My favorite place to shop. Go here often as inventory changes often. I have found such beautiful clothes and housegoods. Wish the rest of the complex would add an WholeFoods or Trader Joes, then the shopping experience in the complex would be complete. Also would be great if this Homegoods could expand its footprint in the complex.

Just make sure you review your receipt because on multiple occasions they have doubled scanned items and I usually don’t review my receipts but when I did it was there .

Well this is my second favorite go to shopping spit after, My sisters Place (lil consignment shop) anyway this particular location has 2 Amazing Customer service ppl Amanda & Samantha ☺😁 when I tell u this you g ladies go above and beyond service-wise NOBODY'S BETTER and they do it with a smile. Here's some items they help me pick up during one of my frequent visits..

The worst experience I've ever had at any Marshalls Store, period. As i was shopping I saw a pair of shoes I really liked and they were the only pair in the store. The shoes looked used, worn, and scuffed. I was still interested in purchasing the shoe and asked a store associate(who was very helpful) if i could see a manager. She advised me 10% off is usually the most that they offer. I asked to speak to a manager because I loved the shoes. The manager came and took a look at the shoe and proceeded to tell me "this is how we receive the shoes into the store." The shoes had CLEARLY been worn (there was GUM on the bottom) and scuffs on the top around the front of the shoe, even the price tag on the shoe looked like it was a returned item. I said "are you sure, look at them" (I pointed out some scuffs and scrapes) She then said "yes we get them in like this, >>> I wouldn't even offer 10% off <<<" EXACT WORDS. I am very disappointed by this member of management. I've been in customer service for along time myself and I feel as though this was unacceptable. I was even going to purchase a hat to go with the shoes. To top it off, I still spent money at the store after my interaction with this "manager" .

I'm very disappointed with the managers at this store. The regular staff are fantastic and helpful, however, the push managers give to cashiers to sell credit cards is appalling and worthy of being reported to consumer protection bureau. No one should be urged to sign up for a new credit card on a whim, for 10% off their purchase. I've seen countless cashiers being given a hard time by managers for not asking customers to sign up for the credit card, or for not successfully getting a customer to sign up. Marshalls and Homegoods is in the business of retail, not finance. If I wanted a loan, I would go to my bank, I don't need a loan from Marshalls. I hope that other customers read this and don't get pressured into signing up for a credit card that they likely do not need. And I truly feel for the cashiers who are being forced to push these products, and getting in trouble for not successfully selling these financial products.

Im very disappointed with the managers at this store. Ruth was one of the most helpful employees in home goods. I was looking for a Halloween blanket and she looked in the back multiple times for me she even told me to call and ask for her and she would look for me! thank you ruth

Nice selection of goods. Having Home Goods added to their store makes the stores more interesting to shop Edit 7/23 Every employee was friendly and extremely helpful. I couldnt have asked or expected such great service from every employee I came into contact with. Lots of merchandise and beyond wonderful service.

Love this place. They are almost always stocked up with plenty of inventory. Im taking off a star because its inconsistent. Sometimes they have wonderful staff and selection and other times its the complete opposite.

If I would give them a rating it would be a no stars. The store has great products but the employees are the most disrespectful people to be served with customer service. For one they gossip about one another s work ethic and criticizing an employees health as well. Management does not care for their employees and the ones that get let go due to a medical concern they destroy that employees reputation to work in any other company. It is sad to see when a person has a medical issue or history that they don t care wether the person is ok, need help, or need a mental health day. They just fire you right in the spot and tarnish your work history record. So be aware of working here or even shopping! Due better!!!

Vaccinated since January and willing to prove it. Nice stuff but until the policy is updated; I wont be shopping here anymore. Most shoppers wore it in and pulled it down while shopping because it is so uncomfortable. Marshalls needs to follow CDC policy and CT policy.
