Ralphs Fresh Fare

Flowers from the Bloom Haus collection at Ralph's were not it at all. The freshness and quality were poor in many ways. For $50, it was not worth the money and left a bad taste.

My partner grabbed me some flowers the day before Valentine's Day, and what I received when opening it (within 30 mins) was shocking. The flowers were fully stocked at the store, too.

The 2 sunflowers were held up by boba straws 😭. The stems were mostly rotten. 80% of the flowers in my bunch were dead or heavily bruised. 1 of the rose spays were droopy and likely dead.

Whoever put this bouquet together from Bloom Haus probably grabbed some leftover dead/bruised scraps that didn't match and called it a day.

I had to toss away 80% of the bouquet, leaving mostly greenery and filler flowers. The remaining bouquet was still bruised and droopy, too.

Given that my partner may have just grabbed a bad one, the floral attendants should've done quality checks. I wanted to cry for him.

I've never been to any grocery store that can compare to this particular Ralph's. I went in to buy some fruit and left with the best-tasting fruit I've had in years, a box of sugar cookies from the bakery, some ice cream, two house plants, and I could have left with so much more. Every department I entered was by far the best department of any store within a 30-mile radius. I challenge someone to find a nicer floral department or a bakery with such variety and quality. Everything was neatly organized, and the prices were lower than I thought they'd be. I don't know if it's the management doing an excellent job or if each department takes that much pride in what they put out. Long story short—I went in for a couple of pieces of fruit, and when I left, I was inspired enough to write this. If for some reason you are reading this to decide where to shop for groceries, do yourself a favor and check this one out.

Let me start off buy thanking Carmela for my breath taking floral arrangement that she put together! I wanted something big, fancy and she made it happen with 30 roses…. Also, I brought my own crystal Vase. However this location had plenty to choose from. I highly recommend Carmela at this particular location.
Also the selection in the coolers for ready to go arrangements are so beautiful and a great deal. I will definitely we back on Saturday to pick one up for a friend.

The lady on the self checkout was talking to me like I had to know how to use their equipment like I was the cashier not her!! She literally told me “Don’t you see what the machine is telling you? It’s tells you to press amount!” She was staring into my face with this sarcastic look! At the end when I was finally done with scanning the machine requested to enter some cashier number!! This is a great Ralphs location, it is usually decently busy during most of the day however I haven't had any issues waiting too long to check out. The shelves are stocked well and are organized. Most of the time I have not had any problems with the fresh produce either!

I love fried chicken I ve been buying it at Ralph s for years the last year their rotisserie and fried chicken taste very bad fried in rancid oils every day and Terribly bitter tasting flour and seasoning Their chicken is infused with Water no delicious natural juices anymore the fried chkn has a granular pebble tasting skin their food is horrible lp I am a cook myself they re trying to save money by putting out unhealthy foods Update: I Just tried their home made sushi at their deli The sushi must have been 6+ days old The rice was stiff dry, chalky tasting and broke up in stale chunks the soy sauce was watery lite etc the wasabi also dried out chunks This Ralph s is cutting corners to give you a nasty taste in your mouth whatever it is

I will be pursuing a formal complaint against the horrific and incompetent manager at Ralf s today. The cashier could hardly speak English fine but not ok when you are so incompetent that you are accusing me of not having enough money on my gift card I just got that a manager from the other Woodland Hills location gave me. Ralphs is good. One of the best ones in the area. But the whole shopping center is a mess. For some reason, Sprouts is like next door, and I tend to go there more often. Sadly.

Ive never been to any grocery store that can compare to this particular Ralphs. I went in to buy some fruit and left with the best-tasting fruit Ive had in years, a box of sugar cookies from the bakery, some ice cream, two house plants, and I could have left with so much more. I really quite like all the Ralphs stores. Always in the nicer part of any town, they are all pretty much the same: Open from 6am till after midnight typically with some even being open 24-hours. There have been many 3am morning when I get a hankering for something like crab legs or butternut squash soup and I can always find one nearby. You gotta love a place that takes you from craving to chewing in less than an hour...;o) Brightly lit, clean and always well stocked with stuff it is a stoners paradise. I wonder around sometimes for a good hour filling my cart with big yellow bags of Lays potato chips, red velvet cupcakes, milk... Oh and milk. Ive never seen a bigger selection. Being a simple man myself I only drink whole (as opposed to say almond) but buy a gallon of regular and chocolate and mix the two and finish off one of them the first day. There is also a StarBucks in this location.

