We had a first time experience at this location. We sat at the bar, and the bartender was so kind, and attentive. And the food was absolutely spectacular. All around it was a wonderful visit. I highly recommend you come here at least once.

Our experience with our server, Valentina, was less than satisfactory. She repeatedly asked if we were ready to order within just two minutes, which made us feel rushed, especially since the restaurant wasn't busy. Our appetizer arrived simultaneously with our main courses, preventing us from enjoying it properly. Additionally, my daughter's meal was missing its side of broccoli, which could have been easily rectified if Valentina had checked back with us after taking our order. Unfortunately, we were unable to reorder drinks or address the issue with the meal. To top it off, when it was time to settle the bill, the tabletop payment system was down, so we couldn't use our Chili's rewards or leave an in-store review. Overall, we were disappointed that this visit did not meet the standards we usually expect from Chili's.

We did have to wait about 10 mins before being asked for our drinks and starters. After being served our starters, the service did pick up when we got served our entrees. The waiter was nice enough to continue checking on us for refills and starter refills. The food was pretty good, although the cheese in the Quesadilla could've been melted more. Other than that, everything was fine.
By the way my daughter did say the mac n cheese was good.

Our food was quite good, especially considering that most Chili’s locations we’ve been to have been mediocre at best. My only suggestion would be to monitor the amount of dry rub added to the ribs. While it didn’t stop me from eating, it was overpowering at times. The wait staff was attentive.

Both of which were way better than we expected. The dessert was also very tasty. We got the molten chocolate cake, and it came out HOT. Everything tasted fresh, and it was all fairly priced as well. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

Love this spot, the 3 for me dela is amazing, the staff is wonderful actually makes you come back because of their good service. Food comes out fast, well prepared and tastes delicious all the time. Our food was quite good, especially considering that most Chili s locations we ve been to have been mediocre at best. My only suggestion would be to monitor the amount of dry rub added to the ribs. While it didn t stop me from eating, it was overpowering at times. The wait staff was attentive.

Prepare to wait for service at this location. It always seems to be understaffed. The waiter or waitress that we get seems responsive at first but then we always wait around for refills on drinks or to get any additional assistance. Otherwise it seems to be a typical Chilis location.

Walked in on a Monday at 1:30pm and waited in line for over 10 minutes without a single person acknowledging us. Tables looked like they weren t being served with only 2 people working. Hire more people or don t complain why y all dont have business.

We usually go on weekdays , which leaves plenty of space and usually great service. My husband always gets a burger, and he never complains, I always get the bottomless soup and salad. We came on a weekend, and it was packed. The service was OK, kind of slow. I had to veer from my usual botomless soup and salad this time because the waitress stated it was only Monday through Friday for happy hour (WHY NOT ALL THE TIME CHILLIS ): ) I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta and the sauce tasted like watered down canned sauce. The bread was missing and needed to be requested. Lets just say my husband ate my food and went home and made me something to eat. PLEASE MAKE BOTTOMLESS SOUP AND SALAD ALL DAT EVERYDAY CHILLIS !

Love this place. Everyone is outgoing and helpful. If they have a suggestion, consider trying it. They really know the menu. Parking: It is a very busy location, but there is a quick turnover. Wheelchair accessibility: The accessible parking is right by the takeout door. Park, use that door and walk to the welcome station.

Parking: This place is very popular and sometimes parking is difficult. Theres plenty of handicapped parking. I used to love Chilis, but they seem to have lost their soul. I used to love the food and the cheerful atmosphere, but it seems so corporate (formulated) now. The food is too salty, with not much flavor otherwise. The service was the only good thing, but sadly, it wasnt enough to change my mind. I dont plan to go to Chilis again.

If I could give zero stars I would. 3/27/24 I placed an order on the app. Not a local. Arrived on time. Checked in. Waited 10+ minutes . Called no answer. Walked up, turns out theyre filming a commercial. The app should not have been functional. Management advised Id get a refund. Within an hour Im having to spend currency a second time to feed my family. As I mentioned I am not a local. Just driving through on my way home from a long day at childrens hospital. While I wait for my refund for an additional 3-5 days.

Went to celebrate my youngest sons birthday, showed up at 6:30 with 5 adults. Got seated right away. Beers & chips came quickly. Food came out quickly and as ordered - tasty triple fajitas with spicy sausage, everyone was satisfied with their meal. Understaffed - requested extra waters multiple times.

