Dunkin'

So busy so many customers but they kept such a good attitude and worked really hard to get the orders out as fast as possible. Very impressive Dunkin.

Should’ve listened to the bad overall reviews. This was the closest Dunkin to me and I really wanted to try saltet caramel cold brew and really needed some energy. I am pretty mad I wasted my $5 on this. I was questioning whether there is any coffee at all in it. It tasted like milk mixed with water and sweet syrup. I thought maybe they forgot the coffee. But also there was no foam or crème or anything on top. Then looking at the promo pictures I realized I did not get a cold brew at all. Idk what they made, maybe a latte with very terrible weak coffee. But my ticket clearly states cold brew. Won’t be back to this Dunkin, first and last time.

This is the only location where I get exactly what I order - the staff (Jen, Gemma, Taylor, Emma) are all super friendly and accommodating. This location also has a core staff that has been there for a long time - yes they continually add to their staff but is nice being greated by the same friendly faces daily. The owner must is must be doing something right!.

They know definition of Customer Service & get a senior discount also. Not all location have senior discounts. So They don't get my $$$.

My boyfriend was sweet enough to surprise me with breakfast. My large latte is less than half full and my sourdough breakfast sandwich wasn’t grilled… just soft cold bread .

5 stars for this particular Dunkin. People are super friendly that work there. They are the only Dunkin I can go to that will make the frozen hot chocolate the correct way. What I mean by correct is adding the chocolate drizzle on bottom and top. It’s what makes the drink. No other Dunkin and I mean I have tried more than 6 other locations won’t do this even if I ask. I highly recommend

Ordering at the drive through shouldn’t take 20 minutes but it did and wanted to add something to the order. We asked nicely at the window just for one drink and the lady replied by saying “No you did not” repeatedly and yelling for someone to make our drink. We continued to sit for another five minutes waiting for one drink and we could hear her talking about us to other workers. Yes theres a long line, sorry we wanted something else waiting so long. ridiculous.

A good chunk of the staff is rude, and I wish I was kidding, but every single time I go, they mess up some part of my order. It’s impressive how bad they are. You ask for no egg? All you get is an egg. Thanks. I know that must be hard to Chuck the fake egg off a sandwich. At least they’re rude to me as they screw up my breakfast and tea (a mind boggling task, I know)

Yesterday on 2/19/24 3.00 pm. Sat in line for close to ten minutes, figured they had a big order.No,two drinks. Car in front of me same thing one drink. I get up to the window finally and what do I see inside? Three employees standing around not doing anything but fooling around. This is the norm at this store. The employees are rude no thank you or no interaction at all other than to look to be bothered. The owners obviously do not care it never changes. $2.42 for a half the time burnt coffee.

FIX THE DAMN DRIVEWAY.. pot holes all over for so long now. All the money they charge and keep going up in prices, at least fix the driveway, I have a 30k$ car and don't need to hit holes pulling in , at the drive tru and leaving of the restaurant

Sort of run down Dunkin. Food was ok. Service was ok. Coffee was ok. It's Dunkin. Low expectations but this one was a tad lower. I know that's tough. Be better Dunkin. Let Branford run on you.

I found the worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever. Confirmed by living close so I have to come here a lot. The food and drinks are always horrible compared to any other Dunkin.

I travel for work and go to Dunkin every day, sometimes twice a day. This one is consistently terrible.

The coffee at Dunkin has really lost its quality. I can't even drink it anymore after these last few times of tasting like coffee flavored dishwater. It's sad that it's gotten so bad because it used to be the best.
Nice people work there, so obviously not their fault.

They accept a mobile order for pickup inside. You’re then charged for your order and they decide not to open the inside and force you to wait in a never ending drive thru line.

I got a cookie butter cold brew and an everything bagel with cream cheese and I am disappointed. The bagel had one dot of cream cheese on it. It made me sad and I hope they do better next time

Always a hit or a miss. Sometimes their coffee is awesome. But unfortunately, the coffee tastes burnt, expired, or just totally wrong. Food I've had there is the same. Sometimes it's good but other I've had cold or not fully cooked food. Truly a 50-50 chance. Alot of the new people working there ate nice and kind. And some others are always looking miserable. I only continue to go here since it's on the way to work. Other than that, I would pass

Worst customer service anywhere! I’m prior active military so I’ve traveled around! I went through the drive thru because the store closed its doors again! That’s another issue for another day! When I tried to place an order the female taking my order was beyond rude! Asking me every 10 seconds how many donuts I wanted even after I told her I had multiple people in my truck trying to decide what they wanted. She told me “you should have known what you wanted before getting to the speaker “! So, what’s the menu for then? I tried a couple times explaining, I have a few people deciding what get want. She didn’t care and kept being rude!

