I had lunch here on a Sunday afternoon, around 1 PM. The shared parking lot behind was very crowded and we had to circle a few times before finding a spot. Inside, it was busy but we were able to grab a table then wait in line to order. Then you can scan a QR code on the table so they bring the food out to you. I ordered the prosciutto chicken sandwich, which is my usual favorite. Their food is quite healthy yet also delicious.

I heard their salads and sandwiches were famous, so I made the trip. Parking was busy during the lunch rush but worth the trip.

I had the Chinese chicken salad. Probably one of my favorite iterations for this salad I’ve ever had. It tasted very fresh, the cashews were delicious, the chicken quality was excellent and the dressing was perfect. Overall it made for an amazing salad.

I’d definitely come back here again to try their other items or just get the same salad again. During peak times, parking can be really really busy.

Dined in and it was a very spacious spot and customer service was excellent. I tried their Caesar with quinoa and it was delicious. Their fried chicken is pretty good and their cookies are worth a try.

Their corn chowder is delicious along with their Bahn mi pork belly. Two excellent menu items to pair together. The black tie turkey sandwich was also excellent and I highly recommend it.

The Thai mango chicken salad is phenomenal and is my favorite dish they got so far. Overall an excellent and filling lunch option.

Lovely, fresh, delicious!!! Thai mango salad was a dream! Perfect combinations of toppings, chicken and greens. My partner raved about his chicken sandwich, also well proportioned with meat, bread etc and the sauces were excellent! Friendly staff, clean casual restaurant with good/clean bathrooms to boot!

I cannot say enough the general manager - Bill McCartney. My sister in law’s bridal shower was on Sunday and there was no delivery available option possible. Bill saved the day and delivered the food himself ON HIS DAY OFF. Talk about next level customer service. This man was such an angel and helped my mother in law out so much when she was in a bind with the food. His communication, thoughtfulness and kindness was above and beyond not just for service but as a human being. Mendocino farms has a gem!!

When I’m craving salad, this is one of the two places I go to in Pasadena. The place is bright and clean and the food is served pretty quickly. The Thai mango salad is my favorite, but in the fall season the harvest salad with prosciutto really stands out. They serve two kinds of steak sandwiches but the one with bacon and chimichurri sauce is the best! The drinks are inventive, the rose lemonade is a must try.

What can I say?! This spot is great! I love their dishes. I personally like their twist on the Vietnamese Banh Mi sandwich and usually get that along with a side of their curried couscous, but everything I’ve tried here has been delicious. What’s even better is you can pre-order and have them cater. Their service is good, and the place is lively. They even have a little nook for kids to sit and draw on the wall. Don’t forget their soda fountain. It has cream soda!

Craving for Mandocino Farm Sandwich. Went to the Pasadena location for lunch for take out order. This location opens for patio dining as well during the pandemic.

Every time I come here, I would order the Italian sandwich. This time I decided to try out their Banh Mi sandwich. It turned out to be a good decision. The marinated pork belly was delicious and the pickle carrots in the sandwich were amazing.

My wife had a grill ham and cheese. Unfortunately, they forgot to grill the sandwich and we ended up grilling the sandwich ourselves when we got home using a panini pan. But the end result was a tasty sandwich with nice melted cheese in a sourdough bread.

This is a good place to get a quick bite if you don’t want to din-in. The restaurant has good pandemic practices with everyone wearing gloves and mask.

We used to go their marina del Rey location when we visited our son at LMU. We enjoy their healthy choice of sandwiches and salads. For people that are health conscious and want to have to variety and tasty foods, this is the place for them. They have so many creative ways of making sandwiches and salads, you will never get bored. Their foods encompass variety and international diversity. I love their ITALIAN prosciutto sandwiches when I am in the mood for Italian food. My wife loves the Banh Mi pork belly sandwich as she is more fond of ASIAN foods. Today, I decided to order their steak sandwich to be more on the keto diet mode. So whatever diet you are hopping on, they have food for you. So, just come by after your spinning class next door to pick up your favorite salad or sandwich. There are plenty of parking in the back of the restaurant behind Lake Ave.

More tomato than steak on my sandwich. This place used to be pretty good but its quality is lacking. It s always been a bit pricy but with the recent mediocre sandwiches it s not really worth it. I got a sandwich meal with chips and a drink totaling 24.00. I had the Peruvian steak sandwich 16.65, which was two thin slices of what looked like a roast beef steak , some 1/4 cut tomatoes, lettuce, and swimming in sauce. It was also served on a bun a little bigger than a standard hot dog bun. Not a toasted tolera roll. If you look at photos of the sandwich from the past is chopped steak similar to carne asada. This new sandwich also has about 150 more calories than before. The chips were mostly little crumbs and bits costing 3.00. The seating areas had a fair amount of tables but 3 of them were dirty with used trays and bowls that remained the duration of my visit, about 15min. Furthermore there s a fair amount of flies buzzing around landing all over the tables and your food. Despite the shortcomings I ll will say that the salads a very good with a nice variety. And the staff is friendly and knowledgeable with the ingredients of the plates. However something is absent with the attention to detail and it s not worth the money for the current quality. Parking: Parking is free up to 90min. Lots of other spots to walk about when in the area. Wheelchair accessibility: Store is located on ground level with accessible door both in the front and rear of the restaurant. The restaurant is a single floor with tables that are able to be moved to provide room for most.

