The restaurant had a crowd the whole time we were there. At times people stood in line outside for 30min.
We choose to sit outside. Bad dissection. It was well over 100° in the patio.
Food service was on the slow side.
Hard to complain though because the food was cooked fresh and perfectly served. Salad was crip and vegetables where nicely grilled.
Chicken and Beef was juicy and nor dry. Seasoning was also done well.
Our total was just under $60 for 2.
Not bad considering the quality of food.

Ask to sit at Jessica's area if you can. She's a great representative of the restaurant...friendly fast helpful extra napkins, no problem, more water, she seems to know when you will want refills even before you do. And since I've been there nearly 3x's in a row, she recognized me. So I felt like a valued customer. Unfortunately my job in the area has concluded and I won't be back. But clearly I enjoyed the food...generous portions, feast for the eyes too. And this time I had the basmati rice...it was steaming hot, fluffy, topped with saffron rice. Delicious...just perfect ...the food and service so great, I brought my mom. That's the highest recommendation bec mom is a picky eater. If you are in the area, highly recommend

It was my first time here and was told to choose my seat. I've always liked this option when the restaurants offer that. I was meeting someone there and just as soon as I sat down, a server came and asked for my drink order. It took me a few minutes to order my dish but the server was swift and had our food out in no time. It wasn't too busy for a Saturday brunch, which was nice. The restaurant is a good size, though, and we were in a side area, so if it was busy behind me, I couldn't tell. The food was great! The chicken was tender, the rice was soft and the salad was crisp. My friend has been here several times and enjoyed her tofu. The only thing I was sad about was they didn't have toum. 😟 but I made it through my meal without it. The prices were very reasonable, too! You get a lot of food for the cost. Definitely a plus. 😄 All in all, I enjoyed it here.

Let’s not forget that Panini means sandwiches in Italian and that this place is inspired by Latin European Mediterranean, Middle Eastern Mediterranean, and other Middle Eastern foods. I had the Caprese Salad with Pita, Shrimp Kebab, Beef Koobideh, and Avocado Salad. I had Spanish wine too but I forgot to take a photo of it but I’ll remember next time. The food is very delicious and I loved it so much, it tastes really good. The prices are okay but kind of expensive but the portion size is a lot, which is nice. The food so filling that two people could eat off one plate. The place usually is always packed and I happened to come when the wait wasn’t that bad. Thank you!!! Highly recommended! Check it out!!

I even choose a less busy time for online order pickup as sometimes they have a 10-15 minute wait longer than promised time. The staff are very courteous!!!! Its a shame that the food quality has drove so much over the years. Waited 40 min for our food, when we got at the rice was cold and under cooked, The kebab was room temperature. We asked to replacement rice and down one was barely warm. This is the third time weve had problem here in the past couple of months. This used to be a great establishment in franchisee but slowly just like the Burbank Branch. Its losing quality. However, consistently We give amazing quality from the Century City location. Hope management improves this. Its a shame to go to waste such great reputation.

Absolutely disgusting food. Kabobs came out raw and gave my entire party food poisoning. Staff was very rude. Don t waste your money here. Quality of this restaurant has gone down. We usually order family package with excess koobideh at least once a month and enjoy the food so far but today I was surprised, the koobideh had been burned and the bread seems cooked a week ago, Its not eatable, I am really upset about the low quality of food today and it might be cause to search for another restaurant for next month.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant. It felt like we were invisible from the moment we sat down. We waited for what seemed like an eternity 30 whole minutes without anyone from the staff even acknowledging our presence. No one came to take our order or offer us a drink, and it became apparent that we were completely forgotten. I had to proactively get up and approach a staff member to ask for assistance, but even then, the service remained lackluster. The utter disregard for our dining experience was disheartening. Its disconcerting when a simple meal out turns into a waiting game with no resolution in sight. We left the restaurant and so many other people did too. The service is absolutely horrible at this location. If you want good service and high quality food, go to their Beverly Hills location.

This is the first time I visit this place and I had very bad experience. The service it s horrible my waitress forgot about us. I had to stand up and ask for some sauce because the server never come back to the table when the ladies from the Cash saw me and asked me if I need something I told the girls I need some sauce and condiments the girls told me OK I ll take it to your table so I trust the girls but they never did they been chatting a lot and they forgot I tried to call attention from my server, but she was ignoring us the manager at the end was kind and apologize for that. Honestly, we didn t eat the food because got cold by the time we were waiting for sauce and all the condiments, We decided to leave the restaurant and don t come back again obviously we pay but I think they need improve the service I work in the business as well and I understand that sometimes its busy but they have to communicate servers runners I think runners forgot to ask if there s anything else that do we need He just drop the food never come back !!

