While the food was fantastic, service there was very slow.
It wasn't busy for a Monday night. There were plenty of servers working, but none came to our table. One of my party guests had to get up twice to order things from our table.
All in all it's a good place with great food and drinks.

Went out on a Saturday night with a group of 4 friends and had a fun experience!

This place is a vibe, great for date night or just hanging out. It gives high end sports bar, having multiple bar areas and plenty of tables for dining, flat screens on almost every wall with games and music videos playing, music playing in the background that creates a fun atmosphere!

Our server Kimberly was amazing! We had questions, she had answers. We wanted to swap out drinks, she allowed us to!

We spent $150.00 for 3 appetizers and 2 drinks a person (group of 4)! Photo of bill included.

Kids are allowed here before 7pm, we arrived at 8pm and a child with their parents were walking out and honestly it was weird.

Security checks your ID at the door like a lounge or club but you walk in to wait to be sat or find open seating at the bar.

I’d recommend this place for a fun night but not a mellow night! Enjoy at your own risk! lol

Racist! Walked in to be greeted by an unfriendly hostess. There were tables inside and she asked us inside or outside. We wanted to sit inside but she said there is a wait and did not even want to put us on a waitlist.since we were on a 4 hour drive returning back home to Temecula we said outside is fine. Outside smelled of urine and there were mosquitoes. We asked to be seated and were ok with waiting. To which the hostess said ok and then the wait staff retuned for an order and said we were not put on the waitlist. I requested again as the mosquitoes and bugs were too
We even requested some sort of insect repellent if they had any. By this time we had ordered and were
Left waiting with unfriendly waitstaff giving us an attitude! They clearly violate health codes with people

One of the few good places in the Valley to watch sports, eat good food, and socialize.
Large selections of beers domestic, important and locally made.
Love the sushi rolls and the crispy tuna.

Also good place just to hang out with friends .

I love this place it’s like 10 minutes away from where I live the vibe of the place all types of people , the music is always great food delicious and at a fair price and the drinks are strong and tasty.
I go there like every other week
I love ordering the baked salmon roll I always take it without the crab their tacos are good too and the cauliflower is tasty
The food there is really good American style food.
Bartenders are really nice to everyone and there are lots of regulars that come there which is fun cause everybody kinda knows everyone. So if you’re looking for a fun evening without driving far and especially that places around her close realllly early that’s your spot if you’re new in town or just visiting.
Best nights to go are Thursday, Friday and Saturday in my opinion and I.D is needed at the door even if you’re 40 lol they still ask for it so don’t forget your I.D.

We live in Thousand Oaks and wanted to try somewhere new so we drove to Woodland Hills, looked around, and landed here. Waitress was great, atmosphere was cool, food was pretty good, and prices weren t too bad compared to many overpriced places.

HQ is an awesome spot! The food is amazing, with tons of options to choose from, so theres something for everyone. The service is fantastic the staff is super attentive and really makes you feel welcome. The place has a cool vibe, with guitars and music artist paintings all around that give it a fun, unique feel. Its a very loud bar and seems like a fun place to drink and hangout. Crowd gets a little rowdy. Service is really great, at least in our experience. Food wasnt incredible but decent enough for a bar (fried pickles were a little bland and bbq chicken flatbread needed salt). Blackberry cocktail was good.

Ive been here before during the day and food is great and so is the atmosphere. I show up on a Monday night at 8pm just to be told that only 21 plus is allowed to go in. Every if its just to eat. This isnt a club. Its a family establishment. We werent trying to sit at the bar, we just wanted to have dinner with all adults. Terrible, never coming back. I prefer going to the Huntington location where we can show up at midnight and have no issues.

HQ is one of my favorite places to go for so many reasons, the first of which is the superior level of service and personal attention. Our bartenders Emily and Simon are always so welcoming, efficient in their work, and knowledgeable about both the food and drink menus. I love sitting at the bar and cracking jokes with both of them and it definitely shows when one of them is not there. They re like The Dynamic Duo and are always moving but never forget to check up on everyone who comes and goes. As a plus, I ve learned about so many new drinks and have tried different snacks and small plates because of Emily and Simon, per their recommendations. Favorites include the spicy tuna crispy rice, the edamame hummus with warm pita slices, and the short rib poutine!! HQ always has great music, amazing bartenders and delicious food. When you re there, you can t help but have fun! Vegetarian options: Great selection of vegetarian dishes! A personal favorite is the edamame hummus! Served with warm pita slices and halved cherry tomatoes on top, it s big enough to share between 2-3 people. Sometimes I want something lighter like the asparagus fries, which are lightly battered and are served with a light brown dipping sauce that is super savory. The buffalo cauliflower is also a great option and is always cooked to perfection, served with blue cheese dressing. Dietary restrictions: The level of awareness and concern that the bartenders here have for food allergy awareness is superior! Emily and Simon have always asked if I had any specific allergies to certain syrups, flavorings, etc. before making me a drink. They re also both SO knowledgeable about the needs of each person and will recommend you anything you can have once you tell them what your restrictions and needs are. Parking: Parking is really dependent upon the time of day and whether the parking meters are turned on. There is plenty of metered street parking on Paralta Ave. and on Clarendon St. behind HQ. I believe the meters turn off at 8:00pm. Be mindful of loading zones (yellow curb) and the fire lanes (red curb). There is also a paid parking garage that has an attendant and the maximum is $6.00. Parking garage is just south on Paralta Ave. behind HQ and is safe and secure with 50 or so spots.

