I was pleasantly surprised by how nice and clean this target was. For being the day after Christmas (Boxing Day) the store was tidy, clean and well staffed. I was very surprised at the holiday section aka clearance area was NOT in disarray or a mess but everything was tidy and organized.

The store appeared to be well stocked, the parking lot felt safe. I’ll be back for sure!

To say I am disappointed with this location is an understatement. While driving home from Children's Hospital LA, we stopped to get my son a lego set for being so brave. We had no idea Lego was coming out with a Mario addition and it has been something he has asked for for years. To our surprise they had it! It was all over the shelf! He was absolutely thrilled. We waited in line for 15 minutes with our item and when we got to the register they told us we could not purchase it until August 1st. No signs, no nothing. Just a devastated kid. Under different circumstances I don't think I would be so upset, but it wasn't and I am and I think it's irresponsible for the store to not post that the items on the shelf aren't actually for sale.

If you get flowers from their drive up make sure to shake them! I just had a full blown panic attack while driving because there was a MOUSE in my roses that eventually went under my seats and had to spend a full 30 trying to get it out.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Pls be mindful of buying any big electronics from this Target. They sold me an open box tv (WHICH IT WASNT STATED AS AN OPEN BOX. IT WAS “BRAND NEW”) and they wouldn’t accept my return. The insurance they sell doesn’t help either because it’s a pre existing condition caused by target. I open the tv and it’s missing a remote, a cable, and the entire tv is basically broken. Please double check whatever big electronic you purchase from this store. Save the trip and go to Best Buy or something with good quality. Picture of how the tv would turn on after I had to buy my own universal remote and cable. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

This is literally the worst Target..Have so much stuff locked up but zero employees working in these areas, no way to call for an employee to come and unlock the display to get item out...Literally just waited 10 mins walking around beauty area looking for an employee, none to be found..walk to Customer Service to get someone, they send someone with wrong keys..needless to say I walked out w/out purchasing my other items seeing now I have to go to the Canyon Country Target where they seem to do a better job .Get your stuff together Target Valencia.. 5/15/2024...Why do I keep making the mistake of walking in this Target ..1st go use their ladies room, talk about a HEALTH HAZARD, shoppers beware! Let the self check out girl know and asked her to advise her manager (didnt see her even try to make a notification). Then go in swimsuits area for females, whoever does their ordering NEVER orders enough bikini bottoms in varied sizes to match the bikini tops..there are 18 bikini tops but only 4 large matching bottoms and 1 small...SMDH come on Target buyer get it together!!

Its very disorganized to the point where I worry about accessibility for people who use mobility aids like wheelchairs and walkers and those with balance issues as its easy to trip. This isnt necessarily the fault of the employees, though; theyre clearly overworked and underpaid. The lines at checkout are very long because they dont hire enough people and expect 1 employee to do the work of 5. The Target in Canyon Country is much better and cleaner in my opinion. Like another reviewer said, dont buy electronics from here. Ive written what happened below. I tried to buy a Google Pixel 6 here and when I opened the box in my car, it was a Samsung phone in a plastic baggy. The phone wasnt marked as used or anything and I paid the normal amount, which was lower than standard price since there was a sale happening. I brought it back to return it, where I was given the option to either have the money refunded to my card (which could take a few days) or just get cash. I chose cash, and tried to find the same phone in many other stores around the valley, but couldnt find any in stock. I knew they had one more in stock at this Target, and I thought the odds of the same thing happening twice were low. I bought it, asked if it was OK if I opened it in-store in the electronics section that I purchased it in to make sure the same thing wouldnt happen, and found another Samsung phone... I was instructed to go to returns, which I did, and was informed that since I paid in cash (that the store gave me..), the best they could do is stord credit. I felt stuck, so I accepted and ended up just buying the phone online and finally getting it, but I definitely wouldnt recommend shopping for anything over $30 here.

I did Drive up @ Target Valencia. Two items that I ordered Target, was out of. Fine, no big deal. One of the items ordered was a loaf of bread. Whomever bags these items should be mindful of perishables and things that can smash/ damage easily. When the order was bagged it was bagged with a heavy can of window cleaner along with multiple other small household items. When it was brought out, the middle of the loaf of bread was completely smashed. The guy outside named Ryan brought the items to my car, and upon inspecting them to make sure everything was there, I noticed the smash bread and asked if if someone could bring out a replacement. Ryan walkie - talkied Myra inside the store to ask her to send a replacement out to which Myra replied Why . is the customer asking? My thoughts Wow! Groceries are already expensive enough these days and I am choosing to support Target and shop locally, rather then grocery shop and order all the other items from Amazon which is what most people these days are doing. But YES, it s smashed bread, and I want it replaced. There should ve been NO questions asked when one Target employee (Ryan) is clearly telling another that it is smashed. Word to Target Management . Ryan, kudos to you for being polite, and caring to right the wrong for whomever bagged the items inside the store. Myra on the other hand . needs better training in what customer customer service.

Found M&M Dark Chocolate there when so many stores didn t carry them anymore. Soooooo easy to return. Less than a minute. Very pleasant shopping experience!

Overall I love Target vs. Walmart, though they cant compete on price with Costco. At the Target in my area, we are approached EVERY TIME by guys selling chocolates allegedly to raise money for school though it is NOT World Chocolate bars, and often during the summer. They arde not really raising funds for school activities per a story on 60-Minutes.