You will always need to wait at this restaurant. I ve only ordered for pick up and every time, they are always late. I m usually waiting an extra 20-25 minutes after they say that the order is ready. While I m waiting, I notice that the restaurant is always chaotic and a little dirty. The staff seem overwhelmed with all the orders. As for the food, it s fine. Kabobs are ok. The appetizer plate is mid. Overall, it s ok.

Bought ground meat kabob (kobedeh)and was the worse food I ever had.they mixed the ground meat with something to make the portion bigger and rice was not cooked at all,I don t know that ownership changed or not because I eat food there before and was not anything like that. Ate inside because to go orders take too long. This place is a complete disaster. Bathroom has no toilet or towel paper. The waiters are overwhelmed and understaffed. Food came cold and no one took responsibility for who was our waiter. I recommend to go somewhere else, as this place has no cohesion. There was no manager to complain to. If you want a subpar meal with little or no service, you found the right restaurant. I suggest you go elsewhere. The bathroom is usually a strong indicator of how sanitary the kitchen is!! Good luck!! I recommend McDonalds. At least there you know ow what to expect.

Nice place, good food. The only problem, and why 1 less star, is that my daughter did NOT like the char on the broccoli which comes with the childrens chicken plate. Dudes, thats for adults, not kids. Personally, I ate some and liked it, but of course a 5 year old most likely wont. And not for a lack of trying, she took it out of her mouth and so forth (Ill spare you the gag details). Otherwise, well be back, and we now know to ask them to cook the broccoli without flames.

I wish I had read the reviews the service has been really bad the past few months that explains the behavior of the staff. The person involved was Anthony checking the order was really rude, we are regulars there and they gave the wrong order and failed to acknowledge. Further arguing about the order. Very poor customer service and arrogant staff.Not only did he argue about the wrong order he did not even acknowledge the mistake. They take 30 minutes and get the order wrong. I even gave them the receipt for the wrong order . I asked the person before leaving they had the right order they said yes and after getting home it was both vegeterian orders. Very unfriendly and failed to acknowledge the wrong order they gave. This was an order that took 30 minutes and then they still got the order wrong .

Why do you make the delivery drivers wait in the long line to pick up the food that s already paid for sitting behind your counter getting cold? We waited two hours for our food to be delivered and it s because our driver had to stand in your line. This is one of my favorite restaurants and recently my last few visits, I have had terrible service. I m very disappointed in the customer service and management. They seat you right away but no one comes to greet you or bring water. I have had to ask for someone to take our orders, and that still takes another 10min. Tonight I went there around 730pm, was seated, and no one came. There was 3-4 other tables waiting on service as well and we all were getting upset. We ended up leaving. But before I left, I actually spoke to the manager on duty, who said they only have 2 servers on the floor and that they have young kids in training. The inside tables were completely packed and the patio was full too. There were more than 2 employees walking around , they should be cross-trained and learn to greet their guests and bring drinks and help the servers. This will be emailed to corporate as well. I hope I get a response. I ve emailed before about a food incident, and never got a response.

***UPDATE*** Amazing and wonderful news. This location is back to where it was. Food has always been amazing, but the service and situation had declined (as happened with many places after COVID and everything else), but is now back to a place I can happily recommend. Since this has happened, I gladly have taken many friends here and met people there for lunch and dinner (no longer doing brunch, but that is ok!). So happy that it can be one of my top places again. This location service has gone completely downhill. Even if you order online and you are notified the time it will be ready-it wont be on time. Its now constantly, it will be 10 more minutes. I wont ordering or coming to this location any more. Its really disappointing. And when I got the order....got ONE piece of broccoli in one order. Unreal. I recommend avoiding this place. Dont waste your time or money.

The BEST Persian food. My go to is the chicken kabob with choice of rice & salad. Portions are large, at least 2 sometimes 3 meals. Well worth the price! The kabob plates here are HUGE! I dont know how they cook the meat in a way that keeps it so moist and tender but they do! The menu is varied Mediterranean fare and very reasonably priced. Parking is free and ample. They have a large outdoor seating area as well as comfortable tables inside. I suggest getting there any day of the week before 5pm or expect a wait. Their take-out is definitely worth it, but youll wait for that too! One of my favorite stops!

My friend and I used to love your food and we were loyal guests for a very long time but we have not been back since for the last two months because of the lack of the service! My friend and I came in for a lunch and we were ignored with no server not even I will be right with you! After 15 minutes we expressed to one of the servers Is anyone serving this section at our table? We almost walked out and said no more to your service ! We finally got service and we had our meal for our lunch but it took another 25 to 30 minutes to track down our server to get our check to pay the bills! Improve your service!

Very slow service , employees will ignore you While you are standing in front of them to pick up food , they won t say a word to you , they pretend they don t see 3 people in line already . These employees are DUMB, they have no idea how to provide good service!!!! THE DUMBEST WORKERS IN AMERICA !!!
