Burgers, steak entrees & other American classics presented in a relaxed dining space.
We love everything about this place, except for the fact that they still use seed oils in some dishes. Other than that, their food is clean, from farm to table with an option of organic plates and wines. We stay away from fried items as they are fried in rice brand oil but other than that this place is one of our favorite. They have a phenomenal cheeseboard.

This was the first time here. I LOVED the Brussel sprouts; the combo of creamy, tang, and savory was amazing. I wanted to order another bowl of Brussel sprouts instead of my food. I had the fettuccine, which was yummy. I can't wait to go back and get those Brussel sprouts.

1st time trying out the RF. We went on a Sunday for brunch. The food was very good. Came out very fresh and hot.
Our waitress talked very low and fast. She was a bit hard to understand. Would have been nice to have a menu instead of having to use the QR code. Would have eliminated some of the "I'm could you repeat that " question. We were not checked up on either. It was just to bring the food and refill water at the same time, and then here's the check.
I'm not sure yet if I would go back. It is expensive but it is sourced local and fresh. If customer service had been better, it might make going back worth the price.

This place is a hidden gem! We just moved here from LA county and found that there aren't as many really cool, good food spots, but we have found one! Yes, it was a little pricey, but honestly, I don't mind if it's good, and it definitely was excellent. I'm giving five stars across the board. Great service, food, music, and ambiance! Thank you for making Mo' Valley feel more like home!!

The address is not accurate in Maps. It takes you past the restaurant. So be mindful of that. It's a small place. The staff was very nice. My party and I were there for brunch on a Sunday afternoon. There were 5 of us. We all ordered something different. The food was ok. The chicken and waffles looked appetizing, but the meat was not seasoned at all. I was surprised at that. Not even salt and pepper. The shrimp and grits were very good. French Waffles were good as well. One of us had a dish with wagyu steak, eggs, and potatoes. That plate was $48, absolutely ridiculous. Portions were on the smaller side, and prices were very high. More than what I expected. We all had water, and the total was over $200. Definitely not worth the price paid. We had a lovely dining experience. A pricey one.

Quaint little place. Cute decor. Must make reservations. The food is top notch, service was good. Definitely coming back. The Surf and Turf Steak and Lobster 🤌. Everything on the menu looked amazing. Try the loaded sweet potato fries with short rib as an appetizer. They are so delicious. We will be trying their brunch soon for sure. 💙💙

Overpriced and understaffed. Great food, great cocktails, good service but way overpriced. I love these type of restaurants but this one is more expensive than True food kitchen.

A large group of us popped in here to eat on our way to a funeral, with no forewarning to the restaurant. Our waitress (forgive me, because I forgot her name) was on point! We let her know that we were crunched for time, and she made it very clear that she would do her best to get everything out within our time restriction, but also explained that they are a small, made to order kitchen. She and the kitchen staff slammed out as much wonderful food as they could in the time frame, and boxed up anything that we were unable to eat in time so thatbwe could take it with us. Me and a buddy both got a burger and were unable to eat them until after the funeral, and the burgers were still delicious!! I cant thank you guys enough for making so much effort to make everything work!!

Brussels sprouts were yummy!! But they should warn you will take at least 30+ minutes of waiting to get your food. Service was nice, but too slow. Chicken and waffles were not good, waffles too doughy. Peach Burrata salad was fresh tasting but stingy on the cheese

I love love love this place! I usually come here for special occasions. My only complaint is: the sound. It is very echo-y, it gets pretty loud in there. I really wish the owners would consider some kind of solution to make it more quiet. This would have made my experience there 100% positive. Off the top of my head, cork ceiling/wall tiles would really help absorb a lot of the sound. I just feel that this is a 10/10 restaurant where the only thing that hurts the experience right now is this sound issue. Maybe this is personal opinion though, I am more sound sensitive than most.

