I don't even know where to begin! Pavani went above and beyond our expectations, delivering a beautiful custom car-themed birthday cake! We threw a surprise 80th birthday party for my dad and the theme was "He's Not Old, He's Classic!" We centered the theme around a Shelby Cobra and the colors were red, white, black, and gold. Firstly, Pavani is very good with communicating and figuring out exactly what I envisioned. She was always just a quick text message away! Secondly, the flavor options seemed endless! We decided on an orange flavored cake and vanilla filling and it was SO refreshing for this hot summer party. All the guests LOVED the cake. It was delivered to our venue on time and packaged well. I was looking for a customized cake for my son's 1st birthday. I came across A Piece of Cake and am so grateful that I did. I spoke with Pavani who was very patient with me, as I was not sure exactly what I wanted but knew I wanted something memorable. She used her creativity to design the cutest space-themed cake which everyone thought was beautiful as well as delicious! We also ordered sugar cookies with printed photos, which were also a hit. The desserts were packaged very well -- I had no issues transporting them in my car to the event. Thr cake stayed fresh for almost an entire week after the party, so we did not have to throw away what we could not eat that same day. Her desserts were a huge part of the memorable moments of my son's birthday. I highly recommend her for any event.

Let me start off by saying we contacted them on Friday afternoon for a last minute rush order of 40 cupcakes for the following day.

We were surprised and grateful they were able to squeeze us in with such short notice. We only asked for the cupcakes to be green as we were having a "snake" themed party for my reptile obsessed son.

When we recieved the cupcakes we were ecstatic at the end result. They went above and beyond by custom making the frosting to look like little snakes. As you can imagine the kids went crazy over these delicious cupcakes.

I highly recommend using them for your dessert needs. You won't be disappointed!

One of the best cakes ever!! A Piece of Cake is one of the finest custom cake makers in Santa Clarita. I inquired for a Mario Bros themed cake for my daughter s birthday and they accomodated me at the last minute. I was in awe when i received the cake as the attention to the tiniest detail was on point. The cake was super moist and just the perfect amount of sweetness. Both my soon-to-be-fiance and I were both extremely impressed by the detail, care and craftsmanship of Pavani s work. I had called at noon on a Sunday for a Monday morninh delivery for anniversary cupcakes and she sprung straight into action for us. Pavani is a master at her craft ! Every time I order cake from her I have always felt I should have ordered more .. her cakes are so divine you can never stop with one serving ! We are so happy and blessed to have Pavani closer to home here in Santa Clarita as we get to taste her delicacies more often than rest of Los Angeles .. if you haven t tried her Rasamalai cake you are missing something in your life !! I can bake and cook. I am a picky person. Pavani s work is excellent. The flavors what I had for my daughter s birthday cake was strawberry with lemon filling+ mango with pineapple filling. We recently had our wedding and had an assortment of desserts for the special occasion. A pleasant surprise from our dear friends made my wifes birthday more special. The cake was beyond our imagination with my wifes favorite breakfast item (Dosa) on the top with different chutnies and masalas next to it, all on a traditional banana leaf. Thanks for the meticulous preparation paying utmost attention to the finer details. The dessert item (rasmali tres leches cake) was superb in terms of presentation and taste.

