I love this boutique and I love the girls, Angie and Fanny. The clothes are beautiful and they give you advise on what to wear, they take you out of your comfort zone and believe me it works! I super recommend them

The website is fairly new and still needs for some more merchandise to be listed but checking out and making my purchase was great also I received my merchandise in the mail with no problems and in a timely manner!!!

DO NOT GO HERE If you have dignity and value your self do not support this business, the owner will discriminate you by the way you look and check the car your drive ,I was completely dismiss and shut down she literally just suggested that I go to other stores in Miami with no interest in what I was looking for or asking or wanted tu purchase. I can imagine how many people she had humiliated, the way you treat people is who you are, for the owner I have to say never judge a book by the cover . You will never como out that hole in the wall .
Any one looking for outfit please find some one humble to support it take your self to Saks Newman marcus or any other place DO NOT SUPPORT this type of people

Yo compré un conjunto el cual me gustó , le dije a la chica el cierre está malo le dije lo arreglan si no no lo llevo dijo ha si pero lo pagas tú . Le digo como si está malo , dijo está bien lo arreglamos , después de 2 semana que dijo que lo arreglaban fui a recogerlo y me estaban cobrando “el supuesto arreglo y le digo pero como si estaba ya malo y me dijeron que lo arreglan . La chica dijo bueno deja así confíe en ellas y llego a mi casa y el famoso arreglo nunca lo hicieron, era el cierre del pantalón, lo arreglaron con un hilo medio remendado ya que el cierre estaba safado . Y fuera de eso cobrándome por algo así woooo pena debería de darles . No recomiendo este lugar por esa falta de respeto al cliente

Si eres de las mujeres que no te gusta perder tiempo en las tiendas como a mí, en Kabbuh tienes la solución!
Fanni y su Equipo te acesoran para que encuentres esas piezas perfectas en cuestión de segundos. Hoy fui y en 5 minutos tenia listo un outfit completo para mi evento. Se las super recomiendo. Mil Gracias Fanni por siempre sacarme de apuros :)

Literalmente vivo a 15 minutos del Sawgrass Mills y prefiero manejar 45 minutos hasta Doral para comprar mi ropa con Angie y Fannianna... El detalle y el cariño que invierten para que salgas de la tienda con ropa que te queda linda y que sea funcional para la vida es admirable... Mi recomendación es que vayan con tiempo para disfrutar de la experiencia y regalarse ese tiempo para ustedes misma... Oh y si les gusta algo no duden en comprarlo en el momento porq las prendas se agotan demasiado rapido!!

La verdad la atención al cliente es muy mala, ofrecen un muy mal servicio y desde el primer momento te atienden con mala cara, siento que solo quieren atender a clientes que conocen y no están dispuestos a ofrecer un buen servicio a personas que están conociendo la tienda por primera vez, la ropa puede ser bonita pero no volvería a comprar ahí y no lo recomiendo

Hace dos dias llegue a Kabbuh y de ser posible le daria 0 estrella, estoy tan molesta. Me sentia como una fanatica de Kabbuh, no perdia ni una publicació, tenia tantas ganas de conocer este local, a Angie, Fanni y fue la decepción mas grande en el mundo de las compras, me atendio Angie y fue horrible, todo el tiempo al teléfono, con mala cara, me quede sola y sin atención varias veces, si le preguntaba cualquier cosa era como si la estuviera molestando, le pedi en dos ocasiones que me buscara una pieza y fui totalmente ignoranda (nunca me pude medir esas dos prendas), me senti fuera de lugar en todo el tiempo que estuve allí, para empeorar la situación casi no habian tallas disponibles, realmente hay poca mercancía (solo tienen 3 racks), Angie es bella físicamente pero eso no la va a llevar a ningun lado si internamente esta tan mal (queda claro el porq tiene mas de cuarenta, esta sola y sin hijos) lo peor es que se ve tan cariñosa y amable en pantalla, que resulta un choqué demasiado fuerte conocerla en persona, se que todos tenemos malos dias pero eso no nos da derecho a tratar mal a los demas y menos cuando estas atendiendo al público, los problemas deberían quedar en casa. Ahora me resulta gracioso como hablan de los modales de las personas que entran a la tienda, pero no ven como son sus modales. Yo no vuelvo y ya las elimine de Instagram. Ropa venden en cualquier lugar, Kabbuh te vende una experiencia, solo que no te aclara que sera una horrible experiencia. Tal vez ya tienen su clientela y simplemente no quieren mas. Aqui perdieron a una clienta y no las recomiendo con nadie jamás

Ayer fui por primera vez a esta boutique y que pena que después de querer visitarla hace tiempo, me llevé la peor impresión. Una de las dueñas nos atendió, si se le puede llamar así, como alguien que lo hace por que no le queda más remedio. Con actitud de fastidio y desinterés. Los live para vender ropa son lo máximo, claro por qué hay que pretender ser agradable y súper cool para que las clientas o posibles clientas compren. Lo triste es que así debe ser todo el proceso desde que enganchas a un cliente hasta que va a la boutique físicamente. Que el “teatro“ sea completo. Para que uno se crea el cuento, por lo menos hasta que uno compre la ropa. Les falta terminar la actuación para que no sucedan reviews como este.
Que lastima que lo que muestran no es la realidad. No hay nada mejor que ir a un lugar y ser bien atendido pero de verdad . Eso llega más lejos. Les falta ser inteligentes en ese aspecto.

Honestly this has to be the boutique in Miami with the worst customer service. Specially one of the ladies Angie. The person she portrays to be on social media is NOT the person you encounter when you arrive to shop at their boutique. You ladies really need to work on your customer service. Perhaps the clothes is cute but really need improvement on how you treat your customers. I understand you guys are small as so many other boutiques in Miami and Doral but their customer is not like yours. I honestly would never shop here due to their horrible customer service.

Muy poco profecional, empesando por Angie una de la co-propietarias. Después de pedir información por instagrame sobre una piesa que pucieron en las historia la cual me interesaba al día siguiente le dejo saber que pasaria para comprarla confirmandoles que estaría en un ratico me dice la persona que estaba atendiendo que ya no lo tenían disponible. Le pido explicación ella entra a preguntar y Angie sale me mira ni buenas dijo muy mal educada y respondió ya se vendió hoy en la mañana y con la misma viro la espalda dejando a la muchacha sin tener que decirme ni siquiera ofrecerme una alternativa en pocas palabras muy mal servicio además del poco profesionalismo. Alomejor mi review no les sea importante ya que no soy compradora de esa tienda avitual pero créeme que si había posibilidad de serlo ahora después de esta experiencia menos lo seré. Espero les sirva mi experiencia para futura visita a este localsito.

Muy mala experiencia con el servicio al cliente de esta boutique. En la primera compra donde gaste casi $500, se les olvido incluirme una camisa y tuve que regresar a buscarla y ya la habían vendido. Y el servicio ni siquiera fue mejor cuando fui en persona ya que estaban ocupadas haciendo “reels”.En la segunda compra hice mi pedido online. Envie mis datos de envio y pago inmediato y una semana mas tarde cuando pregunte por un update, me entero que nunca me enviaron nada. Y por supuesto la blusa también se habia vendido. Tuve q esperar 24hrs para que me den mi reembolso y solo recibi un simple “ay si fue error mio disculpa”. No creo que les importa retener clientes ni tener ninguna atención para remediar sus errores. Y es una pena porque no saben quien esta realmente del otro lado del telefono.
