I’ve been to a different Cava in the past but I wasn’t fond of their offerings but because I did a diy bowl instead of a curated bowl.

I got a curated bowl and it was delicious, solid flavors and dressing with a good amount of chicken. I tried their lamb meatballs and they were good, very gamy but still decently flavored.

I’d definitely come back again to try their other menu items.

I feel like this location is very greedy. I got lentils for my “rice”there was very little. On top of it the bowl is filled well below the line. The portions just were not there. This a picture of the location in Hollywood. This is what I expected. I literally got robbed here

Sad. I typically love cava but they switched my bowl with someone else’s and I have no idea what I’m eating. I will admit it is good, but missing key ingredients. Workers were working hard, but we need more. Ingredients were messy and they were out of many options. I hope they can fix it for this price. I wish I had some rice in this :(

This was my first time eating at a CAVA after a LONG time of wanting to. I was VERY pleased with my experience. The service was very efficient and friendly, this location is in a very pretty setting and the food is absolutely DELICIOUS. Also, I actually felt GOOD after eating it, so that tells me the ingredients must be quality. The manager even gifted me a pack of the fried pita "chips," which were SO good. I will DEFINITELY be back!

I’ve never heard of CAVA until this location opened up near my home, I see a lot of people visit this establishment so I thought I take a gander at it. Food was good and tasty, I like it because it’s more healthy and I’ve been planning to eat Mediterranean food. So yes I recommend this spot if you are interested in something new and flavorful!

Very good concept of Mediterranean food. You may not fully understand the concept if your first time. They have a few set items but you can fully do your own thing. Very much like a poke bowl or a Chinese two-item combo. Pick your base, your dips, and two main items. The spicy items do have a kick. Nothing too bad, but for sensitive palettes like my wife’s it was a surprise. I loved the meatballs and the falafel. The super greens are crisp and crunchy. No soggy lettuce. The dips, eggplant, hummus, etc. are fresh and flavorful. The place is super busy for lunch but the line moves quickly. Customers are diverse in age and trends, more on the young hipster crowd. 5 miles from our house so we need to drive. That may limit our visits, but this is a target for a custom bowl. The staff is helpful and welcoming but just a bit rushed.

The portion of the bowl becomes very small. It s even smaller than Chipotle s bowl. Only got 2 tablespoons of chicken and roasted vegetables. They used to give you full scoop of hummus but today I barely can find my hummus in my bowl. Very disappointed!

Wanted Cava tonight but had a horrible experience. I entered at 9:53 today November 11, 2024. As soon as I entered all employees walked to front ready to serve me. I was rushed by all workers to put in my order. I cooperated and order quickly. I was aware of what time they closed but it was not my first time ordering. On a regular day I d be able to helped out down the entire front line within five minutes.My order consisted of two bowls. Their whole front line was taken down. Who knows how early they started putting everything away. I understand wanting to leave early but with SIX workers on the clock I m pretty sure if they would ve started taking down everything at the time theyre supposed to they wouldve gotten out at a decent time. Once it was time to choose my toppings they had mentioned everything was in the back already. If had knew beforehand I wouldn t have ordered at all!!!! Once it was time to pay I realized I was only charged for one bowl. A couple behind me ordered the same. They as well were charged only one bowl. I m not sure if they believed that would have satisfied us but it did not. Very disappointed with the service and presentation of this restaurant.

Just tried CAVA for the first time, and I m seriously impressed! Everything tasted super fresh the veggies were crisp, and the flavors were on point. You can tell they care about quality here. The staff was also super friendly and helped me figure out the best combos for my bowl.

This has been the most consistent experience of incorrect orders I ve had in a while. There s almost always something wrong with orders and today was an absolute disappointment. What should ve been a behemoth of a pita was completely the opposite. I realize things can be hectic a points but I really see a lot of room for improvement.

I have had to edit this review. While this location does have good, fresh food and the staff is nice, when i order for pick up they consistently forget something. They rarely put utensils, even though it allows you to request them. They for get the free pita that comes with a bowl, again something you request through their site. Sometimes they forget get the cookie or blondie that is paid for! This didn t used to happen often but seems like now I always have an issue. Best advice is to go wait in their long line so you can make sure you get what you request.

