The food was good. It took a very long time getting our hot subs. We ordered online 40 minutes before arriving and waited another 15 minutes when we arrived.

If you are craving a meatball sub. This is where you wanna go. The sandwich was a bit expensive considering it is just one sandwich but they definitely make sure you get your money’s worth. The meatball sub was absolutely massive. Not only was this sandwich filling but it was also amazing. Bread, meat and cheese is already a pretty unbeatable combination but the way they assembled these ingredients is a true work of art.
5/5 highly recommend.

These Italian subs are sooo good! We ordered The Godfather and Patty's Melt both loaded and on crusty roll, delicious! They also have platters, party subs and more. The service is okay but could be friendlier. The food makes up for it all though, very satisfying. We ordered by phone and our order was ready when we arrived, no wait time is a plus. Definitely recommend.

Took me 5 years to grab another sandwich apparently. The godfather was quite delicious. The husband got the Dillinger sub. We split the sandwiches 50/50 but the Godfather was my favorite! I had been working on getting rid of a craving I had for an Italian sandwich. The Dillinger was ok, too much caraway for my liking but I know that is a specific personal preference. Used DoorDash delivery- totally worth it!

Best little deli in Topanga! Fast and kind service. The place is clean. It has tables to dine in. No restrooms available for costumers. Fair prices. They use Boar’s head meats. Accessible for wheelchairs. The club super sub was delicious and big enough for 2 of us to eat.

Probably the best Italian sub I've ever had. And I've had a lot. I'd just never been to this one.

Ordered the godfather and this sandwich is a beast. The employees warned me (in a nice way) that it's a lot of food, but I knew what I was getting into.

Half the sandwich left me absolutely stuffed, and I am stoked that I can have the same meal for dinner.

Got the crunch roll and it's damn good bread. The meats are laid thick and taste amazing. The veggies and seasonings are just perfection. And everyone who worked there was so nice and so friendly.

If you want a fantastic sub, come here, but plan on sharing it with a friend or having the second half for dinner, if you get one of the super subs.

I have no complaints about the food.. This review is for Dasher and Uber Eats drivers. Make sure your order is complete. Double check because they close the bag and if an item is missing. They take no responsibility saying it is their fault. And also that the restaurant is punctual preparing the orders because it is also bad service to not deliver the complete order. Guys at cicraccas Italian Deli. Be more organized with your staff. This mistake cost me a lot just for one missing item.

Took my money, didnt give me my sandwich, made me wait, when I showed them my receipt and asked for my food they said they didnt have it and had no record of it in their system and couldnt do anything for me (despite my physical proof of the transaction) but make me wait while they made another sandwich but I had to go back to work and asked for my money back instead. They said their manager was not available to authorize that and to basically shove off. They did do me the courtesy of writing my name down (incorrectly) so I could come back and speak to their manager on my own time without telling me when that time might be. I find this service unacceptable and its why I will never patronize their establishment again. I now have to take my own personal time to deal with this through my bank to dispute the transaction and get my money back. The worst part though was waiting for my lunch hour and not getting any lunch. Even with an apology and my money back I would never return. I strongly recommend others do the same to avoid similar treatment. Edit: I am updating this review to confirm that the owner did find and cancel the transaction. I still will not be returning or accepting their offer of a free meal, seems like the quickest way I could get my food spit in short of insulting the people working at a drive thru before ordering my food.

By far the best meatball sub I ve ever had. Got stuck in traffic for 45mins on the way home, and it was still hot and the bread was crispy and fresh. Added some cherry peppers to bring some heat and it was a good call. 10/10 can t wait to try some of their cold cuts.

My name is Nicco and I think I order from here about 4-5 days a week. Criccas is the goat of Italian subs. It was so good I actually did an order for pickup just to see the goats at work. I really thought Jersey Mikes was good, but Criccas is the definition of GREAT. I had no intentions of leaving a review until I saw some scrubs leaving slander in the reviews. This place is 5-star. Idc if you didn t get tomatoes or someone gave you an attitude. Just be grateful this place even exist.

The meatball sandwich was decent but the cheese definitely needed to be melted a little more. The Italian Cold Cut sandwich was pretty disappointing. Its a lot of bread and very little filling. The most annoying thing was that I had ordered it with the works but it had no tomato on it at all and exactly six tiny little pepperoncini peppers. Interestingly enough, the last time I was there a few years back, the tomatoes were also left off of my sandwich and when I asked about it, I was told there was a tomato shortage. They did have them but were only giving them to customers who complained?! For the price of the sandwich, I would have definitely liked all of the ingredients to be on it, and in sufficient quantity to notice them. Unfortunately, I had taken my sandwich to go and didnt notice until well after the shop was closed. Overall, the sandwiches are edible but not memorable.

Today, I went to get the customers food from this shop. As usual, I went to ask if my customers food was but Kashirs hand was a young girl, of course, she is always there and always shouts and exposes in the distance. He walked away and threw it on my face and said that now I will send a message to Dardasht to get you out. Why did you ask? I should have called you whenever I saw you. Go get lost. Then he told Dardasht again that the address is 4876 Topanga Blvd.

