Dunkin'

This dunkin needs to be moved or shut down. The lines are incredibly long during afternoon. You cannot get in or park. Today i waited for over 45 minutes to get a MOBILE order. My food was cold. They were out of 3 of my items and didn’t even know. The workers are over worked and need more employees. Very disappointed. will never go back here

Only a very small few of the workers are professional and have great work ethic. But majority of the ladies working there l, high school or not act childish and don’t take accountability when messing up an order. It’s as easy as my apologies I’ll fix that for you. Instead they giggle and treat you rudely. Shout out to the great workers in there though they know who they are.

I like to use Dunkin , my kids and me like to eat bacon egg cheese croisant,but when I saw the paper on the grinder, what the hell , the man who is made run all the time and look what he gave me.Please but if my kids eat it 😡😡😡.

I haven't been to this Dunkin in 2 months. The last time I was there, it took 10 minutes for someone to notice me and take my order, another 10 minutes for someone to make my coffee. It was dirty, and there were no donuts. I was watching them make food, and let's just say It turned me off from eating here again. I live in Ansonia, so this location is close, and I have been going for years. But now I take the extra 5 min and go to seymour. Even if the line is long there, you're never waiting more than 5 minutes. They always get your order right.

Never going back to Dunkin ever again! 1- They are always out of donuts. 3 times I have ordered, they always say they either don't have any or they give you something you never ask for. 2- When you do the mobile order online, there is no indication if they are out of something. I ordered almond milk with my coffee but they were out. So when you go to the store the ladies that work there, they don't give something to compensate the extra $1 you spend on it and they don't know if I have any milk allergies, so they did nothing about it. $1 makes a difference in today's economy. 3- They have horrible customer service. The ladies there are really rude. When you just want to have a normal not rude complaint of something (like the what I mentioned earlier with the donut and coffee), they proceed to be snarky rather than show they care about their customers. Especially to my parents who just want to buy coffee and you show no care in the world and get their orders wrong???? Y'all need better listening skills too. I am sorry but if you keep doing this, you will lose customers. You already lost us. I worked in retail, customer service is always important and it makes a difference.

The morning crew is fairly good. Ordered through mobile-order a couple of weeks ago. When I went inside to pick up my order (gave it some time before heading inside the store), they still did not have my order ready. Employee already knew my mobile-order name and what I was waiting for. After a couple of minutes of waiting, as I was about to ask the employee for the item I was still missing, she rudely cut me off and raised her voice saying “I KNOW, I KNOW.” There is no reason for the rudeness. This is not the first time I have experienced rude employees at this location. I never went back to this Dunkin ever since, and I do not plan to return either.
Don’t even bother going to this Dunkin hoping to buy donuts either. It can be 3-4 PM and they will never have any donuts in stock.

Not sure what happened to this location over the last few months or so, used to be a pretty solid location but now every time I go the coffee always has a a burned old taste to it , food is undercooked. Today will be the last time I “give it another chance” .

I have been here 3 times in 6 weeks and every single experience has been horrific. The service is super slow, the servers are never happy, and there's always a problem with a simple order.

If anyone in charge at this Dunkin location on Pershing Drive in Ansonia Ct. take note: Sept 2nd at 6:20 pm tried to use the drive thru and we couldn’t tell if it was open or not. We sat at the order kiosk and waited… and waited , we asked if anyone was there, we shouted out a number of times with no response. My wife honked the horn and nothing. No cars behind us or, as far as we could see, no one ahead of us so we thought we had to go inside and we started to drive around and we see there is a car at the pick up window. So my wife pulls up to the window next and is immediately confronted by the order taker who tells her she has to drive back around and tell him her order thru the mic or he won’t accept it. HUH?? There was still no one behind us or, at least he wasn’t taking any orders while he began lecturing my wife about proper procedure crying there was only one other employee. Ok it’s a holiday ~ Labor Day ~ so maybe he’s unhappy he had to work which we can all understand but I took offense at the way he was speaking to my wife AND his repeatedly calling her “my dear” so asked him if he was so incredibly busy that he didn’t have any time to speak when we got to the order kiosk. His reply was repeating the only one other person excuse. Remember there is no one else in line and we noted on the way out that there was ONE car in the front lot. After a number of times trying to reason with this guy he continues to call my wife “my dear” and putting his head down on the counter in exaggerated frustration.
Ok, I shouted some but he seemed determined to make us go back around like he was trying to teach us a lesson. “ If you had said one word, made ANY indication that you were actually aware that we were waiting we would have continued to wait but you couldn’t take time to speak?!?” I continued with: “Call her my dear…” ~ at which point he turned his back on us ~ “… one more time!” He finally asked what she would like. She told him one light & sweet and the number of sugars and cream ’shots’ which he could have made a dozen of by now. We left, she took a sip and said it was horrible and not ‘light & sweet’ leading us to believe this coffee pourer intentionally made it wrong. Good job coffee pouring guy you lost a daily customer who HAD BEEN going to this location for 35-40 YEARS. That’s one, sometimes multiple trips a day, times 364 days a year times (at least) 35 Years is….🧐.. wow, a whole lot of money. Well the next closest Dunkin is only 3-4 minutes away and who can tell how many coffees and how much money will go in that Dunkin’s register from now on. Give yourself a pat on the back for that, I’m sure if they care that your employer will be glad to hear what you accomplished today*.

*Your Former 35 year custom is so upset by the lecturing AND she does not like people she does not know referring to her with terms of endearment like ‘my dear’ ~ nor do I ~ that she has decided to contact corporate offices to voice her concerns and bring everything in this review to their attention.

