Nicely maintained store. Competitive price. There is CSV pharmacy inside. Most items are less expensive compared to the closest cvs in market place. Limited grocery items and fresh meat. There is Starbucks and Pizza Hut inside. After remodeling restrooms are neatly maintained.

Hands down the best Target I've been in! Super clean and we'll organized and very well stocked! Doesn't mean that seasonal special items aren't going to sell out fast but they have them where a lot of the other targets don't even get them. If you're wanting Christmas stuff I would go early they've already changed over displays twice that I've seen.

Very disturbed this morning when i was met by a woman going thru trash at front door of Target. She told me she liked going thru trash! Am I in San francisco? I didnt think I would see that behavior in San Ramon. Then when I left store she yelled at me all the way to my car! Why? I dont need this. If homeless people are now hanging out at Target, I am done shopping there. Very disturbing! Not happy.

I love shopping at target but yesterday 4/7/24 my husband went to San Ramon target to buy milk when I got home I realized that the milk was expired 4/5 but was still on display for customers to buy. Yes he should have checked before buying but the point is the store was selling expired products. So if you’re shopping here I suggest you double check all the food items as freshness is not guaranteed.

Worst phone system. Spent 20 minutes trying to get through. Phone would answer and merge with another call, but I could not be heard. Called back and tried multiple departments. Each time it would answer I would hear talking but not to me. Finally gave up. Even customer service did not work. So frustrating!

The employee checking everyones items to make sure they have less than 10 in the self checkout lane is the most useless position Ive ever seen. Like you could literally be working on the register and actually be contributing something instead of just being a waste of space. Smh this place sucks now, go to walmart instead.

The associate who worked the costumer service/return desk was so rude to me it was appalling and disgusting behavior. She tried to make me check out at a register when I intended to use the self-checkout lane and her reasoning was because I had more than enough 10 items which was untrue. She made me feel as if she was insinuating that I was a thief and I did not appreciate it at all!!! I used to love this Target and shopped here multiple times a week and now I will never shop there ever again!

Target now forces customers to use their app and clip their coupons in advance, then use a wallet bar code on your cell phone at check out in order to get the sale prices and offers they show in the store. It takes a lot of time and to be honest it takes the fun out of doing a Target run. Target, if you offer a deal you should give it to people and not make them jump through hoops to get it. You got this one wrong.

I ve never wanted Radio Shack to exist again more then after a visit to this store s lackluster electronics department. Every time I come here and ask the sales associate for help, he provides none. I show the item I need on the website (where it says it s in stock) and he can t be bothered to come around from behind the counter. Meanwhile he s eager af to shill unlocked cell phones. If you re looking for scented candles, off brand TVs and mediocre customer service than this is the place for you.

I am a recent convert to the Target Drive Up service in SanRamon. What a game changer/time saver!! I can order what I need during short work breaks & pick up order after work. Staff is phenomenal! I never have to wait long for my items. Staff are friendly & efficient. Ive never experienced an issue with my orders.

I love Target and have for a long long time. I can t say I have ever had anything negative to say. Clerks are pleasant and helpful and returns are so simple. However, I was at this location just now and the outside and side parking lot were awful. Food and garbage everywhere. I know there is a labor shortage but outside the store is important too. I ll keep shopping but hoping to see things a bit cleaner!

Target is a great store overall, but I am very disappointed in ALL the thousands of products they promote that is contained in plastic. An overwhelming amount of products have some sort of plastic as a container. Retail must be responsible so consumers have at least a choice to be responsible. Most of the time, the choice is already made for us. The oceans and earth need corporations to make a change. NOW.

The organization of the self-checkout lines as to where they begin and end is a major issue. The sense of entitlement that comes from people in the area is already bad enough when out shopping and running simple errands, but add on the lack of waiting line structure to the mix and it becomes an even bigger problem. There is constant people cutting in front of those waiting for an available register. I just really wish there were signs or something so that we as customers don t have to constantly tell people there s a line so they stop cutting in front of people and getting rude when you bring it to their attention.

I cannot begin to describe how incredible the customer service is at this location! Truly reflects Target values and what it means to help another person with their needs. Thank you so much to Sebastian and the several people who diligently helped me with getting these Peeps cups for my kids Easter party. Sebastian was so wonderful every day that I went into the store in hopes of getting these cups, and the other day, I was finally able to buy a bunch! Thank you!!

