MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes

What a great place! It is new to the area and we just made our second trip there for lunch. It is light years better than the place that was there before it. When you walk in, you immediately notice how clean it is. No junk, trays or crumbs on the tables. The menu is vast for a variety of burger options and they also offer good sides, hot dogs and unique beverages outside your standard soda fountain machines. Today, I used the app, which seems to be consistently sending deals. Today was free fries. You can also get a free burger and discounts on your meal. The rewards seem to be good ones. The food is fantastic! My kids , having never been before said, "Wow, this is really good!", which is a welcome reaction when you have picky kids. The food came out quickly and we were checked on twice to make sure we had everything we needed. Each time was accompanied with a smile. We enjoyed our lunch, loaded our reward points and said that this could be a new good spot to come back to when we want a burger. I mean, In-N-Out is good, but this has a different flare to it that is a nice change of pace for a burger option. We will be back for sure! Glad Mooyah moved into the neighborhood!

Was so excited to come try a new burger and shake place. Walked in the young lady behind the counter did not say one word to us, I literally had to ask how her day was. I would not have someone like that up at the cashier being the first one to interact with the customers, was not welcoming , maybe she was having a bad day. The food was just ok at least my husband's was. My burger looked like it fell on the floor the bun was rock hard. It was 3pm and no rush. If your going to pay 50 bucks for 2 meals. Clean, friendly, & fast service. Mooyah cheeseburger is "smash" burger style with nice caramelized pattie. Good fried burger flavor. Bun was very soft with great texture. Fries were good. Mooyah offers a fry sauce called Mooyah Sauce. And they have Diet Coke ftw.

The best burgers I’ve ever had! Everything is top quality and fresh made - smashed burgers from steak quality Angus beef. Fresh baked buns. Hand made fries and chips. Premium shakes. Awesome. Plus they let you create your own with a ton of options. You’ve got to try it.

Waited 35 minutes for two Luke warm burgers with smashed cold buns that costs $35. There were about five other people in the business. Bathrooms were filthy, no toilet paper in the bathroom, greasy handprints all over both glass doors when you enter. We always try and support our local businesses but this place was terrible and shows the owners don’t care. I give them 6 months!

I was looking forward to the vegan burger but sadly there were no flavors, the patty and onions were cold, and the only sauce was barbecue. It tasted like someone bought frozen patties from the store and reheated it. I wish more thought and effort went to it especially because this was more expensive than other burgers around $13. The sweet potato fries were good but were saltier than I’d like. Staff was kind though!

Be prepared. When you walk in and see the pictures on the wall you expect one thing. And you get another. I ordered the mooyah burger my kid got a kids burger. Her burger was bigger the only difference was mine had lettuce. The burgers are absolutely tiny (maybe 2 oz patty) the bun is about 2x the size of the burger so don’t worry about getting a double. It’s basically a single for double price. The pictures showed nice brioche buns. I don’t know what those soggy things are. Fries were fine but mostly the thin skin dregs.

If you’re in Santa Clarita go to The Stand at the mall instead. It’s better in every way. Won’t be going back.

For two adults and two kids (getting kids meals) it was $70. If I wanted to spend that much I could have gone to five guys and at least felt like I ate something afterwords.

Ordered a potato bun turkey burger with cheese, mushrooms, grilled onions and a large mint chocolate chip shake, and sweet potato fries. Received plain burger, no additional toppings, over toasted crispy bun and milkshake size different and not as thick as one served in restaurant. I could barely suck that one up the straw. So disappointed. $60.22. Seems excessive $$$

Not sure if the guy with the bald head is the owner, but he sure acted like a tyrant to the employees and was rude to what I assume was the delivery drivers for third-party app. He must ve been in a bad mood and acted like he was doing us a favor. We picked up our food went home and the order was completely wrong so we won t be going back there anytime soon and if you order for pick up, check your order before you leave. AND please management do not respond to this by saying how sorry we are for your inconvenience and please call us and let us know how we can make it up to you.

The burgers are so good. I love the double bacon cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato. Its always fresh. The potato bun is like butter. The fries are good, could use a bit more salt but thats me, Im sure there are many that like them just the way they are. The several TVs showing the sporting games is perfect. Indoor and out door seating is awesome as well. Highly recommend.

We received a Mooyah flyer in the mail with some coupons so we decided to try them out. With them being a newer spot and positioned between other restaurants, Id say the advertising was spot on and we bit. Upon arrival, I was impressed. Special shoutout to Manny, the manager. His service was exceptional. The restaurant was immaculate. While it didnt take long for the burgers to be crafted, Manny still went above and beyond to check on my family and I both while waiting for our food and also mid meal to ensure our satisfaction. The burgers were out of this world. The service was out of this decade. SCV... we got a winner here. Come check em out if you havent had the pleasure... it just might change the way you view burgers. honestly right when my dad started ordering the guy taking orders was rushing us constantly saying anything else when clearly he sees its not just one of us. and after my dad had told him they are all combos he didnt put them in and only gave us 3 cups so he kept saying he repeated it n thats why he didnt give us all 6. My dad did tell him all combos. So i had to pay for an extra three combos for him to give us the cups. i couldnt even enjoy my food because of how upset i felt, i know one customer migbt not make a difference but i definitely wont be coming again.

