That's why mom and pop donut shops never gonna die. I was in the area and I stopped for a coffee. Turns out the have kiosk and I have to order it myself. Now I have to spend time training myself on how to use this kiosk and order a simple cup of coffee. I have seen they sell flavor creamers at the grocery but they don't even offer them in their own shops. As I was pulling out I seen there was a donut shop in the Plaza next to them I would of gathered gone there for a simple cup of coffee

Rude employees they don’t even try to talk to you, no welcome, nothing. Then when asking for the restroom code they say I have to order something in order to get the code. It’s not like I wasn’t gonna buy something, me and son had to really go and they can see us dancing but nope. It’s ok I get it, then they have this 7 digit code that I’m suppose to magically remember to enter, beyond disbelief, that’s ok Dunkin’ Donuts I’ll go to my local donut shop and have a friendlier service than this!! I recently bought the $6 breakfast meal and it was disgusting. The hash browns were toasted and tasted like plastic, I almost threw up. The sandwich had a weird after taste, almost similar to the hash browns. I'm not sure where they cook their food, but whatever they are using it is making food taste like plastic. DO NOT BUY breakfast there!

Always always ALWAAAAAYS a problem with my order. These people need to be retrained. As someone that lived in Boston and traveled the whole east coast, they don’t make their food properly. Hello Dunkin location in Whittier .I drove thru ordered a coffee and a guy who looked like a girl with long hair and tattoos on his arm. Was very rude when I asked about if the store had Dunkin sip cups to purchase one . I haven’t tried the food so I cannot rate it. Went in for a drink and a cup of ice for this heat. Terrible customer service July 18 at 3:50. If you don’t want to work there then why am I putting up with it. I’m there asking suggestions and the cashier has weird comments. Will not be coming back.

A little cramped, but otherwise great! I didn't go through the drive through, i walked inside. I definitely recommend their seasonal treats 🎃 the pumpkin donut is fabulous!
My one complaint: maybe I'm in my old man era, but the contactless kiosks were difficult to navigate.

I never leave reviews for any company but I have to because Im from Massachusetts and nothing hits home like Dunkin but the Dunkins in Whittier is probably the worst service plus worst to even buy from just because my girlfriend order food to be delivered to the house for starters they didnt answer the phone we called like 8 times and the drinks were tasting funny and they were all split in the bag leaving the food too feel and taste soggy and the food it self tasted weird the hash browns looked like they been sitting for hours and its just all bad I guess you have to go in person but even then the manger there they are rude and mean and over all just not a nice welcoming place Im disappointed in calis dunks nothing like Massachusetts dunks

Staff ignored us until we went to the counter to ask for help. There were 2 people waiting ahead of us that said they had been there at least 10 mins. The bagel.we ordered was good but not worth the 20 mins we waited.

Used deal provided on their app. $3 Lemonade Refresher was very good. I just wish they would fill the drink to the top when you ask for no ice. They said they would have to charge me more. They gave me a cup of ice the same way. At least I got them to add more ice at no charge.

I tried this place a few times and each time is a disappointment. The food is always stale, regardless of the time you go, the coffee consistently taste like garbage (either super watery or beyond sweet, like isnt there a recipe to follow) and the workers are in la la land on their phones or talking about their personal life at the window.

I overheard a worker tell a lady that was coming for pickup that it will take 25 minutes. This particular Dunkins was incredible . The service was great, it was very clean. And according to my wife, the Pumpkin Spice coffee was better than Starbucks!! And when I accidentally spilled my wifes drink; they happily replaced it, for FREE!!

I walked in and was totally ignored. After 15 minutes of standing at the counter a female employee finally came up to me said, I will be right with you. By the way the drive thru was empty. She then walked away. I waited another 10 minutes and there was a line of customers behind me. All of a sudden a car pulls up to the drive through followed by another car, and she takes there order and totally forgets the walk in customer. Its the worst service ever. and I am from New York! Stay away from this place. Its not worth your time and money.

