Overpriced terrible automotive section. I come here everyday and everyday I see their worker hanging out with his wife or relative in the blue car and they other guy in his grey truck the guy just hangs out with him on the company dime and cart. Could you tell this guy he can have family time when he gets off “work” because he doesn’t do any… I stayed here an hour and a half as did they and showed no signs of work at all I’m pretty sure it’s not a lunch break as it’s 145 pm I got here at 1210 and he hasn’t moved and inch who does he work for they need to be informed that this dude does this every day the blue and grey trucks are here everyday and he’s always sitting there talking doing absolutely 0. Edit came back June 20 a new employee doing same thing sat here an hour and they decide to hang out by me talking the whole time no work was done by worker. Please report this to the people that employ this guy

Today, 9/8/24, around 1:05 PM, the lady supervising the self-checkout lanes, yelled while half-pointing with her whole arm at the self-checkout registers, “Self-checkout is open over here if you just use your eyes!!” in the most unprofessional, condescending tone I’ve EVER heard used in any retail establishment. What an unnecessary display of her own unhappiness. Very disappointing as I’m a die-hard Target customer who truly relishes my trips to Target. Time for some re-training or put this woman on order pick-up duty wearing any color besides red as she has no business interacting with guests. No “thank you”, no “did you find what you were looking for?” and definitely no “would you like to sign up for a target red card?” Just an annoyed woman determined to make sure everyone knows.

Target has most things that we need. It’s easy and convenient especially the pick up feature. They are organized and have a great return policy. A lot of their stuff whether it be food or clothing is good quality.

Too many dogs are allowed into the Woodland Hills store. Target is not a dog park. This is a safety hazard for the public. Not fair to the dogs, they often look stressed.

This is definitely the worst Target, I ve ever been to. January 3, 2024 I spent 303.00 in the store, The clerk charged my card twice, Leaving on 12.00 on my EBT card for the month. I ve a 14 year old son and 4year old daughter, I take care of. We are still struggling over that lost hut my family livelihood. How you gonna charge my card twice, Then refusing to return my money. You store is never getting my business and I ll see y all in court soon. Never shop where they don t care about you.

I bought a black Sony wireless earbuds, but what s in the box was the Apple AirPods charging case with black 3rd party cover with no earbuds. This item was purchased a person named Ellis T on May 22 and returned. I tried to return the item, but the Woodland Hills store refused it because of the box and the item inside didn t match. That s why I returned but the store staff, especially the security guy who mainly deals with me was terrible. He did not listen to me, did not believe me, and did not treat me like human being. I was treated like a criminal in front of all store guests. The security guy didn t check the item were once returned by Ellis T, also he told I didn t not purchase this item and said you are lying, grab this and get out of here now! even I showed my Target app that proof of purchase (last 4 digits of Redcard matches). And the store never explained why this happened.

Shop her if you dont mind being harassed going in & out by the teens selling candy for a school fundraiser. I come here at least once a week, and almost every time I come here theres a solicitor. Its ridiculous store management allows this and hasnt done anything about it, and it makes me not want to shop here.

Careful, do not buy a phone here! The tech guys dont know what theyre talking about. Theyll tell you its an unlocked phone when in fact its a universal phone that gets locked to the carrier you choose. I had to go to the AT&T Store and let the supervisor explain it to me because no one knew about it at target. The second star is because the refund at least worked well and got all the items refunded.

The workers here are terrible, lazy gen-yers. They close the store before their listed hours, shut the dressing room 4 hours before closing and seemingly don t want to actually do any work. Not sure how this generation will accomplish much. I can only imagine how much profit is lost at this store. I remember working in retail staying till the very last customer left, sometimes and hour after closing. Avoid this one.

I go in for a pomade for my boyfriend and theres only one on the shelf. Unfortunately someone decided to test it without buying it. So I walk around to locate an employee and I ask her if she could check if there were more in stock, maybe in the back somewhere. She informs me that there are 11, perfect, so I ask her if I may please get 2. Thinking she was going to check in the back. She asks if there were anymore in the home location, in my mind Im confused Why would I be asking if there are more. So she walks over to the aisle, to wrong the bay and just stares at the price tag confused and just says how strange. I inform her its actually the last bay in the aisle. We walk over -.- she just continues to stare at the home location saying thats weird it says theres 11 on the floor. Clearly its not on the shelf and instead going to check in the back or at least find someone with a less confused face. she just continues to stare at the shelf like theyll magically appear.-. Am the shelf like theyll magically appear.-. Am I wrong or if it says on the floor and its not in the home wouldnt be in the back ? Normally I have great experiences without issue but I really needed one and instead of offering maybe a small markdown for the inconvenience she asks if it wasnt to urgent she could check a different location. It was urgent which is why I bought it.