The store is horribly mismanaged. I called in looking for an item, and selected delivery department since the item I was looking for is typically stocked by deli. They told me the item would be stocked by the front and transfered me to front desk. They tried 3 times to transfer me calling to pick up for customer service. I ended up getting hung up on. I went in person, and was not able ro find the item even though the website showed in stocked. I went to ask for a manager, and 3 associates tried yo get his attention. He ignored all 3. I then went and chased him down to speak to him, and was ignored. After chasing him for 2 minutes, I decided to cut my losses. I am writing this review to spare anyone else the same experience. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION! You will be ignored.

As a healthcare worker, my hours are long, unpredictable and almost always a graveyard shift. This makes it difficult to do things like grocery shop at a normal hour. When I get off at 12:30am and need just a few essentials like milk/bread, I race to my local Ralphs and without fail, they have locked the doors with security turning usually a group of people away saying its too late. I understand arriving at 12:58am and trying to carry out normal shopping but arriving at 12:35 or 12:40am after a 24 hour shift and asking to allow me to grab a gallon of milk and being turned away isnt just ridiculous its bad business. Worse even, is the attitude of said security and other staff, as theyre extremely rude, condescending and snicker and laugh at the frustration of patrons outside. Throughout the pandemic, the store didnt close until 2:00am which was very convenient and is clearly still very in-demand as there is always a large group of people being turned away. I genuinely hope corporate will look into this issue of early closing as youre losing loyal customers, especially with the miserable staff.

This is the worst Ralphs I have ever been to. I bought steaks for my workshop group $270 last week. Once at our location in Topanga Canyon, half of them were ... not so nice. We had to throw them away. That aside: no help with the bags, no friendly smile from Shaheena - the check-out lady. Nothing - the total opposite experience to what we had the day before on 200060 Ventura. Really, this entire experience was so bad we wowed to never buy here again.

Im Ralphs costumer and my wife working on Kroger group as well always we are happy with all service from them as food or all other grocery also always we have plan to using Ralphs fuel station because we can using Ralphs fuel point and get more cheaper other than different brand By the way But unfortunately last time I was on Ralphs gas station for Refill my gas tank but so sad from service the lady was there on counter she No has batch name or when Im asking her name she get mad and try to using bad words just for this reason when Im asking I was waiting for some one to show up on counter then I can make a payment but so sad and bad costumers service I dont know something like this big company can hiring un professional employees to take care of them Business .we are Human and life is respectful Hopefully someone from Kroger company can see this post and following up them to make better decisions for other customers

The Night Shift workers were so pushy today trying to get everyone to finish shopping and get out! I did witness workers harassing people thinking that they were leaving with the baskets or carts saying you cant take it outside. My hands were full of things standing by the register with the LIGHT ON but nobody there? The workers were all standing aside talking ignoring the line then attended to help with an attitude. Not a great experience.

Located on corner of Ventura Blvd & Topanga Canyon by Rite Aid. Ive always had a great experience at this Ralphs. Friendly service, fully stocked, organized and clean store. Shout out to Cindy W. who assisted me at checkout with excellent customer service, she was extremely helpful and friendly making ones experience awesome! Lots of parking is a plus.

Love Kroger and kroger products but I have to say this is probably the dirtiest and most unorganized kroger store Ive seen. The isles are extremely narrow so it is hard to get around other people. We have been here 3 times now and the same lady has cashed us out and she is miserable every single time. Does not help you with bagging and hardly even puts the groceries in reach for you to bag yourself. A smile and kindness go a long way and I wish she did that. We love Kroger and kroger products and will be back because of that, but this kroger was disappointing.

Well managed store, shelves are stocked and there are 6 self checkout terminals. They sometimes have 1 check stand open for non self checkout but its hit or miss. You can use both front entrances until sundown then only the right entrance when looking at the store from the parking lot. Plenty of parking for a busy plaza. Covered shopping cart area with sanitizer for hands and carts. Lock your cars and dont leave visible valuables out while shopping, the plaza is frequented by the homeless, and they will break a window to get at cash or electronics. You can ask the security guard to escort you to your car late at night.