Do you love Mediterranean food??, if yes, like I do, this is a quick walk through cafeteria style where you pick your food and find a nice table to sit at. Not too expensive and good people work there, friendly and kind. Next door, they have a Coldstone ice cream place, and I am a big big ice cream lover. I love my desert after my meal, so its a two for one delight as far as Im concerned. Parking is not so great, especially around lunchtime, but if you dont mind walking, you can park at the Staterbrothers next to it. Also, theres a Cookie Crumble across the way. Which I personally do not like. The cookies are doughy for me. I like my cookies crispy, not mushy. Well, to each his own, right?. So try Cava. In my opinion youll like it. Why 4 stars on the food, you may be asking. Well, the falafels are always too burnt, hard to chew, and to be blunt, taste terrible. The rest of the food there is very delicious they just need to work on those falafels, and I hope they do soon because i really like well-made falafels. As always, happy eating

I love Mediterranean food and this is a great option for a quick bite. Its set up like a Chipotle where you pick your base of rice greens and protein plus your toppings. There are also menu items you can choose from. I loved the juices highly recommend them. Its a quick healthier option of casual dining.

This place is a completely a joke , the bowl I ordered less than full , 2 ounces of meat, I add hummus in my order, it didnt come with, all the condiments I ordered didnt come with anything, on the website the photos show the bowl being full, but in reality you see They give a of pittance of food. Dont waste your time ordering here, no piita bread. I really even felt hungry after seeing this. How ridiculous the portions are. 1st time here, I noticed the lids open to the PITA bread, so I asked the manager Michael IF the pita bread should be uncovered. He said NO it shouldnt. He went to get some covers and rudely walked away. The grilledchicken/steak was seasoned well, just bought a bowl, and the strawberry water was delish ! Reminds me of Chipotle, the way you can create your own bowl. However in a Mediterranean flavor way.

I had an incredible dining experience at Cava! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. I only come here because it s the nearest cava. It seems there is a trend and this is like the 3rd time there is missing items from my order. And what is frustrating is they tell you everything is inside and I fall for it each time. Food is great. Workers are always busy. They are good workers. But busy to the point they got to screw up orders and orders are never ready on time. No pita, no pita chips, and no sides all which you have to pay for. There has to be better management system in doing quality check before they hand orders to you like most places.

Awesome concept. Food is fresh and served a lot of it. Inside the Restaurant was a bit on the colder side because they were blasting the AC. Unfortunate that they charge a bit much for lamb and other premium items.

this cava has been consistently disappointing, always forgetting key ingredients in bowls/pitas or just forgetting orders entirely. it seems extremely understaffed and very busy at peak hours, which isn t the fault of the employees, but the rude and unhelpful upper management seems to not care about the staff and customers altogether. will most likely be seeking out another location to frequent instead.

I gave you 2 stars even though your food is delicious. First of all this is a great product if it was managed better. The lobby were the tables are used was messy and dirty. The tables were sticky and they need a good wipe down. The juices in the juice container need to be refilled. Some of the popular ones were completely empty. When it was my turn to order the did not have le till or pita chips. They were out of alot of ingredients. Everyone is working but not efficiently. The food is delicious but the experience was bad. The cashier is handling money and serving food. I only saw her change her gloves after handling 3 customers money. If you work out your help and staffing issues you will have so many mew customers

Unfortunately, my experience at CAVA was far from satisfactory. The hygiene standards were appalling, with dirty tables, a filthy drink area, and grimy floors. Behind the counter, the situation didnt improve, as there were food splatters on the walls and ceiling, along with dusty air vents above the food. While waiting in line I also noticed dirty glass doors leading into the kitchen, a grill caked with black buildup, and fryers coated in dark residue. None of these items looked like they have been detailed or cleaned properly. Additionally, the practice of stacking food inserts without washing them and failing to properly rotate food items was concerning. Around all of the food inserts product was messy and not clean as we went through the line. They would just dump new food on top of old cooked food. Lettuce stored in the left of the fridge was left uncovered, and there were doubts about the cleanliness of cutting boards and knives just sitting there. Overall, the lack of cleanliness on the floors and countertops further compounded the disappointing experience.

I wanted to try this place. Not for me. I got the grilled chicken and rice bowl. I guess youre supposed to mix it all up but then it cant becomes super soggy. Id rather have my Greek food deconstructed. Its pricey and more of a concept. Chipotles burrito bowls are much better.

