We have been to this restaurant many times. As always, it's a pleasure to be here. This is my 1st time trying the Filet Stroganoff and down it with a Liquid Candy IPA.
The Stroganoff sauce was just amazing—so many flavors. There was some sweetness. Just delicious. My wife had the Parisian House Gnocchi. All very nice presentations.

Came here after a hike at Whitney Canyon. The food is delicious, we could not stop commenting on it while we were eating. I had the Parisian Gnocchi. The drinks were great; we will definitely be coming back to try their different signature cocktails. Everyone working here is hustling the whole time and they all have great attitudes. Highly recommend ending the meal with the cinnamon bread pudding and a cup of coffee, so so good!

We stopped in while visiting the area. It was very busy but we got seated very quickly. They have a wonderful atmosphere. We ordered the Mushroom Caronara, Prime Rib Frenchie and several other meals. All of our meals were delicious and cooked to perfection and the Prime Rib Frenchie was absolutely amazing! The staff was very friendly. We had a wonderful dining experience. We will definitely stop in on our next visit.

Weve been dining at the Junction since they opened... not frequently because its a bit overpriced, but weve celebrated many occasions here. Last night was not great! Did the martini glasses shrink or did my hand grow? And, it was a short pour in the martini-mini glass! The food was good, although I mustve gotten the last slice of roast prime rib... very fatty & lots of gristle. I had to get up and find our server to ask for a glass of red... who was just coming to check on us... we were halfway through eating our meal. While not the restaurants fault, the 5 or 6 screaming children playing outside the place really added to a sub-par dining experience.

I have loved this place for a long time. Its one of the most consistent places I can think of. They have something for everybody! Vegan, Pescatarian, Meat and Tatas. Cocktails and legit mocktails (shout out to Jett) I think this place is a craft kitchen. They must have a master chef providing the recipes. Its comfort food, but it seems health consciously prepared. Their menu can change, but our faves: Impossible tacos Any thing with short rib including a Benny and a burrito Hot honey chicken sandwich They make their own potatoes chips and ketchup! Everyone is chill and friendly, but not that its my job friendly. Gotta go Dietary restrictions: They are aware and willing to work with dietary restrictions of they can. Old Town Junction is arguably one of the best restaurants in Santa Clarita. The food is always amazing and the staff is very attentive. Ive visited OTJ on many occasions for brunch and dinner. Ive never had anything less that a superb experience. Thank you OTJ for staying consistent. Parking: Parking anywhere in the area is difficult so get there a little early to find parking.

We found the portions to be overpriced and the overall quality to be mediocre at best. While the artichoke appetizer was good, our entrees were essentially purees with a decorative arrangement. The lamb is listed as 24 oz but that includes the bones in the rack itself. To be clear, the food wasn t bad, but for the price, there are other places where we can get more value for our money.

The price is high for the quality of food. It is a nice place to go for a lunch meeting. The buns are not vegan. Only sourdough bread is. My wife and I visited this restaurant twice, for breakfast and dinner. Both times we were amazed by the quality of food and its presentation. We are not strangers to fine dining, but this place stands out even among well known and fancy LA restaurants. We are planning to come there as many times as we can until we try all the dishes. I got the sea bass and it smelled so bad. They said that s how fresh fish smells but I beg to differ. Fresh fish doesn t smell up your home or restaurant. The sale of that fish should be illegal. I called the manager and she had an attitude about it stating that s how fresh fish smells. The junction isn t even an upscale fish restaurant and I ve been to upscale fish restaurants with world renowned chefs and I have never been brought a sea bass that smelled like it had been dead in the wild for a few days before bringing it to my table. Ever. Haven t been back since.

They have a very nice menu and a very nice drink menu. The place is cool with good food and a lot of fun. I would highly recommend the French dip!! Delicious!! Also, their mocktail selection is out of this world. My husband had a White Linen that he loved. I had wine! I cant even say enough about the Lemon Bomb Dessert. It is a MUST. If you must, skip the food and go straight for The Bomb! Yummy!!!

Food was delicious. One of the best wedge salads Ive ever had. It was served with thick cut bacon and real blue cheese crumbles. We also tried the short rib ragu and the fried chicken sandwich. Everything was great quality and flavor. The dishes are all prepared in a unique way, so the dining experience was different from every other restaurant that you go to. The service was excellent.