The worst service ever! Was in the drive thru line for 15 minutes. The person in front of me waited for almost 5 minutes at the speaker to place her order before someone took her order. By the way there were NO cars in front of her. I was next and figured whatever the issue was slowing them down must have been corrected by now. I too waited for almost 5 minutes and I had to ask if anyone was there in order for someone to take my order. When I got to the window to pay there were two employees chatting it up and not a customer to be seen inside the store to account for such a delay. I suggest that management should take a much closer look at what’s happening in their store.

I like this dunkin, the food is consistent and they almost always get my order right... but the drive-thru is HORRENDOUS. There have been multiple times where it has taken me over a half hour to get through the drive-thru. It's worth going here, but save yourself the time and go inside!

Every time I go to this DD , the guy at the register wearing black glasses with a deep northern accent, is very rude and unpleasant. He picks and chooses which customers to greet and be polite to.. He always seems to have an attitude when taking my order. Very unprofessional

Just left Dunkin’ Donuts and the two women in the drive thru area were extremely rude one has red hair and glasses and the other is 8ft with glasses, this Dunkin’ Donuts has no customer service every time I come to this store location either the workers have an attitude or are rude as if they don’t want to work, I definitely will be contacting corporate and reporting the rude employees because enough is enough

I gave this place like 6 chances… I know you can’t expect much from this level of dining but with that being said, I wouldn’t even bother doing a mobile order because 9 out of 10 times it won’t be ready and you’ll be walking up to the front. Which completely defeats the purpose of me ordering ahead. Coffee is made well but definitely not well enough to overlook the frustration.

The “chicken and pepper wrap”… omg it’s the BEST… it’s my favorite… it’s hot and whatever the sauce is that’s in there tastes so good… I ate 3 in one day… I bought one from a different D&D and it was hot and really good… but this one… they didn’t heat it all the through which makes a big difference… it was actually cold through most of it… I had to take it home to heat it up.

Me and my friend got bacon egg and cheese breakfast croissant and they were very good, toasted to perfection. Mocha ice coffee, could've used less ice, more drink. But overall pretty good. We like the Boston creams the best out of all the donuts.

Girl taking orders at the drive thru is so rude and talks to customers as if they were stupid. Ordered a classic donut as listed on their menu, she gave me and attitude and said it’s called an old fashion donut not classic, as if their menu didn’t say it was classic. Very unprofessional and rude. Every time I come to this dunkin they always in a bad mood. Last time consuming here.

Went through drive thru, ordered two coffee, received one of my own and the next order. So i went back in to just swap them. But the entire staff looked at me like i wasnt there. After getting someones attention i had to explain three times that my cup said order 9989 and the other 9990 but they some how didnt get it. So i watched them pour it out even though i said it was the next persons coffee. Then they asked me what i wanted which i asked for the small caramel latte but i couldve just asked for anything. This is a consistent thing, they need to work like the seymour location, they never get it wrong.

This location continues to disappoint!
Just went there this Saturday morning at 10am,
navigated the congested parking lot to find a space, went to the door and it was locked!
I then notice a small, scribbled note that said the lobby was closed. My problem is that this should be posted more prominently so patrons can see it when they first enter the lot. The small parking lot is terrible to get in and out of with traffic - particularly on the weekends. The only reason I still patronize this store is the early morning staff at the drive-thru are very proficient and courteous on weekdays.

Watched an employee named shy attack a woman verbally. Acting aggressive and racist then pour the order out and say they dont care if the manager is called they have three jobs. Idk if this is a first for this location but im most likely gonna be heading over to starbucks from now on.

It would be nice if all Dunkin' Donuts employees were equally trained in the proper way to make regular or light and sweet coffee. There is no consistency any more. There used to be a time when you got the same cup of coffee no matter what Dunkin' Donuts you went to. I long for those days again.

I went in today and ordered a hot coffee. Iris the woman making the coffee had made everyone after me coffee snd i was waiting on mines still. I then asked the cashier how long it would take and she wasnt even sure. After asking iris she then made the coffee herself. This is not good service. Especially after i know that the order of the food should go by who ordered first not who your friends are.Usually the service here is good but I definitely will go out of my way next time to go to a different coffee shop.

For a first time visit to this location I was very disappointed. On a late Saturday afternoon there were only two types of donuts. I was looking to buy a dozen for my sons and there was no variety for them to choose from. I will definitely not be returning, first impression means a lot in my book.

If you want to get to work on time do not go to this Dunkin'! This was my to go to Dunkin for the past 10 years Especially when running late to work because I knew I would still make it to work on time. The morning Crew was the fastest I ever seen at any Dunkin. I would tell people to go to Pershing drive if they wanted quick driver thru service. Welp, that all changed!!!! The entire crew left and for the past 6 months or more The drive thru is super slow. You are in line foreverrrrrr it Does not move and It's on the busiest street in Ansonia. 🤦‍♀️

I want to love this location because it’s close to my house but the wait is insane and parking lot is a mess. Even when I do walk in mobile pickup and order extra ahead of time, I’m still standing around waiting. And I’m patient so it’s whatever but I have to avoid this location if I’m in a rush to get somewhere on time because the wait can be so long sometimes.

This location let us down today! There is a pending storm and I joined a line of 6-7 cars in front of me at the drive thru. When I finally arrived at the area to place my order, there was a sign posted stating they are closed due to the storm. Suggestion - do not leave all of your lights on inside the store as this gives the appearance you are open. If you are closed, post this clearly in FRONT of the store so customers do not waste their time in line!! I went next door to Cumberland Farms and purchased two cups of coffee that cost me less than 1 cup at Dunkin....

Dunkin is the epitome of an abusive relationship..time and time again they fail to do the most basic of tasks, and yet I still go.

Very popular spot. My husband loves it, I don't care for the coffee. My issue here though is more about service. The lines are long and can be very slow moving depending upon who is working.
