First time coming here and was attended by Jeremy. He was a fantastic waiter very attentive. We were also greeted by Brian the manager on duty who was very friendly and made us feel at home .. Thank you Bjs Brewhouse !!

Came here for lunch as it was close and recommended. The staff was incredibly friendly. Lots of TV screens so you can watch a game. Ordered the mozzarella and tomato salad on top of arugula. It was a nice portion for a side salad but order the balsamic dressing on the side. I don’t mind a lot of it on the tomato or the mozzarella but I don’t like my arugula swimming in dressing. Couldn’t decide what wings to get. My waiter suggested getting half of the lemon pepper (?) and the Nashville. The lemon pepper was amazing. The other one was a smidge spicy for me but I’m sure others would be ok with it. The skin was nice and crispy. The wine was a healthy pour.

Pizza, used to love it here but quality has seriously gone down.
Placed order for pick up, one hour ahead. Got there was told my order was made wrong and they were making a new pizza for me. Waited another twenty minutes for a disappointment.

Look at this, nothing but crust! The personal pizza I had for lunch at BJ' Oxard had more toppings than this.

The food here was good. The waiter was very kinda. There is a lot of comfortable tables here and space to park your car. The wait was 30 minutes. I really enjoyed the food here.

I come here all the time in Casey is by far the best bartender that I’ve ever met in my entire life. He makes really good Well drinks and he pours really good beers. Definitely ask for him at the bar if you come here and also make sure you tip them. Great staff overall

Best experience I've had at BJs so far! Jennalyn was fantastic! Very personable and an all around delight. The chicken tortilla soup is always my go to. I tried the California chicken club sandwich and it is definitely my new fave!

I had a quick and enjoyable experience. I was sat quickly and my server, Jennalyn was nothing short of amazing. She was quick and nice. The food was amazing and she even told us about the Mac & Cheese balls having a grain like ingredients instead of actual macaroni. Overall I had a great time and Jennalyn enhanced it. 10/10

Food is always good for me at this place but I have one problem. I bought a pizza and it cost me $18 bucks and I was like ok cool but when it came out it was like I bought a small childs pizza..It was like this was a personal pan pizza or like I bought a 1 slice pizza. So unexceptable to the point I said just give me my money back. Sad to say that was my last trip there.

Jimmy took my orders thru phone. Ordered for surf & turf & pork chop for 7pm pick up. Both were not available so there s nothing for me to pickup. Tyler tried to get jimmy (the manager?) 3X but to no avail. He didn t have the balls to come out & face me nor have the courtesy to apologize. If not for Kevina, the 2nd mgr., who took care of the mess that Jimmy created. I would like to commend Kevina & Tyler for taking care of my complaint.

Mark was seriously the best server we ve had at a BJ s! He was so kind, thoughtful, great conversation, and really went above and beyond! He even gave us some LA recommendations of places to check out, and he split our entree into 2 plates. He gave superb service and you can tell he was popular amongst the other regulars. Thanks so much Mark! As for the food it was great as well, we got the Sunday special with the prime rib, the couscous Mac and cheese and the loaded mashed potato, solid 8/10 if you re looking for a little steak meal. The jambalaya was also very delicious! I would say 8.5/10, flavorful. Their double commited IPA was $5 on happy hour, overall a great night.

Jennalyn was an excellent waitress. Our satisfaction was her priority to us. She is an Asset to my favorite restaurant, BJs. The food was ok. The avocado rolls were over cooked. Not the best tasting shrimp appetizer compared to most BJs I frequent through the years. But I love shrimp. I will give this BJs another try!

Great, friendly service at this location. The food is classic BJs...pizookies, wings, chips and guac, sliders and of course their pizza. Usually a very good crowd for happy hour, especially by Friday. Very family friendly here. Parking is ok, but you will likely need to use the garage and park on the upper level. Vegetarian options: There is a section of the menu with some vegetarian items, and others are in the appetizers. They have a good fire roasted cauliflower and the guacamole stuffed egg rolls are popular. There are other items like soups and salads, that maybe arent inspiring but are pretty good. An easy option that tastes great is to customize one of their deep dish pizzas (kill the cheese and load it with veggies...I order one most visits). Kid-friendliness: This location in particular gets a lot of families and a fair amount of older couples too. Sure there are younger groups and occasionally college aged customers...but by and large its pretty mellow here and friendly.

