We had amazing service and great food my only regret is that we didn’t eat breakfast here every day that we were in L.A.! We did make it here twice and the waitress with the purple hair was our favorite server!! She is awesome!!

In my opinion this is the best location! Spacious! Not like a few others I had to wait an hour to get a table because the venue only had a few tables. This place is also a wait on weekends so can be very crowded.

Waffles are so tasty. I can only eat one to two squares depending on if I am eating anything else. I had the corned beef breakfast with a half waffle (she heard me wrong). I got to keep my toast and hash browns but I still got my waffle. I also ordered fruit with all berries. Which, btw, is worth the extra $1 they charge (server told me ahead of time).

Everything came out hot and pleasing to the eye. Of course, I enjoyed every bite and still had some leftover for the next day.

I will be back again. I wish I could come back with a bigger stomach because I want to try it all sometimes.

Good breakfast food but a lousy parking situation (as most places on Ventura Blvd are!). Indoor and outdoor seating available. Had the chicken and waffle sandwich but I had it served as a plate. The chicken was ok. The waffle was pretty good though. Oh and the drinking glass had a lipstick stain on the rim.

I love this place! It s my go-to breakfast spot. They have delicious waffles and breakfast burritos! Don t get this place delivered through Uber eats, waffles don t travel the best if the courier has several stops. You can t go wrong with any of the breakfast burritos, however, my favorite is the chorizo burrito. I like to add avocado even though the $3.50 up-charge is greedy. This place is not inexpensive so expect to pay about 20-30 per person. It s worth it though, this place is incredibly delicious and consistent! I ve been here more times than I can count and just trust me, dine in or pick up yourself. Parking: There s parking at the meters or side streets. Parking isn t very easy here.

My recent experience at your restaurant was, unfortunately, quite disappointing. Despite the restaurant not being crowded, we were ignored by the staff for an uncomfortable amount of time upon arrival. When we were finally seated, it felt as though we were an inconvenience rather than valued customers. Service throughout the meal was frustratingly slow, and it was nearly impossible to get any assistance. When our food did arrive, it was cold and seemed as though it had been sitting out for some time. This is unacceptable, especially considering the prices on your menu. The lack of attention and care from your staff is alarming and detracts from what could otherwise be a great dining experience. If these issues aren t addressed, it s hard to imagine returning or recommending your restaurant to others. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving both the service and the quality of the food.

The Mgr on duty honored my military service with discount and accommodated our little group. Kid-friendliness: Very attentive and helpful. Provided high chairs and additional chairs. Love this place! I ve been coming here for years and get the same experience every time. Delicious waffles, pancakes, and eggs. Great service and a lovely atmosphere. Waitresses have gone on breaks and switched out multiple times during my meals there, but the new one always checks in with you and does just as good a job as the original. Parking: Very small lot with some street parking on the side streets behind the alley and ventura.

I gave this place a second chance, and that was a huge mistake. Nevermind the wait is of 45 mins plus, the hostesses decides to sit people based off preference and prior friendship than in order of arrival. When asked about this their response is of that there might have been a glitch in their system, then to roll their eyes at you when they think you are not looking, as if the question you asked wasnt valid. Not to mention the place is filthy. The floors are so disgusting its making me question what their kitchen is like. What is worse, is that the hashbrowns in my order were semi cooked. I order a less sweet vanilla latte and it was super sweet. The accompanying tea spoon had sugar grains on it and the cup it came in had a lipstick stain. No, I did not complain since I did not want to deal with their attitude. Never coming back here again.

I will give you 3 reasons why I love this place. 1) I go there regularly and I know when is not that busy. 2) the service is great. My waitress was Krissy. She kept refilling my coffee. 3)The food is really good. Im a simple man. I love the eggs and waffles combo. But you should try the fried chicken and waffles combo. Be prepared. The wait time to get a table can be 35 mins on the weekend. But thats because its really good. If you sit at the counter, make sure to say hi to Krissy.

We stopped in for breakfast on a Sunday morning around 10am and there was a 20 minute wait. The service was okay, there were a couple of minor short falls. They gave us toast but no jams. The water for the tea was luke warm at best, not hot at all. The table next to us got their food but no silverware. Now the food, it was delicious!! I got the Baja Omelette and it was the perfect combo and portion size. The side of fruit was also a nice bowl of fruit (not cup) with a great variety of fruits. My husband got the country chicken and waffles and it was probably some of the best we had in a while. The chicken had the perfect fry and crunch along with seasoning. The waffles were crispy with a sweet exterior (not overly sweet) with a pillowy soft inside. It almost had the malt taste of a waffle cone you get with ice cream. They also give a huge portion of 4 waffles! There is only street parking which can be hot and miss. We saw no parking in the back. All in all, We really loved this spot and will most def be back.

