Bagels 🥯 are perfect. Santa Fe sandwich is my favorite. Some of the workers can be a little short with you when ordering, and don't smile at all. Maybe it's a manager issue or some, because these groups of workers are not working as a team. I had to wait for my orders because they don't communicate with each other and blame each other in front of customers.
I asked for my bagels to be sliced, and I get this(picture)
Then I asked for 2 egg whites, I got one, and then I asked to change the smear, and it's the one that was already included. I drive and get home to the inconvenience. I already emailed you guys back, and still no one has responded. This place is done for me. I'm just going to go elsewhere where they sell similar sandwiches.

Came to pick up a large to-go order and they told us some of the bagels were still getting baked which was not a problem. They kept up posted and had everything ready in about 10 minutes.

There are a lot of seats and seems like a good place to work and hang out. I love their bagels and their spreads! So good

We love good bagels and there is no better chain than Einstein Bros. to get your fix of doughy goodness with a hole in the middle. Tasty, firm and always fresh. I can’t say I have a favourite as they were all equally yummy. If only we had Einstein Bros. in the U.K.
Oh well I guess we’ll just have to get our bagel fix every time we visit.

Who doesn’t love a good bagel? Einstein Bros. Bagels will fulfill all your bagel needs. They offer a bunch of different flavors in addition to different flavor smears. Not only do they have bagels, but they also have different egg sandwiches, pastries, breakfast burritos, coffee, and other beverages.

The restaurant itself was pretty big. It offers lots of indoor seating for you to sit and enjoy. It was pretty clean and well put together. The staff was very friendly and they were moving quickly taking orders and making orders.

I did an online pick-up order. The ordering process was easy peasy and when I picked it up, it was all ready. The bagels themselves were soft and very delicious. I would most definitely return!

I usually stick to getting jalapeño cheese bagel with cream cheese but the menu and pics caught my eye. I tried the chorizo sunrise and Texas brisket. They were both alright. The portion sizes are quite small. I’ve been to other bagel shops with bigger bagels.

Came to pick up a large to-go order and they told us some of the bagels were still getting baked which was not a problem. They kept up posted and had everything ready in about 10 minutes. Ready to go bakers dozen were not warm. Perhaps have a timer so customers know how long its been sitting there. Also there were like 6 employees behind the counter but no one manning the register. This caused a long line out the door and increased wait times for merely a grab n go.

Walking to pick up my order and now I m going to my car someone is walking towards me so I stepped to the side & I RAM into this table! I just stood there in horrible pain! I am 4 8 the table is about 4 5 the corner hit right below my shoulder and I know I will be black/blue! Why is it so dark in here? The floor is a dark gray the table is painted black. Everything is just dark dark dark . Just like my bruise!

Today I decided to try a new item and I was thoroughly disappointed. The CINNAMON ROLL is not just a NO Its a HELL NO! It tasted 3 days old, and they tried to cover the taste by warming it up. Even the best part, the center was hard and dry. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SKIP THIS MENU ITEM.

This location had a crazy line when I showed up to pickup my catering order (placed days in advance), only to get my order 40 minutes late because they forgot to make it. If you re just grabbing a bagel, the place is fine. But if you re depending on timing, this is not the right place.

Food and speed of service great! Taste of food, amazing....coffee on the other hand, terrible so minus a star for that. Its really bad quality and although the menu states vanilla sweet cream, I was only offered half&half or 2%milk, no sweeteners, just packs of sugar. It wasnt drinkable for me, so went to waste. Thank you for the really great food. The order taker offered an alternative and I was happy I followed her help. They had garlic bagels available which are one of my favorite bagels. The inside and outside eating areas are roomy and comfortable even when they are busy. The cashier was friendly and patient.

I ordered from the app at 8:30am for a 9:40am pickup. When I went in at 9:37am, they told me that they had just received the order from their computer 7 minutes prior so it would take another 15 minutes! I specifically ordered to pick up at 9:40am to bring somewhere by 10am!!! it appears they don t prioritize the online orders!!!! SO WHY EVEN PUT ESTIMATED PICKUP TIMES?? I guess I have to assume that it won t be ready so either order for pickup way earlier or go in person!!!! No apologies or anything. Also, just to note, this was a $164 order so you d think they would make sure it was ready and correct.

