This is a great place to pick up beer, wine, or liquor. Service is always top-notch. They have two dedicated parking lots besides the other structure parking, but the larger one tends to be filled with 24 hour fitness jerks that aren’t supposed to park there.

Huge Wine, Beer and liquor store. We we're walking by and the wife wanted to go in. I wasn't familiar with it and assumed it was a wine store and it iis but much more. Excellent craft beer selection and plenty of liquor as well. Nice store in general. Recommended if you're at Westfield and even if not, worth a drive for beer, wine pr bottle.

Came in a bit ago for some Noble Champagne ¡check! $225 for some GREAT JUICE. The staff was pleasantly pleasant and efficient. The tequila aisles were LOADED with additive free choices which I will explore sooner than later. ❤️

This store is located in The Village at Topanga. Fully stocked, super cleaned and organized store with huge selections and excellent customer service. I like that all staff is wearing a mask and enforce physical distancing. The "Tequila isle" has such helpful experts that are happy and ready to help, making one feel welcomed. Great place to find your alcohol and cigar treat.

Great staff and event! I went here for an event hosted by Sassenach Spirits and 400 plus of us showed up to meet and greet Sam Heughan and get a signed bottle of his Scottish gin. The staff of both Total Wine and More and Sassenach Spirits kept us informed and organized and Mr. Heughan was awesome and totally worth the wait! Some locals showed up to grab thier purchases and comnented that this store is always busy but it seemed pretty chill to me considering.

Went into Total Wine for the first time yesterday.
Abi (Wine Manager) was very helpful and helped me select 3 Pinot Noirs. I am very happy, Very happy with our selections.
My total price was $80 for three really nice bottles of wine.
I will 1000% go back soon for more.

I was trying to buy some moet champagne and the cashier and the supervisor was really rude telling that they didn t want to sell me anything because they were profiling me because I was coming from the beach I asked to speak with a supervisor and he was he was one of them mis name was Gus.

Yes!! Clouds parting, the sun shining through, and having room for Jello couldnt describe the happiness in finding this place. AND their prices are about 10-15% less than Bev Mo... and about 20-30% less expensive than specialty wine & spirit shops across the board. Dont get me wrong, those places have a spot to. Especially if you need something really over the top, special, limited edition type stuff. But after this experience a total wine, I think Total Wine might be able to find what youre looking for regardless. April 2024... I must have found the right, cosmic timing of experienced staff, well organization, and discovering a new line of beverages all at the same time. I was in the area, and decided to pop in to do some price comparing, and information gathering. Service: the staff is on point. All of them! The first guy who helped me was really quick and showing me where the line of liqueurs I wanted was. He was also very knowledgeable in some of the items. It looks like him and another coworker were restocking at the time. And they knew exactly what each of the items I mentioned tasted like, where it originates from, what it compares to, etc. And these are some pretty unique Amari aka Italian Bitter Aperitivo. The next gentleman was also restocking at the time, and narrowed down the exact aisle and Bay of some of the items I was trying to find. One quick check on his cell phone device, any pinpointed exactly where six of six bottles of liqueur were. He was also really good at pointing out some of the different types of vodka my roommate was interested in. He was great, and he stayed with us the whole time to make sure all of our questions were answered. Really nice guy. Then another guy came over, believe it was the manager, who helped even further. He was able to tell me that a couple items had been discontinued, but that one or two bottles remained at other locations. This particular fellow also mentioned that it might be something they would order for me if needed. Right there I knew I was being treated like royalty, even though I dont deserve it. Lol. But it just showed how much care and attention they spend with each customer, and how much they make you feel like they are doing their best to take care of all of your needs. On the way out, I ran into yet another gentleman who hadnt heard of one particular liqueur I was interested in, but promised he would do some research to try to learn more about it. If that doesnt say enough about how knowledgeable, experienced, and helpful the staff are, I dont know what else to tell you. Five star service the whole way! You know what else I like? At the checkout, they asked me if I wanted a printed coupon with discounts or not. Love the fact that theyre doing their best efforts to stay as green as possible. Parking: a breeze. You have about an hour and a half I think of free parking in the Topanga Village structure. Theres also some spaces directly east of Total Wine behind the store. Of course I will be back! It just blew me away that these guys show up to work everyday, put their heart and soul into helping customers, and they do it all with a smile.

The people there seem to have a stick up their rear ends whenever I go in there shopping. The people who act like liquor connoisseurs hover all over me acting really smug in the Woodland Hills store. It s really quite nauseating. What do I have to come in dressed in a Versace suit to not be treated like a second class citizen? The service makes you feel like you re a criminal. I had to wait for him to open the cabinet and bring it out to me like I was going to take something. And they were all gathered in the front talking and acting like I was invisible or something when I asked for access. And this self absorbed blonde girl giving out samples was giving me a weird vibe like I was supposed to be impressed or something by her presence. Very irritating. Going to Mission Liquors from now on where you re treated equally.

