Ridiculously slow check out lines. 30 stations and it’s closing time with only 3 open and the self checkout is not efficient with event longer lines!! Seriously, what are you trying to save? Wasting peoples time waiting 30 minutes in line to check out.
Also, very dirty

Variety of items at reasonable rate. Staff are very polite, always ready to help you. Good enough check out self as well as staff counters to reduce your bill waiting time.

Yesterday when I bought foods at Deli, I chose the small size container, but the size of the container was not the size that I expected, it was a baby cup size and I'm an adult. So I bought 2 cups size, because the one baby cup size cup is not enough for the adult. Next time, the small size container should be not the baby cup size for adult.

They wouldn't let me return an item that arrived damaged. I bought a movie on blu-ray here that had a cardboard slip cover and it was shrink wrapsed. When I got home I opened the movie and took off the cardboard cover only to find out that the case inside was all cracked and bent, so I took it back to this Walmart to return it, but they wouldn't let me because I had opened the movie. Like, how was I supposed to know that the case was cracked If it had a cardboard cover over it, I talked to the manager but they wouldn't let me return the movie. I just lost 20 bucks. What's worst I asked the manager what would happen if the actual disk wouldn't work, and they told me that I still wouldn't have been able to return it

I realize this is Southeast Florida. There are may Spanish speaking people in Miami. However I am an American and I speak English. This is the United States. It would be nice if ONE employee spoke English. I could not get ONE question answered because no employee could understand what I was asking. Please hire someone that can speak English. I felt like I was shopping in Mexico or Central America.

When available employees usually are willing to help with questions.
Some times items are not where there are supposed to be and cashiers/supervisors are unwilling to match the price as required by Federal Law despite the evidence via photograph.
If you are at sports and need a key, good luck finding someone on timely manner to give you access of the item required.

It kind of speaks for itself. It's Walmart Supercenter where you can find just about anything if not it can be ordered. As for staff being helpful probably absolutely not it seems they only know how to do one thing and that stock of shelf or complain or b******* with co-workers then again I think that's your average Walmart if you want just go to YouTube and search the people of Walmart videos they're hilarious

Is 6:40 pm My wife tried to return something she bought 3 weeks ago and the cashier told her that they were not accepting returns. My wife told her to call the manager and the manager told her that that was a decision that the store manager made. It is ridiculous and unprofessional. It is unbelievable in the city that we are living in.

Worst customer return service

Excelente tienda de muchos años; aunque me encantaría que abrieran como antes las 24 horas, me gustaba ir muchas veces después de la media noche, compraba con mas tranquilidad y el tráfico magnífico. Ojalá lo tengan presente.

Scan & Go self check out registers helps out with the long lines. Staff is always waking around. The shelves are stocked with products. Some products are discontinued or relocated. Parking lot gets full.

worst walmart in miami. none of the employees speak english. some of them are very rude and the dominos inside is also filled with rude employees. kick customers out from sitting down even if you buy a soda or something.
