Came here to try their coffee and it did not disappoint. This establishment has a very cozy feel and their selection is great. I third the Surfing USA and I loved the coconut flavor. There's plenty of room to sit inside, but plenty of room as well outside the back.

Stumbled upon Montague Brothers on our way out to Temecula and walked into an atmosphere of pure light! Of course the natural lighting was part of it, but it was truly a gem. Live music, lovely decor, and an weightlessness in the air. The woman taking orders at the counter was so welcoming and very kind-- the owner herself, Nicole! Coffee was 10/10 delicious with locally sourced milk (sweater weather in cappuccino form and in an iced latte 😍) and the pumpkin muffin was the picture of leaning into this new fall season!

Happily surprised to find Montague Brothers Coffee! I tried an iced mocha and the Wesley sandwich. Would re order both of those, especially the Wesley sandwich. Delicious food/coffee, great vibes, and kind baristas!

Both impressed with their matcha. It’s weak and not properly stirred so it’s milk with chunks of matcha powder in dissolved. Flavor is good quality but I shouldn’t have to sit and store for 5 min to make it drinkable when tin coats $8. (See photo)

I'm only give this place three star because I've come here twice and I didn't like the coffee It's just not good to me. The bagel was ok to . The staff was very friendly and they did have a guy play live music that was nice . table was all dirty with crumbs . The establishment looks clean just maybe they just need to keep up cleaning the tables after people are done. Over all just ok coffee place .

Review as of 08/24- I'm honestly disappointed the service is reverting back again. 2 of the baristas were very nice and we had gone early enough to get drip coffee as my husband prefers and they took his travel mug and said it would take 5 minutes to brew a new pot because it was already cold. I understand if their policy may not be to keep fresh hot drip coffee after 10am (which seems to be the latest you can order it and receive it hot) but we waited for almost 20 minutes thinking it was just busy in there. Nope. A 3rd barista with a down attitude waited until my husband went to inquire to tell him they changed their minds and would not be brewing another pot after all. She didn't even offer to refund it- we had to ask for it. This 3rd barista also seems to be the only one who consistently gives us attitude. At this rate this will be my last update here. I'm no longer interested in giving this place another chance. I'll be driving to downtown Murrieta to support the local coffee shops there instead.

My update from 4 months ago: very happy to say we've come back a week later for our usual Sunday coffee and the atmosphere is much more welcoming! Upon walking in the staff looked much more relaxed instead of irritated and when noticing customers immediately welcoming with either smiles or a "be right with you/how can i help you". Also tried the raspberry cookies today and we are hooked- so delicious! Keep up the good work!

Edit: thank you to the owner for the generous offer of gift certificate and prompt response to correcting these issues. We will be happy to come back to Montague again and I will update my review for a hopefully better experience soon.

We keep coming back to Montague cuz it's close by and when it's done right it's good coffee. Been pretty disappointed the last several times we've been. Staff always looks irritated when we've come up to the counter, most of the time we get no greeting if we are waiting (like just saying hey be with you in a second has happened maybe 3 times out of the last dozen including today), they knowingly serve cold drip instead of keeping the pot hot and frehs through the day- we've gotten cold drip served to us many times earlier in the day but today it was the latest we've come in and it was still 2 hours before closing and the coffee was again cold (as cold as my freaking cold brew) and when asked to get a cup of the other coffee or brew a fresh pot they insisted on just steaming the coffee we already had to heat it up instead because as they exactly stated "the other pot is cold too" so they knew they were serving cold coffee when it was expressly ordered as hot?? I would rather just drive and wait forever in line at Dutch Bros and get consistent good customer service and consistent quality of coffee, which is really a damn shame because we love the coffee here- when it's brewed and kept properly.

Yay! Cool coffee place. Love the coffee smell as we walk in. T-shirts for sale! Live music spot also. The Wildomar was very good tasting. Salesclerk was pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed the entire experience.