Guys, I don t go to target for two reasons and this location gave me a change of heart. Hear me out! This place carry s my bra size and so many bigger sizes, for most that s a hard thing to find, also they had a bigger variety of electronic plug thingies I needed for my tv to cable box connection. I seriously was so happy with this place I ended up walking through the WHOLE TARGET just to see what they had. Found my new fave location and I don t mind taking the extra drive with these gas prices!

I love Target. They always have great prices-including the option of name brand items or value items, great choices, always what youre looking for and what you dont realize you are looking for! I especially love how they take care of their employees, that makes me go there for some items I can find cheaper elsewhere, and is my one shop for everything except beer and my food shopping. Great variety of clothing section for women and children. Fast self checkout. Starbucks baristas are the most welcoming and kindest of the entire store. Target employees are not rude but very busy with putting out stock and cleaning so they dont have time to help customers. This store is always well stocked and very clean.

Whoever designed the parking lot, being elevated, never tested it for low front cars for example Toyta Prius! Every time I make left or right turn at the traffic light, Im getting honking from drivers behind me, who are with SUVs!!! Did anybody tested it before deciding? We had preordered an electronic device under my name for pick up and drove over an hour for arrival and was told by an employee named Stella at Woodland Hills Target (with glasses) that they had sold our item to another customer. Even though we had already purchased it under my name. Very disappointing. We asked for her to check if there were any in stock and for her to contact and have another target hold it for us..She walked back to the return/exchange desk with her female employees and then proceeded to be on their cellphones when there were other people in line. But, the most upsetting part is that, she used her personal cellphone to call the other targets instead I could ve called myself if that were the case. All women working on February 20th at 4:00p we re very rude and was very unprofessional. Very unfortunate and very disappointing in the service we had. Hope target can make a change.

Cashiers are very friendly, but being asked to sign up for a target credit card has become extremely annoying! Or donating for any and every holiday is excessive. I m not exactly sure why this location has cashiers in the aisles flagging you down to come to their line but it s annoying also. It s an unnecessary courtesy that s DUMB, who doesn t know the universal indicator for a cashiers line being open is their light is illuminated. Clearly Target is being run by executives that have never done the job of the in store employees and are implementing ideas that aren t helpful.

My shopping trip took less than 30 minutes. In that short time, I was greeted and/or acknowledged by 5 different Target employees!! I normally go to self checkout because at most stores the cashiers seem inconvenienced that Im there. Here, the cashier gestured to me that she wanted to help as she finished her previous customer. I remembered that I needed one last thing, the cashier encouraged me to leave my cart as I grabbed my last item. As I returned my cart, I heard an employee politely remind a customer that he needed a mask. Although they did not have all the items I needed and parking is a challenge, I still felt compelled to share my positive experience. This Target team sets the bar high. Thanks for the pleasant experience!

Easy return process. However, one bowl out of the four shipped was broken so I decided to replace my purchase at a local Target store. Since they didnt carry the item, I accepted a cash refund and just ordered another set online to be shipped. The problem is that the refund did not include shipping as there were other items purchased with the original online order. As a result, Im paying again for shipping for an item that was broken on delivery. Update as of 11/15/21: Got double charged for a single item. Make sure to review your receipt at the store otherwise its impossible to get hold of anyone via phone.

I don t usually do reviews for any good or bad experiences, but for my last visit to Target I must. First of all, I used to work in retail and now working in shopping center. I don t like to bother employees with small things, but on Tuesday October 26 I was looking for a birthday gift. The store were out of the doll I was looking for and chose another one but box was creased. So I approached man in home department, his name started with letter M (I wish I memorized it) but he was so polite and endurance with my request. He actually looked up a doll I was looking at first place, walked me to cash registers, where (I believe it was a supervisor or manager) lady with long black hair helped me to place order online, she got busy with another guest, but she made sure to get me another lady who helped me to finish my order. I received my order right a day before birthday party. I was beyond impressed with service, care, and friendly staff. Thank you so much guys, I hope your management will read this and you get a credit you deserve

Your stock is almost always very low. I come in with list of things I want and generally, I can only get a few of my listed items. This has happened with alcohol, your Target brand of vitamins, and also with both sizes of Kotex panty liners that I wanted. It happened so often with baby food that I now routinely buy it somewhere else. It seems outdated that I can only buy from my neighborhhood Target when I want an order delivered.