Skip this Dunkin. (update)

Hash browns taste like they burnt some plastic in the oven they're prepared in. Sharpie flavored hash browns, get your sharpie flavored hash browns here! Owner might want to check out the oven.

3mo later: I had contacted the corporate number when this happened and they assured me someone from this franchise would reach out by email or phone to apologize and issue me a refund. I did not expect anyone to reach out and I was right. Based on ratings this is clearly just how they do things!!

Someone had given me a gift card and it's like they paid for me to learn to never pull into ANY Dunkin ever again. This was really gross and you should steer clear of the place and reconsider visiting Dunkin at all. Hash browns are $2-6 per bag and you really do have time to make them at home.

Honestly customer service has gone seriously downhill. We have to order from a screen and some of the employees are rude, are eating while handling food and swearing loudly. Also very long wait. The environment has definitely changed from how it used to be. I hear the branford location has better service and quality. Sandwhich was good but donuts did not taste fresh (which I understand isnt really the employees fault).

Excellent service by Sarah. She showed great professionalism when my Groupon did not function properly. Would definitely return based on excellent customer service experience. Also grilled ham and cheese sandwich on sour dough bread was delicious!

Donuts are all made off site now to lower their costs, it also lowered standards, freshness, quality etc and raised prices for us but not for them!

There ice machine has a lot of black mold in the dispenser, the place is swarming with Yellowjacket Wasps, they keep raw and cooked foods together in the back. They serve expired drinks. It is repulsive and i do not recommend eating there. Much less with your family or kids.
The staff is extremely rude they will put a front and smile but the moment you turn around they will speak ill of you in any shape way or form.

I love this Dunkin donuts because is convinient and close to my job.
However, i do not understand how they are closing the lounging area claiming they are short of staff, but you look through the glass windows, you can clearly see about 4 to 5 people behing the cashiers, and prepping food, and mind you this is at 12:15PM on Tuesday.

I really can’t take much more of all the snow but I must say I get two breaks a day and me and my colleagues go to Dunkin’ Donuts on Foxon Blvd., in North Branford it’s the best part of my day and I just want to thank Carrie the manager and her staff for turning my day around thank you guys so much you are the best.Not to mention all of my coworkers will go out of their way to 1199 Fancy Blvd. in North Branford just to get that little bit of special some thing that only Carrie and her staff could provide I love those guys and I love that Duncan we are there every day I don’t know what we would do if we didn’t have them or how will we get to our workday ❤️❤️❤️

This is the highlight of my day arriving at this Dunkin 1199 Foxon Blvd. in North Branford is my favorite location the manager is the sweetest and the staff is very friendly, they know my order as soon as I pull up they are so friendly and outgoing they totally make my day no matter where I am I try to make it back to this location they are definitely the best. This Dunkin totally makes my bad day turn into a great day and I just wanna take the time out to thank them all especially the manager Kerri that’s always there to help she is just godsent,Love this Dunkin so much don’t know what I would do without it thank you guys

I drive from Hamden every day just to go to this Dunkin, the staff is great the manager Carrie makes my day every morning she’s absolutely the best my order is always corrects things are done with perfection it’s my favorite stop in the morning I love this Duncan location and I’m not the only one in my family that goes out of the way to this location we absolutely love it keep up the good work we love you guys

I stopped to pick up coffee on my way to a work convention in Seymour CT. When I entered there was one gentleman ahead of me and he was waiting patiently as they were flustered. I Ordered my Coffee and it took a long time to make it, as well they almost forgot my muffin They were very disorganized.

I dont drink coffee.. I drink hot chocolate... Do they ever check to make sure theres actual chocolate in the machine.. So tired of just brown water....and why dont they fill my cup full am i not paying for it.. I dont want a half cup... I shoukd not have to order a full cup of hot chocolate...ive been told due to leaving room for the whipped cream....isnt that why they have the differnt lids.. Stop ripping customers off!!!

I gave it 4 stars because until this morning just now a young lady took my order and we told her glaze munchkins. She repeated the order and still gave us mix munchkins and I had the nerve to leave a tip. How you repeat glaze munchkins, but still give me mix munchkins I don't eat. On top of that they were jelly filling munchkins and I have a jelly allergy that's why I order 10 glaze. I can't even eat none of the other munchkins. Very upset cause I was heading to work. They always got my order right until this young lady mess up today.

I go there often because it's in the neighborhood but it's a hit and miss with service sometimes it is quick and they are friendly there. other times it is very very slow and I hate to say it but not so friendly I I stop there because it's mostly convenient for me and I do have quite a bit of patience....lol