Went there with a girl for the pazookie entree special. Waited over an hour and 30 mins for the smallest dish of my life. The chicken was very bad quality with a lot of cartilage. Waters took 20 mins to get to our table. The fastest service we got that night was the waiter coming back for the check. He didnt expect a big tip so he decided to ignore us all night. I hope he has fun with his 3$ tip and 1 star review. I regret tipping at all. What is the point of having these specials if you treat the people seeking them terribly?

6 months ago, I gave this place 4 out of 5 stars. Today, Im deciding if I want to wait 25 minutes for my favorite pizza. Multiple large booths open( Sunday at 6:30 pm we are a party of 5). Puke and pee in the walkways from the upstairs parking that youre forced to park at and now pay( Certain hours ). Its sad that this place is going downhill. I used to live in at the ones in Orange County because of the atmosphere and service, I ended up apologizing to my kids for making them come there so I could get my favorite pizza. Maybe takeout only now. The one good thing was that the server was on his game. P.S. check your silverware. 6 of ours had food on them still. Good luck! I decided to go back after more than two years. Still forced to park on the roof of the structure and walk through pee and litter to get down to the restaurant. Inside was much more busy, but the staff was on top of everything. The food came quickly. The waiter and staff kept checking on us. At the end of the night, I explained to the new manager about the conditions that I spoke about years ago still being there. She said she would look into it. I guess well see. Also, on the way back out, it was now nighttime, and the lights in the stairs were not working. The picture of all black is literally what the staircase looked like as you entered it from the top level. GOOD LUCK EDIT AGAIN. 9/24 Ive stayed away from this place, but my wife decided to do a curbside pick-up order on the app. After placing her order, she drove over and parked next to the curbside pickup area. Because regular patrons were parked in that area. The app said the food would be ready soon, so she checked in. She did receive notice that the food was ready, so she waited for a few minutes, nobody came out. So she rechecked in, and the app reconfirmed that she had already checked in and that an associate would be out shortly. She waited 10 more minutes and called the phone number thats posted on the sign in the area youre supposed to park. She was then informed they no longer do curbside pick up, and she would have to come into the store to pick it up. So basically, the food sat for fifteen minutes for no reason. If this is a BJ corporation, thing, how about fixing your app? But I suspect its some kind of local decision by this restaurant only.

First off I want to say that I was at one of the other locations Monday night and their service was crap. Which was Westlake Village. Here it was, excellent. Wasn t offered the $13 deal at the prior location Monday. Here it was on the front page of the menu. Thank you for the service Noor. Could have had one more scoop of ice cream on the pizzookie but that s my opinion.

Had my worst dinner experience in the valley here. Wont ever come back. Food was stale, oily and not fresh. My kids mac and cheese had literally no cheese. My friend chicken sandwich felt like it was over fried with black crust. We all started feeling uncomfortable after eating. Regret coming here. Service is below sub standard too.

I have been coming to Bjs for a long time. I have always loved this place. However recently I haven t had good customer service. The servers look like they hate their job. I ve only had one good server who was actually nice and helpful. But most of them look like they re not happy there. I feel bad but at the same time I don t think they should be treating their customers differently. I also asked nicely if by any chance they could substitute the lucky ducky drink with a nonalcoholic drink. She instantly declined. I was hoping they would be nice enough to do it but it s okay I understand. I ll try a different place who will. I feel like this place has gone downhill and it disappoints me. Sadly I won t be going here as often due to the service and food being horrible.

Service and atmosphere...just what youre looking for. If you like SALTY meat and veggies...get the rib eye and garlic roasted veggies. Roasted is in quotes because I roast vegetables and there was no sign of roasting, it was more like doused with HEAVY garlic salt and oil and microwaved for a minute. The fish tacos were put in flour tortillas...not our preference. Deep dish cheese pizza and marinara pasta with grilled chicken were enjoyed. Everyone enjoyed their pizookies.

