Dunkin'

I specifically ordered fresh snackin bacon but Instead I got some burnt dried up bacon with old grease still on it. When I took a bite of it I immediately knew something wasn’t right. That was the worst bacon I ever ate. It’s to the point I couldn’t even stand to eat it anymore. I had to get a refund for my order. Shortly after my stomach started feeling funny. YUCK make sure you always check your food before you eat it!!! Lesson learnt 🤦🏾‍♀️

RUDE AS HELL, walked in no acknowledgment ( 6 employees saw me walk in) stood to place an order( no one came all avoided. Once I had to call somebody over to place my order still no good morning or nothing. When my food was made they put it on the counter and never called me. I was sitting down for a while while my food was getting cold… I tried to look past the attitude, but when my food came out burnt… I had to leave a review and I hate leaving bad reviews.. customer service is everything. i’m a first time Dunkin user and I will not be returning.

This location moves pretty fast for drive thru. Now if you come inside, you may have to watch plenty of employees carrying on conversations instead of making your order. You may see an employee just staring at you. Honest to God though, I’ve never had a bad order from here, so thank you. I would keep the side conversations to a minimum though, it looks and is very unprofessional. Also 8:30-10am is rush hour. There will be a long drive thru line. They’re great at making the right orders so if you hv time, it’s worth the wait:)

Customer service is dead. I walked in and I literally made eye contact with two employees they just looked at me looked away I kept on doing what they were doing. Mind you the lobby was empty.

Why do consumers have to wait for a refund when they mess up? If they don't have product available they should be able to refund at store instead of the nonsense of the app that doesn't even have representatives to assist. I have to wait 2 business days for a representative to contact me about a refund that this location couldn't fulfill. This place doesn't even deserve a star but it made me put something. Also, the coffee tastes gross like melted plastic and it's an iced coffee. Get better customer service, have someone that knows how to order supplies and expand the knowledge of your employees. Do better.

Terrible. I swear the workers WANT to fight 😭 Constantly messes up orders and then the workers give you major attitude and argue with you when they have to fix it. Ordered frozen coffee, was handed a hot coffee and then given attitude when i confirmed what my correct order actually was. Ordered oatmilk and it wasn't labeled so I drove back to have them remake it. They refused and argued with me. I just threw the coffee away and left. Another location will get my $$

Used to be one of My fave coffee shop.
Whenever they make my latte right it leaves me wanting to go back for more. But lately I’ve been unsatisfied with the flavor. I don’t know if they’re rushing but they’re adding more milk then the flavor. I’m so disappointed I’m just going to try another spot.

1 year update: each time I order coffee it always taste like water and milk. I’m no longer frequenting this place.

1year update: it’s 2024 and you all still can’t get my order right

Decided to stop at this location as always disappointed. Once i reached my office opened my bag tried to eat my bagel it was by far the hardest bagel created on earth. Multigrain lightly toasted with light butter and light cream cheese. I do believe if i had vampire teeth i still couldnt bite through that bread. I tried calling store but of course no answer. This location really needs to do better. I literally have to ride on the other of commerical and university to receive great product. When this location is close to my job its crazy and annoying. Also the side of bacon was burnt..Thank god my latte was okay.. Waste of 12 dollars and change.

So if a customer asked for EXTRA ICE, you should give it to them. Rather than give an explanation, they would get less of the beverage, but how would they not know that already. Do they look dumb? Along with the fact you should stay off of your phone and actually give customer service.

I went to buy ice cream at kaskin Robbins. I am not use to the menu and the flavors for the ice cream are not posted. I kindly ask the gentleman at drive through for the flavor. Je told me that they have all the flavors. I told him that I am not familiar to their ice cream if he could help me with some names. A woman by the name of Nay yelled at the speaker “why don’t you go to the website to to get the flavors!” I was shocked. I told her that I don’t think she was addressing me. When I pulled up to the window I paid for my ice cream and I asked the gentleman to give me the manager’s phone number and the name of the lady who was rude to me. He went to the back and came back 5 minutes later with a piece of napkin with a phone number that is not working. When I asked him for the lady’s name he told me Nay. I tried to reach the manager by the name of Amanda he told me, the phone number is not working. I find the service very poor. I will not go back .

Unprofessional, rude, no customer service. I requested my receipt after receiving my purchase and the Young lady at the drive-through stated that there is no receipt paper. I asked her if she check the other POS and the back yes he said they don’t have any in the building. The assistant manager “D” behind her and jumped in telling me to go get paper if I want a receipt. I said excuse me and she said “ Yeah if you want a receipt go get the paper.” The drive-through cashier stated we don’t have any receipt paper and the truck doesn’t come until Tuesday.” Now The drive-through cashier should get a manager position because she was professional and had manners. And the “D” is the first letter of the rude assistant manager name. Everyone should contact corporate or whoever manages these Dunkin’ Donuts franchises. Customer service is a big thing and the North Lauderdale Dunkin is lacking it.

