Panera Bread

The home style soup was hot, but it lacked flavor.
Tasted like it was from a can. There was very little vegetables and chicken in it which was a disappointment.
I won’t be getting this again … services was fine.

The service was good. The food was tasty. But I will not be going back as the food was too expensive. We each got the pick 2. I didn't even get a drink and it was $40. Too much for a half sandwich, half soup, in my humble opinion.

Unfortunately, the employees forget about keeping the tables clean and picking up the dishes and trays.
The restaurant was not busy and the Panera staff just hung out behind the counter and chatted away.
The atmosphere was not pleasant while eating surrounded by dirty tables as you can see from the pictures. THERE WERE over 15 dirty tables with dishes and others with food on them.
I recommend you going to another place for a sandwich if what you are looking for is to spend some time eating with family or friends.
It was uncomfortable and embarrassing.
Get your act together Panera 🥖! 🙄

They have some good soups that I have bought from the grocery store and thought why not go and try it out in person.

I ordered a steak and cheese sandwhich and it had barely any meat in it. Simply disappointing for the price.

Everyone else I was with had a half sandwhich and soup and said it was like having a light snack rather than lunch.

Maybe we had a single sandwhich maker or maybe this is just how they do it.

I would not go back again.

Without warning, at least nothing that I heard, Panera has decided to stop selling plane flaky croissants. Instead, their breakfast menu is replete with either very sugary or very fatty savory “croissant sandwiches“ and the like. Granted, a butter croissant is no health panacea, but why remove such a staple from your bakery list? I will now drive elsewhere to get my pastries, as a form of consumer activism. Bring back the croissant!

It don't matter how long or far of a hike you take a overnight hike or just a day hike it's well worth it and so beautiful. Lone Pine lake is a great day hike to take if your looking for a short beautiful hike done that hike a few times ! Don't for get to grab a burger after your hike they are awesome but skip the fries they are nasty! 😉

Better service and food if you show up after 9am. Before that expect them to not be ready. Don't get grilled cheese sandwich not worth it.

*Update: Saturday the day before Easter Sunday...busy...the crew was rocking the order and prep station. The hiring is so much better as the employees are doing so great. Got to change my 2 star review to 5 stars after patronizing several times and had a better experience.

My hearty chili soup smelled bad and tasted like the meat was old. It ruined the whole taste of the soup itself. Like when its cooked too long too many days and it shouldve been tossed and a new batch should be made. Unfortunately, i still ate it because i forced myself since I paid 15 dollars for it. But it felt like i was eating close to expiring soup and it was not a good experience for me. I hadnt been to panera for like a year. I was expecting better taste and fresh quality. It is a new item on the menu too so that does not look good on the value for it.

One of the weirdest responses was when my kids chicken sandwich had bacon mixed with his food. When my wife asked why? The guy who made the food said it was okay that it had bacon in it even when the sandwich ingredients were supposedly not to have bacon in it However, the manager was shocked by that guys response. He apologized, and we got a refund and remade it.

The food is decent but portions are small for the price. The menu since its up on the wall is very hard to read and is cluttery printing. I asked to see a real menu but they dont have one! They said you can look at some app screen or something. I think this is not accommodating those with vision handicaps. Also the bathroom was a mess. Two clogged toilets and paper all over the floor. I barely had enough! We went there because it was less crowded and therefore quieter than the other places around. Ive always felt the whole chain is highly overrated. Too expensive for what you get considering you are NOT waited on and have to go up and get your food yourself AND are supposed to bus your plates. No thanks.

I always get the salads and get a Mac n Cheese in a bread bowl, which is a fave for kids and worth the money! My takeaway meals always come with extra bread and butter, the staff is always nice and professional. And Ive seen lots of folks settling down with all their computers to eat and work there, its a safe place to eat and work and seating is comfortable. If you want something healthier for a fast food type place, Panera is a good place to go. Kid-friendliness: There are a lot of healthy kid friendly choices here, and enough to bring home to chow on later!

Brought mom to her favorite place to stop at and have a small breakfast. Huge sign advertising a new egg ham and cheese sandwich in front by the register. Looked so good I ordered it and she sorry breakfast ended at 10:30. I said then why is this sign up here? Just to torture us? And she said it should have been changed and then she turned it around to a huge lunch sandwich. I was already keen on having the breakfast sandwich so I just had tea. Mom got a free pastry for her 88th birthday. We sat down and the table was so unstable it spilled Moms coffee and my tea. I fiddled with the things under the legs but still it was catty wampus. Then I went to the restroom. It was a mess. One toilet had not been flushed. There were no paper towels. I was to say the least not impressed and will try to go elsewhere for my food. Mom loves their food and she had a cheese souffle and that was nice but I felt it was not exactly what I expected. Why not offer breakfast until 11. Morning lasts until 12. Whatever. I felt disappointed.

I m writing this review because I m slightly upset that it s currently 56° outside and this Panera bread had their air conditioning on. Every single person inside had a jacket on. I was actively shivering. Why on earth wasn t the heat on while people are dining and trying to enjoy their lunch. Disappointing. We took the rest of our food to just eat in the car where it s warm.

