My wife wanted to come here to celebrate her graduation lunch after the ceremony was finish. We didn't make reservations ahead of time so we decided to wing it. Our party size was 15 people but they were able to seat us right away with no issues. Our waitress was Natalie and she was wonderful. She was patient with us and friendly throughout our whole dining experience. My wife got her salmon with grilled asparagus and I got my tri tip with fries along with house salad since my wife wanted that as well. My wife also love their clam chowder in the sourdough bread so she ordered that as well. The rest of our party ordered different salad, steak and salmon. Everyone loved their strawberry lemonade, raspberry lemonade and this other strawberry cooler drink they had. Tip was already included since we were a big party but it was the right amount.

I ate here twice the same day. There were miscommunications with the kitchen twice and items were had ordered, which they were supposedly out of, arrived at our table. Hilarity ensued. And both times our servers (bartender Becky and Davood) made everything right. I was so impressed that I’m back again today at the same location with bartender Amanda!!

UPDATE: during this trip, our party ended up dining here 6 times over the course of 5.5 days!! Needless to say, we enjoyed this restaurant very much. Pro tip: eat at the bar so you don’t have to wait for a table. Same menu as the regular seating area.

What a great place next to our hotel! Becky, Whitney, and Davood have been amazing, and we have gone back a few times as we are here all week for a conference. Great food, but they do appear to have a bit of a supply chain issue and they have run out of things like shrimp (major issue) and some specialty beers (minor). Service has been amazing and the food, perfect. Just the limitations on supplies being the only hiccup.

Went here for dinner with my mom and brother on a Monday night. I ordered the boneless buffalo wings, my mom got the sweet pig pizza, and my brother got the smokehouse burger.

Our server was attentive and would smoothly check in if we needed anything and the food came out quite quickly

The boneless wings were alright, a little mushy but a pretty good flavor. The sweet pig gourmet pizza was really flavorful and had a nice crunch. Also it’s 50% off some of the pizzas on Mondays, they have other weekly deals which I’ve included below.
My brother thoroughly enjoyed his burger, and the fries that I stole off his plate were also quite well cooked and tasty.

Used to come here as a teenager but it’s been 8 years since and I’m reminded why I enjoyed eating here before moving. Highly recommend!

Service is awesome! The weekend steak is perfectly cooked for me. It can be compared to the expensive restaurant that I tried. The thickness and tenderness are perfect. A little bit under seasoned but it's totally fine. Just wished there was a shaker on the table. The wings are very tasty. The salmon is good, although I have tasted a better one from an Asian restaurant. Overall, this place is awesome! Definitely a 5 star class.

Came here for their Pizzookie.
We decided to go for their trio and had: White Chocolate Macadamia nuts, cookies and cream, chocolate.
Liked all of them expect the cookies and cream, and in my opinion if it was a little bit softer it would have been perfect.
Amazing service.

First and foremost, I feel I must tell you all that I am a Beer Club Member. This isn't sponsored or anything, but that is one of the byproducts that happened because of the environment here.

I come primarily for two reasons: the service and the beer. I typically sit in the bar area whether I'm staying there or waiting for a table. I've met waiters and waitresses that took a minute to recognize me, made and make me feel special. I get it, I'm a patron, we should all feel like that, but I REALLY feel like that here. I engage in conversation with them and it's mutual, just a great interaction. My mom, who wasn't too fond of BJ's prior, now enjoys it because she's also seen the real quality of this location and the people who work here.

But you also want to hear about the food? I'm fond of a wing and salad combo, best of two worlds. What about the weekend prime rib special? Salad or soup, prime rib, and pizookie for about $35? Pretty solid to me. They've got options for everyone.

Want to hear about the beer? They have a solid consistent variety with a rotation of partnerships or seasonals.

Want to hear about beer club? About $35 every two months and you get a deep dish pizza ($33 value), appetizer (price can vary on app), pizookie (I don't know the price because I don't eat them too often), plus curated beer every two months, and deal on their beer in house. $35 gives you back so much more.

Been coming here for years but the menu has recently been upgraded and it's pretty dang good. I usually do the filet mignon with garlic mashed & Asparagus which is really a tasty combo. Today was a few appetizers & a lunch special....All was very good. After lunch I decided to try the Alabama Sunset cocktail 🍸 It was KILLER..... Fernando was our server and he was great....

My friend and I visited a couple weeks ago, our first time there in years. Jonathan was our server and was amazing. We just went in for the spooky pizookie and a drink, but he still checked on us frequently and was so kind. At times he knew what we needed before we even asked. It was such a better experience than I recall having in prior years, and that s not to say service before was bad - it s just that this was next level. Trish also checked on us and was wonderful. I hate leaving bad reviews but I put in an order through Uber eats for a tri tip french dip and it tasted like salty dog food. I had to get a refund because I only had one bite. Kind of disappointing

We weren t greeted properly even though there was 2 people there we were ignored and I had to ask we needed a table, they said it was open seating but I didn t know hello? Hostess are supposed to greed and direct you, we were waiting there for them to say a word. We waited about 15 min with no menus and had to ask someone for them we then order our drinks and after a while waiter kept on passing by and waited another 20 min and nothing so we left extremely bad service plus the waiter was very rude.