The lil light skin girl in the front has an attitude for no absolutely no reason after I ask her if she used almond milk for my pregnant wife. She then tells me “I don’t know do you want me to drink it and then tell you” with an attitude so I had her remake it. Me not knowing much about Dunkin’ Donuts I get home to my wife just to find out she gave her straight coffee with nothing in it that I told her to put in it. If you can avoid going here please go to another one

Just moved to the neighborhood about a month ago and came across this Dunkin’ Donuts, which is right down the road from us. Had a really good iced latte the first two times and every time after that it’s been going downhill. Not only the quality of the drinks but also the customer service. Always greeted with an attitude and when you get to the window it’s even worse. Employees seem like they don’t care about their jobs. When I politely asked the young lady if they could make me a new drink because they gave me the wrong one, she gave me a nasty attitude and proceeded to yell at them to remake it. However, I was given back literally the same drink pretty much. Anyways, I would recommend going right down the road to the other Dunkin’ Donuts, which is much better.

Edit: I came here two more times after posting this review and still same issues. They do not know how to make the drinks properly at this location. Owner should immediately come out and train everybody properly. Will not come back at all.

Recently, I bought a few donuts from this location. At 10am in the morning I took a bite of a glaze donut that was not fresh at all. I'm thinking leftover from the night before I'm not sure.Prices for food is is expensive to receive low quality (not fresh) food.

Ordered donuts, coffee and muffins for a meeting, along with something for myself. Had to go back, muffins were not in the bag. Got to work and my wakeup wraps had eggs, when I asked for no eggs and soggy bacon, when I asked for crispy bacon. Late meeting for my boss and terrible breakfast for me!! Check your food before you leave and give yourself extra time if they have to redo your order because they can't pay attention....

I had a coupon for a free kids cone. The young man told me it was for a free kids scoop even though the coupon said “FREE KIDS CUP OR CONE”. I used these same coupons a couple of months ago (they are monthly coupons). The young man scanned the coupon and said it was already used, which is impossible because it was brand new out of my coupon book. Then he told me I had to pay for the cone, which I did not have to do the last time. I showed him the coupon that clearly stated free kids cone. He just looked at me with a blank stare. He told me the cake cone was $1.06. That is not true, my friend has the same coupon book she has used often, and never had a problem. I was kind even though the customer service was terrible. I have gone through the drive through often for coffee with no problems. Just hoping the owner of the franchise can teach the employees to care about their customers.

It was a very busy time. I felt they were trying to do the best they could given the number of staff. I got there a little after 11 AM on Monday. The reason for the 4 stars, which should actually be 3 1/2, is that the woman working the window was having a temper tantrum, throwing things down and yelling. I was glad I came inside.

The place got a nice upgrade but they should’ve also upgraded their workers. They’re rude and always have a problem with people for no reason. Today I ordered a meal on the app, show up 15 minutes later and the only thing they had made was my coffee. I would understand if they were busy but no one else was there. Im gonna start back driving over to the Powerline location. It’s out of the way but they always get my order right and act normal towards customers. Not like someone’s ready to pick a fight with them.

On my days off we go to Dunkin for Breakfast.
Today was not cool at all !!!
They tell us to park and we have to wait more o less 4 minutes. NOT GOOD !!!

We came back to This Dunkin location .on 4/24/2022
We spended 30 minutes in lane, the worse part of the waiting was to heard your employee complaining about been working on Sundays, ( he was wearing a Miami Heat Jacket ) Manager didn't do anything about it. ( Donovan )
I love Dunkin ice Caramel ... however They didn't have it. ( 2 day's)

1/3 of my latte was foam, I had to wait in a parking spot nearby that wasn’t marked for drivethru to get the rest of my order, and the one managing the drive thru was not on point. Personally I blame the management from what I saw and I will never be going back. Bad training and a bad system.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich, simple bacon egg n cheese on everything bagel toasted, got the bagel and its toasted but I recv'd a sausage egg n cheese and insides are ice cold, as if they didn't even bother you warm up the food before giving it to me. When I went to pick up my order I was never greeted, just stared at. I ordered a donut and by the time the associate was putting the donut in the bag I realized he wasn’t wearing gloves, and that nobody was wearing gloves. The guy who was serving my donut has cuts, open wounds all over his fingers and didn’t even think to wear a glove on that hand at least, I ordered a bagel and I can’t even confirm if the person who prepared it was wearing gloves. As someone who’s worked in food service, and with just common sense that’s extremely unsanitary especially during a global pandemic.

This location’s inside pick up for online orders has been closed for 3 weeks, your only option is to pick up in drive thru. Online orders are for speed and convenience, it doesn’t make sense to order online and pick up in the drive thru when you’ll still have to wait in a drive thru line that’s wrapped around the building.

Don’t waste your time coming here Saturday mornings. 30 minute wait til I got to the speaker. They’re either super under-staffed and can’t handle the stress or they’re just rude. I treat people no matter where they work with respect and understanding but they don’t do the same so avoid coming here.
