Went to Froyo on Saturday 8/10/24, with my granddaughter and sister, who is visiting from PA. The yogurt stations and fixings stations were filthy, tables weren't wiped down!! One young customer had a spoon and was sampling, the different flavors!!! Didn't know sampling was allowed.👎🏾 It's suppose to be a FRIENDLY atmosphere... Customer service was awful, cashier,very unfriendly, definitely not a FRIENDLY atmosphere. Sad bc the yogurt is delicious.

Man oh man was i happy as i ate my strawberry flavored frozen yogurt.
.with fresh blueberries and strawberries and other toppings!

We definitely plan to go back!

I love Froyo World! Today they were out of nearly 60% of the flavors, including original tart. However, I tried the raspberry tart flavor for the first time, and it was tasty. I'll definitely be going back throughout the summer.

The cake batter and chocolate were total soup. My two favorite flavors were out, I might as well just have not come. The toppings were low and the lady working at the register was rude. Terrible customer service. Also my two friends got offered punch cards and not me.

Always refreshing and the employees do a great job keeping it clean. My only complaint is they run out of Cake Batter Ice Cream too often for comfort 😩

The employee at the register was so nice. Great employee,I watch her while we were eating our yogurt me, and my kids were very impressed that she wiped all the counters and wiped down the fruit bar.

Nicely lite place with small area of seating. Service was great. Options provided were more fruity options with other options like cookies and cream, pistachio and birthday cake. Nice variety of toppings.

The Ice cream is generally pretty good, specially with the lack of Froyos near by. But can be hit or miss with quality or customer service . Also their store hours seem to change last minute and not updated on google, which would be ideal.

Best frozen yogurt. Love how they have nutritional content of every flavor. Weigh it to show how much you are eating. Happy Hour M-F...$5 cups!!

Nice place to get a somewhat healthy desert. It's very pricey but worth it as long as you only go once in awhile

On Thursday, 5/2/24 at approx. 630 pm. I entered Fro yo world and made a statement pertaining to whether or not happy hour is over. Very abruptly and harsh an associate responded “Yes” then proceeded to speak with another associate in regards to my rhetorical question saying “ I hate when people ask dumb questions”. I then attempted to pay for my frozen yogurt (I should have walked out then) and the associate advised me that Apple Pay isn’t accepted there. I then handed over my frozen yogurt and the associate, very passive aggressively threw it straight in the trash. I felt extremely un easy and not welcomed. I then decided to call and speak with a manager and was placed on hold, then hung up on twice, the third time I was told there wasn’t a manger and would not know when a manger will be available. I am completely and utterly dissatisfied with the comments against me and the service. I hope that no one else experience this. I will not be returning.

The shop was very clean and i loved the decorations! And that some workers spoke spanish. But besides that the frozen yogurt melts too fast, i was customizing it and within 4 minutes it was already melting before i was able to get it weighted. I hope they can fix that..

Tons of flavors and you make your own cup of frozen yogurt and toppings and then they weigh the cup and that determines how much you pay! But not cheap !

Clean and nice place to relax and enjoy a cup of frozen yogurt with a variety of toppings to your heart’s desire. Get your cup (it comes in different sizes) and put different flavors of frozen yogurt in it(I like mixing different flavors. It’s like an adventure 😀😋) Then add your choice of toppings from gummy toppings to fresh fruits, nuts, popping fruit bobas and many more! Price depends on the weight of your cup. Such a delicious treat! Good customer service!

I love froyo so much, but they need more than one dairy free option. So many people are lactose intolerant, or vegan, but they’re restricted to only one choice of treat.

This place is very “sweet”. I love the layout inside. You make your own desert cup. There are several cup sizes. The toppings have so many choices. All of the flavors are very tasty and pretty accurate to their each individual descriptions. I highly recommend this place for dates and family time. :)

Great tasting flavours and a nice variety of toppings. I love their happy hour green cup deal! :) staff is very friendly. Looking forward to trying more flavours. This will definitely be my go-to spot for froyo!

This place ia awesome. Its a bit pricey but kids really love putting together their own treat. They really do have a good selection of Froyo and toppings too. Definitely a nice treat.

Everyone loves Froyo. Their soft serve ice cream is phenomenal. I like the idea of choosing the cups size in which you want to fill. They have multiple varieties in machines placed on the wall so you can serve himself. This means you can mix and match to your own liking. Next the have a ton of different toppings to pile up on your desert. To top it off you get charged by weight so you'll know if you went to the pricey side or not. It's usually I quick in and out of the store too with very ample parking. I treat myself every time I'm in the area, and I recommend all you ice cream lovers do the same.

They only have one size cup, XL. If you go keep that in mind and do not fill it up all the way or you will most likely regret getting soo much. Portion yourself is my best advice.