Im so bummed to write this because I love BJs and have been going there for years, but todays experience was not up to par. My friends tri-tip was well done and my blackened salmon was very salty. I didnt want to be that person to complain after my friend did about her tri-tip. The manager took her meal off the tap. Thank you, but (and this is totally my fault for not double checking), but I was overly charged for the meal and didnt realize it until I got home. Please carefully look at your bill before paying. I wish I did, but I like I mentioned I dont like to be the one to complain so I wont go back for any refund. Not worth the gas. I will have to take a small break for a while elsewhere. **Update: Appreciate the response back from BJs, but that feedback email is invalid. I tried to email and was sent back with an error in delivery.

It is July 15 , 10:15 pm the woman who was working there at the time as the front desk Hispanic long black hair was the worst , she was so rude! Like girl are you ok? We requested a booth with low lighting because I had just recently had gotten lasik on my eyes and she literally sighed at my request and just said it be a few minutes we replaced it s ok we don t mind waiting few minutes pass and she sits us in a table with the brightest light and we politely ask her again about the booth and she look ticked and said Ook but you have to wait! and honestly for me it s like ok not like that s what we requested in the first place but just so you know if your looking for OK service you won t even find that here :) and girl if you see this maybe look for a job that doesn t affect your stress levels<3

First & last time here. I ordered the pizookie trio to go. The girl taking my order was friendly & helpful. My order was ready quickly. I got home & the chocolate chip pizookie was inedible. It was burnt & hard. The other two pizookies were better but still a bit overcooked & looked trashed. I got chocolate & vanilla ice cream & that was the only good thing about the dessert. I dont mind spending money on something, but I do mind not getting something good in return. Wont recommend.

The food is good. Service is good . Only one thing you need to take into consideration is that while you eat, someone is going to break into your car that parks outside. In one evening (2 hours), someone broke into 7 different cars. They broke the windows of the cars and stole belongings. When trying to complain to the restaurant manager, the only thing he did was to give to the victims phone number of the police station and claim that the parking structure does not belong to BJs yet there is sign that instructing BJs customer to park there. So maybe you enjoy the food and the service, but that will cost you a car window and stolen items from your car.

Our waitress Sarah was great. The food was very tasty. The artichoke dip was fantastic, and the rib eye steak cooked to perfection. The host and the rest of the staff werent friendly. I thanked the bus boy for cleaning our plates and he seemed annoyed. The food here was good. The waiter was very kinda. There is a lot of comfortable tables here and space to park your car. The wait was 30 minutes. I really enjoyed the food here.

Sat at the bar and it smelled like garbage. Im assuming the taps werent clean or they had the door open behind the bar and the smell from the dumpster outside was infiltrating the restaurant. It was pretty off putting. Food was ok. Definitely not worth the extremely high prices. Food

I ordered the Prime Rib Weekend special. I was so excited because I love Prime Rib. It was my birthday dinner. Unfortunately whomever cooked it was so heavy handed with the salt it wasnt edible. When I requested a new one I was told that I couldnt get another prime rib slice as they only had a certain amount which is crazy because I didnt pour the salt excessively, the cook did. They offered me something else but I didnt have a taste for anything else. I brought it home. The experience ruined the dinner for me. I brought it home. Im going to rinse it completely off and put it back in the skillet in hopes to salvage it. Wish me luck. At least our server was friendly and very helpful and apologetic for what happened. Thank you Gaza. The cook was apparently off because he/she also messed up the pizza order of the table behind us.

Jordyn, our server, was a joy to have. My Kickin Chicken Sandwich was very tasty, and it was so huge I could only eat half. The guacamole was amazing and fresh as usual. Admist all of our requests, she remained upbeat and accomodating. We hope to get her next time because customer service like hers is hard to come by these days.

Adrianna was amazing. I have a lot of dietary issues and she was patient with all of my questions. She made sure everything I ordered I was able to eat.. Smile on her face all night. Checked back at the table constantly.

Service was awesome, food was simply ok. Update, the tables have switched. The food is now good, especially the steaks here. The service though... Idk if they are over worked or just forgetful, but my table always felt overlooked until we flagged the waiter or waitress down. Still, theyve gone from 3 stars to 5 because of the food.