We LOVE coffee, always buying local and from a roaster. My family was visiting friends in the area and they took us to Montague Brothers, we loved it so much I started to ship their coffee to Texas! I switched from our local roaster because of the organic Chiapas.

Good food and good people. They have live music a couple days a week and plenty of seating. They have a decent book selection too even including kids books. Parking: If there s not enough parking in their lot there is a big lot next door. Wheelchair accessibility: Both front and rear doors are wheelchair accessible.

The avocado toast was next level! My wife had their ham sandwich which I m not normally a fan of ham and I had a bite and it was crazy good too. I was thrilled that they had raw milk as an option because I love raw milk and I ve never had that as an option for my coffee. The syrups were fantastic. I ended up getting a container of coffee beans too and they were super good and flavorful. Also the merch was super cute great colors that totally fit my house. Just a great experience all together glad we were told about it. I felt crazy driving all the way to Wildomar for coffee but it was really worth the drive. Also they have a cute patio are out back if you have your dog. It had lots of benches and shade from trees and there were little birds it was super cute.

Im sort of a nature hermit and have excellent coffee at home so when I DO decide to drive down the hill to civilization Montague s is my go to! Never fails- delicious coffee, yummy food offerings and a local smiley welcoming vibe. Owners are a really sweet family. The bourbon cold brew -omg yes please!!! Support this roaster. If youre a transplant from the OC, this family punches at Diedrichs/Kean level on beans (almost ). Its a place to get your supply. Price is in the ballpark, especially for what you get. BTW - A little hard to spot on first visit. Persist

Delicious coffee and community centered business. I cannot say enough about the quality and taste of this coffee. We exclusively purchase our beans for espresso at home from Montague Brothers. I trust their process for roasting and testing for mold. I also travel with this coffee.

Ive been wanting to come here for MONTHS. My husband and I finally stopped in and Im so glad we did. Amazing atmosphere, people, and coffee. What a great little coffee shop with inviting people, and the best coffee to wake up my tired soul. Cafe ambiance involves everything from lighting and sound to décor and color and this little cafe delivers. This cafe gives a smooth and welcoming mood. They play live music and also provide an outdoor seating area to enjoy your coffee outdoors. Everyone is kind and very professional, you will not feel ignored, in fact they make you feel like family. This is my go to coffee shop for a cortado. They make it just like I like it. The coffee flavor makes a huge difference too. I have had it elsewhere, but its not the same. I normally ask for a decaf cortado, with heavy cream, as I cannot drink regular coffee. The service is great, friendly and I love their Wildomar breakfast sandwich, my favorite. This is the best family-owned coffee shop in Wildomar. Although I dont live in Wildomar, I dont mind the drive from Murrieta. Its worth it for me as I am always greeted with a smile. It makes a huge difference. I am all for supporting local family-owned businesses wherever I am and Montague Coffee Shop is one of them. Every day the owner posts a video in their FB page and I always look forward to watching them. The videos have a warm, family feeling to them. When you go to Montague, its like going to an extension of your home. Check it out!

This place is awesome! We recently found it and are super happy we did. It is a hidden gem. Coffee is delicious and they have holiday style drinks throughout the months. The breakfast food is seriously incredible. The eggs- the breakfast sandwiches, pastries- all amazing. The staff is super friendly and they work quickly. Great inside vibe and outdoor seating is better than any other coffee shop you ll find. Live music on weekends too. I wish Wildomar had more places like this for dinner/happy hour because local spots like this are the best.

I don t live in town, but anytime I m visiting my sister-in-law we always sneak away from the kids and come here to grab their affogatos. We ve tried them at other places and nothing seems to compare to here. Also, we came close to closing time the last visit and the girls welcomed me without complaint and were so kind and friendly.

When I moved to Lake Elsinore I wasnt sure where Id be able to go for coffee. Luckily, it didnt take me long to discover Montague Brothers, which is conveniently located minutes from the I-15 entrance. The food and drinks here are fairly priced and exceptional taste. My go-tos are the blueberry muffin (possibly the best blueberry muffin Ive ever had) or the Bundy sandwich (unfortunately named but an exceptionally flavorful vegetarian sandwich) Very lucky to have this local coffee shop!