Hello Ive been residing in the area since last November and because of pandemic I usually shop late nite because there is not many shoppers so long story short I just want to take my hat off to the late nite guy Gary store #81 in Woodland Hills who has been very polite and helpful to me, the few employees who are working also project a friendly demeanor but I wanted to single out Gary store #81 since I visit the 3 or 4 times a week so hip hip hooray for Gary @store #81 keep up the great work young man

By fall this is the worst role store in the whole San Fernando Valley. Asher with Instacart for many clients. Every time I come to this Ralph s location the manager at the staff refused to have any Instacart shopper s as they say that that s not their duties at the spot of our contract. I have located 55 out of that 60 items that I had to pick up for my client and I could not locate five items and when I asked the employees for help they do not help because I have an Insta cart shopper however if I was a real shop at they will help me. This is unfair from Ross I have spoke to Peter who is the sales manager and another manager at exactly the same thing they do not have Insta cart shopper s this is by far the worst experience ever

The management on Wednesday mornings is really bad! Many times, at 9am there are no cashiers open, only the self serve. There are many produce that do not have a scan code so you have to lookup for every item. Sometimes the groceries carts are still locked and you have to manage with the little basket. Really?!

They have a great selection of food. Recently i sometimes get followed by staff or security and its very rude and disrespectful to treat me like some thief when I go in there 3-4 times a week. Lucky its the closest shop too me. I do like the sushi they have there. Very decent.

My experience with this Ralph s is horrible. We stopped there on Wednesday at midnight on our way from the airport and we were in there for 15 minutes and someone broke the window of our rental car and stole everything we had for our thanksgiving trip with family. It has been a nightmare. No security except for a security guard that said he wouldn t do anything cause the company doesn t pay him enough. Cameras couldn t see anything but 2 people ripping us off. The sad thing is someone else at the same time same night happened to her also and were told this happens a lot at this Ralph s. This is so sad!! I would shop here ever again.

Asked their bakery for crossaint, a smaller pack than 12 either individual or a for pack. They had fresh out of the oven but refused to sell me those. They werent even packaged She kept saying there were 4, 12 and individuals, yet the 4 and individual were all sold out. Dissatisfied with the customer service.

Got Psatrami from the Deli last week. When I got home I tasted it. I can t believe they sold me that!!! What is this? This is dangerous to sell this to a client. Nice and clean supermarket. The aisles are wide enough for you to pass people without hitting your carts together. They have a lot of prepared food for you to pick up for a fast meal. They also have an olive bar with all kinds of olives and peppers. They have a case with frozen food, entrees and sides, that you just throw together in a skillet and cook for about 10 minutes. The seasoning and gravy is included. The people are super friendly and helpful.

I just wished Ralphs would put back a sitting area (tables and chairs) for customers to shop and dine. Ralphs. . . HELLO? WAKE UP? Customers want a sitting area at the Topanga Cyn and Ventura Blvd Store.

THIS IS A GAS STATION ONLY! The store is across the street. As a gas station it is very clean, easy access in and out, very reasonable prices, good machines. Never have any issues.

So my buddy and myself set out to find a coconut cream pie, keep in mind this was Christmas day!!! as we started looking for Ralphs near me all of the locations showed Closed? this couldnt be right... Ralphs is always open,!! We drove by the first one..did that look open to you..yeah kinda, but we drove on to the one that said it was open.. Well it wasnt!!! So we drove back to the first one and sure enough it was actually open..so whoever is in charge of internet please get your open and closed hours straightened out...I always enjoy this store as everyone is friendly and very helpful. The store is kept well stocked and clean which actually makes it a pleasure to shop.

This Ralphs is large, open on the holidays and very clean. Being an A level store, it has nicer decor, flooring and better aisle layout. Produce is very good, as is the floral department. Plenty of staff are on hand for checkout, and are easy to find elsewhere if needed.

Great selection of just about everything, super hot food section, great salad bar, awesome bakery and even a Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf in the store!! Live this store!!

Ralphs serves the Boars Head sandwiches in their deli depot. Meat is cut fresh, quality is great and the price is $6.99 which is less than the 12 inch at that other sandwich place.