Co-worker and I went for dinner, ordered the hot wings as an appetizer and we both ordered the HQ burger. The appetizer wings arrived same time as the entrees, always a disappointment when this happens. Wings were average, decent flavor with some spice,but meat was on the dry side. Both of us were very disappointed in the HQ burger. The meat was essentially flavorless, could taste no seasoning. The mustard was really the only flavor to the burger. The service was okay at best, our waitress wasn t overly attentive, honestly just giving the vibe that she was there to be there. The atmosphere is pretty cool, good music playing and lots of music themed decor. A lot of beers on tap.

Glad I found HQ Gastropub! I discovered them online. Finally found a place where my picky friend and I can eat! I wanted sushi and she was able to get something totally different. Great drinks and service and Great for a music lover or not, just a cool chill vibe with guitars on the wall, music videos playing, especially if you grew up in the Alternative music era in the 90s then you gotta come here! It s almost like a Hard Rock Cafe but more intimate and more low key.

Enjoyed watching the games in the bar area. Good place to just relax with friends while catching scores of your fave teams. The buffalo cauliflower was surprising, and would order again. The pot roast sliders were ok, would like a side of the au jus as another dip, to let it soak into the roll. Ill leave the last star for future visits. Overall a little pricey for fare, but I wasnt there for the food.

I would have given it 3 stars if this place was just called a bar but gastropub? If you got a dish that tastes mediocre, you got lucky here. Some items from the menu are literally inedible, like the chicken flatbread I ordered - I hate to say it but it was disgusting, I couldnt eat it, its not food. I also ordered brussel sprouts, it was very bad too (so much charn, bitter, unpleasant taste of burnt oil). My husband got an HQ burger and it was so-so, he said. And we both were very hungry so anything should have seemed delicious but no, this gastropub managed to surprise us. And the meaning of the word gastropub is a pub that specializes in serving high-quality food. It is NOT that. Its just an average bar at best. I hope they will change the name as it is sooo misleading!

Unique rock and roll themed gastro pub. Booths and bars (theres two) are comfortable and friendly. The menu has lunch and dinner selections which are reasonably priced. Food is good for a pub but their beer selection is what they excel at! Tons of craft and mainstream choices, so come thirsty and willing to try something new! Parking: Pay parking structure behind the pub, they do validate for 60min.

I was very excited to try this place, it looks so cool. The ambiance is great and service was great but the food was really not great. The Brussels were great, the pretzel was great. The spicy tuna on crispy rice was just ok. The salad looked like it came out of a bag from Ralphs. The fish with the fish and chips and a terrible, thick, hard batter and the fish inside was dry. The flourless chocolate cake was good but we ordered three creme brulees and the only thing that was edible was the burnt sugar on top. The creme part was dry, powdery and flavorless. The bread pudding was ok. For the prices they charge, I would expect a much higher standard of food.

Disappointed. Ordered fish and chips and fried pickles for pickup online. When I went into the restaurant to pick up the order, the staff did not acknowledge me. I had to go ask the bartender for help with my order. He told me to flag someone passing by. It was a Monday nigh and there were empty tables and plenty of room at the bar so being too busy could not have been a legitimate reason for ignoring me. Won t be back.

Loved the vibe. Came here with a girlfriend from work for appys and food. we got crispy tuna, bbq cauliflower & turkey burgers and some drinks. The food was AMAZING. Tasty, well presented. Typical sports bar. Loud. Had reservations for a group and were forced to be outside. Super cold. They put on heaters but we still froze.

Youve got to be kidding me. We need a food rating service thats vetted. I swear every 4 star to 4.5 star rated place should be 2.0 to 2.5 stars on Google. People truly dont kmow whats good. Youd think maybe it was the price BUT NO. Very expensive. Ill give this place 1.5 stars The lady at the front did you favor for coming in. Not friendly. We walked in with 5 people and got 4 burgers. Oh, we only had 4 on the ticket she says. Hmmm. 5 people 4 burgers 2 beers 100 bucks. Its a gastro pub. The light beers they have on tap are alagash and scrimshaw. If you know beer, you know they have a bite and are not mild. So cool. No choice of a mild beer at a gastro pub. Food comes and we ask for brown mustard. No brown mustard. Wait. You serve burgers and pretzels and you dont have any spicy mustard??? Only Frenchies and honey mustard??? Lastly. The music is sucide music. And thats what should happen to this place. It should be suicided. The reason the place got the .5 is because the burger was OK.

Great breakfast spot. Delicious food and great service. I had the breakfast burrito and it was quite good. Service was prompt and the staff were personable. Not too crowded on a Saturday morning and we were able to watch some college football. Parking: There is a paid parking garage that is for the whole French Quarter area but at this hour there was some street parking available. I am not sure if they validate parking in the garage or not.

Our waitress wasnt friendly with us but she was with the male customers. Food and atmosphere was good.

Ill make it short to the point I went to HQ to watch USA Iran 11 oclock in the morning I dont drink alcohol and I dont eat fried food I told this waiter And he gave me an attitude that Im not ordering alcohol or food I said do you have coffee Gave me more attitude about the Coffee he brings me coffee no milk no sugar Made me wait 10 minutes to ask another waiter in HQ Finally Someone else brought me milk and sugar the way theyre told me that they dont have milk and the other waiter so yes we do have milk Basically his name is Matt The Bartender Mark I know its important to you customer relationship and professionalism so pay attention about those reviews that youre getting Every client of your facility is important to your business I am in the business of dispensaries. Is in every client is important to me. The one that gets a joint or the 1 that gets announced Coffee was not enough for your server Is Matt the bartender Full of attitude Is that day.

This place seems like the type of place that would be high on itself, but every damn time they are friendly, they serve great drinks, and the food is wonderful.

What a gem to find in Woodland Hills. There is something on the menu for the pickiest eater. Friendly bartenders and servers. Great music and TVs for sports. Definitely coming back!
