Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar

I visited this restaurant for the first time on Saturday to celebrate my daughter’s sweet 16 birthday. Everything was great! There was no wait to be seated, we received free garlic and cheese chips and they even gave my daughter a free slice a cake with a candle it was sooo nice!! The food was really good and the staff was amazing!!! If I am ever in town again I will definitely visit this location. I was well pleased with our experience. Thanks for everything!

Came with a group on a weekend to try this restaurant, was greeted by amicable staff, and quickly seated. Plenty of parking around the area. Food was good, pricing was decent. Ambiance is typical fast casual and similar vibe as competitors.

Decided to change up our local spots we visit and check out The Lazy Dog. Our daughter won a free meal as a reward for her legendary student-ness at her school so we decided to cash in. It was a packed house but we didn't wait any more than 20 minutes to be seated. The staff was friendly and attentive. They were very knowledgeable of their craft beers on tap and how well they pair with the food choices. Food was cooked how I wanted which was a bonus for me. Normally you order steak a certain way and other places overcook it.

The dog food is by far the best compared to other local spots and they're only 5 bucks. The customer service is always nice and I love the pick up option. Also, the birthday freebie and reward sign up freebie are delicious!

For the price, the food is good but could be better. You just need to find something you really like. Our servers were great, we got some good recommendations and they checked in with us often. We came on a Tuesday afternoon which wasn't very busy. Our food came and drinks came out quickly. We really enjoyed the s'mores brownie sundae, the cinnamon sealed the deal for us. The pinneapple Mojito is a good drink to try and the mango Chile margarita is also good, but I didn't taste the mango very well. I would recommend getting extra tajin on the side to add in for extra flavor

The food is always good at Lazy dog Cafe. I had the chicken and biscuit from the brunch menu and it was so unique and delicious. I like that my pup gets her own meal too, she gives it 2 paws 🐾, her highest praise.

Love this place and its dog friendly policy. The food is really tasty as well. Flank steak dish wish mash potatoes is my go to. The Mango Chile margarita is also really tasty. Our pup is really picky when it comes to food, but he really enjoyed the dog burger bowl. Customer service is always on point as well. Thank you for a great dining experience!

11/18/2024 Update. Ive fallen in love with Lazy Dog Restaurant and bar. Here is why. Im not one to get all in my feels over any corporate restaurant. That said the Del Amo Lazy Dog has a different vibe. The team is like a family and I had an amazing experience there this last week. It started at the front of house Brianna and Christian were amazing. I asked for a booth even though it was just me and they said absolutely. Then a giant party wirh a bunch of kids sat down. I dont mind kids but I was desperate for a little escape and I asked the waiter if it was OK if I moved. He said no problem. Didnt get his name and eneded up not in his section. That was not ideal since he was charming and handsome. Dont judge Im suffering from #singlegirlproblems. Lol My server was Breanna and wow was she good. Christian answered my questions about the food and was so sweet when I agve him my order and he said I will give it to your server no worries. I had had the worst couple days. What a wonderful young man. Anyway Breanna got me everything I needed and when I broke down because I got some very sad news the manager came and spoke to me. Samantha is so rela and we instantly clicked and she didnt need to but she took a moment to see of I was ok and when I couldnt finish my food she packed it up for me and got me fresh sauce and so on to go. Never have i been made to feel so cared about at ANY corporate chain restaurant. She recommended I come with my girls on Friday night to enjoy some drinks and apps at the bar. I asked around and people said it is a fun and safe environment and if you are single some real great people come and its a great time. I will keep you posted about that. FOOD was so good. Better than I remember and my Google info reminded me Id been 10 times. Fish and chips amazing I will add photos I also went for the Caesar salad. I got so much food. I had an amazing lunch again yesterday with what I couldnt finish. There is something for everyone and even a good kids menu. Cocktails that arent boring too. Look times are a little tough now so we all want to get the best experience and meal for our money and wow Lazy Dog isnt Lazy at all they delivered so much. I can not wait to go back I have a few dishes I still want to try. Thank you to you all for being so kind to a crying girl and making me feel so special. There was plenty of seating and the bard section is on its own side So if youre not into a bar dont worry 8t is coupes and family friendly on the other side and they have a nice enclosed patio if you want to dine al fresco.. Ok!! Lazy Dog Restaurant and Bar at Del Amo Fashion center has it together!! Clean and well spaced outdoor patio for dining. I watched the cleaning person go over every table he cleaned while I was there twice and yes chairs and all surfaces. Thoroughly! Masks, shields, and gloves. Full bar drinks available with food. I opted for water. I sat next to the fire pit and it was obviously off. Its already hot and muggy enough but I loved the spot. I ordered the chicken lettuce wraps. Ny friend ordered fish tacos and we shared a Buffalo cauliflower app. Our waiter Joseph Joe L. was absolutely and charming. Ask for him!! My friend was being a but bi*chy at first. Major hunger pains. #hangry. Anyway he was just sweet and knowledgeable. Then she noticed his eyes and well.. yeah anyway. He was easy on the eyes. Imaging a hot spaceman. Well food was served hit and quickly. They do have a 1 and a 1/2 hour time limit. They need to turn tables to survive so please no long brunch like meals people! The hostess was cheerful and even thanked us and was genuinely friendly not PHONY. what a fabulous experience. I highly recommend you go. Masks unless you are eating. And relax enjoy good food and libations. Honestly I wasnt sure what to expect and I will be returning. By the way the mall is closed except for Macys, Nordstrom, and the outdoor shops. Shops with their own entry from outside I was told by mall security. Thank you Lazy Dog Im going to be back... SOON

Bella and all of the crew were so great! I was in town for a large work event and came for dinner and was very happy I did. Food, service and environment were 100% perfect. After doing lunch at Slaters 50/50 the day before with a not so good experience this was perfect and I have not one complaint or anything negative to say Highly recommend

Took our friends to visit the Torrance location, it was their first time trying this place and the manager greeted us with a complimentary appetizer + a complimentary appetizer card to return. I love their bacon candy and fried deviled eggs. The rustic decor is inviting. They recently put vanilla confetti cake on the menu. For those of us who dont like chocolate, this cake was a game changer. I shared the large slice with ice cream with a friend. I got the bison burger. It was juicy and tasty.