I really love the food but as for the customer service not so great. My bro and I were in there just before they closed, and the items to choose from were low. One would think they would give you a little more topping since the choices were few, and they claim they serve fresh food daily, nope. They skimpy with their portions. The kid was too busy trying to socialize with his co-workers instead of trying to explain what the items they had left. Oh I forgot to mention the menu board was turned off or broken while we were there and the kids claimed he knew the menu by heart so he can make what ever we wanted from the menu we could only 1/2 see. That does nobody good when it is your first time. I am glad the food spoke for itself, and my bro enjoyed the food, but he let me hear how bad the customer service was compared to Idaho. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, they have HC parking, but other people tend to double park, and the lot is always full.

My wife and I are from Phoenix and were visiting family in the East L.A. area. Knowing that we love Mediterranean food, they wanted to take us to have dinner to Cava. Just walikng into the restraunt it smelled great from the meats cooking on the grill. The set up is similar to Chiptole but with alot more selections of veggies and greens.After selecting our choose your own bowl, Nate was super friendly, informative and help make the experience of this awesome place even more enjoyable!!! We went to cava yesterday at the first time with my Husband and I got the balsamic date chicken and my husband got the harissa bowl it was just perfect the flavor of the bowl and surely we will be back again and the pineapple mint drink was so refreshing.

when we first ate at cava it was amazing because their food was delicious, their servers especially metzie was very helpful especially in choosing food. I came back to my friend and metzie took care of us even more and let us try the other recipe of bowls menu, harrisa honey chicken is really good, the cucumber mint is really good if you need suggestion for a juice.

Tuesday @ 7pm. This place was super packed, tables are not just dirty they are covered in a film of filth. Beverage fountain out of order. Multiple items missing from both of our orders. If you can take the drive to another Cava location, do it! Will never return to this location.

The falafels were dried out and very hard. The tables need some deep cleaning (try some GooGone), and the soda machine only gave colored water. I told the staff and it didnt get fixed, nor did they offer compensation (a bottled soda, or money back that was paid for the soda). If this had been my only experience with Cava, I would never go back!

Really enjoyed the flavors but the rice was way undercooked. Basically raw and crunchy. Same with the lentils. It hurt my teeth to try and finish the bowl. Unacceptable to serve undercooked and crunchy rice. Vegetarian options: There s some vegetarian options but not a ton. Parking: It s busy from 4-8pm because of the EOS fitness across the lot.

Service was terrible. Placed an online order for 3 meals for a company meeting. Placed the order at 10:45am to be ready for 12 noon. I arrived at the location at 11:55 and even went next door to the Coldstone. When I went into Cava and checked the order shelf, did not find my order. Tried to be patient so got in line to see when my order would be ready. They told me they hadnt even started it, there were 3 other people standing with me waiting for online orders as well. Since I paid online I had no choice but to wait. I did not get my food till 12:27pm. No apology, or explanation as to why my food was delayed. I see from the other reviews that this is a common issue with this location. I have no plans to return.

The food is excellent! As for the customer service they were extremely helpful explaining how the Bowl and Pita works. They also have kids meals which was perfect since I brought my kids. They serve good portions to where Im not too full or hungry. I definitely recommend CAVA to everyone!

I had take out. I ordered the harissa avocado. The chicken had a good flavor, however there were tiny pieces of bone. The rice was under cooked and crunchy. So every bite was ruined. I also ordered a side of pita and spicy feta dip. The serving size was disappointing. The dip was about 2 tablespoons, if not less and the pita was just half a pita. For the price I will not be ordering from there again. I was looking for a good Mediterranean restaurant near by. -Feeling disappointed

Brandy the manager was great! We had some problems with a coupon reward, and she handled it quickly & efficiently. I know it can stressful to work on those things for all parties involved, especially when its busy. And boy was it busy! Cavas the hip and happening place to eat food in a bowl. Its build-your-own style, like Subway or Chipotle, which I love. And their recipes you can choose instead are all fabulous. The interior is cute in an Instagram-able way, but without a lot of indoor seating, its best to get it as takeout. I suggest dressing on the side. Generous employees can get a little heavy handed, and things tend to get soggy by the time youve driven home to eat. Overall, clean and quick and polite. Its a Friday night staple when I dont feel like cooking.

