Online ordering from my phone was so easy and quick. Their website is also very clear and easy to navigate. The takeout order was fast. The BBQ chicken wings is good, not too sweet. My only concern is their pepperoni topping, it’s very very salty for my taste, not good for people on a low-salt diet or with high blood pressure 🤣 Overall though, I still like Vincenzo’s and maybe avoid the pepperoni next time.

Pizza is epic, probably the best in SCV. Wings are a solid 8/10. Salads and the cheese bread are really good. Not a fan of the jalapeño poppers or the mozzarella sticks, the breading tastes off and feels like it was frozen. That being said, I came for the pizza, not the fried food. They have a decent size sitting area and a couple of chairs outside as well.

We'd been hearing about Vincenzo's ever since we moved to the Santa Clarita Valley a few years back. We're always looking for great NY Style pizza and they can stretch a pie thin to sort of kind of get you in that direction.

You order at the counter (which may be hard to find if you've never been there before...you have to enter the dining room, walk through it, take a couple of lefts before you get there.) Then they bring your food to the table.

We ordered a medium cheese stretched thin...there's always a risk that pizza places don't put enough sauce on a pie...we really like to taste the sauce...I asked about this and they said they'd put a little extra on ours. What came to the table didn't have much sauce on it and was slightly overcooked. It wasn't terrible, but it didn't really achieve the NYC style pie we were looking for.

The Cheese Garlic Bread was good...served on Texas-Style toast. We also had a green salad which had lots of croutons and some cheese on it...basic but good enough.

I think we're still pining for excellent NY style pizza up here. Vincenzo's wasn't quite it. It's nice that they'll stretch their pies thin...the overall dated atmosphere of the room and the many years the place has been there left us thinking this place may have had a hey-day which it left behind a while ago.

Came here specifically for the vegan option. However, staff cannot seem to get the orders right. I was not the only person who’s vegan pizza was made incorrectly. I was given a vegetarian pizza (with dairy cheese on it). Not only am I vegan, but lactose intolerant. The cheese was suspiciously stringy (ngl, vegan cheese isn’t stringy) so I asked if it was vegan and was told my order was made with dairy…absolutely distraught as I had consumed some already, unknowingly.

They graciously offered to remake the pizza without cost, but it wasn’t even the same size as the original one I ordered!?

It was smaller. Make it make sense. Y’all messed up and I paid for a bigger VEGAN pizza.

Sad to say I will not be returning here, nor do I recommend it for any other vegans or severely lactose intolerant people.

The food was okay but competitively expensive, and menu prices were not clearly displayed. They may have had a labor conflict because of the cold reception we received from the manager at the counter. There were also unhappy frowns from the cooks and salad preparers. Including an employee who was annoyed when asked him for napkins.

This is the best pizza in Santa Clarita and what makes it the best is the service. I recently had a couple of issues with some orders and I have to commend the service at Vincenzos because they were attentive and the matters were addressed. I placed another order this past weekend and everything was on point. The pizza is so good at Vincenzos I would have continued to be a customer however I have respect for Vincenzos treatment of its patrons.

Great pizza crust, call them last minute and they were about to close and made me an xl pizza for 12 people, I was told it s enough for 12-14 and thought no way, those must be small people, it was enough for 12 people at least, we eat from it for 2 days was even better the next day

Special shout out to the take-out pickup staff. I was picking up my order and a weirdo rude older man tried to thrust his receipt in front of me while I was *midsentence* with the guy behind the counter. Without missing a beat, he gracefully told the guy to wait his turn. Then when I was done, he made sure to ask whos next because the guy behind me was also about to be cut in line by the rude weirdo. Perfectly smooth, no drama maneuver. Anyway, this is a *very* specific anecdote which I hope captures the essence of my five-star service rating. Pizza is always a solid choice with lots of other good contenders in town. The ambiance of the restaurant hasnt changed much over the years-- great for casual get-togethers / group meals. Nothing fancy but a very comfortable sort of nothing fancy!

Amazing pizza with a nice atmosphere. We got the Vincenzos specialty pizza and ate inside. They had the football game playing, so we got to hang out, eat pizza, and watch football. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area. 10 minutes drive from Six Flags, so if you dont want to eat in the park, this is definitely worth running out and grabbing.

A friend took me here. This was his second visit. He couldnt remember the name the night before, but he remembered how big the pizza was. Thankfully, the name Vincenzos came to him the next day. Growing up in the midwest, my parents and I had a regular family owned pizza joint. Vincenzos made me feel like I was back at home with its no frills atmosphere. Pizza is supposed to be unhealthy, California. Stop being pretentious with it unlike at Vincenzos. My friend and I got the Esperienza, and he was right, the pizza was huge and loaded with toppings. I also got a small Veggie Pasto salad. It was big enough to share. Im pretty sure we had 4 to 5 servings of vegetables by the end of the meal. Plus, we had leftovers. Times are tough, but the value and quality you get at Vincenzos must be what has kept this small business open since 1979. The staff is super chill I think I found the best pizza in SCV. Parking: Plenty of it!

The pizza was incredible, perfect after a long day of travel! And when my jetlag caused me to leave my purse behind and I didnt realize it until an hour later, Chris was so kind to search the restaurant, find it, and store it until I was able to return the next day. Highly recommend Vincenzos!