We had a cake custom made for my sons Eagle Scout Court of Honor. The cake was so well made and included all the details we needed to resemble a scout shirt with patches. However, from the start, you made the whole process very easy and transparent. It was hard to choose between all the flavors, but with the help of you and your politeness, we finally settled on a 2-level cake tier with an excellent choice of fillings and flavor. I really wanted something special for my fathers 80th birthday but didn t have any idea what I wanted. Pavani helped me come up with something that fit my father perfectly. It was music themed with several compositions that my father had written himself printed and placed around the cake. It didn t just look amazing it was also delicious. I recently ordered a custom masterpiece Nemo-themed cake, cupcakes, and cake pops for my daughter s 7th birthday party. All of the kids (and adults) were raving about how delicious it was and the kids loved the fun and playful designs. The cake was a strawberry/chocolate sponge cake with layers of buttercream frosting and strawberry/chocolate covered in blue fondant icing and decorated with a Nemo sugar paste figurine, along with edible sea creatures made of fondant icing. The cake was moist and flavorful, with a perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess from the strawberry jam. The cupcakes were red velvet flavored, with a light and fluffy texture and vanilla buttercream frosting. Pavani created the most beautiful custom cake for my six year old s birthday!! She designed a Sonic cake that looked exactly like the photo provided!! Every detail was perfect!! We were missing it so much that my wife and I bought another cake for our birthday a few weeks later. I cannot recommend Pavani enough - we will definitely be buying cakes from Pavani for all of our special occasions.

Pavani designed and baked a cake for my sons birthday. It was beyond my expectations and I was so grateful to see the finished products as well as my sons smile when he saw the cake. She is extremely detailed and takes a lot of pride in the design of the cake and is on time. My son wanted a NASA/space theme. She was able to add the NASA logo and coloring to the cake and planets all around the cake. She even added a chocolate bomb on the top tier. She also presented the cake in a beautiful clear display box for all the guests to see. In addition, there are so many flavors and fillings to choose from. The cake itself has a light spongy texture and it was not overly sweet...delicious. Thank you Pavani for your talents and care!

We ordered a custom cake for our Sons 5th birthday. And we also explained about the birthday theme and a rough idea about how we want our cake to be. Pavani asked a few questions about the occasion and when the cake to be ready. Finally the day has come and we went to collect our cake. The cake looks really stunning and it was beyond our expectations. Our son was really happy for the cake. Everyone who attended the birthday party started taking the pictures and they are not letting us to cut the cake. Everyone enquired about who made the cake and we have shared details of A Piece of Cake and also about Pavani. Thank you Pavani for making such a beautiful cake and making our Sons birthday a real memorable one !!

We got fusion desserts from Pavani for my kid s second birthday on Easter Sunday and they were just so beautiful to look at, and super yummy!! Our guests appreciated that they were individually packed and it was easy for them to take some home. I shared them at work next day and they were still really fresh. Pavani also gave me proper tips on how to keep them fresh before the party and the right temperature to serve them at. I so so appreciate you taking up our order when I couldn t get desserts from most places since it was Easter. Thanks again!!

Pavani is an awesome baker. Got a cake for my daughters 10th birthday. Was a book cake. My daughter did not want to cut the cake as it looked like her book. She tried to turn the pages of the cake. Ordered a cake for my moms 60th birthday. The cake came out beautiful. The design was very detailed and my mom loved it! She wanted to preserve and keep one of the frosting decorations with the birthday message. I am just glad to see her happy. The cake itself was delicious. We loved the strawberry filling especially with the fresh strawberries mixed in it! Pavani was very easy to talk too. I didnt have a specific cake decoration in my head when I reached out to her but she was able to provide me photos of her designs and I just chose one from those! The entire process was easy from contacting her to picking up the cake. You can tell that she really puts a lot of care and effort in the cakes and designs that she creates. Would definitely recommend her for any of your cake needs!

I had ordered a cake for my 7 year old daughter and Im glad I did. The cake not only looked just incredible, but it also tasted amazing. My daughter was so thrilled looking at her birthday cake and have got lot of appreciation from the guests for the cake. All credit goes to Pavani for the amazing job. She gave us detailed instructions on storing the cake and also sent me reminder on when to take the cake out of the fridge. Overall super impressed, will order more soon. Thank you Pavani.

Me and my husband were planning to celebrate our 15th Wedding Anniversary in a special way. So , for the first time we ordered a beautiful butterscotch flavored cake from Pavani.. the cake was so beautiful that made our day a special one and it was so tasty.. kids loved it.. we were so excited and were happy and satisfied.