If you got a sweet tooth I highly recommend the pizooki! One of the best down to earth place to dine in and have a in house beer. Hit up Jose to help you with any recommendations like how he helped me with the shrimp scampi. As a seafood/ pasta lover I will definitely come back and reorder this dish!!!

Absolutely terrible experience. Walked in and got attitude about my to go order from the 2 different hosts. Phone said it was ready at 635 and they proceeded to tell me it wasnt going to be ready until 640. Didnt receive my order until 650. Was annoyed so I left without checking my order.....big mistake. Got home and the order was wrong. They had my food for almost 20 extra minutes and still messed it. So glad this isnt my neighborhood bjs or I would never go.

Went here for dinner on Memorial Day. Staff was very friendly, but forgot to give our table silverware, then forgot to give our table water. The garlic bread seemed like something that was frozen and cooked in a microwave. Fairly meh. The boneless wings were delicious and the ranch and some other sweet dipping sauce were very good. I enjoyed the variety of non standard soda options. I visited the bathroom and the sink water was weird. Holding my hands together so they filled with water I got a pool of white creamy water that took about a minute to become clear.. think somethings wrong with their bathroom sink water..

Me and my g.f went there for lunch , we ordered appetizers siriachi queso , and didn t get it for 25 minutes , then 5 minutes are order came to the table , the queso was warm horrible , my Italian chicken taste like it came out of a T.v dinner into the microwave ,chicken was overcooked. , the spaghetti was warm like it s been under a heat lamp for 30 minutes , paid $84 for a horrible food , service was really bad , the other waiter next to us had to help us , and was apologizing , never had a bad experience and bad food from bj ever till now , would not recommend it , and probably never going back there

This place has gone downhill. Our server was the best part, she was great. The appetizer to start was spinach artichoke dip. It was so overcooked that the top layer was one whole piece. Do not order the jambalaya, it was sooo salty and cold and there was literally little piles of Cajun seasoning on my plate, i really tried but I couldnt eat it. My husband shared his pizza with me it was ok, but cold. My son got the bacon cheeseburger. I dont know how you mess up medium well but it was burnt on the outside and way too pink on the inside. What a bummer and a waste if a family date night.

Prime rib special was very good and an exceptional value for $35 which included dessert! Sam was our server and was very attentive and personable. Manager Donald visited our table to insure we were completely satisfied with our meal and overall dining experience. They have a great menu selection and nightly specials. As a Glam-mother and Daughter of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! I have never met an Angel or been in the presence of one in my whole 87years of life until I met Gerry. When my dentures fell into my water cup he did not make me feel embarrassed or ashamed instead he offered to dry them off and get me a new glass of water. What a doll. I will definitely be telling my girlies at bingo and my ceramics class about the amazing service I had. He was a one man show no one in site besides guests. If God allows me to see another day I will definitely be back and DEMAND to be in Gerry s section no exceptions. We need more men like Gerry in this world I hope to see him move up the ladder and become a manger at this location in the near future. XOXOXO Grandma Debbie

Service was incredible! Our server was Jerry and he was so sweet! He checked in with our table even when he was busy and came back soon after we got our food making sure everything was good. He s super kind and was sweet server! Love BJ s and will definitely be coming back!

Wanted to have a quick New Year s Eve with my little family. Steven was our server and he was so patient with our toddlers and also made sure our dinner was great with great suggestions. His manager Donald was very helpful and on top of things.

Food and drinks were great! Steven was a friendly server. My only suggestion is to butter up or put non stick spray on the Ana before they bake the pizookies because they totally stick to the pans!

I love the atmosphere when I walk in. The food was amazing but the there was one issue with one dish but my server Jerry was able to right away. He was also kind , and always check on us making the whole experience wonderful. Even the food was fast and hot. I would definitely come back

Very good restaurant; good food and atmosphere. Be warned, however; the portion sizes are huge! Like, American plus. Order appetizers at your own risk. Also, Kendal was a very nice waitress :) Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options definitely exist. Kid-friendliness: Kid menu options included.

I always have a great experience at BJ s. I love sitting at the bar especially when Becky Jacoby is working. She has excellent customer service skills, exceptional product knowledge and she makes the best drinks! Dietary restrictions: I have a gluten intolerance and Becky Jacoby highlights the best gluten-free options and helps with all accommodations and modifications so I always have an outstanding dining experience.

I entered the Bjs in Valencia to observe Football sports and enjoy some adult beverages. The Bartender Rebekah was very and kind and provided a speedy service while also filling the air with a fun and energetic atmosphere. The joy others had at the bar had while talking to her showed me she is clearly a valuable being for the company. I look forward to returning to the Bjs in Valencia for the bombastic beer selection and the service!

Best happy hour apps in SCV! Holiday drinks are on point, try the espresso martini while you still can. No worries if youre not a drinker, Becky created the perfect custom mocktail for me. Can get busy on game days but service is always fast.