Food is good, but in line with a typical pub fare. The menu is extensive, but at times overwhelming. Good beer selection, even their own brews. Service is fine and generally pleasant. Atmosphere is a typical chain style restaurant in the US. Nothing to write home about, but not awful. If you are in Torrance and want some pub food, give it a try.

Entered into lazy dog restaurant in the middle of his shift change. I could not tell from the people who took my order and the people who took my order to go. All servers were extremely nice, polite, as well as personable! 5 I will be returning because I had a fabulous time! WE CAN T WAIT TO RETURN!!! Vegetarian options: Extremely tasty vegetarian barbecue burger. Parking: Just across the street. Kid-friendliness: Children are more than welcome plenty of highchairs. Wheelchair accessibility: Very convenient crosswalks are in place.

Loved it! The food was good... Chicken tortilla soup.... It was OK. Well, I went there again... Fried chicken salad, and Chicken and cheese Quesadilla. They fried the cheese on top. It was unique but a little disappointing. I almost didnt comment. But, everything isnt for everybody. Once they took off the top layer of cheese.... it was ok. I hope you get a chance to try it out! Went for brunch ordered the eggs with avocado toast and hash browns. Everything was terrible, from the service to the food to the dessert on the house. First, my sis and I sat outside, and they forgot we were out there, so they offered us dessert on the house after our meal. We ordered the same breakfast and it was absolutely terrible but we ate some of it because we were hungry. We got the cheesy eggs which basically was watery slop. Then the hash browns looked like they were pre cooked into a thick greasy puck and they just took it and fried it again after it had been sitting for a while. The avocado toast came on french baguette it was NOT french baguette It looked like a soft elongated ciabatta. Way too much bread for the dish. We took them up on their free dessert, and ordered the chocolate mousse. It was a slop mess as well. It was not mouse but pudding or melted pudding. The server wouldnt even stand there to communicate with us. She literally talked to us as she walked by throughout our time there there were no other guests so she wasnt busy. Same thing when she dropped off the check. She placed the card reader on our table as she walked by. It was absolutely the worst brunch and brunch experience Ive ever had. Wont be back.

Food is great, had the katsu and it was really good. Surprised me because Ive had their thai noodles and fettuccine and they both sucked. But the katsu bowl was really crispy and tasty. My partner has the bidimbaap (whatever its called) and it was really good too!

Had to get my own high chair for child. Cold brew was brought out with no sugar or cream offered. Waiter forgot one of our orders, so dishes came out 10min apart. Wife said the salad was bland, which is kinda what I needed and there were cute dogs in the outside patio.

Dirty, disgusting and terrible food. Definitely wouldnt of come here, if it wasnt for it being the suggestion of the person I was treating to a birthday lunch. Tables were wobbly, no regular mustard, super unhealthy fried food, a totally unkept dog friendly patio, and the stench of an unattended sewer problem. Zero desire to come back, and a Real Shame this eatery continues to get worse.

Lazy Dog is our go to restaurant! We go here at least once a month. We normally go to the LA Live location but only during hockey season. Today went to Torrance location. The food and service were impeccable! Jack our server was attentive and food/drinks brought out in a timely fashion. The Manager Mark (usually from Downey) whom we met in LA Live location during there opening, is THE best! He loves his customers! He makes sure all customers are happy and if not he will make it right! Everyone needs to try the Chicken/rice bowl. The teriyaki and sweet and spicy flavors are the best! Food is always fresh. The smores brownie is to die for! Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free options Kid-friendliness: Great atmosphere for kids.

This particular visit we had been out with our dogs a Great Dane and a miniature Doberman. It was dinner time and we were close by. They sat us in the perfect spot so that everyone was comfortable. Our service was excellent.

I ve been coming here since they opened many years ago. They used to be 5 stars for me an now I can t give more than 2-3. The last several times the food has been beyond mediocre, dry, tasteless and expensive. It tasted like it sat made for hours and was warmed up. The service was fine, no issues there.

Went to the restaurant because my daughter wanted to bring our new dog. The waiter was amazing. Three children and a dog, so my hands were full. He saw this and was extra attentive to my needs. The manager even came out and took care of us. The waiter gave us a desert on the house since it was the 4th of July and I m a veteran. I will keep coming back to that restaurant.

Had a wonderful time! Even on a very busy night, we were able to be seated almost immediately after joining the wait list. Highly recommend to join it, especially on weekends! Also, the staff is so attentive, as well as knowledgeable and efficient! Did I mention super friendly, now I did! Everything on the menu is delicious and reasonably priced! Love the options for food, its always pretty clean too. If youre going to bring your dog, just know most people have untrained dogs and untrained kids that will be causing commotion if you sit outside.

I had the club sandwich and was super disappointed. It was put together very sloppy. Was pilled high w huge chunks of avocado. Normally, I wouldnt complain about that, but the chunks were so big I had to remove them to fit the sandwich in my mouth. After several attempts, I gave up and ate it like a lettuce wrap. The service was awesome and the drinks were cold.

We tried Shrimp Yakisoba Noodles and the Korean Ribeye Bibimbap. The shrimp noodles bowl was huge compared to their Ribeye Bibimbap. Both very delicious meals. I will be returning to check out other times in the future. Parking: Free Parking across the street.