Kind of a meat market! I m not sure what it is, but it must be a prerequisite that you have to be a beautiful human being to work here. The staff are all stunningly attractive. No wonder we had to look for parking what and incredible hideen treasure of a restaurant (note if ordering tomahawk put the order in early its just the right thing to do then order your drinks appetizers and enjoy the company your with ) That step is a doozie coming from the back side of the restaurant. Fernando was our waiter... he was excellent! Food and drinks were great! Did 4 stars instead of 5 because of hostesses; when I made reservation, Vanessa answered the phone, but had to put me on hold. Jessica picked up phone, but didnt identify herself as not being Vanessa or that she was taking over until I asked where Vanessa went and who she was. Then when we arrived for our reservation, we were about 15 min early, thought wed get a drink at the bar and wait for rest of our party. We werent given the option, just shown to our table. There were 3 hostesses, none of whom introduced themselves or seemed to take control. Probably just inexperience, but they and the phone interaction are your first contact.

I was really happy to see it was busy on a Monday night! Our food was tasty, the server was attentive but not overly so, and the prices, while on the high side for the SCV, are acceptable given the higher quality of it all. Vegetarian options: They have four clearly labeled main dishes for vegetarians, and plenty of sides, salads, and other items that either are or can be made vegetarian, with simple alterations.

My friend and I wandered into town and ended up over here. Honestly, I was surprised that this place barely had 700 reviews. This place looked like it was in a great location, to my surprise the place wasnt overly crowded. The inside had a great vibe to it, even the mens bathroom wallpaper was very elegante. Lets talk about the food. We got the brioche bun burger, and the short ribs breakfast burrito. The burrito was very delicious, the crispy potatoes on the side were also delicious. The burger would have been much better if the bun was toasted, and if they had a better cut fries to pair with the burger. On to the sauce: the ketchup was more like tomato paste , the ranch was water downed mayonnaise . The salsa didnt have any flavor to it. Staff were friendly and courteous.

We were passing and stopped for lunch. Not too busy. Staff were polite and efficient. My husband said his fried chicken sandwich was the best hes ever had. I had a yummy tomato and pepper soup. Had an issue with our payment card, quickly resolved. The waiter here loudly announced that the card had been declined. Once my husband took over using the card on the terminal it was fine. We dont like the habit, here in the US, of staff taking payment cards away out of sight. In the UK they have wireless card terminals that are taken to the customer. Saves potential embarrassment for clients.

Only ate one dish here, the filet mignon salad. It was very good, with probably 4 oz beef. Ordered it medium but it came medium rare, but very good anyway because of the quality meat. The lettuce and veggies were tasty but not much quantity considering the price, $25. A soda and good tip brought the total to $38 for lunch, which is way more than I am used to paying. I guess I need to get used to the new dollar in California! The atmosphere got a markdown because the environment was very noisy due to all reflective surfaces, as has become popular in trendy restaurants. Fortunately they had outdoor seating which was much quieter even with the cars going by on the street.

After one visit its not possible to give a fair and accurate review of a restaurant. Sunday brunch at Junction was our third choice. So this review is much abt the staff, atmosphere and clientele. Firstly the furnishings, floors, and most importantly, the tables were very clean. The windowed view into the kitchen is reassuring. The greeters were also crisp, clean, friendly and very attentive. The dining area is modern bare and loud conversations echo. Most of the customers were adults. But curiously all together they sounded like boisterous grade school recess. Public manners are passé. The water glasses were clean. The water pure. The servers professional. We ordered our choice of omelets in Greek salad style with Brussel sprouts. This came with sliced potato fried. Cest juste là! And I liked every song the entertainer sang: Depeche Mode, Monkees, Tommy Tune, etcetera. Left my complements and a tip. The Junction is on my go again list. The food here is quite good. I used to love their Bibimbap bowl, but they discontinued it. Unfortunately, their prices (which were already pushing it) have risen to unreasonable levels. You can easily spend $50/person here on an appetizer, drink, entree; much more if youre getting cocktails. The silver lining of this is that fewer customers go now, and its easier to get a table. I went on a Friday night and there were plenty of open tables, which was never the case before. Sad to say I dont think I will be going back here.