I would like to say how GREAT Norka and Dante are at this store. Customer service seems to be a thing of the past, and when someone steps up and does the right thing, I m a customer for life. Norka helped me resolve an issue and so often do we come online to complain and not praise great service! I will be a repeat customer for life, thank you Norka and Dante

Here is my experience today. As you walk around the store, you will see by six mixed bottles and get a better price at checkout. Here is their scam. The wine you buy will not be part of the deal. Maybe half will qualify but, they will not work with you. I probably will still shop their. I just want the buying public to be aware of this scam that they are getting away with. After calling the store and spoke with Gustavo, his attitude was not going to work with you so go away. Asked for presidents name, he did not know a name. Gave me corporate number. If I could give this place Zero stars I would. No one ever asked my sister & I if we needed help finding anything. Which we did but gave up when we didnt find those items. When we were in line to check out it took long to begin with. I was charged before my sister by Norka. I asked her if they validated and she hesitantly said yes But never asked for my ticket. She wasnt friendly at all to me and it seemed like me being there bothered her for some weird reason. She was nice to my sister which was odd? She validated her ticket without an issue. When I asked her AGAIN if she could validate mine she took it & validated it but lo and behold when I go to pay for the parking it wasnt validated. Not only did she lie about validating my parking ticket, I was also charged wrong on an item by $5. I didnt look at my receipt until getting home but at this point there is no point to even call the establishment. Not only was she rude for no apparent reason, she over charged me and because of her not validating my ticket I also had to pay an extra on the parking. I wont be coming here again no matter how convenient it mightve been, it wasnt worth it to deal with Norka, her unwelcoming behavior and no help what so ever. I might even reconsider going to any Total Wines after this uncalled for behavior.

This Total Wine is awesome and has some of the coolest celebrity events in comparison to every other TW I ve ever been to. I ve found that they carry the most Beatbox products I ve ever seen from a Total Wine store and they had a LOT of variety packs as well. One thing I wish they did add though was the new green apple so if you re reading this please take this as a sign! Other than that, I went here to do a bottle signing for the sassenach signing and wow that was BEYOND crowded. They have a parking structure since they re located in the Woodland Hills mall but they do validate parking for 2 hours. It didn t work when I used it but it was only a couple dollars and nothing worth worrying about.

If youre in any kind of rush, do not come to this location. My 90 year old grandma moves faster than any of the employees at this place. Only reason its not 1 start is the manager tried to hurry things up after I asked if I can get the bottles myself. Older employee in the back was telling a 3 hour story to two guys for some unknown reason, couldnt help. Younger employees in the front mustve been a little high, cause Ive seen sloths move faster. Something that shouldve taken maybe 4-5 min max, realistically two or three min. Took me almost 30 min. I buy thousands of dollars in spirits, wines and such per month for events. Not that thats some crazy large amount. But they wont be seeing my buisness again for sure. First and last time.

First time at this location, I spent $150 on alcohol, had to replace the plastic champagne flutes after they were rung up because one of them was broken, and then Anthony (the cashier) asked to check my bags to make sure I wasn t stealing. What the hell? I won t be back. This happened after I asked someone working the floor if they could recommend a dry white wine and he said that in his three years working there, the yellow tags have been accurate, so to read them. Lol. Again, won t be back. The Northridge location has much better service.

Great selection, nice employees, but check your reciept before you leave if youre buying a pack or a case. Had it happen where the cashier rang up the cost of a case, plus an extra charge for a single bottle that was part of a case. Total Wine allows single units to be bought from 4 or 6 packs, so theres a case UPC but also a different UPC on the individual bottles and cans. This is also annoying when theres the last case or pack on the shelf you want to buy, but one bottle or can is missing from the pack.

They refused to sell me alcohol because my 17 year old nephew wasnt 21. Unbelievable, Im 37 years old with a valid ID. Avion 44 was priced at 134.99. I was upset with the service. Luckily costco was in the same plaza and bought the tequila there for 117.99. I felt discriminated. Im chicano of Mexican decent. Thank you total wine you lost a customer.

I always shop in Woodland Hills Total wine store for myself and my customer s order ( Instacart). Very poor customer service. Visited this past weekend with my boyfriend and when we needed help located a wine, we approached an employee with an excuse me. He briefly stopped, looked at us and said uh un. no. and walked away from us. I would like to give that gentleman the benefit of the doubt. Maybe he was assisting another customer or dealing with a phone order or something else, but having worked both customer service and retail jobs for many years, I know there are far more respectful and helpful ways to speak with customers, especially if you are unable to help them at the moment. We bought the two wines we had found and left without continuing our search for the rest. Needless to say I will not be visiting this location again. I was very disappointed. They had a huge selection of well organized wine by region and type not found elsewhere that I was hoping to explore a bit more and restock my at home collection.

Love this location. It s about 20 minutes from my house but worth the trip. It has a huge selection at reasonable prices. Various bottle sizes. The store is well-organized. Staff is attentive and helpful. Gus went above and beyond when I reached out for assistance on locating Heering Cherry Brandy to make a Singapore Sling. He was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to explain the differences among liqueurs. They have a vast selection of premium mini bottles which helps me learn more about liquor, brands, and cocktail recipes. I wish they offered promotions via email or text rather than its app. I hate downloading shopping apps as my work and business already have over dozen apps.