Wow how this place has slipped in quality the past year. After a couple mediocre meals here the past four months we decided to come in for brunch and give it another chance. This place has always been on the expensive side but usually the food quality is great. Service has never been exceptionally good. But today Everything was comically bad. Service was practically non existent, to echo some of the recent reviews below. Sent back a latte and the black coffee was lukewarm at best. Asked for mustard and was brought bbq sauce even after the server repeated back mustard to us. The vegan egg yolk was inedible. We were the only ones there for the first 30 minutes and the service was inexcusably slow. It felt like it was everyone s first day on earth. We are not overly picky people and are not ones to send stuff back, but this was just such a poor experience. I ve had some great food here in the past, mainly steak during the dinner hour. This place has dropped off our list of places we ll return to in town. I would advise to stay away during brunch. This place is not a great investment of your time or money.

As much as I loved going there, we experienced a very unprofessional service. Appearatly, they booked a large party and wouldnt honor any other reservations. The cook who also served as a manager in manager absence was extremely rude. Instead of trying to fix their mistake, they just refuse to sit us. The staff was confused and that one experienced all together put a very bad taste in my mouth. Besides selling waguy, which has nothing to do with any waguy but overcharging the clients, and this now draw a line. I will never ever spend a penny in this restaurant anymore.

Even more exceptional than the last time we went a couple of years back. Wow! Exceptional drinks. Delicious food. Great space. The service is fantastic and welcoming. This is a place that is worth the investment. Hopefully you bring spectacular company with you because itll make for a time to remember. We enjoyed the signature drinks like the Beekeeper (soft and delicate), the Rustik Old Fashion (unique and exquisite), and the Jekyll & Chai (exotic high). Appetizers included the roasted brussel sprouts, the village bakery bread and the Leche Verde Scallops (yum!). Dinner included the Rustik Burger (holy smokes!), the Wagyu Sirloin (like melted butter), and Creamy Bianca Pasta (cmon!!). Nothing was boring. Nothing was lacking. Everything was spectacularly delicious. Dessert included generous servings of creme brulee and the chocolate brownie. Oof. People please. I became a VIP tonight. Woof! Reservations not required. Its accessible. Its worth the trip. You deserve it.

Mediocre. The waitress was inattentive and brought out the wrong food. When asked about the inaccuracies we were told we dont have that. That seems like that would be important information prior to ordering. With an almost $200 price for two people this was not worth the cost admission when you leave hungry and underwhelmed.

Saw Rustic Fork as I was driving past and went in to grab something healthy. Place is cute and I am sure the food is great. I grabbed a beet salad and I was so surprised when it came out. It was $16.00 for a side salad side and four small slices of a yellow and red beet. It just seemed like way too much money for what was offered. I will have to try something off their dinner menu.

The food is fresh and farm to table for sure. The brussel sprouts are absolutely delicious. They have gluten free and vegan options which is great. However, we went during brunch and the service was very slow. It was not very busy, ordered the Tamohawk Steak, but it took over an hour to hit the table which was very long to wait. By the time the family was just ready to leave. Our drinks stayed empty and we had to ask other servers for napkins, utensils, etc since ours was not as attentive to us.

Came here for a nice brunch with the family. Ordered a kids burger, 2 wagyu steak sandwichs, brunch burger , and shrimp&grits. Food was good but the portions were on the small side. In addition, for the price ($32 for the wagyu sandwich), id expect the food to be really good. I really liked my waiter, yet he got my order wrong. One big positive is their hostess was really friendly. If this a new restaurant, I think they will get better down the line. 3 stars overall for below expectation quality of food relative to price.

The food and coffee is organic, fresh, and flavorful! Our server was friendly but not much initiative was taken. We finished our coffees and water long before the food arrived. We were given one napkin each so we had to ask for more and I repeatedly had to ask for water refills since the cups were about 16 oz. Atmosphere is clean and menus available with qr code provided. Chicken and waffles was a generous portion. Croque Madame had the perfect balance of savory with a little sweetness and crispy yet soft.