My review is strictly for Ms. Lisa. I have been to this location a handful of times previously, each time having had a horrible experience where I was actually mistreated by awful and unkind employees, vowing to myself never to come back. Today I went back and I m grateful that I did. Ms Lisa took my order at the speaker and was very kind. When I pulled up to the window, she was there hustling and working her tail off while simultaneously having positive conversation with other coworkers and overall exhibiting a bright and cheerful, hardworking attitude. Was I paying attention for these things? Absolutely, and more so than the average patron considering my previous experience. I knew immediately I had to get a moment to thank her and tell her why I appreciated her hard work and sunny disposition today. Dunkin Donuts needs to take note when people leave negative reviews because, in my experience, they ring true to some of what has been going on here. Not today, though. Today I am thankful Dunkin has Ms Lisa.

I got the avocado toast with Roasted tomatoes. Placed the order from ordering monitor in store.There was no one in the drive thru line or in store at that time. But I still had to wait 10mins before she acknowledged my existence in the store and then I asked her if it was ready. And then she kindly offered to make my order. Once I got my order, the bread was not toasted and the tomatoes were thrown on the side of the bread. Ive never had such a terrible experience at any dunkin so far :(

Horrible. Directed to use automated menu board to order, but it doesnt have all the available items; wanted a Pepsi but its only sold in bottles and not included in the automated menu. Still, tried to order a donut only to be told theyre out - at 4:00 in the afternoon! No wonder they dropped donuts from their name. Wouldnt bother coming back to this location.

I ve been coming to this Dunkin for some time now since I moved into the neighborhood last year. I ve never had a problem with staff they always seemed sweet and helpful. But recently within the last few months not sure if they hired new people but they re extremely rude and I m a regular so I see the same girl through drive through who runs the order and she always has a mean nasty look and I haven t came by in weeks just because of my last experience Hoping today would be different and nope it was still the same. The girl was annoyed that THEY got my order wrong but sadly won t be coming back might have to relocate to Downey.

Placed an order here via mobile app just to get to the store and be told they dont have any donuts left. When I asked why the app allow me to order, I was informed app does not reflect store inventory I asked why app shows some available and some not they said they have no control over the app I asked why you didnt have the courtesy to call and say you are out of the items I ordered, they stated app does not get customer phone All other restaurants get this info and call customers as a courtesy, why cant you? Same answer, blame the app, asked for a refund, they told me has to be done in the app, but no option there for refund. Contact customer service, they said they would refund me but never did after 3 weeks. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Local donuts shops have better service than this place.

The only reason I use the Dunkin app at this point is only for the rewards, because mobile ordering doesnt seem to speed up any sort of service. Every time I order ahead, my drink isnt prepared by the time I get there. Service is just okay. Nothing special, but also no big mistakes. Dietary restrictions: Milk alternatives, substitutions

I love dunkin doughnuts but the one in whittier is terrible. Our cashier was really nice and polite, but our drinks were awful. I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew and a pumpkin spice signature latte. My cold brew tasted like watered down coffee. The foam was ok but when I mixed it with my cold brew, it tasted like water with cream. As for the latte they forgot to add the pumpkin flavor. it was just coffee with creme, no sugar or flavoring. My Son didnt want to drink it and I didnt have time to go back to get it fixed because I was on my way to work. This is not the first time I have gotten a drinks that were not made very well. its an inconvenience for me but I will drive to another dunkin doughnuts to avoid this one.

Worst Dunkin to ever exist. They have a huge staff turnover and don t train employees well. I wanted a French Cruller didn t have it, so I said okay and asked for a chocolate Croissant and they didn t have that as well. Closes very early and always issues with the drive thru. Everytime I try this location there is always something wrong and I will never return due being let down multiple times.

