendly, and attentive. We ordered an appetizer onion ring tower and bone in traditional wings, and both items were delicious. Our main meal 😋 was cooked to order, and we enjoyed a beautiful day in Pasadena.

My family & I went for lunch after my sister graduated from college. We were a large party but at the moment they were not busy. I called before we when to the restaurant and was told there was no wait & they could accommodate. We were literally walking distance. So we were there in less than 5 mins. When we arrived we were told it would be 15 mins for a table. After waiting 25 mins I asked how much longer. The host asked who sat a party in the tables they had setup for us. I asked them to just sit us outside so we didn’t have to wait much longer. We were also told they had ran out of utensils which was weird because they were not that busy.

Nonetheless, we had a decent lunch and had a great time celebrating my sister’s graduation.

Food was delicious but it took awhile for it to come. I mean it was more than half an hour. I felt that she didnt really give us attention cuz we didnt order any alcohol. I felt bad that when i did see her i piled on what we needed. An example on how the service was we order our drinks went to the restroom and was there for at least 15mins cuz a little handicap. And came back and no drinks. Than when she brought the drinks no sugar for the tea we got and had to wait again . When food came had to get another waitress to get more tea and a side of something cuz our waitress was no where to be seen. And on top of it, it wasnt even that busy

Food - great! Service - staff could be more friendly/less weird attitude vibe. Atmosphere - one of the TVs was broken - colors effed up. One of the bar tenders said the owners didn t want to replace the TV, said the bar made a ton of money. That s pretty lame. I spent a lot of money on minimal food and drink. The least you could do is have TVs that work.

Oktober Deals with Steins is a total SCAM. So I was at yardhouse pasadena today, Sept 28th at 5pm. I was told that I can purchase a Stein for 19.95. Okay.. All I wanted was beer. Then I dont know how this happened but was suckers to by the actual mug for $15 to take home. I didnt understand that. I got a $5 card to refill the stein. Again. All I wanted was a beer. Anyway, my wife paid the tab and told me that we bought the stein glass for $15.00 and the $5 refill was provided. I simply wanted to leave as I had some work to do.. Okay - Got home, did my zoom meeting and this $1.25 glass from china is staring at me. I ask her what the deal terms were.. And I was absolutely, horrifically, insanely stupid-fied. I had to actually call pasadena yardhouse to clarify this. Heres how stupid this Oktober Stein deal is. You buy a Steib beer for $19.95. No issue. You pay $15 for a Stein glass (yikes). You are given a $5 refill card. You have to come back to pasadena yardhouse with the old, dirty Stein glass to yardhouse in october to get it refilled and redeem the card by paying $5. Points. 1. Whos going to carry a stein in their car. 2. sanitation of the stein. 3. I have to redeem in october when i visit yardhouse 4 times a year. 4. I get zero value as I am paying $15 for the glass and$5 for the refill card - total of $20 of which is the price of a stein with beer with no glass 5. glass is from china for $1.25. A TOTAL SCAM. WHO DID THE NUMBERS ON THIS DEAL. YOU WILL THINK THERE IS SOME MARKETING GENIUS BEHIND THIS. THE GLASS ACTUALLY HAS LOGO AFFIXED TO IT. NOTHING SPECIAL. THIS WAS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM. All I wanted was a stein with beer. My wife was disturbed at the end and was upset with my decision. I didnt understand till I finished my meeting and confirmed with pasadena yardhouse. DONT BUY! Worse off - I was at pasadena on a friday with blackout happening a month ago when the heat wave hit. Bad JUJU for sure.! Why go back again. ????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ive been going to Yard House in Mission Valley for years and this is our first time at this location. They had a fairly busy turn out due to the fact that most diners were there waiting for the taping of Americas Got Talent. We ordered 2 things and our food came quickly. The staff is polite, bathrooms are clean and food was good. You can park in the garage and they validate your parking.

Yard House is located at the Pasadena shops behind the Playhouse. There is a parking structure, but otherwise hard to get to by walking. Its on the second floor, located closed to Starbucks. The inside waiting area is not too big. There must have been 3-4 parties ahead of me, and we were all crowded around the hosts trying to stay inside for the AC. It was hot outside! For a party of three, we waited about 15 minutes, like they said we would. The menu was extensive and so hard to make a decision. A big question for me is always - should I try to eat healthy for this meal? Their dishes included smaller portions, which I appreciated very much. I know I cant always finish the entire dish by myself, so having the half option was perfect. I ended up getting the smaller portion of the kale and romaine Cesar salad with chicken (+$5.50). It was delicious! My friend said the burger was eh. Their happy hour is from 3-5 PM. Our server was nice. (also posted on Yelp)

The first waiter came by our table and tossed our coasters on the table. Not ok. Rude. They also didnt necessarily land near either of us. My husband said nothing and just looked at him. I stared at him in a way thats informed him that that was not okay and I see you being disrespectful and unprofessional. He looked and tried to gather himself. Too late. Fortunately, another server came over as our main server. She was great. Helpful. Lots of waiting in between coming back to us, however. Ordered BBQ Burger. Just ok. Quite smaller than I remembered. Quite tastless also. I did have the bacon omitted, but there should have still been flavorful. The house ginger beer was quite flat also. Its usually quite good and strong or they will fix it.