Edit: My original review a while back was not a positive one. My family and I were left waiting outside for a table that never opened up. The problem then was that no one checked up on us or kept us updated. We have since returned to The Rustic Fork and have found the hidden gem other people have also experienced. The food is always fresh, very flavorful and original. The menu has a varied selection yet is not overwhelming long. The drinks are unique and refreshing and they have a changing beer on tap list. The atmosphere is casual and the waiters are very friendly. Once again, we showed up without a reservation. This time the hostess was friendly, kept us informed of our wait time and shows us to our table in a short amount of time. Definitely a sit down restaurant worth eating at. Vegetarian options: Their vegetarian selection is mall but the plates are well thought out and flavorful.

My daughter and I checked this place out randomly and were not prepared for how awesome and fancy this place actually is. Without exaggeration or irony I can honestly say that was one of , if not THE best meals Ive had in a long time. Id like to give our server Kellsey a special Thank You for taking such good care of us. The restaurant is reminiscent of places in Santa Monica and Venice Beach we used to go to when we lived in LA in terms of atmosphere and quality of the food. I got a wagyu sirloin that was definitely the best steak Ive ever eaten. Having never tried wagyu before, Im glad my first time was here. It was outstanding. If you go here I recommend making a night of it. Make reservations, dress up kind of fancy and go enjoy it. I hear they are having some really great valentines day activities this year. The Rustic Fork was recommended by a local realtor and being new to the area we were excited to try it out. However we were extremely disappointed with the service and management. We waited at least 45 minutes for a basic hamburger, the waitresses were not attentive and you had to basically waive them down just for them to notice you. Even when I was able to flag a waiter down and asked them could they bring some lemons and hot water, the person said of course and totally forgot to bring the lemons and hot water. When the food finally arrived the fries were cold, however the burger was amazing. I brought off this to the attention of the manager, Kelsey, although she looked like she was lost in space, she apologized and said due to filming that was taking place on the premises they were running behind. I said so the customer has to suffer because your filming? She just looked puzzled gave us a slight minuscule discount which clearly showed a lack of appreciation for our time.

Oy ok. First 2 star review. So obviously not the worst place. And they didn t judge me for ordering a lot of water or changing in their bathroom. However, this place left a taste in my mouth that wasn t necessarily forking great. I order the Brussels and the burger salad as a meal before a fast. Two bites in, realized those Brussels not for me. Something about the sauce almost overwhelmed the sprout. Sent it back, politely, but quickly. Hamburger salad was better, but not worth the price. Should ve went for an In N Out run and added the Animal Style fries, but you live you learn. The atmosphere inside was best described as moody, but not like the cool kid standing at his locker after bell rings moody. Like your Uncle when his underwear rips moody. Again, not for me, but I didn t go full entree, so maybe something for others?

Excellent restaurant, I had them on my list of restaurants to try and I was not disappointed at all. We were a group of 10, we got seated close to the kitchen which gave us a preview of the wonderful food served to other guests. I work in restaurants and I really enjoyed been close to the kitchen, it enhances the experience. Thank you for that. Drinks are made right and tasty (prepared with freshly squeezed juices, or at least it definitely tasted like they do) and arrived fast too. My old fashioned was made perfectly balanced (even tho I asked for it a bit more sweet than usual, kudos to the bartender). We shared the Brussels sprouts, the bread, and the loaded potatoes (vegan, excellent regardless). For dinner we had a variety of dishes I saw burgers, pasta. But the thing that will have us coming back was the steaks. My dad had the steak and lobster and pretty much cleaned the plate (except the lobster shells, he tried too, lol). I had the tomahawk steak, now I have plenty of space in the belly area and I still had to take some home, it was amazingly prepared and the mashed potatoes and veggies were just as good; just seasoned right. (The only thing I will nick pick is the paper napkins, sorry but I tried to let it be. I get it for lunch, but for dinner it would go better with such a thoughtfully created space, just my opinion) I will definitely be back regardless. Thank you so much for such a wonderful birthday dinner. Dietary restrictions: Their menu had plenty of alternative options to choose from.