Placed an online order before noon on a Wednesday. 2 bowls and a pita. One of the bowls was customized to exclude feta because it is for my daughter, who is allergic to dairy. I received the email confirmation saying the order would be ready at 12:15pm. I arrived around 12:20 and when I asked about the order I was informed oh, someone made a big catering order and its gonna be a while I stood and waited until just before 1pm when the order was ready. A simple (even insincere) sorry for the wait or thanks for your patience would have went a long way, but without a word they just handed me the bag and I went on my way. The only reason Im posting this is because after the 1 hour + since ordering the food I get home and they did in fact include feta in my daughters order so she wasnt able to eat it.

Very good concept of Mediterranean food. You may not fully understand the concept if your first time. They have a few set items but you can fully do your own thing. Very much like a poke bowl or a Chinese two-item combo. Pick your base, your dips, and two main items. The spicy items do have a kick. Nothing too bad, but for sensitive palettes like my wife s it was a surprise. I loved the meatballs and the falafel. The super greens are crisp and crunchy. No soggy lettuce. The dips, eggplant, hummus, etc. are fresh and flavorful. The place is super busy for lunch but the line moves quickly. Customers are diverse in age and trends, more on the young hipster crowd. 5 miles from our house so we need to drive. That may limit our visits, but this is a target for a custom bowl. The staff is helpful and welcoming but just a bit rushed.

I ve been craving mediterranean food for some time now but im the only one in my fam who enjoys it. I was craving something light so i was going to chipotle when i seen this place finally opened. It was pretty crackin so i thought id try it. Very similar to chipotle but in a Mediterranean way. My bowl was delish and it hit the spot. The pita chips were so good to. My favorite was the fountain bar the cucumber mint lime water was my favorite an the jasmine tea. I love the ice to it s similar to in n out. (I have a thing for certain ice) I paid 19 something for my meal I thought a little high for 1 person but it is better for you so i get it. My lemon chicken was good. I ll be going again unless i get bad service. Other than that nothing to report Vegetarian options: Great place for vegetarians Kid-friendliness: They have kids combos. Great option for kids that like to eat clean or need to transition to healthier choices.

Food was just ok and the portions were really little. We were still hungry after eating here. The staff wasnt friendly and didnt know the menu. Not what I was expecting.

Food is okay. Portions are extremely small. Two very pitiful scoops of meat. Even skimpy on the rice which is dirt cheap to serve. To go bowl was about half way full after they finished packing it. Cost me 25 dollars at the end. Either need to increase portion size or reduce price. Will not be coming back. Plenty of Mediterranean places where you can get much more and higher quality food for cheaper

I ve never heard of CAVA until this location opened up near my home, I see a lot of people visit this establishment so I thought I take a gander at it. Food was good and tasty, I like it because it s more healthy and I ve been planning to eat Mediterranean food. So yes I recommend this spot if you are interested in something new and flavorful!

Was so excited having a cava right outside the gym! However the attitude from the girls who work here makes it so uncomfortable to even come back and eat. Attitude for no reason?! Atleast the food was good!

I give this place an 8/10, would come back here again and try something else on their menu BUT i did enjoy it! This was my first time going, and u got their lemon chicken bowl, which is some greens, chicken, hummus, and other added toppings such as corn, roasted tomatoes etc. and a dressing of your choice. I just got the dressing that it had listed on their menu. My wife got the chicken and RightRice bowl. And their drink selection is insane! They have some good Mexican Cola which i highly recommend getting. If you have IBS or other food allergies definitely look into the spices they use, you may or may not want to eat here depending on the spices they cook the food with. Overall it was pretty good, we finally have Mediterranean food thats near us! Come have a taste if youve never had Mediterranean food before!

First time here and Im really glad I stumbled upon this place. Ive been craving Mediterranean food for quite some time and I have been wanting to eat healthier food. I tried their chicken + avocado pita and also I created my own bowl. Very fresh, flavorful and colorful. I enjoyed the spicy lamb and falafel too. I also enjoyed their cucumber lime mint juice. Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options to choose from.

I visited Cava for the first time last night, and it was fantastic! The food was fantastic, and the service was outstanding! I was touched by the joy on everyones faces, especially that of the employee Mia who went out of her way to make my experience pleasant and simple.

Once again a wonderful experience here, the food was delicious and fresh.