Great energy, and a fun environment. Easy to order food through the table kiosks as well as pay. Food was much higher quality than I expected. Usually chains like this disappoint me as they try and save money with lower quality food and cheaper cooking methods. Yard House however was worth the money. Family friendly, affordable and delicious.

Everytime I come here and sit at the bar it seems they either forget about my food or to check up on me. I worked in restaurant for over 12 years and it is unexplainable for any server to avoid customers. Probably wont continue to come to this particular location.

We went during lunch and our server was great!! Food was delicious, perfectly cooked, and portions were excellent. The only thing I would say lacked a bit was the host in the front because we stood around for about 3 mins with no one there. It happens and I totally understand but another couple left because they were waiting a while for him to show up. Definitely recommend though.

The yard house has been one my go to restuarants for several years. The menu is extensive with many different cuisines to select. Great place to take people who have hard time deciding what to eat. Portions are good size and filing so ask waiter about size. I dont drink alcohol but house wine chardonnay was $15. I dont know if thats low med or hi. But when I did drink ave price was $2. OK so that was 40yrs ago,yeah yeah. But those who drank loved it. Yard food drink and atmosphere you will love. We ate and talked for 2.5 hours. Validation for parking was 1hr.

Our grandson chose this place for his birthday lunch. He really likes the fish and chips, but he also ate a couple of sliders, onions rings, and fries. It was a good choice. Seems to be new and old American favorites executed really well. The onion rings were perfect, the fries not so much. I had the bleu cheese bacon burger, which was a half-pound burger. Lots of deliciousness. I subbed mashed potatoes for the fries, and it came as parmesan mashed potatoes. Outstanding! Others had lobster garlic noodles, mushroom garlic noodles, tomato bisque, and of course the fish and chips. My son says that they have the best fish and chips. Everyone was happy with their choices. Service was good. This is a fairly large place. Clean. Well-kept.

Went with a large grad party. Had minimal wait on a Sunday, even with other grad parties! We had 2 servers who were attentive and pleasant. Sports games on TVs added a fun element. Not too noisy, so we could still talk to each other at a normal level (at least on our half of the large table lol). Parking validation available at host stand.

Honestly never really been a fan of yard houses, they are loud, smells like spilled beer and chairs/booth and table are always a little bit sticky. We went during dinner hours, and just parked on the street since parking isnt free. Waiters are okay depending on who you get, but either way its not memorable. The food is kind of expensive and doesnt have much quality - a lot of American food. Would rather go else where, honestly just come here because of a large party and close with work, otherwise wouldnt come back.

Had a really great dinner at Yard House before AGT! Me and my company were not from LA so we were very glad to pick Yard House before our main event that evening. Poke nachos were soooo good. As well as my main the sandwich with truffle fries. Drinks were amazing as well and would 100% come back here. The bar is most likely the highlight of yard house as it was long , glowing, and very welcoming. Drinks looked really good. Me and my company sat in a booth but it was worth the money spent included with the service , food , and atmosphere. Thanks yard house for a delicious meal before a big show!

Come for the huge beers stay for the greasy food. They ve got half priced pizzas for happy hour. That cannot be beat. Go see a movie at the regal next-door and then head over and stuff your pie hole with a pizza pie! This place has great bar food and nachos, which is pretty much all I eat these days. Wings and sandwiches galore. It s a fun place with tendency to spike your BP and Glucose levels for hours to come and put you in a nice nap like state for hours. Bye bye. Goodnight. Sweet dreams. There are some distinct high points about Yard House. Their house beers are fun interpretations of prominent craft breweries work, and the patio is a pretty reasonable space, but service is really uneven and the menu is hit or miss. The beef kalbi is fantastic, but is sometimes over-marinated. The blackened shrimp tacos had delicious slaw but rubbery shrimp which mostly tasted of salt and pepper. The kurobuta burger was exceptional, and the blueberry ketchup was a unique highlight for me. Mind your step with the menu, and enjoy the sports bar. Its easy to get to from the convention center, so its worthwhile.

I came here a lot with my friends and today on Saint Patricks day I come with my lady and its horrible service, waiter came once or twice within an hour and I got ripped off with a beer pint with more foam than beer. What a waste of money and time

I had the unfortunate experience at Pasadena Yard House. I went in to get $100 gift card. I was greeted and told takeout person was only one to help me. I waited for 20 minutes watching people get seated. Alas, takeout person appeared. She was told by colleague I had been waiting for gift card and stated can you help her. She looked at me, told him he needed to help her first, then ignored me and did paperwork, further ignoring me. Not once did she address me. I left without gift card and wondered if I were a different race would she have treated me different. This couldnt have been an easier transaction. THIS WAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