Service was good, food and drinks good but, with several patrons seated through out, the hostess was dusting things like shelves up high and light fixtures with a feather duster. Really grossed me out, you could see the particles floating through the air while people were eating. Then they opened the window shades and made the sun light go straight into one mans eyes and you could clearly see the dust from dusting floating around. Kind of felt like they werent thinking about their patrons. Why in the world would you dust with seated patrons and not during the time you close between lunch and dinner? On the plus side, food was fresh and tasty, maybe a bit over priced. Cocktails were also refreshingly good and wine was surprisingly excellent from Alexander Valley. Service was friendly and on point. I liked the casual vibe but wish they had a printed menu, I hate having to navigate my menu online.

Online it said they had immediate seating, I had checked when we pulled up. When we walked in we waited about 15 minutes. Not bad for a Saturday night. I ordered a Pomegranate mocktail which was amazing. For an appetizer we ordered the vegan Mac and Cheese. Unfortunately, it was cold and there really wasnt any flavor they just added some green onions. We also ordered the Bakery bread. This was very good. My husband had the Vegan Burger with fries. He said it was pretty good. I ordered the Cajun Shrimp Pasta and it was delicious. Service was great. Overall it was good but do feel it was pricy for what we got. It was $99.00 before I added the tip.

Date night at new location. Wife and I arrived 30 mins early to reservation. The plan was to have a pre dinner cocktail at the bar but lo and behold there is no bar! Walk up counter to order drinks and we were directed outside to sit near entrance before our table was ready. Once seated the attentive server took our appetizer order and had good suggestions for first timers. Brussel sprouts were very tasty with a combo of cranberries and blue cheese. Entrees of short rib and Wagyu Ribeye arrived in good time and nicely presented. Short rib fall off the bone tender and very tasty with the loaded mash. Wagyu not too much. A bit disappointed in the flavor, or lack thereof. Had it prepared medium and the tenderness of the cut was lacking. All in all, a nice casual spot for some well rounded dishes, but the lack of a bar space and the mediocrity of a premium cut of beef dish are all that held it back. Parking: Old gas station covered parking out front. Might have to park further down in strip mall area. A bit dark at night with light fixtures not functioning.

...food is wonderful, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. However, its a bit on the pricey side (burgers start at $25) , other high-end main menu items at market price and theres also a late-night menu with items starting at $17. My order that night came with fries that were extremely salty or over salted. When I complained about, they apologized and said theyll say something to the chef but told me to just shake off the excess salt from the fries and didnt bother replacing them. I ended up not eating them because even after trying to shake it off, quite a bit of salt has already been absorbed.

It s my second time going to the Rustik Fork. The first time I went was in March. My meal was warm, at best. The hangar steak was thin and overcooked, which was my fault because I ordered it medium-well. This time I wanted to have an appetizer. I ordered the bread plate. It was very disappointing. Just toasted bread with a drizzle of balsamic oil. If the bread was cut into cubes, they could ve passed as croutons. For my main meal, I ordered the same hangar steak as I did in March, hoping the warm warm food was a fluke; it wasn t. The veggies and steak were barely warm. The mashed potatoes were the warmest item on my plate. I don t know if I will come back. For the prices, I expect my food to be served hot and have better quality.

All around a great dining experience. When driving up the view from the outside gives strip mall vibes. However it is elegantly decorated, fresh flowers on each table and what I love the most is that it is farm to table. Everything locally and sustainably sources. Hand made even down to the juices and syrups for the hand crafted drinks. We shared appetizers and I had a burger salad. The menu ranges to full entrees to burgers and fries and salads. Yum. I will defiantly go again. I only have two photos of the appetizers. I was so ready to dive into my meal that I forgot to take a photo of that main course.