YES! I will be back again. Service is phenomenal. Love how they check in to make sure youre doing alright. And also if you need to get extra butter or whipped cream later. Food is amazing and flavorful. I had the Texas Chicken & Waffle this time around. The chicken breast is cooked perfectly, and is seasoned well. You can taste the savory flavors. The crust is flakey and crunchy all at the same time. Crispy for sure. The waffle is beautiful. Its airy and soft inside, crisp on the outside. You can taste the freshness. Feeling saucy? They got you covered... Tapatio. Tabasco, Cholula and Red Rooster. Oh, they also use the good Himalayan Pink Salt at the tables.

Overrated. Not bad food at all. Just overrated. Probably deserved 3.5 stars for food. Waffles are perfectly crispy, but not particularly flavorful or aromatic. Cajun chicken is thin white meat that is slightly dry. It reminds me more of chicken tender. Sauce for the lox Benedict wasnt very flavorful. Eggs on the lox Benedict were slightly overcooked.

Cajun chicken and waffles were delicious. Savory and sweet, but add some of that Louisiana hot sauce to give it a spice. The cold brew chocolate drink (the Fatima) was really good and not as sweet as I expected it, which is great. The waffles are crispy and fluffy and just plain tasty. Coming back as often as I can! P.S. my picky eater children loved the chocolate chip pancakes and waffles.

I found this restaurant while looking for a breakfast restaurant. Among the sweet waffles, I found Eggs Benedict and ordered it. It was my first time to try the combination of waffles and eggs Benedict, but it was quite good for breakfast. The inside of the store is also clean and nice. There is a parking lot in the back. Thank the awesome service of the server, whose name is Christy. She made the overall experience amazing. Thats what going out to eat is about not just the taste of the food but everything and that can be dictated by the service all in itself. Christy is a gem. I hope that the owners understand and appreciate her. The food was ok. My dish was the biscuits and gravy combo, and I will have to say I was a bit disappointed. The scalians on top of the biscuits and gravy overpowered the taste way too much, of course, which means they were fresh, but they were too generous with what they put on top. I did ask for additional gravy to improve taste, but the gravy itself is not extremely flavourful. I would expect it to be from a soul food dish. The biscuits were not fluffy they were crumbly. The eggs, though three are designated, were not fluffy. They are also not very tasty, which leads me to question where the eggs come from and how fresh they are. My daughter says that normally, its the chicken and waffles that are amazing. Next time. I come, that is what I will try. In addition, the morning delivery was blocking the disabled parking spot, which only there is one of, and the parking lot full in the back. This is illegal. I understand this space is small, but delivery should happen before hours or not be blocking that space. When I mentioned it, I was given excuses and not action. I had to stop the gentleman. I was speaking to and tell him to hear what I was saying. There are many selections to choose from on the menu, so Im not going to assume my experience with my dish was the only one. I would care to guess with how popular the place is and the fact that my daughter likes It ... it means that there are other things on the menu that are fabulous. I do recommend this place. Everything was its exceptional in the way of service and our food coming out quickly correctly and hot. Anything we asked for came right away. It was a very enjoyable meal and atmosphere. It was my daughters birthday, so they came out with a waffle surprise with whip cream and berries that was extremely tasty. I will be back.

I came here during Memorial Day, so obviously, it was busy. I got the steak n eggs. Steak was good but not flavorful. The waffles, though....delicious. very airy with a nice crisp, and Im not a big fan of waffles. I will come again and try their selection of waffles.

Although there was a long wait time the food came out swiftly. Hussein made me laugh and I really appreciate him for that because I was one hungry bear. Great service and delicious food. Their serving sizes was giving. I got their cajun chicken full waffle with half the waffle churro style and the other half a strawberry&Nutella. He s a nice young man.

Wow, this place gives you a LOT of food! You can share a meal with one other person. I got a half meal and I could only eat half. Our waitress was so nice! The atmosphere is great! Very nice breakfast experience.