We had the Kalbi tacos & Flatbread for appetizers & the Tomahawk Steak for dinner. Everything was delicious. The tacos were a little too sweet but still tasty. Our server Danielle was wonderful.

The food was fantastic. We got normal fries and their glazed Brussels sprouts as appetizers and our main meals were the OTJ braised short rib and the prime filet mignon ragu. All of it was delicious and filled us up. Highly recommend trying the brussels as they were absolutely to die for. Drinks were good too. My partner got the Painkiller (alcoholic) and I got the Im Driving (non-alcoholic). Vibe was nice and laid back, a bit noisy but thats most likely because we got sat between two group tables so once one of them left - we were able to hear ourselves. Service was good too, our waiter was absolutely friendly and checked in at just the right amount of times. Last but not least, parking is ok. We came on a Saturday night around 7pm and we parked a couple blocks down. There is a tiny lot in the back with maybe 5 spots? And theres street parking around.

Very nice staff and good service. we asked for recommendations. the kalbi Tacos were a bit overwhelming and too salty for me and I didnt think that would ever be possible for me to say. the artichoke was good but it was also a bit too salty for me. my wife said the Garganelli pasta was good but a bit bland if not for the pork belly which was super smoky and salty and added the flavor needed but it was too kuch for her. the menu apparantly changes every several months to a year max and they said that they will be changing thing up soon. I will give it another when the menu is refreshed.

I had to try this popular spot in Newhall just once. All the reviews are so great and photos of the food look appetizing. We decided on the burger and fries. My friend could not stop expressing how perfect and delicious the food was. I was happy she loved it. The fries were the best part of the meal in my opinion.The burger was cooked perfectly. My issue was the lack of ambiance and the noise. I had to shout at my friend just to be heard. It was exhausting. The Junction is now off my bucket list. No reason to return. Parking: We got the last two parking spots and we arrived 30 minutes before the restaurant opened for lunch.

Came in rather late and a bit near closing time. However, the staff couldnt care less what time it was and did everything they could to make our meal wonderful. Food was over the top. Desserts were well worth waiting for!

Had the Impossible Poco Loco. Was the first in my adventure of trying out a vegetarian meat steak (Impossible Burger), and I really liked it. The server was very friendly and we had fun. He gave some cool recommendations. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Well, nothing special. Place looks better than their food taste. We had chicken salad and mushroom carbonara don t get me wrong it - was eatable but I don t know. Both were super boring and both had super fatty bacon carbonara had no pepper and garlic. Salad had a bit too strong dressing. Maybe other dishes are better, but I won t come back there.

Its really sad how terrible service can ruin a great restaurant. The location here is great and sitting outside on a good night makes it one of the best places to have family dinner in Santa Clarita. I got the French dip and my wife got the chicken sandwich. Really gotta work on the proportion of bread, meat, sauce. All I tasted in the French dip was the overwhelming house radish or whatever it is they put in it. The chicken sandwich looked artisan but really lacked and demanding flavor. I might go back for a beer or a cocktail but the food is not a driving factor.

Dined here for our anniversary and was not disappointed at all. The waitress was very knowledgeable and provided great service. Their deviled egg appetizer was unique and delicious. Their prime rib plate is MASSIVE and cooked perfectly. We finished off with dessert and couldn t have been more pleased. Will definitely be our go-to for special dinners. Definitely recommend a reservation if dining on the weekends.

Weve been here twice for lunch on a weekday. Its not busy at that time, so it was really fast service. Food came out within like 10 minutes of ordering. I have loved everything weve tried. They used to have mushroom steak tacos for vegetarians. It was amazing. Tasted just like Carne asada to me. Ive also had their BLT, and the Fried chicken sandwich. Both are delicious. The bacon is thick and crispy and seasoned well. The chicken sandwich had a sweet and spicy honey sauce on it that was so good I dipped my fries it. My boyfriends beyond meat tacos looked good. He said they were delicious. The banana was an interesting addition! The honey mustard dressing on his salad was awesome. I also dipped my fries in it. :D And by the way, the fries are sooooo good. They have that battered texture, nice and crispy outside, soft in the middle. Good flavor. Our waiter was very friendly. We had the same guy both times weve been there during lunch and hes really nice and helpful with recommendations. Cant wait to go back.

Got to be honest...place stunk like raw fish...I had one drink and couldnt take the smell and had to leave. Very disappointed