I love this location and can t get enough of their food! The manager Billy goes above and beyond to take care of his team and the customers. While waiting for my food, I noticed that he checks in with the employees, finding ways to support them and help. This is so refreshing because his actions are the epitome of hospitality. I didn t expect to go into Mendocino Farms and see five star service, so I was pleasantly surprised when I did. And don t get me started on the food - love the banh mi with pork or tofu , I switch it up depending on the day and always find something on the Chef s creations that tastes great. The only sad part is it s only available for a limited time so if you like something you have to get it before they switch it out again. But it keeps the menu fresh and they also have great catering options. Highly recommend and perfect for a quick lunch on the go, between weekday meetings .

Mendocino Farms is great and the food is delicious; this location in particular is pretty popular for the takeout/office lunch crowd but the staff here are really good with the high-intake. Definitely want to shout out Sophia and her team, since I saw that someone took another person s order (or something like that) and they offered drinks/chips for the person waiting as a make-good. That is EXCELLENT service. My order was fine as it always is!

Placed pickup order online, they took so long to prepare my order. I almost gave up, only thing it wouldn t let me cancel otherwise I would have gone somewhere else. Well, after 1hr my order was ready. Vegan Banh Mi and the Hallie Hippies sandwiches were very delicious, definitely recommend it.

The air-dried chicken that I went to Mendocino Farms for every week is still on the menu but not what you get on your plate which is just breading. I know all about the inflation over the past three years from wars against China, Russia and Iran but if they just raised their prices I would still be eating there.

When the staff makes sandwiches correctly, they are absolutely fantastic! Unfortunately, a lot of times this is not the case. They forget to double toast, do not put extras, or are not generous enough on avocado spreads. Also, the area inside is very cold, while the outside area is constantly packed. For whatever reason, the Door Dush guys really like hanging out there in the front and are making a lot of noise / watching loud videos on their phones and occupying tables in the already busy restaurant.

Delicious place! Had a great experience at the DT location, and decided to try out the Pasadena one. It was good! What still impresses me the most is the fresh ingredients they use, you can really taste it! What weve ordered so far were all pretty good, I love their Avocado & Quinoa superfood salad and pink lady beets & goat cheese salad the most. So refreshing. Save Drake Farm salad with citrus vinaigrette was also pretty good. Dont sleep on their soups, theyre also really tasty. I recommend their creamy potato Leak & Greek lemon chicken Farro soup. Service was fast and friendly. Parking is easy, there is a huge lot behind the restaurant. The only downside would be the portions, I feel like its getting smaller and smaller each time. Also, the Chimichurri steak & Shishito bowl was not the best steak Ive had. It was kinda chewy and dry. All in all, good service and fresh ingredients. Will def be returning soon!

If youre willing to spend 15 dollars, get the chimichuri steak bowl, it was phenomenal. Its like whoever made it cared about my well being. Also great service. Highly recommend.

I love their sandwiches and salads. I tried their Thai mango salad this time and it was amazing. It had roasted chicken breast, ramen noodles, napa cabbage & kale slaw, sliced mango, honey roasted almonds, pickled daikon & carrots, Thai basil, mint, cilantro, lime, and fried shallots. I found the addition of ramen noodles to be a bit strange since it was cold. I love the crunchiness from the greens and almonds. I also love their almond dressing that it came with. Its citrusy but also taste like an Asian dressing. Trying to figure out the ingredients of the dressing but quite cant figure it out so I guess I will have to keep purchasing it. I also highly recommend their prosciutto & chicken sandwich and spicy curried couscous (one of their deli sides).

These people know how to make sandwiches. Holy cow!! You can take anyone there including vegans and you can have a great time. They understand sandwiches at the atom level! Cant have enough. And their salads are amazing too. Cant recommend enough.

The food was good but their ordering system is absolutely awful. We placed a delivery order through their website at 11AM, requested delivery at 12:30 which I think is highly reasonable for a weekday and we are less than 15 minutes away from the restaurant. We did not get our food until 2PM! 3 hours from the time order was placed. They sent a text at noon saying order will be delivered by Uber and a link to track the order but no way to contact the courier. We called and called the restaurant and NO ANSWER. Ridiculous. We really thought we re gonna need to order some place else.

One of the worst experience I have ever had. This was the second time coming here and was made to wait one hour for my food on purpose by one of the workers there. I saw the people who ordered after me get there food first and then the people after them. I dont usually leave reviews but this was such a bad experience. Went for an online pickup at 1 pm on a Friday, utter chaos with customers not staff, and they were a little bit behind on orders. That said, the staff was very well organized, thoughtful and showed excellent customer service. Very impressive for such a busy afternoon.

I ordered 30 minutes in advance just to have to wait 20 minutes past ny order ready time in store. They arent timely, arent attentive to those waiting. I shouldnt have to wait 50 minutes for a simple sandwich order. And then I was given the wrong sandwich and had to wait another 20 minutes for the right one.