I heard about this place and I had to give it a try. The food portions are generous. The gentleman with the nice long hair and dangly earring that works there was very kind and cheerful. It was my first time there and it was definitely a memory. I believe his name is Hussein(excuse me if I get that wrong). THE WAIT TIME WAS OVER AN HOUR! AND IT WAS DEFINITELY WORTH IT the food there is DELICIOUS. They have all your breakfast essentials &WAFFLES! Kid-friendliness: My son loved it!

It was Mother s Day so obvio there was a wait, but after an hour n 20 min, but after that they kept saying 10 more min 3 times before another 30 min passed. Finally eating, got all our orders, family of 9, enjoyed our food was very delicious, the waitress was a doll, wish I woulda got her name. All staff that waited on us were great fast n efficient, but then the same woman that sat us that is charge of the door that kept saying 10 more min for 30 min came to our table, seconds after we finished our last bites, barely finishing our food asked us to hurry up because she needs our table, I thought that was the rudest thing any restaurant could do. We LITERALLY just finished chewing our last bites, a 280$ bill on Mother s Day and they had the audacity to ask us to leave because they needed the table. The food was great, waiters so nice, but the woman at the door was just rude from the beginning till the end and I would return just for that. The environment should feel welcoming not like they just want our money now get out. So rude and frustrating to heart that. Kid-friendliness: The waitress was very friendly

Despite being very busy our waitress got to us right away and our food came out extremely quick. Generous portions of lox on the Eggs Benedict with delicious hollandaise sauce. I ordered gravy and put it on the home fries. Highly recommend.

I went this morning for breakfast with my husband and 3 kids. I ordered the Texas Chicken and Waffles (pictured) and my husband ordered the Cajun Chicken and Waffles. The Texas Chicken and Waffles were beautifully presented but the chicken was heavily seasoned in curry powder and that was all you could taste with every bite. The waffle was good by itself but if you tried to eat the chicken and waffle at the same time, it felt like I was eating an Indian dish instead of chicken and waffles. The Cajun chicken and waffles my husband ordered, well the chicken was very bland which if you ever had real Cajun food you know bland is far from Cajun food. So although his plate was on the plainer side as far as flavor goes, I felt it went better with the waffles than the dish I got. After our waitress delivered our food. We didn t see much of her afterwards. We didn t think much of it, they did look a little busy. When we got the check my husband asked me to double check it because it seemed a bit high, checking the receipt I realized the bill was higher than what we are used to paying because for a party of 5 or more, they automatically add a 20% gratuity to the check. I didn t see the sign they had posted about the gratuity, but made me a little upset knowing that the waitress didn t really have to work for her tip. Overall it was an okay overpriced experience.

My family & I were in LA for three days, we ate at Woodland Hills & Waffles twice. We ordered the chicken & Waffles, hashbrowns, and pancakes. We all enjoyed our food, it was absolutely delicious. The waffles were nice and crispy, the pancakes had a great vanilla taste with strawberries on top. Our food came out fast & hot . Everything was great! The next time were in LA, we will definitely be back.

My boyfriend and I were in town for a wedding and his friends took us here brunch. Food - huge portions from what I saw if you ordered a full size waffle (plate size). My California omelette was tasty and a good portion size. The group loved their food overall. The only opportunity was the overly sweet blue drink my boyfriend s best friend ordered. Service- fast and funny and respectful. Vibe - casual and clean. Overall, loved the selection, food, service and vibe of the place. Everyone at the table which was 5 of us total gave it a 5 out of 5 stars. I would recommend this place!

Honestly I was super excited to go there mostly to try the lavender drink... so we get there (only 2 people) and we are told that there is a 40 minutes wait... at this point there is 6 people ahead of us... so we wait outside and we see people living the place so now some tables should be free... 15/17 minutes through the wait we go inside to check it out and the whole 1st front of the place (which is half of the restaurant)is totally empty and there is 4 tables... so we ask the girl at the front if were going to be seated soon since so many table were free plus 1 small table for 2 outside and she replied that there is tons of poeple ahead of us and that the wait will be another 25 minutes... so at that point we understand that they like having people standing in line outside eventhough all of us could had been seated within 10 minutes so after waiting for about 20/25 minutes we just left and went across the street a little down on Ventura to another great breakfast place! and 5 minutes later they called us to be seated... No thank you we went elsewhere because we dont really like the marketing techniques of making people stand outside when there is space inside but they keep you waiting on purpose... bad costumer service! so thats my experience of Waffles and did I mention that I drove from North Hollywood and my friend drove from Westlake to experience this place!