After a long day of work. I just wanted to take my family out and have nice meal. But unfortunately at this location it was horrible service. The lady start us off by saying they ran out cups. Ok we wait patiently but then she doesn t even stay to hear what we wanted to order. I watch her serve the table after and not once she came back to check up on us.. I would never eat here again!!!

The beer is delicious, which is a plus. I came with a group of friends. They brought me beer. After that, the administrator came up and asked only for my passport, although my friends also didn t have passports, I was forbidden to drink the beer that they brought me. Later, my husband brought me my passport and I was able to enjoy a drink. They brought me clean cutlery in a black napkin - the fork was not washed with a piece of rice stuck in it. The atmosphere is great, unless of course such little things spoil the mood.

Such a disappointment, I honestly don t know where to begin.. we had a larger gathering (10 of us), made reservations on a slow night, yet we were there for over 3 hours because the service was that slow!! As a previous server I know it s difficult to accommodate a big party so I really don t like to complain but simple things like wine and the check should not be taking over 40 minutes. Half of our food came out cold and the avocado egg rolls were brown! The one server also just threw the plates down in the middle of the table and basically said for us to figure it out ourselves.. we went over the bill with the server twice and he still was getting things wrong (he was really nice and trying his hardest) but he got zero help from management. At least the pizzooki s were good other then that I wouldn t return..

I called and spoke to Jorge, the manager and he was able to seat my whole family who was staying next door at the Hilton within a few hours. He made it happen. We enjoyed Michael our server. He loves to sing! While we were staying at the Hilton, my boyfriend and I went to the bar a few times and the bartenders there were friendly. Casey, the bartender was awesome. Phenomenal happy hour Everyone we encountered there was great.

I ordered a pizookie to eat at home and when I ate it there was a bunch of green onions all over it. It make me sick and literally have to go to the doctors for food poisoning. When I called about it, the manager was very cut off and didn t seem sincere for the mistake. He kept cutting me off and giving me attitude like im the one who did something wrong. This should never happen, what if I was allergic? This is unacceptable! Don t go here if you have food allergies because you ll most likely get it served to you with no remorse. They re not careful with their food preparation. Only place this has EVER happened to me.

Its rare when I write a review like this. I just do not enjoy writing negative reviews. I try to find the good in most things, including chain restaurants, but this time it was difficult finding the good here. I get that BJs has a large bar area. I understand that I went with my wife, 3 year old daughter, and my parents during Monday Night Football and the Dodgers playoff game. But BJs is a pretty large restaurant, and there are areas to eat outside of the bar section. Please tell me why we had to wait 30 minutes to sit in what I still consider the bar area (tvs above the tables, people yelling and cheering next to us) while the rest of the place was completely empty? Where we were seated and the wait time isnt even why I am writing this review. The food. I have eaten at BJs numerous times and can honestly say that I have enjoyed pretty much everything they put in front of me. But this time, was way different. Ordered the nachos with tri-tip as an appetizer. How can you mess up nachos? Its literally chips, melted cheese, and whatever toppings you can throw on it. BJs figured out how to mess up nachos. They were brought to us and placed down on the table with the warning that it was hot. One look at them and we could tell right away they werent hot. The cheese wasnt even melted. It was like shredded cheese on chips. My medium temp burger arrived well done and cold. It was like they werent even trying to put out decent food. So that was my latest experience at BJs Restaurant and Brewhouse. I wont be going back there for a good long time.

Even my fingers are heavy to write after so many pizookies, its just not fair, lol... Alex was our waiter today and his service is just outstanding... I would recommend this guy any day... he made our amazing evening even better. Food is delicious and the enviroment is pretty cool, although when you are greeted and served the way Alex did, that will make the day. We had 3 amazing pizzas, I will recommend the BJs special, and the macadamia pizzookie, also the Buffalo wings were amazing too... Guys just come over and experience this amazing place.

Today 9/16/23 we go to BJs on my birthday my daughter and son in law took me there we got very bad service and we got food too late and Manger didnt even say sorry..so sad I will never go there again thats was horrible experience for me location of Woodland Hills shame on you guys you ruined my night.