$25 burger is not an everyday thing for us, but we needed a great spot for dinner with a couple friends. I also invested the extra $2 fir the sweet potato fries ... small, but yummy. Looked like a former gas station on the outside, but inside had a quirky charm

Went for mothers day weekend. The place is small but has a nice vibe. Servers were all awesome. The food was fresh and tasted good. We were was also given a complimentary ice cream cookie that was really good for a bday celebration at the table. I took one star away because the shrimp pasta sauce didnt have enough salt added which took away from the flavor when you take your first bite.

Server was good, but food took a long time and was not warm when it came out.

Went here for the first time for breakfast with two others. We all ordered the same thing (bacon & eggs) and all of our bacon was cooked differently, one was cooked crispy, one was just cooked enough to say it wasnt raw and the other was okay. The price of $22 for bacon & eggs with only two strips of bacon and no toast is crazy and the drink prices are ridiculous, iced tea and coffee. If the price of the food wasnt enough when the check came I saw they charge us for ketchup, $4 each, thats an additional $12 for three people. Three orders of bacon & eggs, two coffees and one iced tea was $96. I have never in my life been charged for ketchup, Im surprised they didnt charge extra for sail & perper, no wonder the place was empty.

Its Riversides best hipster restaurant. But hipsters know hospitality, and I say that with all the implications intact. They serve brussel sprouts and stuffed dates. They have vegan options and steaks, and a few things in between. Everything Ive had there has been good, and the service is friendly and professional, if sometimes a little slow (and I dont mean the food delivery). The restaurant can be excessively noisy, perhaps too little sound-dampening on the ceilings. But its good and you should go.

Each time I have been here, I have enjoyed the food. The price point I feel is a little too steep for what you get. However, good ingredients and freshly cooked. Not just prepared as many restaurants are. So I keep going back. Staff is friendly and good at what they do. Update time, I havent been here for awhile. I popped in yesterday with a friend and we both ordered their Brunch Burger. One was ordered as well done and one medium rare. Both came done and were very dry. These come with fried eggs and the medium rare was supposed to have over easy egg. But nothing all dry and over cooked. The service was super slow with only 4 tables with people in the whole restaurant being used. We were charged extra for a ranch side on top of a $25 Hamburger. I find this price for what was served to be absolutely outrageous. I will not return to this restaurant again. If you charge a lot for a plate then the food best be really good and the service good also. Yesterday I got neither. Fail!

Ive had steak at a few 3 Michelin star restaurants, but their Wagyu steak (rare, ofc) was the best Ive ever had, and more than enough for two people (I took home half). I was taken there for a work event so I thought Id try it, but I didnt even think I really liked steak before trying theirs. Revelatory! The cocktails are all soju (wine) based, so Id recommend veering toward the beer or regular wine if you are seeking a specific flavor. Soju cocktails always seem watery to me, but that could just be a matter of preference. The lobster tail surf n turf add-on was okay but nothing to write home about. The brownie was a bit dry but the creme brulee was delicious and their beet salad and charcuterie boards were dynamite! Service was a little patchy but we did have a large group and they were all very nice to us. Atmosphere and decor was pretty standard these days. Pleasant but not impressive. I think it was a great place for a work event, but it wouldnt knock out an OC princess on a date. Honestly I feel a little embarrassed saying anything negative at all bc so much was so good and it was gratis to me. I would definitely recommend it for a work function again. You should too!

Party of four. We all had different burgers from the menu (well, one was a salad with a burger patty), and they were all saltier than a sober pirate with a sunburn. The prices are pretty wild, too... I know groceries are expensive now, but jeezus their menu is pricey! The dining experience was less than fantastic - simple chairs and tables, poor acoustics, noisy environment. The servers were pleasant, but they were hard to hear over all of the other guests. We drive kind of far to try this place out, and we can confidently say that we dont need to ever go back. My wife reports that shes still mouth-vomitting pieces of her burger... from 20 hours ago.

