Next time I’ll just do drive through. Fries came out dry, my toddler couldn’t bite through them.

I wanted something quick and relatively inexpensive. I’m currently waiting now 15 minutes for my breakfast order. This is unacceptable and it cost me over $12. It’s just a basic pancakes with sausage and a hash brown. If you’re going to raise prices at least have the service to match. I’ve never waited this long for food at a McDonald’s ever.

He took it for my hand, thinking he was going to fill it to the top but instead, he gave me another one that had less icecream and asked him What happened? I asked if you can fill it up with the ice cream to the top. He then turns around to whom I think it was the manager (female) I assumed because her dress code is different than everybody else’s. I told her I was giving another one with even less ice cream she grabs the previous ice cream shows it to me and she says it’s the same!!!! With an attitude. I told her I asked the gentleman to fill it up to the top. It just needed a little bit more she Replied by saying this is what we give with an attitude face. I said wow, really keep it then I gave the gentleman the spoon and drove away without the ice cream they can keep it. It’s not about the money. I cannot believe how I was treated. Will never go to a McDonald’s ever again. Costco has them for three dollars it’s triple the amount and more favorable. Very bad management and customer service

I understand that it was 9:30pm that I purchased a large French fries. When I drove off the drive through. I took several bites of the French fries, and it was not hot. Curious how long has this been sitting around??? McDonald should have a better quality control on this matter.

Yesterday I stopped by this McDonald’s location at about 7 AM. I utilized the drive-through and I ordered a sausage and egg McMuffin with a medium orange juice. I have made complaints to store management on previous occasions, one was a service complaint because my order was obviously someone else’s and the other time was also a food quality issue and they had to replace my meal. This is the only McDonald’s in my immediate neighborhood so I will be forced to go to a competitor in the future. That small meal cost me over eight dollars and it was entirely unsatisfactory. I know they had to raise their prices, but when you compare the price to the end product, it certainly is not cost-efficient. That was my last visit to this establishment

The only place with playground instead of games, which is great for our kids. Food is standard as the other McDonald's, restrooms 🚻 available and enough space inside and parking lots. Enjoy your visit. Highly recommended 👌 👍.

the service here is awful. the workers are grumpy and makes you feel like you are bothering them for asking questions and placing an order. i understand that it s 9:40 am on a friday, but i wish these people were glad they have a job at all!!!! they look so miserable and act very rudely towards their customers. it seems that every one of us in line were getting the same unpleasant service so it doesn t appear to be an isolated incidence. stay away from this mcdonald s location.

I ordered an iced coffee through the drive thru, they took my order correctly. However, after I paid and went to the second window I was told park in the drive thru parking to wait for my iced coffee. I waited and when they brought it out it was full of coffee grounds. I mentioned it to the employee who brought it out to me. He apologized and took it back just to go back inside to mix the coffee grounds in the drink and gave me the exact same drink. Not only did they make me wait for an iced coffee but then they give it to me full of coffee grounds to the point it is undrinkable and then pretend to give me a different one. Worst experience I ve ever had at McDonald s. Would not recommend.

It s always a joy to stop in a McDonald s once in a while this particular one very friendly very clean was remodeled a few years back it s on a busy corner but it s easy getting in an out If you need to make a pitstop this will be the place! They always make everyone in their drive thru lines wait at the numbers for even the simplest orders. There was one other person besides me in the line, I ordered one sandwich and I still was made to wait for my order. I don t know if it is under staffed or they just don t know how to do their jobs; but kinda sucks to come to this location. So unless you have time to sit around, then I suggest you go to another location down the block and avoid the slow pace and rude employees; who could have cared less when I asked why I had to go park and wait when not that busy. She looked like the manager and still no thought or kindness to the customer- what has happened to quality customer service. Again just select a better location; the one on torrance blvd. is way better and down the street from this location.