I purchased 2 of the same items, got 1 and was charged for both. When I tried the number provided by Target, there was never any answer. It just rang and rang. No Customer Service there. Buying Target gift cards here is like dealing with a scammer. Avoid. Bought three gift cards as Xmas gifts for my kids teachers here, two had no value loaded to the cards (I was charged for all three cards). And the cards couldnt be reloaded for another 2 weeks. This was a huge hassle and embarrassment. Will never buy Target gift cards again. Would give -1 star if I can.

I shop here everyweek, Ive spent thousands of dollars here and on 2 occasions your staff has treated me like Im a thief. At self checkout an older woman and older man both approached me and asked to scan my items again. This place is much larger than the one close to my home. They even have a Disney Store!! I hope the Disney store expands inside but for now its a small section of the toy area. This place has two entrances, one close to the pharmacy and the other entrance by the pickup area.

I want to show some appreciation for Sui, who was working at the self checkout when we came in this last weekend. We bought some bar stools that came in big boxes, and realized the only way to fit them in the car was to remove them from the boxes. We were not sure what to then do with the boxes, and I figured we might have to figure out how to break them down in the parking lot and find a dumpster, but when we took them inside Sui said he would take care of them and we could leave them there! He was also super helpful when we were checking out said large boxes. I really appreciated his help, and will definitely return to this Target when I am in the area.

I had to take a 40 minute drive to pick up an order because my Target didnt have the item in stock in my regular store online. However this pickup experience was quick and easy and the staff member who delivered my item to my car was friendly and practiced social distance by placing the item in my trunk for me. It was a bit of a drive but a pleasant experience all-in-all!

The ladies working in the Technology Department were super helpful! I bought the wrong sized screen protector for my phone and one of the young ladies on the staff helped me return it and get the right size. She even installed it on my phone! She was super nice and I was so thankful. I m also nine months pregnant, so it was hard to get around the store, I was really appreciative.

Highly recommend primarily for ease of use and customer service. I have found the Target store drive/pickup procedures to be the easiest to use during this time of COVID and the multiple times I have placed orders, there has never been any issue with delays or missing items. Additionally, the staff is always very courteous no matter at which Target in whatever state I visit.

Target is great for getting a variety of things you need at one location. They make sure not too many people are in the store. When you arrive they clean a cart for you and then they cleaned the entire check out area before I went through! Target went above and beyond to protect their customers!

When I got to Target my wait was only about 5 min. Young man was polite, friendly and efficient. Place to wait was well marked. Got a text that order was ready about 2 hours after ordering, well within the 4 hours promised.

I really like shopping at Target, but 90% of the time I shop there, the shelf price doesnt match the item price when I get to the check out person. I have to watch every item being scanned to make sure the cashier charges the correct price. Either the person putting up the signs in the aisles doesnt send it to the computer, or theres a disconnect in your system. There were at least 5 items that the cashier had scanned an incorrect price according to the shelf pricing. Some people have told me they actually take a picture with their cell phone of the shelf price so they can present it to the cashier when they ring up the incorrect price. I shouldnt have to do that.

I have been shopping at San Ramon for years. The remodel has been amazing and really opened the store up. The food area could use help staying in stock and the cleanliness, but it happens. What i would like to rave about are the employees, Especially this young, vibrant, woman who I have had the pleasure to have the highest customer satisfaction from, twice! She has gone above and beyond to help me and the first time I was blown away. On the days I m in Target and I don t get have an encounter with her, you can see her smiling face helping everyone else in the store. Always smiling, always greeting guest, always talking with her peers. I can t help but smile when I m around people who still show Chivalry. I want to take this time to let this woman know, she is a shining star and the definition of outstanding customer service, and an all around sweet hearted. I believe her name was Noel or Nicole?

I am thrilled for the new well organized target. The signs and products display technique makes things easier to find, which i highly appreciate. The one issue i faced during my last visit was that the shopping carts were unclean with used tissue paper, food containers, etc. junk in most of them. If they could have someone on staff clean the carts before they are made available in the store for use that would make the experience even better.

I dont usually leave negative reviews and like to give people and businesses the benefit of the doubt, but at noon on a Thursday, this place was trashed. The refrigerated food section looked like bomb went off and there were things everywhere, empty shelves, disorganization, etc. The menswear section was also trashed with clothes all over the place and even on floor. Set aside that I was not greeted nor engaged by ANYONE and I walked by multiple employees. This looks to be a newly remodeled location but it definitely still needs a lot of work.