I absolutely LOVE this coffee house, the atmosphere is so cozy and they are like their own little community. While I was there a local woman dropped off handmade sourdough bread that people were literally waiting to buy they almost sold out immediately! They had live music Fri, Sat and sundays from 9:30-10:30 and the whole atmosphere was like everyone knows everybody. The staff is friendly and the owners are amazingly sweet people, they put so much thought and heart into their business. The coffee is delicious!! I got a s mores iced latte, they have a fun special drink menu if you are down to try something new and I had a breakfast sandwich which was so delicious made fresh right there. Definitely my new fav place! Also! They have an adorable patio in the back!

The coffee and atmosphere really get me. The food use to really struggle, but it seems like they are slowly but surely improving the food quality. I love grabbing a coffee, sitting in the cozy leather couch, and reading all the old time city books.

My family is fairly new to the area and after doing some research of local privately owned businesses, I came across this gem. I am a coffee drinker and have certainly had my share of variety. This one ranks near the top of the list for me. So far, I have tried their medium roast as well a cappuccino and they were phenomenal. I ve come to learn that they do their own roasting as well. The flavor certainly comes through. The service is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I love the atmosphere as well. It s very laid back nicely appointed. I will definitely be coming back frequently for years to come.

Visited today with my mom. We ordered one hot dark chocolate latte and a hot honey cinnamon latte. My latte was delicious (dark chocolate)but my mom didnt like hers. She said it didnt taste sweet enough. She did enjoy her carrot muffin and I enjoyed my cream cheese bagel . Limited parking. Small space inside but it works. Beautifully decorated with patio space in the back. Prices were fair. Baristas were patient and nice. Good customer service! Quite busy.

The best thing thats happened to Riverside County. They really brought both peace & the community together. The staff is always so friendly & welcoming, The Food & Coffee are delicious. Theyre Hot Pumpkin Latte with A (Wildomar Sandwich) are my go to while I have some Devotional time. If you like the sun they have an outdoor patio or if your trying to get some work done the inside has couches, tables Knook with outlets all around. This place is Highly recommended. Came to try out this coffee house we recently found out about today and we have to say, the coffee was EXCELLENT. Dark roast yet very smooth. I enjoy doing coffee reviews, especially when the coffee is ON POINT like it was here at Montague Brothers! If you are in the area and want some delicious coffee, I recommend this coffeehouse. I was so excited to hear my friends were opening their own business and its a coffee shop! The owners have been perfecting their coffee way before they started their business. Family run and expertly done. I honestly cannot be more impressed with this little coffee shop that could. I wasnt prepped for this level of service and taste, but this shop is now one of my favorite morning stops. I hope the Montague will be in business for years to come. The Wildomar Sandwich had some of the freshest ingredients Ive ever tasted. Coffee and sandwiches for us, hot chocolate and tea with muffins for the kids. Absolutely in love.

Update: We got a very nice reply from the owner regarding our review. He really wants to be able to please everyone. He explained about his coffee and invited us back to try, complimentary, their milder blends. Thank you for the reply I guess I was expecting more. The coffee was extremely strong. I was expecting real bagels. These tasted like just bread shaped as a bagel. When I asked if someone could wipe off the table, they asked if it was sticky. I said yes and their response was, I can wipe it off but it will still be sticky. I told her that there were crumbs on it too. She then wiped it off. Its a good place to go to meet for coffee though if you like strong coffee. They do have a couple of couches to sit on. Parking: Small parking lot. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp to door

Pleasant surprise. Area around shop isnt the best but with that said very nice inside. Shared a sugar free brownie, very good. Tried the affogato. Definitely a dessert drink and well made. I would definitely recommend this place. Nice change from Starbucks.

Great coffee, apple pies is a must have, and order their sandwiches with a jalapeño cheese bagel. Family owned business, nice owners and employees, pleasant environment to be in, good place to study, and they allow dogs.