Chilis has pretty good consistent food. Our favs are the Cajun pasta, shrimp tacos, the margarita chicken and the burgers. If you enjoy bottomless chips & salsa, join the rewards program and get them for free. A little extra $ for guacamole, worth it. The side salads have become rather small and the Buffalo chicken salad is off the menu, for that, I remain a little dissatisfiedl. My biggest issue with this restaurant is on many occasions the order is incorrect. If I can offer some advice, watch your check for accuracy.

Our servers were really nice as usual at this location. Their burgers and fries are good. The 3 for $10 is a great deal. Sometimes it can get a little to loud but its understandable. Vegetarian options: Salads, probably more but didnt look. Dietary restrictions: Salads and a couple more lite foods. Parking: Its in a mini-mall (more tha mini, but not a full mall.) I have to say this place was just awful. I wish I could comment on how the food was. However, no one came to service us. In fact, we had to seat ourselves. I tried to ask the bartender a question but she avoided any questions. We sat ourselves and after 10 minutes of sitting there at the table with no one coming up to us we decided to leave. I would be embarrassed of this place if I was the manager or the owner. I dont think Ill be back. Just awful!

We sat in the bar area because it was closest to where we parked, and my sister is handicapped. We thought that since it was pretty empty, we would get fairly quick service. However, the attending bartender was very slow to take our orders and bring out the food. Yet, the 4 men sitting at a table nearby, who were all drinking, received very prompt attention.

Food and service is a hit or miss here. There are some servers who are attentive and others who can just forget you are there. Most of the time, they bring you your food. Wait until you have a mouthful to ask if you need anything (so you are less likely to ask) and then they are just gone the rest of the time because you pay your bill at the table with the computer thing. But I do recommend the fried mozzarella appetizer, and the Ancho salmon was pretty good as well.

I never had this bad of experience with my food at Chili s. I ordered takeout the Philly Cheesesteak. I got home and when I began to eat I found there to be ONLY 3 tiny pieces of steak the size of cheerios in the sandwich. The sandwich instead was loaded with tons of jalapenos, bell peepers and onions. It was funny but it made me angry. I dont know what type of cook/chef doesnt look what exactly he or she is cooking and filling the sandwich. $15 for the sandwich and I got a veggie meal. I thought I was paying for a Philly cheesesteak not veggie melt. Im very disappointed. Big let down. I do want to point out the gentlemen at the counter was nice when I picked up but the chef/cook gets 0 from me. Waste of money. I drove in this heat for nothing.

Me and my family couldnt cook 4th of July traditional meals today because we recently contracted the flu....so we figured we would order from Chilis. Honesty the cooks today at Chillis are amazing!!The ribs were absolutely amazing they tasted so delicious from the way that they were seasoned and the way that they grilled was to perfection. The loaded mashed potatoes was good, the kids menu was satisfying to the children. Satisfied customer today.

I have tried over and over but can t keep spending my $$ on food that leaves me feeling disappointed and unfulfilled. The staff and management are wonderful. Too bad the cooks make it hard for the wait staff and management. Dietary restrictions: If you have dietary restrictions (specifically salt) there ribs will sky rocket your blood pressure. The dry rub is overly seasoned. This time my baby back ribs were seasoned like the dry rub with BBQ sauce. I don t have blood pressure issues but if I did OMG. Parking: Parking was good.

Found a hair in my food, I work at a restaurant so thought okay that s fine I guess, so I returned it. Got a new one, once I was about to pay on the presto, it charged me for two sandwiches. When I tried to ask the server Alyssa to remove one of them, she kept avoiding us. She didn t even look our way, after 15 mins of waiting I finally asked for the manager. He removed it and discounted our appetizer, but was completely rude. Again I work at a restaurant and understand mistakes happen but this was just a horrible experience. Not even the manager had customer service. Just drive to the Stevenson Ranch location instead.

Every time my family of 6 come in they have issues seating us. We eat out often and no other restaurant has issues with seating our large family, except this chilis. Not to mention they are so rude. Apparently i gave this place two stars a year ago. i love the brand overall so cant imagine (or remember) why thay happened. That being said, recently i placed an order to-go, and the entire experience was smooth. What made it special was that a certain Maddie decorated my order with smiley faces in colored highlighters.