Great food...but, went for our anniversary dinner and they brought out a dessert to us with a candle. Adorable right? Then on the bill they charged us for it! Unbelievable! Have always loved the place til now. A sweet gesture turned sour.

Really nice restaurant. Pros: the staff is wonderful, most dishes are very nice. Cons: the $150 beef cut is overpriced for the amount of fat that is on the cut. It doesnt feel like a high-end course at all. Most importantly, we repeatedly checked that when it said gluten free, they meant ABSOLUTELY gluten free, telling them how important it was for our son who has celiac. Unfortunately, the place is probably contaminated because he had a reaction to what was in the first course as soon as he finished it. With celiac, people take weeks to recover, so this is not cool at all, and claims of having reliable gluten free options should not be made. Would you serve peanuts to someone with an allergy to peanuts? Dietary restrictions: Supposedly a gluten free menu (but the food is not Gluten Free)

Ive been here twice now, and Ive enjoyed both experiences very much! I love the atmosphere & theme, the simplicity of the menu, and perfect sized portions. Everything Ive tried tastes so good! Im not a go-getter when it comes to fully organic foods, but theres definitely difference you can taste here, and I love the idea of supporting local Riverside farmers! The first time I ate here, I had the Wagu steak, which was probably the best cut of steak Ive ever even, and then the Mahi Mahi. Absolutely delicious! My husband had the hot chicken sandwich but was a little disappointed that it wasnt actually spicy, but they were nice enough to add jalapenos for him. I highly recommend the brisket fully loaded fries as an appetizer! All their appetizers are good though. Im not from Riverside, but I have family here. So its a rare treat now to eat here. I highly recommend it for anybody visiting Riverside for the first time whose wanting a nice sit down restaurant in a safe area with your friends and family.

The waffles had a donut dough consistency. It was unique but very good. The atmosphere here is also great. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

This place is great. We had a reservation and was sat without delay. Its more of a modern rustic feel so a lot of wood but but techno music playing. Atmosphere very different from a regular steakhouse. Service was very good. Food takes a minute but thats because it for real. This is not a fast food place. Its 100% worth the wait. The roasted beet salad with blood orange vinaigrette is delightful. Only problem was beets werent roasted. Suggestion: if they were and came out hot on the salad, it wouldve taken it to a whole new level, but the testament to the ingredients, the salad was still great. The braised beef short rib. Get ready for a chefs rendition of classic beef short rib on creamy polenta. 10/10. Great portion size, absolutely melt in your mouth. You can tell it was slow braised in a rich cooking liquid for hours. The place is pricey ($75 per person) but 100% worth it. I have every intention on going back and trying something else. These restaurants are becoming harder and harder to find. This level of quality and service in a modern setting really sets them apart.

So today my lil bro took me out to the Rustik Fork. It was lunch time so I suppose that may be the reason for the off cook I got on the tomahawk steak. We ordered it medium. And we got a steak that was rare to well in different areas. Im a SCA steak cooker so I understand the difficulty of cooking a steak. But for a place to charge $150 for such a nice piece of meat the cook has to be perfect. And it just wasnt. Did it taste good? Yes. But for $150 it should wow you. And it didnt. Service was great. All the other food was above good. But the best thing on the menu was just ok and not cooked like it should be.

Slightly disappointed. Party of 3 we all had different meals. Blackened salmon cajum shrimp pasta and the infamous tomahawk steak that is supposed to be amazing. That plate fell short. Steak was supposed to be medium rare came out as blue rare. Sent it back and it came back a little more cooked. Unfortunately it was just about all fat. Literally almost the entire thing was fat. Huge disappointment for $150. Desert was the best part. The brownie and Apple walnut crumble absolutely killed it. With that being said we would go back again and give it a second chance but we would definitely skip the tomahawk