Einsteins is GREAT. Bagels AND Coffee......surprising! Vegetarian options: Plenty on the menu... no worries! Parking: Theyre usually all located in strip malls. So no problem at all with parking Kid-friendliness: Kids are ideal for this place. Low priced breakfast for kids and yummy too. Some even host dogs and sale dog treats! Bagels are delicious but overpriced, it cost $3.75 to add cream cheese to your bagel. I order a cold brew Shake, no whip, no chocolate drizzle---- Never Fails- they send my husband home with a the iced cold brew. they really need to take out cold brew infront of their shakes- I end up with a iced cold brew 80% Their prices have motivated me to invest in a espresso machine, all it take is 60 shots then its paid for itself. The trouble here is that there are few instructions until you become a regular and understand all the rules. No one is up front about what you need to wait for or what is ready or what is about to be served. Im sure after multiple visits all this will be very clear but as a first time visitor it is a bit confusing

This was my first time here, and while I normally don t trust bagel places to have hand crafted coffee as a former barista but I noticed they had an espresso machine so I decided to give it a go. Unfortunately, the coffee tastes like sugar and milk. I provided a picture of how white the latte looked. The bagel was delicious! I d definitely go back for the bagels but if you want coffee do not get it from here.

The staff here needs to be reolaced, including the manager. They move at a snails pace backwards. I, along with others waited 1 hour for a online order. The walk in people were in and out the door, and delivery, online and mobile orders were being pushed to the side. A young man had his drunks setting there 40 minutes while he was waiting for his food and his order wasnt even fulfilled correctly. I had 2 sandwiches and 1 bagel to pick up and waited 1 hour. When I questioned the manager, she lied and stated doordash deliveries were 30 minutes behind schedule, which was not true, they were 1 hour behind. I went in the other day asking for a gluten free or lowest carb item on the menu as it was my first time there for myself and the girl rolled her eyes at me and said there is no low carb items. I would give a negative rating if I could. Corporate needs to come in and retrain the whole staff, but, its not their fault, they only do and see what the management does! Smh

I love coming into Einstein Bros Bagels with my family and people I used to work with at Five Guys Burgers And Fries from 2019-2021 whenever we go on break thats where we went out to eat at almost every time we all got paid. This is the best bagels shop in town. The people that work there are so nice there and the restrooms are always so nice and clean.

I ordered a Pepperoni bagel. The cashier who took my money was very rude and arrogant. My total was $8.49 so I have him $20.04. He gave me the meanest look while rudely stating , you gave me four pennies. I told him, yes, I know. Then he proceeded to give me the dirtiest 1 dollar bills for my change. I asked if he had any five dollars bills and he said no. I knew he was lying because I saw the 5 dollar bills in the drawer. I proceeded to go across the street to the Chase bank to get the proper change. Please teach your staff customer service skills and professionalism. Ive worked in HR for over 25 years and Im sad to see that the employees dont value customers anymore

There are things that I love and things that I hate about this place, but weve been coming here since they opened, so clearly the good outweighs the bad. The food is yummy, we love bagels. I have to say though, it would be great if you had a shmear on the side choice in the app for online ordering. My biggest complaint is that the soda fountain has been broken for like, a year. My son loves coming here though and the workers are usually pretty friendly.

I stopped by this morning 5/6/23 for a lox bagel and a coffee. When they called my name for my order I was a little thrown off because normally when I order the lox, they give it to me in a small box halved side by side and evenly topped with toppings. When I got my order, I looked inside the bag and it was a bagel that was wrapped so I asked the girl what kind of bagel it was, thinking they might ve given me the wrong order. She said lox bagel so I just got the bag and left because I had to get to work. As I attempted to eat it I just couldn t. It was sloppy and not enjoyable. I opened the bagel and tried to split toppings between the 2 halves and ended up having smelly fingers and eventually just threw away most of it. I was very disappointed.