Update March 4, 2022 okay, this place is seriously becoming my new addiction. Lol. Turkey Bacon Ranch, loaded, on soft bread. Try it. It will change your life. Lots of turkey, bacon ontop, and that red onion with deli mustard is the POW. Its zippy, zesty, tangy, cooling (from the lettuce & tomato). This is umami in a sandwich. I mean, Im speechless. Oh!! And those cannoli I love so much, regular or chocolate-dipped, fu get ta bout et! Im at Criccas twice a week now its so frickn good. The regular cannoli. More Savory than sweet. The sugar level is mild, and its good. Real goooood. Perfect crunchy shells too (theyre fresh), and the right amount of ricotta. I can tell they strained the Ricotta to get the moisture level just right. This extra step takes Time, Love and Care. You get that feeling when you walk in the door Criccas. The girl restocking the beverages today greeted us with a warm smile and a hello when we walked in the door. Its like they took that good energy, and wrapped it up into a cannoli. And thus here we are. I feel the love, and you will too. **Update** Feb 24, 2022 Today I tried Criccas sandwiches. Turkey, Roast Beef, Pastrami OR Turkey, Roast Beef, Salami? I dont think a photo does these two sandwiches Justice. So I had to buy and try them both. Lol. The softness of the bread really makes the entire experience exquisite. Its chewy, it has a good stretch to it when you bite into the sandwich, and really is how a sandwich should be. The staff at the counter, on point. Always smiling. Criccas is becoming my favorite treat. Visit this place, and often. Tell a friend. I brought my cousin! Early Feb 2022 This is just a partial review, since I only came in here for a few cannoli after getting a pizza across the street at Amecis. But dont get me wrong, people are getting sandwiches to eat there and to go left and right. Thats next on my list, and Ill update this review afterwards. How are the cannoli? I went for the smaller chocolate-dipped ones. Absolutely delicious! Way way better than Cavaretta. Ugh, I HATE that place by the way. See my review on there separately. So back to the cannoli. Theyre good, really good. I like the fact that theyre not too sweet at all. The shell is FRESH for that good crunch, and you can tell they were just made that morning. Omg, YES, and the chocolate coating really gave them a nice smooth finish. You can also get the cannoli without the chocolate. But when in Rome, right? Price: as of February 2022, the little small chocolate covered ones are $2 each. Totally worth the price. If you really want to do it up, like youre on a break at work, or on a date with their significant other, pop on over next door and get an ice cream at Cup & Cone. Now youre talking sugar rush. Parking: the deli is located inside of a little strip mall. So theres like at least 20 or 30 parking spaces shared between a few businesses. Usually theres always a space or two available.

Great sub. They said it was a small, I had 1/2 lunch and the other for dinner, plenty for both. Very tasty, lots inside and love the crunchy roll. And dont forget the canola, yummy. The frosting on the cake was the staff, fast, efficient and friendly.

Food is terrific, BUT customer service is HORRIBLE!!! They are rude and make no effort to apologize for their mistakes. Such a shame!!! Ive ordered sandwiches and salads and have specifically requested to omit certain items, but orders are incorrect. This has happened to my last three orders without any regard to my allergies! Today was the last straw when no dressing came with my salad. I was told by a very rude woman that I just need to eat the salad without dressing, because they wont deliver it to me. There are many other Italian Delis and sandwich shops in the area that are far more worthy of your business.

I enjoyed my sub from Criccas. On a Friday, during lunch tim, the deli was pretty busy - which is usually a great sign that youre at a high quality place. I didnt have to wait more than 10 minutes after ordering for my sandwich. The menu has a large variety of options, but I wish items that are vegetarian were more clearly marked (I could only see 2 options initially). I ordered the Caprese Panini, which was great. The ingredients were all fresh (mozzarella, basil and tomatoes). Also would be nice to know if they have special combo prices with chips and a drink.

I originally started writing a bad review because my wifes sandwich was wrong after getting it all the way home. But I should have given them a call first. The customer service by far is AMAZING. We live across the valley from them and I didnt have time to go back to have them replace it, however after calling them and speaking to Kevin on the phone he fixed everything and went above and beyond what I expected him to do. I will definitely go back and refer this sub shop to anyone.

Today at 6/20 I went in at 4:03p. They were kind to take my order after closing. When I arrived home I took my large #12 out and half of it fell to the floor!! Usually Delis would tape it but I found out the hard way. I called them at 4:47p and a man picked up after I left a phone message. He said we never tape up the paper. Never again will I go here!!!

Just met up with a client in Westlake and exited Topanga Canyon thinking where can I eat right now and I remembered theres this amazing sub place in the valley Im not really a bread fan or deli but this spot is fersure one of the BEST Deli around the area! They have fantastic customer service as well. Dont be intimidated by the white bald dude in the cashier, he might look ferocious at first but hes a really nice guy and gentle. We ended up having a great conversation actually lol On that note, I highly recommend this place to everyone :)

Best deli sandwiches I ve ever had (outside of NY)! They use Boar s Head meats and cheeses so everything is top notch. Their bread is always super fresh.

Best cold cuts in the valley. That crusty bread is SO GOOD. Rons Special is the way to go.

THE BEST ITALIAN DELI IN THE VALLEY! Dont waste time elsewhere. Their crispy bread is DELICIOUS with any cold or warm sandwich. My favorite: Al Capone

Great sandwiches, the person I believe to be the owner, came outside and said hi to our dog, later he came out again with some slices of meat and asked if he could feed her.

Best little deli in Topanga! Fast and kind service. The place is clean. It has tables to dine in. No restrooms available for costumers. Fair prices. They use Boar s head meats. Accessible for wheelchairs. The club super sub was delicious and big enough for 2 of us to eat.

A solid Italian sub joint. Not the best Ive had, but very good. Four stars. If youre debating it, go for it. Good cannolis too.