I always go through the drive thru at Dunkin and always get the coffee. There is something about the coffee that is so wonderful in the morning. The price is reasonable and sometimes I reheated the coffee the next day. So much better than the coffee at SB. The bacon, egg and cheese croissants are the best and next is the cream cheese and bagel. I use the drive thru and the service is fairly quick and friendly. The coffee keeps me coming back even if they arent serving breakfast sandwiches. Edit: Lately Ive noticed that the coffee I received has been lukewarm. Its hit and miss. Sometimes its hot and good, other times I drive away and get down the road and the hot coffee is actually room temperature. Ive stopped patronizing the Whittier store because Ive been to the Wilmington and Long Beach stores and never had these issues. They were good when they first opened but Ive noticed that their business has declined lately. I tried to patronize good businesses during the pandemic however it seems like service has taken a major hit since businesses have opened back up. Wont be going back to this Dunkin again... One too many times that Ive been burned by cold coffee!!

Been trying to get powdered lemon donuts for a couple months but never in stock, along with many other varieties missing. Most times I walk in the attendants or baristas never pay attention to the counter or inside customer bur instead cater to, and fawn over the drive through crowd. The drive through line snakes up the center of the parking lot and makes it difficult for anyone to park for inside dining. Two weeks ago I walked in, and right back out, because there was nothing much to choose from. The store seems to be suffering from a lack of steady employees as there are different people working each time I visit, I saw only one person working the 10am shift on 5/5/22 and I dont think I was even noticed at the counter before I again walked out. Went to my 2nd choice- YumYum donuts which is one mile away from Dunkin located on Telegraph&Painter S/E corner, and satisfied my cravings for a powdered lemon donut, and because YYD is cheaper, I walked away with extra glaze twists and chocolate donuts plus a house coffee for what it costs to buy 2 lemon donuts plus a Lg caramel mach at Dunkin.

Just ok. The staff were all stressed out and disorganized. The lady before us in the lobby had to wait 10 mins for an iced coffee. They forgot my drink and threw the donuts into the bag frosting-side-down and all the frosting came off on the bottom of the bag. So disappointing.. This was my first time at dunkin and I dont want to return. Hello, management: your people need training and you are severely understaffed!

Every time I come to this location I have issues with my order. There should be a better process for when you guys run out of stuff on mobile orders. Its not efficient to just sub anything in for whatever youre out of. Just earlier went to pickup a mobile for which I bought bacon and cheese egg bites but ended up getting veggie ones. No one bothered with a heads up. At this point its hard to tell whether they ran out of what I ordered or they just cant tell the difference which would be just outright sad. Drive thru is super slow to top things off.

Ive been to this location a few times now and its usually a great visit every time. Unfortunately this last visit (11/20/21) I order my regular drink and it tasted like straight oatmilk like there was absolutely no espresso taste :( I was so sad hahaha hence the 4 stars, but hey it happens I understand especially with restaurants/coffee shops being short staffed. The staff was super nice throughout my visit though Hopefully the next visits are better.

I waited in the drive through line only to find out that they were only taking orders from the App. No cash or credit cards were being accepted and sign or employee telling customers about their issues. Reached the mic only to be told App orders being taken only. By then I had several cars behind me which made it difficult to get out. Poor communication and poor customer service. Reached out to their corporate office and no response.

Terrible time management. Stood as the only customer in the dining room for over three mins before someone even noticed I was there at the register to order. Said be right there. Two more mins and nothing. I will not return to this location. Management needs to do some customer service training with their team. Today, the pumpkin spice flavors kicked off for tasting however, when I ordered a few pumpkin donuts, pumpkin muffins etc, they were already sold out by 11am? I was really looking forward to them too. Everything else was good with great c/s. Ill still be back

Theyre lucky to be getting 2 stars, but we were missing items from our order. There were 2 employees at the window talking and didnt even bother checking our order if it was correct. The greeting or thank you from the fella at the drive thru window.

They always take long to take your orders inside. The times I decided to walk into the store people have left due to lack of service. Keep telling us will be with you in a minute....after 10 minutes I left....