I tried this place. It took us over 30 minutes to get our order. The manager apologized and gave us a card for a free burger. The burger is not that impressive, more lettuce than anything else. I ordered the sweet potato fries which you get a lot of, but they were horrible and I threw most away. Burger is a bit pricey. Our second time was just as bad, poor service and long wait.

I consider myself a burger aficionado and when fast food is concerned my go-to burger for over 20 years has been Fatburger. I had one just last week. But I have to say, I just had my first Mooyah burger and I think, no hyperbole, that Mooyah may very well be the best tasting burger I ve ever had! And amazingly enough, the fries are just as uniquely good! Outstanding!

A few days ago i decided to visit this place for the first time the food was good but the service from a specific employee was very unprofessional i think her name was Georgei.she was very rude and not helpful and it felt like she wasnt listening to me when i was ordering not only that i can also see she mistreats the other employees. And that make me very uncomfortable. I think this restaurant should reconsider the employees that they hire so it can have a pleasant and comfortable environment.

I placed a couple of orders on the app. Both were paid for and I received a confirmation for both. My husband went to pick up the orders, gave the names they were under and was told by Manny (the manager) there were no orders under those names. My husband called me from the restaurant and I supplied the order numbers. Again we were told they dont have any orders with those names or confirmation numbers. My husband explained it was on your app and was already paid for. The manager advised there was nothing he could do. My husband handed his cell phone to Manny so I could speak with him. I again explained both orders were placed on your app, I have confirmations for both and both were already paid for. He again stated there was nothing he could do and that I could place another order!?! Wait so your way of dealing with a customer that paid and has a confirmation for an order placed on your app is to place another order and pay again? I am in shock that this was the resolution he came up with. Manny had an attitude towards me as if I did something wrong. I am flabbergasted! Then when I was about to hang up and tell my husband to leave he tells me oh wait I see the orders for both! Apparently they dont receive the orders until 15 minutes prior to pick up? Not once was that offered as an option! He never bothered to ask when I placed the order or what time I asked for pickup. You would think as a manager he would look into that instead of telling me to order and pay again. I am shocked at the way this manager handled this situation and chose to deal with a customer. We wont be back!

Very expensive for low quality food. We ordered two burger with fries and no drink for $42. I ordered a Single burger with no cheese, lettuces wraps and sweet potato fries. I asked for no sauce which they added accidentally. The lettuce wrap was so poorly & messy which everything fall from my wrap in a second. Also sweet potato fries were so small and salty. Definitely not recommended.

We waited 1 hr 20minutes for a mediocre burger. I spoke to the manager twice, he offered no apologies, and honestly seemed angry. The kitchen is in open view to patrons and it was obvious that the kitchen staff was bickering. In all fairness, I was told when ordering that there was a 30 minute wait. When I enquired about my order, I was placated by the counter boy. This boy was willing to argue with me and I was made to feel as though my order was somehow less important than other orders, again no apologies. While I waited at the counter for my order at the 1 hr 10 minute mark, there were several other patrons whose orders had also been lost or otherwise unfindable. During this counter wait, I had clear view of the kitchen, there was no one manning the fryer at that time. I saw the manager look into a stainless steele bowl that was sitting on the counter, and after my burgers were prepared, the contents of this bowl were dumped onto a tray and presented to me as my sweet potato fry order . Stone cold! Needless to say, I will not be giving them a second try.

New addition to the SCV burger experience does not disappoint! We tried Mooyah today and their burgers are top notch, you can taste the freshness. We tried the Double Diablo burger and also a build your own burger along with the shareable portion of sweet potato fries, yum! Build your own has a lot of nice free options including 9 different sauces and 8 different toppings. The signature burger bun was so soft and delicious. For like a dollar more the shareable fries was TWO of the portions shown in the photo. Quite worth it! I will be back to try other menu items.

Exciting new place. They are learning and trying very hard to please all the customers. We had a party of four and there were adjustments needed for a few things, but no problem. They actually seemed glad to find out what needed fixing and smiled and did everything to our satisfaction. Very good experience.

So we saw they were open this past Saturday and downloaded the app. Ordered 4 combo meals for takeout with a 5pm pickup time. We fully expected it to be a bit hectic as most places are when first opening, but the young ladies working the front were hustling to take care of the guests dining in. As for those of us picking up takeout, it was a bit chaotic. We were asked at least 3 times for the name on our order. Also, the kitchen staff seemed a bit frazzled. There appeared to be only one person responsible for pushing out both the dine-in and takeout orders. Noted also that we werent given our cups for the self-serve drinks until after we were handed our food, which made getting our drinks awkward. Were not going to take away any stars as we fully expected that staff opening a new establishment are going to need time to adjust and fine-tune their procedures. All in all, we left with food in hand about 15 minutes past our pick-up time, which isnt bad for a pre-grand opening. The food was still reasonably warm when we got home and all 4 of us were impressed with the taste of the burgers and fries. (We did find part of someone elses order in our bag, and felt bad for the person missing their food.) Hopefully they will get things running more smoothly soon as we look forward to ordering again.

I wish they would have the option to undercook the burgers by just a bit. They are smash burger style, so theyre thin (great crust on the patty). I just want about 30 seconds less on the griddle. Aside from that, good job. Oh, and Kristie really did a great job helping us at the counter.