Was craving a bagle sandwich but wasnt really close to my personal favorite so opted for this place since it was nearby. My honest opinion was it was overly priced for the lack of flavor and ingredients in my sandwich. I had never been so was unsure how to order but must admit your staff member was very polite and patient with me. Its could be I had high expectations for this place since the pricing was high? And in doing so was a bit more disappointed after eating. A breakdown of what I went with was the all-nighter egg sandwich on a bacon jalapeño cheddar beagle. Ill be honest it smelled and looked delicious but biting into it was a wee bit tough and very heavy on the sauce. My sandwich was filling but also on the salty side which makes me come to the opinion I may not return. I did get the mango ice tea to compliment and sadly no amount of sugar could save me from the unpleasant after tast. Perhaps it was just an off day because my partner has raved about them but for myself they fell short. If you plan on dining in they do not allow indoor seating and unfortunately at the time we arrived all outdoor limited spots were taken. Its a shared lot with other spaces and a lovely outdoor area so if you dont mind going a little out of the way youll be able to find a nice spot to dine. As a person whos always looking for places that accommodates for ada needs this place does hold up. Its but fully ada and wheelchair accessibility with ample room for me to comfortably maneuver around in my wheelchair. My overall takeaways is for my personal preference Its not for me, especially for the prices not matching the quality I had hoped to get. However this place isnt actually that bad I just wish they notify you indoor dining is not an option so dining may be limited if their outdoor seats are all occupied. Although its not a winning spot for myself my partner enjoyed his food as always and would highly recommend. I say dont knock it until you try it for yourself .

Portion sizes are very small, not worth the money at all. My friend got the Tasty Turkey and they forgot to put the spinach, tomato and onion on it. I wanted extra onions on my sandwich, which they changed 50 cents extra for but when I opened my sandwich, there were - I kid you not - half of one little slice of onion .you re not allowed to eat inside and the outdoor seating doesn t have any wind protection so people s food, bags, napkins, etc were all flying all over the place. It was a very negative experience and I won t be returning.

Stopped in this morning, never been before. First thing I hear is the phone ring and 6 employees yelling not it to answer. The one told me he doesnt get paid enough to answer the phone (short hair with bleach highlights). Every person is a customer, phone or in person. Just bad customer service first thing in the morning. Bagel is good though, so thats a plus! Looks like a great place, but bad first impression.

A big disappointment I ordered a green Chile bagel toasted (was not) cream cheese barely any and guacamole and bacon and a cold brew vanilla coffee it was horrible and I don t want to even go there! Food quality great but only a few of the employees are friendly. Im a coffee drinker but unfortunately their coffee sucks

Good food, but why cant you sit inside to eat, or step up close to the order window, and the bathrooms are closed to the public. Everything a customer sees when they walk in is a negative. Dont come near our counter (tables placed between you and the order taker). Dont sit at our tables as they are turned upside down and stacked on each other to prevent you from using them. And, God forbid you should want to wash your hands, the bathroom is not only closed, but signs telling you that you cant use them and then chairs stacked in front of the door. Everything is telling me to just find a welcoming environment at another store. Im tired of businesses blaming covid for allowing poor customer service. Theres no reason you cant make it a pleasing, welcoming, experience. Even with health restrictions. BTW, those were lifted a week ago....

Dam first time to get a bagels Im not going to CAP but Sad. Had to throw away didnt want to have to pull a Karen but dam I was so disappointed .

The individual that took our bagel order was absolutely horrible. She was rude, rushing people while theyre ordering, unprofessional, and displayed an overall displeasure with working here. All of the other staff members my family and I interacted with were kind and friendly. She needs to be in the back if she doesnt want to deal with customers. I get that everyone has bad days, but being friendly and helpful is apart of the job you applied for. The food was just okay. We asked for our bagels to be toasted but they were already cold by the time we got to our table. Which means they werent toasted. My daughters got breakfast sandwiches and the cheese wasnt even melted. We have visited and eaten at this location several times and have always had a positive experience. I hope management can improve their team soon.

I am not usually a carby breakfast eater, but I was in the area early Saturday morning and I was hungry for breakfast. My lovely wife and I ordered one of the breakfast bagels with eggs, bacon and ham. It was delicious. We also ordered an assortment of bagels to go. The selection of bagels and sandwiches is impressive and well executed. I almost ate my own fingers while enjoying my sandwich. Thats how good it was. Eating inside is still not allowed, but there are chairs and tables outside if you cant wait to get home.

I usually stick to getting jalapeño cheese bagel with cream cheese but the menu and pics caught my eye. I tried the chorizo sunrise and Texas brisket. They were both alright. The portion sizes are quite small. I ve been to other bagel shops with bigger bagels.

Placed an online order, waited inside for EVERY single person in line (about 15 minutes) finished ordering and still didnt see mine so I asked about it and it was just sitting on the counter behind them getting cold. The point of ordering online is to get your food more quickly. Never coming here again.

Staff ask me if I had the reward program, since i did not she told me to download it and this purchase would not qualify. A little customer service would have been great and maybe i would become a long term customer. Its all about customer service and staff helping the customer. Thank you for replying back thats awesome customer service you earned another star and I will be back.