Target was not my favorite place to shop but it recently had a nice change in store and way of presenting its products. It also has the most high quality and affordable boys clothing collection I have find so far (still much less in quantity and quality than girls section). These changes has been positive. I still will never shop grocery there but for some small items, it can be a good option

The convienence of drive up and already prepared pick up is great. But, it is extremely unfortunate that Target thinks it is okay to pollute the planet by putting one or two items in each bag. They really need to revise the way they are contributing to EXCESSIVE and TOTALLY UNNECESSARY TRASHING OF THE PLANET with all the plastic bags!!!! Didnt we vote to get rid of these nasty things????

I received extremely good support for a recent purchase, and turned my frustrating buyer experience around 180. I want to thank Jose from Style from Woodland Hills (CA) Store for helping us find and reserve an item that was listed as In Stock online, but wasnt actually available. I drove 50 miles after seeing that a product (Mickey Mouse Cosco Stroller) was available - Delivery options were not ideal since we were only visiting LA. Jose took the time to find out why it wasnt in the store, explained the situation and gave us options for next steps. He then ensured that we could come back and pick one up at our best convenience. (I think) he noticed my daughter was wearing Minnie apparel head-to-toe, he reserved a MINNIE stroller even though it wasnt available online, and we were settling for Mickey. My daughter is beyond herself with happiness and would not get out of the stroller. This has been the best Target experience of my life, thank you so much.

Your in-house representative from AT&T who assisted me today, Gianna, helped me to the utmost of her wonderful abilities. Dont have a problem with shopping in store, my issue is with online ordering. I have ordered from several different Target its usually a 2 hour process or less, this store we are going on hour 3 and I only ordered 1 item, reached out and spoke with a person, they where not helpful at all! Still waiting in email for 1 item, getting ready to cancel the order, I could have picked it up already and been using it. This is ridiculous, when I first placed order it said 6 hours, its been 9 total. I recommend not doing order pick up with this Target.

The Woodland Hills store is going through some construction improvements but you can barely notice it. The store was clean and well stocked, I was surprised about the availability of the items I was shopping for. Also, all items and isles were really well organized. No long waiting lines and available cashiers were making sure you knew they were available. Super clean store!

While I was shopping, I found this adorable throw but it was open and unraveled. I wanted to find another, but couldnt. I saw Mary Lopez, one of the Target staff and asked for help. She was so sweet and even showed me that everything I was purchasing was 15%, and that I could save an extra 5% on the Red Circle app. I applied for the Target Credit Card today and Im really happy and satisfied with her service. She was such an angel.

I like target because of its a large size with a big selection but still manages to keep a smaller supermarket kind of feel; it feels more welcoming than many other large stores.

Today i had bad experience with a cashier she was rude and threw change at me i wouldve done something or speak to someone but i was in my lunch i had no time but i will call corporate office

Fast service and put everything in our trunk. Love the curbside pickup at Target. Very well organized with the Im On The Way option in he app to get everything quicker when you show up. Better than any other curbside pickup I have used.

Your employee Melby is amazing! She went over and beyond and wowed me. She made me feel like a VIP customer. She is exceptional and you are blessed to have her. She really impressed me and made target look absolutely fabulous. I am usually happy with all the staff at this location in Woodland Hills however, Melby really is a true asset to your team.

This location is not following any of the Covid-19 orders, the poor kid that was told not to count at the front entrance mumbled Oh my God we are breaking the law as people flooded in, litterally. I went to go in and over heard the kid because I dove out of the way of a wave of people entering. I left, but, WOW.

Small store, I came in looking for wide strap tank tops and organic pure aloe gel, got nothing but wine. Decent wine selection at least. Clothing section is sparse and unreliable. I ve seen more clothes at cvs in Malibu. Also it had the air of fear with a quarter of the store shelves empty of paper towel and toilet paper and cleaning products. Oh, and on the way out a cart boy rammed his carts past me at the exit with the look he might kill someone today. Yay.