Unbelievable how expensive Panera is now! We spent $50 for two of the new chicken sandwiches ($12 each!), a half salad, a Mac n cheese, and two drinks. The food was not that great! Could have had a much better meal elsewhere. We use to visit often but we will not be eating here again! No wonder the place was practically empty, prices are ridiculous for just ok food!

We stopped at Panera about 1 month ago and have been there about 6 times already. They have such affordable prices and delicious food. My daughter keeps going back for their cinnamon crunch bagel. I love their soups which are great prices. The restaurant is always clean when we go dine in. Employees are super friendly and always greet you with a smile. Definitely recommend Parking: Plenty of parking. Kid-friendliness: Great items any kid can enjoy from grilled cheese sandwiches to yummy pastries. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy for handicap parking right infront of store.

A very quiet and peaceful Panera, great spot to just grab a bite, read a book, study with some ambiance noise, or with have a quick casual lunch in one of their booths (seats 4). The food is consistent with other Paneras, never had anything missing and Ive eaten in-store, done to go, and frequently do curbside pick-up. The rewards program could be improved, its a bit lame honestly, and I dont like how you dont get an email when a reward is available... you have to manually check on the app or website, a bit tedious.

Great employees but horrible management delivering horrible service! They always have 1 person in the mornings, during the busiest time, and that employee has to prepare drinks, slice and toast dozens of bagels, etc before helping the next customer. It takes well over 20 minutes just to get a cup of coffee sometimes and management gives you a nasty attitude when the long wait times are brought to their attention. I will stop going to this place after being there every day for the last 5 years simply because of managements lousy attitude!!! I dont need bagels that desperately to put up with that attitude!!!

Another bait and switch from this location, these positive reviews must be fake, cant be the only one with messed up practicality every time. I ordered a pastry ring thats supposed to be half cream cheese filling the other cherry. They switched and have me one with cherry which isnt even on the menu. This is the worst manage location Ive seen, sad since the food is great however it is poorly managed.

Placed our order online and they never brought it out to our car after we checked in. So we eventually went inside and got our cold soup and sandwiches and watered down drinks....then didnt get any spoons with our soup and they stuck open pieces of bread on the top of our bag just exposed the whole time so was drying out by the time we went in and got it ourselves.....

Do not eat here. My orders are never done correctly, they advertise curbside pick up, but will not actually bring your food curbside. The management staff is rude, negligent, and the franchise does nothing to correct these issues. It is unfortunate this is the only location in Canyon Country. My family and I have seen a significant changes at this location and are no longer comfortable dining here.

I usually come here at least once a week in the morning, since this location is right across from my work. There are some days I come in and the service is alright, but most days the service is not that great. On the days that service is alright, I get greeted, my order is prepared, and someone behind the food counter will tell me to have a good day. There was one day that I came in and I think the manager was running food and he was really nice, however I cant remember his name. However, on the days service is ok, which is most days, I dont get greeted, the cashier will look at me and go back to their conversation with another worker, barely acknowledge me when I am giving my order, and when I try to ask something I get a nasty look. I go up to the food counter and ask if the coffee was my drink in particular and the person eye rolled and nodded their head. Today in particular, one worker was making a drink and another was highlighting paperwork. They both looked at me and continued their conversation. I waited 2 minutes until one of them finally came over and took my order. No well be right with you or sorry for the wait. Tables are almost always dirty. Workers are taking their breaks at the tables, which I am not against, but usually there are at least 2 and they are gossiping loudly about other workers.

Soup was tepid, serving size was a disappointment, half a bowl for $8.00, with much smaller piece of bread than usual. Couldnt even get the water correct. Asked for lemon...guess what?? Youre correct, No lemon. Wet napkins had to go back to counter to get napkins, salt, peper mustard, butter and Tabasco sauce. Will never return to this location.

This location always forgets something of my order. Food is great, everyone is friendly. However, something is always missing of my order. It would be anything. Either I would be missing all my bread bowls, I could be missing my sandwich, or my soup. Every single time at least something is missing. Ever since the first time they forgot an item I always say my order just for them to reread my whole order. Then I will walk to a table or to my car go through and find something missing.

Ordered and paid $10 each for 6 bread bowl soups with side of salad. They gave us 6, 1 cup (4oz) of soups, with half a baguette, and two oz of salad, apparently they ran out of bread bowls, which cost extra. But they never called or said anything when we picked up the order. Once I realized the order was wrong I called, they said they had given us extra bread but it literally was three extra baguette halves. And the guy was rude, unapologetic and it sounded like he d done me a favor. And to top it all off my daughter found a thick hair in her soup, Never again! $70 for six 4oz soups, six baguette halves, and half filled cups of salads, literally two spoons worth. Not worth the trouble, absolutely ridiculous!!!

The chicken soup is my standard go to on the menu. Their bread bowl makes it decadent. Doing the low carb thing is doable as the chicken salad is good, too. Wish there was one cliise enough to door dash or uber eats, but no such luck. Living out from town has that one downside, but Ive got myb horses on site and love being to throw a leg over and be in the Angeles National Forrest in 2 minutes provides much needed stress relief after teaching high school all day.