I had a fairly sizable order, but by no means a large or complex order. They asked me to pull ahead of the drive-thru and wait for my order. No problem. I pulled forward and 17 minutes passed by before someone walked up to my car. The employee attempted to confirm my order with me, but it was entirely the wrong order. Waited about 8 minutes and the same employee returned wrong order again. Waited another 5 minutes and I had to show my receipt for them to confirm the order. The employee assured me the correct order was contained between both paper bags. I drove back to my office only a few blocks away. Once I arrived at my office, I realized the chicken nuggets were entirely cold and stale, I also realized my Combo #7 was missing completely (except for the drink). I drove back to the store and parked. The drive-thru line was so long that it wrapped around the building a sign of an obvious problem. I parked my car (the parking space was difficult to get into because of how long the drive-thru line was) and I walked inside. Once inside, I noticed a similar problem. People were packed so tightly together, there was barely any room to walk up to the counter. One elderly man was complaining that he had been waiting for over an hour for his order. A younger guy working for DoorDash was complaining that he had been there for nearly an hour. Two other customers had given up and were asking for refunds. I squeezed between people and approached the counter. The younger guy who was behind the register was busy scrolling thru his phone and I had to say excuse me, sir to get his attention. He saw me holding a receipt and before I could say anything, he told me Oh, your order s not correct? You need to talk to those guys over there. I can t help you. I walked over to the other counter where some employees were packing up the customer orders, but not one of them ever acknowledged that I was there. Not even any eye contact. It s almost like they were intentionally ignoring me. I walked back to the main counter where the registers are, and I told the same guy that initially spoke to me that I was being ignored and nobody wanted to help me. A very young manager with a blue shirt and striped tie walked over to me and asked me what I was missing from my order. I explained to him the items that I was missing, and while it initially looked like he was going to going to correct my order, he got sidetracked by pulling out some necessary supplies for the other employees. At this point there were so many irate customers there, the manager just walked to the back and put his hands on his head as if he didn t know how to handle the chaos that was unfolding in the restaurant. Meanwhile, other customers were starting to get louder and more irate. I kept my cool, and once he finally walked back up, I had to remind him what I was waiting there for, and he finally got me the correct items that were missing from my order. After waiting for nearly 30 minutes on my first order, and then the inconvenience of having to drive back there and wait another 20 minutes inside the restaurant for a corrected order, I can honestly say that I will never be returning to this location again. I may also never return to ANY McDonald s location again.

I went to the drive through and the guy who was supposed to be giving the orders at the window was telling everyone to wait on a designated spot for online pick up, he said that they are being timed for the wait time, I think that is cheating, they are probably getting the system wrong by cheating on the wait time, I ordered a cheese burger and a small fry and I waited for over 30 minutes. I can imagine how the system works here, is so rigged.

My friend and I went through the drive thru to get our Mobil order and they were not very helpful!! They were rude to us and looked like they didn t wanna work or help at all. You need to work on your customer service, that s the most important thing. As part of your tensing you should tell your new personal the importance of smile and have a good attitude, keep in mind that for a lot of people this is the 1st place the came to start their day for them to be received with the worst attitude. Also it s important to follow the customer service guidelines by welcoming the customers and ask them if the order is for dining in or to go.

Their menu screens have been broken for years. They only recently put a paper menu over the screens. The problem is, theres no way to verify that they got your order correct and this location gets my order wrong EVERY TIME. They dont read the order back because as soon as youre done they hang up on your lane and speak to the car in the other lane. Deluxe McCrispy? Hope you like it spicy, even though you didnt order it. Burger with no cheese? Youll have cheese on it, who cares about lactose. Its gotten to the point where I only order nuggets here because its hard to get that wrong -- except they give me the wrong sauce.

If the store closes for maintenance it is NOT THE CUSTOMERS FAULT!! The manager is HORRIBLE! The customer service SUCKS! To tell a customer you re closed for maintenance and to figure out where to get food the customer already paid for AND to figure out how to get a refund is beyond rude! Recently experienced the worst customer service ever at a McDonalds. It was 5am on a weekday. I placed an order at the drive-thru and was told to wait. I waited two mins and drove to the front window. I asked why she stopped helping me and the mexican lady gave me some attitude. Then the asian manager lady came and I explained the situation to her. She told me to take the free food and leave because there were cars waiting behind me. I told her customer service was very important to me and that she needed to train her employee better, but she said her employees mistakes are not her fault. So I replied that a poorly trained employee is the manager s responsibility and a poorly trained manager is the owner s responsibility. She disagreed and threatened to report me to the police while the drive-thru lady came outside and took pictures of me. I kept my cool the whole time, talked politely without swearing, and they still decided to threaten me and take pictures of me. All I wanted was for them to make it right. Thanks Mcdonald s for treating me poorly. Won t be visiting your branch anymore (19009 Hawthorne Blvd, Torrance, CA 90503, at the intersection of Hawthorne Blvd and 190th St).

So short staffed you should pay these employees that do want to work way more. It s very stressful on them and on the customer when things aren t correct. Try opening another register the sweet employee with the bun in her hair was moving back and fourth doing it all by herself which is unfair. She asked them to open a register over 10 mins ago and they still didn t. She s making drinks and bagging bags meanwhile there s a line of annoyed customers waiting. I blame the company for them being cheap not wanting to hire more ppl to work. Not the employees. And there s only one person working the drive thru doing the same thing. That s unfair to them. Do something about that McDonald s!!! You guys make so much money off us you guys can afford more staff. More staff makes a happy work place and happy customers!