Ive been stopping by here for years. There are Thousands of Pizza joints around. Most are ok, some are great. Vinchenzos has been around for ever, obviously there is a reason for this. Really good Pizza and dough, wings, salads are also great. The OG in Newhall is my favorite but the other locations are also good if youre not close by. At 9:32 pm on January 14, 2023, we ordered 1 small Esperienza Pizza. Vincenzo closes at 10:00 pm. When we got home the pizza was very doughy. The dough was not completely cooked. We spent $28.41 on a pizza that was not fully cooked.

This place is one of SCVs best pizza places. This is my first time returning after 30 years and they still have great pizza and remarkable service. First things first, the pizza is really good. The toppings are top quality and give you the feeling that some guy named Vincenzo is in the back slicing fat wheels or sausage and placing them on your pizza. The garlic bread was so hot I still couldnt hold it when I got home from my pick up order. It, also, was battery and cheesy with an authentic home made feel. Overall, this is a meal for more than one and worth every penny. Take advantage of the 10% discount, or the free garlic bread offered online. Be careful, this isnt your average sized pizza. Bring an appetite or be prepared for leftovers.

My fiancé and I rode our Vespas to Cyclegear near by and we smelled the pizza and got a craving right away. You could smell the tomatoe sauce and basil all over the parking lot! We were not disappointed. This has to be the best Margherita napoletana Ive had. We are picky, and we have tried other great pizzerias and Italian restaurants like Cosa Bona, Osteria La Buca, and Pizzeria da Michele and they couldnt compare. It was delicious yet simple like real Italian food should be. I can tell that the people that work there are kind and care about the pizza they make. I like this place a lot, it isnt pretenscious and no ego, just great honest pizza. We will be coming back again and I wish the business success. Grazie mille per la fantastica pizza!

Hubby & I were visiting area for the night and happened upon Vincenzos Pizza... and boy are we glad we did! Ordered the meat calzone and antipasta salad. The large antipasta salad was enough for 4 people to have a nice side salad or 2 people as a dinner salad. No skimping on toppings - romaine, onions, ham, pepperoni, olives, green pepper and cheese! YUMMM. Dressing was really good as well. The calzone came with side of marinara, which was cold - asked for an order of hot sauce and they took care of it immediately. Service was good, food was awesome! Would recommend.

Revising the last post! I received a quick response to my complaint from Vincenzos Newhall! I was very pleased with the management there. Thank you again for the great customer service. I have to give a shout out to Greg who addressed each of my issues in a most gracious and professional manner! Thank you and my family will be enjoying our usual special and delicious vegetarian Vincenzo pizza very soon. GE Terrible service, online order with Toast does not work well. I called Vincenzo because I could see the error and still received the wrong pizza with two different receipts. This was supposed to be a contactless order but the women stayed at the door and made me add a tip and sign for this pizza!

Love the online ordering, and they have the best pizza and antipasto salad around but they keep forgetting to put the dressing for the salad in the bag!!!! Hate to knock off one star because the food is the best.

Good service, and nice atmosphere of a place that has served the area well for years. Some indoor dining available, as well as outdoor seating.

Im a pizza lover. Pizza is my favorite food and Vincenzos has by far the best pizza and wings I have ever had!! I wish we had one of these in Bakersfield. Its a definite must stop when Im out here. I would highly recommend; you will not be disappointed.

Meet up with an old friend from 30 years and had a great pizza and talked till closing. Hopefully the first of many times out together.

We went on April 10th after a long day at Magic Mountain. The staff working that evening where very respectful and attentive to our needs as we come from out of town (Bakersfield). The outside dinning was perfect and relaxing. Keep up the good service.

Pizza itself is good. Few complaints.. pizza was cold when we picked up because we called ahead and told them when we would be there. Was definitely 30+ minutes old. Then the large we got was 2 inches of crust..

Visiting from out of town for magic mountain, was to lazy to out to eat, so ordered a Medium pizza, wow, thats a huge Medium pizza it looked like a XL pizza, best part was the taste , pizza arrived fast than expected, got a sm salad and it was also lg in size, and shout out to the delivery driver from coming all the way up to my room on the 3rd floor.

Worst experience ever. I ordered through slice and when my order came it was missing the pepperoni. I called to ask for the issue to be fixed. Their excuse was the order came from slice and didnt tell them what the topping was so they just added more cheese. I asked why they didnt call and they said they were too busy to call and ask us what topping I wanted. The manager said she couldnt make me a new pizza because they would lose money. They knew they didnt know what the topping was but decided to just take it upon themselves and add extra cheese. The manager was rude and unprofessional. I hope the owner sees this review. Ill never order from them again Update: owner responded to my email. He was very apologetic. I told him I was more concern over the unprofessional customer service.

Ordered delivery. Pizza was luke warm, generous amounts of sausage. No plates, utensils, napkins, red pepper flakes or ketchup (for curly fries) provided.

Vicenzo you never disappoint me! No doubt this is the best pizza in SCV, and just look at that salad! So full! Fresh ingredients, great taste and I love that Vicenzos is always making sure to give customers a great experience. Other places will only give you a salad with a lot of lettuce and less meat/vegetables and definitely not a pizza full like this. I really recommend Vicenzos. If you havent tried it yet, please do!

Food is amazing! But their customer service is not. I never write reviews specially bad ones but today I had to. I called because they forgot to give me back my Credit card last night as soon as I spoke this lady to let her know about my card she confirmed it was there and as I was speaking I said you guys.. she just hung up on me, while I was talking. Then I go and she stared at me and my ID for longer then it should be. Her overall attitude was bad, I wasn t greeted and even though I should have asked for my card back last night, she could have just mentioned they were really busy and forgot to give me my card back. They need to learn how to greet people minus attitude.
