Love this place. Trixie is always so nice and welcoming. Plus, they make a pretty good pie.
We stick to some usuals and then try a new specialty pizza every chance we can. My son loves the chicken Alfredo pizza.

I’ve i’ve been to the Ameci on Lyons and it’s old-school pizza is excellent. I mean soft and a ton of cheese on it. 😊I went to the one on Seco Canyon and I got one of the worst pizzas for 15 bucks I’ve ever seen. this thing is light like a like something buy out of the store and that lady was very rude. She wouldn’t give me she won’t stand behind this product. It is a franchise like a 7-Eleven or something and you know what don’t go. It is hidden in the back you probably won’t ever find it. Stay out of this “franchise”

SIMPLY great pizza. The flavor is great with a slight crisp crust and fresh ingredients. Salads are also fresh and tasty. Don't sleep on their wings as they seem to be XL and very tasty. Has become our family favorite.

This is by far the best pizza store that I have ever been to. I have been getting pizza from this store since I was in high school since it is family-owned as well. When I asked for delivery and the pizza arrived at the time that they told me. We always cater at family gathers and everyone loves it. They know me by name and remember my pizza order with pineapple , jalapeño and chicken and the margarita pizza is amazing. LOVE IT SO MUCH and I would have it everyday

Tonight was extra busy because it s Friday night. The lady manager gave us enough time for our food to be picked up. We ordered 2 Large pizzas with both pepperoni and half black olives. When we arrived, we just waited for a minute or so as she fixed the mistake of our pizzas since olives are missing. Mistakes happen especially on a busy night, it s understandable. The manager Trixie was very good in checking what was going out. Not only the food is consistently good, Customer services is always 10/10. Friday night is pizza night for our family and Ameci is our go to place!

Grew up eating amicis pizza and was in town and saw one was here so we pulled in! Staff greeted us immediately and was patient as we looked at the menu. Food was soo good and they had great service. Will be back when in town again.

Wow Ameci, thank you for your amazing pizza and your customer service. I ordered a large half green pepper and half pepperoni. The taste was amazing with no heartburn afterwards. Unlike other pizza brands, full of oil and the heartburn suffering afterwords. Thanks to your accommodating customer service for a disabled veteran. I highly recommend this store if you want to enjoy a 5 star food with an outsdanting customer service.

This place has taken a nose dive since new owners took over. Its painful to watch them fumble around like its their first day in the kitchen. What used to take 20 min now takes 50 to 60 minutes, on a weeknight. Truly sad.

Updated: Ameci has a unique pizza due to their sauce and oil blend. It really hits the spot. The prices are decent, especially if you get a daily deal. I think this location is under new management or ownership, and that is a good thing. The service is much friendlier now, and the place seems cleaner. Im an even bigger Ameci fan now.

Had an issue with my fettuccine and the manager Trixie at copperhill did not fight or argue but offered to fix the issue immediately and then made a follow up call to make sure we were happy. Love this location and the entire staff. Never any issues that are not dealt with. Things happen but they are always so understanding and efficient with customer service.

The cook lady is super rude to coworkers and costumers alike! She started yelling at me, basically telling me to be quiet because she didnt make my food although I was told it was ready 20 min ago. I get that they are busy but that was bad service!

From 2012: Everyone knows that chain restaurants can be hit or miss, but this Amecis is shockingly bad. We were shocked that they would actually serve us us burnt, tasteless pizza, hard fries, and terrible sandwiches, given our excellent experiences with the Glendale franchise. Avoid this one at all costs!! Update 12/2020: Dear owner who just replied to this ancient review, I would be happy to return sometime in the future. Its been 8 years since I wrote this lol! I hope youre doing well and staying safe.

UPDATE AS OF 9/23/2020. We decided to give Ameci s another try and I m so glad we did. After placing our order within 5 minutes we received a phone call from the Manager Darren. He went above and beyond to make things right due to our last visit with Amecis. It is very pleasant to know that there are managers out there that still take pride in customer service. Darren and his team really made my family s night and because of this he has won our business back. THANK YOU DARREN, ALEX AND TEAM! You are true assests to Ameci s Pizza! We greatly appreciate you! I originally gave a 1 star but I have now changed it to 5 stars. We order two pizzas for delivery, Once delivered we opened the boxes to find both pizzas have been completely smashed to one side. I called the restaurant to let them know of the situation and I was followed with a VERY RUDE woman who claimed to be the manager and owner she yelled and talked over me repeatedly. The first thing asked by her was what do you want me to do about it if you give a customer an option to tell what they want, I asked for a refund she declined and said she would give me credit. Why on earth would you ask what a customer wants and then say no? I m sorry but when planning to never purchase from again credit is completely useles, I even suggested if you won t refund me for the full amount then at least give me a partial refund to which she declined. They did offer to resend pizzas but at that time my kid and husband already grabbed there slices I shouldn t have to wait another 45 minutes to feed my family. This is a bummer because my family really enjoyed Amecis pizza.

OMG!!! The best pizza ever!! By chance, we got hungry for some pizza and found that Ameci delivered. The pizza were hot and the sauce is incredible. Makers of one of the best pizzas in the area...evenly spreaded... All kinds of base variants are available.. Though I am not a pasta lover still I liked their pasta and I would recommend it to everyone.. Reservation facility is also available.