I do not recommend this Target. I went to buy an item in electronics but the guy at the counter was taking so long and another gentleman said I could take it upfront to scan it and have someone there remove the lock on it. I asked for help at the self-checkout on 9/24/2022. The employee would not unlock it until I scanned it, so I tried to scan it and it would not scan because of the plastic lock on it. He rolled his eyes when I asked for assistance and then told me to move out of his way. When he finally unlocked it, he just put it on the counter and walked off without scanning it. I was having a good day until then. If you go shopping at the mall across the street, everyone is kind. Also, the parking lot has trash everywhere. I can not believe this place exists in Valencia. It is disgusting. This store was not like this before.

The manager Mary Anna in daytime at target Valencia .was very rude to me all I said was good morning to her and she looked me up and down turned head and snub nosed said good morning walking away.. third experience with her now that was not pleasant. I went to complain but they said she is the manager!!?? WOW she always looks angry.. I was afraid she would get angry with me if I asked what s wrong not a pleasant shopping experience. not an approachable Manager .. staff must be scared of her as well.

Only giving two stars because I usually find what I need; HOWEVER, this Target has become extremely messy. In addition, each time I come to shop, I see at least three employees on their personal cell phones texting or having personal phone calls. I have been coming to this Target for years and it is beyond disappointing to see the store in the condition that it is in and the lack of work ethic from many employees.

They sell mostly the products I normally purchase on a weekly basis. From toothpaste to portable air conditioning units at a good price. If you use a Target charge card, they give you a five percent discount on all your purchases.

It s a good store it has plenty of stuff in stock but I ordered an item online and they canceled my order they claim they sent me an email to review and update the information which I never received the only email I ever got said there would be a new delivery date and today they canceled my order claiming they sent that email I went back through my emails for months and months and I only got the updated ship out date nothing to review or update the information I am extremely mad about this because it was an exclusive and they say just re-order it guess what it s sold out extremely annoying and disappointing target.com not where it s at bad communication and now if I ever wanted this item I would have to buy it off a reseller for way too much thanks for that target.com Not looking forward to using the website anymore.

(This review is only for the pharmacy) I would recommend not using this pharmacy if you have any kind of novel issue. I brought an out of state prescription and they did not bother looking into how to fill it. The clerk who attended me, her name was Lee, kept calling me honey and when I calmly asked her to stop calling me that she got defensive and upset. She was very unprofessional. The lazy pharmacist Lynn didnt bother to help either. So just dont come here if you actually need a real pharmacist.

I couldnt find something I was looking for on the shelf so I asked an employee to see if he can help me. His name was Gabriel and he went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. He looked it up on his palm pilot and he went to the back and ACTUALLY spent time looking for what i wanted. HE FOUND IT!! He brought it to me and he was so nice about everything. He is an exceptional employee and Target is lucky to have him. I will definitely go back again because of him.

Finally ventured to our to Target. Was heartened to see the BIG sign stating compliance with state mandate requiring face masks. Unfortunately, we need to provide specific instructions on how to wear a face mask. Many did not have their nose covered; some just had it hanging at their chin. Target staff opted not to enforce. Hence we then rise of COVID cases. Maybe Target should hire security personnel for this task. In addition, the item shown in stock was no where to be found. A disappointing trip all the way around.

Today was my second visit to this store. I had two small kids with me and with keeping an eye on them and overall just trying to find my items I didnt notice I was seemingly being followed around the store. What was really odd was the fact that I noticed security watched me the ENTIRE time I completed self checkout. He tried to look away when I looked at him but it was super creepy and made me extremely uncomfortable. I think Ill just shop at the Canyon Country store going forward.

Decent Parking, Cart Narcs heavily patrol so not too may carts all over. The Starbs inside is good, but usually packed and slow at high volume times. The loss star is due to cleanliness, the bathrooms here are atrocious, they belong in a much more ghetto Target. They need to stay on top of that more, and the rest of the store needs a good sweeping and mopping. Other than that its a good Target, keeps things stocked.

This Target absolutely sucks more than the Walmart on Kelly Johnson/Newhall Ranch Rd does. Never enough registers open (sounds like a Walmart right?), so you re almost forced to go through self checkout if you want to get out of there. I came in here for a baby shower registry and the baby items were very limited on what they had. Sometimes it s almost like they re asking you to go on Amazon and order your items from the poor management and poor selection.

Love the people here. Super friendly and always eager to help. I live in the San Fernando Valley but work in SCV. I will always rather shop in SCV Target and mainly because it is one of the only Targets that have not gone modern yet. I hate the way they are set up now, so confusing and just very cold to me. One reason why I just adore this Target!

While shopping, several employees said hello and asked if I found everything alright. Its great to be acknowledged. The cashier helped me with my target app. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Target is my happy place! I can find everything there from Tylenol to towels to cute t s and swimsuits. Their adult beverage section is well stocked and beautifully lit. Target has great food and beverages....organic selections as well! What, you need something for your home and good quality clothing at a great price, yup, Target is the place! Target is my go-to favorite store. Along with Trader Joes, I miss Target when we are working out of the country. The prices for food and toiletries are consistently lower than the large grocery stores and the RED card savings are a welcome bonus. Im especially appreciative of the staff in the CVS pharmacy. They regularly go out of their way to answer our questions and search for the best prices when items we need are not covered by our insurance.

I love Target because they always have what I need and what I didnt know I needed. Employees are always kind and go out of their way to help me find specific items. I cant wait to go tomorrow and the next day and the next. STARBUCKS FOR EVERYONE!

This Target is great & central to all things Valencia. Parking is usually a little challenging as this place is always crowded. Store is kept relatively nice & the staff is usually pretty helpful. If you want to make the kiddos happy, stop by and grab some of that cheap movie-theater style popcorn!