I usually satisfied with San ramon Target. But today I got terrible and horrible experiences in online pick up center. Even I was with my little son, and he felt her behavior was terrible. I was looking for a bar code for pick-up away from the desk, and she came up first and asked if I would pick-up. I had a question about the promotion, so I asked you to find the barcode and wait to talk. She then asked me if I would cancel my order, saying, O.M.G. And without giving me a chance to talk, she cut off my words and pressed me to answer only with Yes or No. She felt like a judge I was a criminal. Why should I be treated like that when I was about to ask questions to buy more? Where should I make a claim? (I visited at 7:50 5/29)

The nicest Target I ve been in. Self-check is blazing fast because they have ten stalls and team members standing by and ready to help with any of the typical self-check headaches. There is also free electric car charging at the side of the building and a Tesla Supercharger. Parking is never an issue.

Its Target. This particular one looks like a hurricane comes through weekly; constant bare shelfs. Its like they have no inventory control

Convenience!!! I love the Drive Up service. This is a service I would have used repeatedly when my kids were younger. I still use it at lease every other week and I am amazed at how transformative it has been. I spend less money and time.

Today my wife and kid went to target to shop , they also got 3 hot-dogs and a sodas on the way out , when they got home - unwrapped the hot dogs and they were brown / green in color . very disappointing . i do have [pictures but dont want to gross u out . so unwrap you hotdog before you take it home

I live 200 miles away, in northern California. I have stopped in this store twice in the last 10 years. I found myself on a lengthy drive with a desire for a stretch. I convinced myself I needed a travel mug. I stepped into the store, and because of the large size of the store, I hijacked the first store employee I saw. He dropped what he was doing, personally walked me back the the appropriate section and handed me off to the store expert concerning travel mugs. He found me the perfect item. After paying for it, I discovered it was half the price I thought it should have been, so I went back for another. The same assistant appeared, understood my desire for another container, and went into the back to find me another. I talked with 4 different Target workers that day. Every one of them went way out of their way to assist me, with a GREAT attitude. Completely unexpected, and completely appreciated. AWESOME

3 stars for all the good quality food they sell there. However, a normal checkout takes about 15 - 30 mins; because they over here have no sense of urgency whatsoever! Of course this does not count the self-checkout kiosks. So if you have a lot of time or want to waste a lot of time or maybe want to see people in their slowest self, please visit this store and try the checkout yourself. And did I mention that they usually have just 2 checkout lanes opened? Go checkout!

Extremely rude employees work at this target, the security guards follow you around like hounds while giving you dirty looks. This place is a disgrace to Target and should be shut down!

A decent target. It s clean and there are staff roaming around. A downside is that some parts of the floor is still cement.

I had been visiting this target for almost 3 years now and Ive always loved the way some employees go out of their way to help the guests. They always had great deals, cute stuff beautifully (alright, Appealingly) put up in the dollar spot and they kept working on the visual appeal of the new interesting things in every department that I loved the most.. This encouraged me to apply for a job and I did work for 5+ months until December. They were really helping and concentrating on serving the guests the best possible way through weekly training chapters! Loved being a part of this amazing place :)

I normally like shopping here because... Well, its there. And it has things. But I went just the other night, and I spent 15+ minutes walking around the makeup/skin care area looking for an employee to no avail. Then I went to buy underwear, only to find that theyve remodeled to put toy isles in the middle of the store because money. It took me about five minutes to find the rack I was looking for that used to be conveniently against a wall and easy to access, and then I spent nearly half an hour at this rack looking for the right size underwear. All they had was small or XL as far as I could tell. And it was pretty hard to tell, as they were jumbled and spread out to the point where every little hanger thing had about three different types of underwear. The weird addition of toy shelves made everything feel weird and cramped, and the way the racks were set up was reminiscent of a clearance section filled with random clothes. When an underwear rack makes somebody want to cry out of frustration, its time to reconsider your layout. A trip that should have taken maybe 20 minutes took an hour, and I left with two items on my list. The guy at self checkout was nice though, so good on him. Also, whoever cleans the soda fountain needs to rinse the insides afterwards or something, because every time I make the mistake of buying a drink it tastes faintly like cleaner.

Love DriveUp service offered by Target. I have shopped at various target locations, however, this location employees have always be awesome. They go above and beyond to bring customer satisfaction.

I purchased a Verizon gift card for a Christmas present not realizing it was for a prepaid Verizon phone. I was expecting to have to just take the $50 loss as gift cards are usually non refundable/returnable... but to my surprise I was able to return it for a target gift card with no hassle. I m extremely thankful.
